皮膚科医の友利新が8月に買ってよかったアイテム10個を紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は8月に買ってよかったもの、そして出会ってよかったもの、使ってよかったものをご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。では早速行こうと思うんですが、何から行こうかな。一応やっぱりスキンケアですよね。皆さんスキンケアが知りたいと思うので、スキンケアをまずはご紹介していきます。 まずはこちらの洗い物から行こうかな。こちらの2つになります。ハッチのスキップウォッシュそしてファンケルの泥ジェル洗顔です。 まずこのファンケルの泥ジェルなんですが、泥ジェルっていうだけあって3つの泥が入っているものになります。まず一つがブラッククレーですね。これちょっと黒い泥なんですが、これは余分な角質とかを吸着してくれるというもの。そしてもう一つが海の泥で、これはですね、ミネラル分も含まれているんですけれども、毛穴の奥の方の角質もしっかりととってくれるというもの。そしてもう一つがサンドクレーっていう、これがちょっとね面白いなあと思うんですけれども、ミルフィーユ状の層になっているクレーみたいで、これ自身が毛穴の奥の方にある皮脂をしっかりと吸着してとってくれるということになるんですね。 これ泡がね立たないものになります。私あんまり泡が立たない洗顔料好きじゃなかったんですけれども、最近はクレーがあって泡が立たないというものが結構いっぱいあって、ソフィーナIPのやつとかも部分使いしてたんですが、このファンケルのやつは全顔に使えて、どちらかというとソフィーナIPとかは毛穴の詰まりというか黒ずみをしっかりとるっていう感じなんですが、これは全顔に使っていってポアの黒ずみっていうよりは皮脂を吸着してくれて余分な角質をとってくれるみたいな感じなので、ブラックヘッドとかが気になる方はソフィーナIPがいいと思うんですけど、なんとなく毎日のくすみだったり、特に私は皮脂分泌が過剰なので、そういった方、皮脂が過剰なんだけど取りすぎると乾燥しちゃうからっていう感じの人にはすごくいいんじゃないかなと思います。 中はトロッとした厚みがあるんですけれども、スッと塗ったところも厚みがあって肌の摩擦にもなりづらいようなテクスチャーだったので、暑い夏が続いて角質ケアしたいんだけど保湿もしたいみたいな感じの方にはすごくいいなあと思ったし、私もすごく好きで使いつきちゃって、間違い捨てちゃったっていう感じなんですけど、そんな感じで8月使いました。 そしてこちらのハッチのスキップウォッシュなんですよ。これね、4月に限定で出たものが7月かなに既存品となった洗顔料で、これね、こういう可愛い感じの一つ一つの個包装になった酵素洗顔になってます。夏のコースはプロテアーゼとリパーゼで角層もそうだし皮脂もしっかり分解していく。タンパク質も皮脂もしっかり分解していくっていうところは通常の酵素洗顔と一緒なんですけれども、このハッチならではの構造があって、それが酵素洗顔のもの。例えばプロテアーゼとリパーゼは普通になってるんですけど、美容成分が一緒にいっぱい入ってるんですね。この美容成分を蜂蜜でコーティングされてるんですよ。蜂蜜って固まるんですよね。蜂蜜で飴っぽくなるじゃないですか。だから美容成分をコーティングして入れているので、蜂蜜自体も肌の張り感とかを出してくれるんで、酵素洗顔で洗った後にその美容成分、蜂蜜でコーティングされている美容成分はしっかり入っていて、さっぱりだけじゃなくてしっとりもあるような大人の酵素洗顔。見た目も可愛いしハッチならではのものだなと思ってこれも結構8月使いました。 続いては美容液なんですけど、似た感じのものかな。美容液はこちらです。ドゥ・ラ・メール ザ・マイクロピール トリートメント スキンオイルです。これねちょっとね、わかるかな、2層になってるんですけど、これはこんな感じで振ってオイルと美容液を混ぜて使う感じになります。これちょっとだけじゃんって思うと思うんですが、これは美保さんとのコラボの時に美保さんがいいよって言ってそこから使い出したんですよ。だから多分2、3週間だと思うんですけど、ほんのちょっとでいいので減りも少ないというか、高いんだけどそういう意味ではコスパは悪くないかなと思います。正直私美保さんに言われるまでは盲点だったんですよ。だってオイルだし、なんかちょっと私オイルあんまり苦手なのでキシキシするので。なんですけどやっぱり美保さんが大絶賛してるので使ってみようかなと思って使ったら本当にいいなって思いました。 私はさっきのファンケルだったりとかハッチもどちらかというとキシキシするので角質ケアっていうのはしてるつもりなんですけれども、やっぱりオイルを入れながら肌を保湿しながら、あとこれはドゥ・ラ・メールなので秘伝のタレのね、アルゲエキスとかもしっかり入っているので明るくしながら角質ケアをしてくれるし、ピリピリとかっていう感じはないんですよね。なので美保さんも言ってたんですけど、乾燥肌の人でもマイルドにピーリングをしてくれるし、キシキシの人はオイルだからちょっと自分にはと思いながらも、その自分の皮脂をテカリじゃなくてツヤに変えていくような感じのツルッと感を出してくれるっていう、ピーリングのオイルなんだなあと思うので、これはね盲点だったんですけど美保さんのおかげで出会えてよかったなーってすごい思っております。 続いてはボディケアアイテムを2つご紹介します。それがセブンフロー オイルインワッシュクリア ボディーソープ。こちらがFTC ザ ホワイトニング ハンド セラムです。 このセブンフローのボディーソープの見た目も可愛くないですか。ドラえもんみたいな色なんです。まあ関係ないと思うんですけど、これはですね、私がおすすめのボディーソープでも紹介しようかなと思ったんですけど、これは何か数量限定で発売だったみたいなので、その時にはご紹介しなかったんですけど、やっぱり私これ8月はずっと使ってたんで、これ良かったなあと思ったので、もしかしたらもう売り切れているとは思うんですけれどもご紹介しようかなと思います。 これなんで良かったかっていうと、オイルインワッシュクリアっていう風に言ってるだけあって、しっとり感で洗っていくっていうような感じなんですね。ムコール油だったりとかヒマワリオイル。そしてグランベリシニカタネ油っていうものも入ってたり、オイルがしっかり入ってるんですよね。だから洗い上がりは結構しっとりしてるんですよ。でもしっとりしてるかなあと思いきや、フルーツAHAって言ってフルーツの発酵エキスみたいな感じで、ブドウ果実エキスだったりとかリンゴ果実エキスだったりとか、いろんなフルーツのAHA、要はピーリング効果があるものが入っていて、なのでピリピリするわけじゃないんですけれども、優しく角質ケアもしながら、プラスオイルがしっかりリッチに入ってるので保湿もしてくれるっていう。肌見せをする時にはとってもいいなって思って使ってました。 香りもグレープフルーツの香りで、すごい夏っぽい感じなんですよね。だから夏の限定っていう意味ではすごく良かったし、夏ってやっぱり肌見せをするじゃないですか。だからちょっとザラつきとかも気になったりする。プラスで大人なのでちょっと張り感というか質感とかっていうのも大切だなと思う時には使えたかなと思うので、限定なんでちょっともう売ってないと思うんですが、こちら紹介してみました。 もう一つのこのFTCのザ ホワイトニング ハンド セラムなんですが、これは君島十和子さんから頂いたものです。十和子さんといえばやっぱり、つるっとした手って言うんですか、お肌もすごく綺麗ですよ。手まですごく綺麗で、それの多分秘密が隠されていると思うんですが、そのはずで、これにはですね、SPFもしっかりあって、SPF25 PA+++なんですが、もう一つ美白有効成分として、3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸が入ってるんですね。水溶性のビタミンCが入っているので、もちろん紫外線のケアもしながら、プラスアルファー美白っていう効果もあって、これね塗ってもね、ベタベタしないんですよね。ハンドクリームって私結構苦手なものも多いんですけれども、塗ってもなんかほんとベタベタしないし、美白もできながらUVケアをできながらっていうことが本当に、これいただき物なんですけど、すごく使えたし、ちょっとリピートしたいなと思ってます。 あとね、ちょうどいいサイズなんですよね。ポーチに入れてても、なんかかさばらないというか、いろんなところが、やっぱりかゆいところに手が届くっていうのが、やっぱり十和子さんのこだわりなんだろうなあと思ってこちらも8月は使っておりました。 続いてはメイクアイテムになります。メイクアイテムはこちらです。コスメデコルテ コンシーラー パーフェクティング パレットの00番。そしてローラ メルシエ ティンティット モイスチャライザー ブラッシュ フェイスカラーPK1番です。 コスメデコルテの中はこんな感じの4色のコンシーラーになってます。このローラ メルシエのティンティット モイスチャライザー ブラッシュPK1番なんですが、こんな感じで、ほのかにピンクっていう感じの色になります。 この2つを見てピンときた方は私のYouTubeをすごい見てる方だと思うんですが、これは小田桂一郎さんとコラボした時に一郎さんが使ってくれてたものなんですね。特に私のこの目の下だったりとか目の周りとかをトーンアップさせたりする時に、コスメデコルテのパレットのこの右下ですね、この明るいやつと、さっきのローラ メルシエのPK1番を混ぜて、もう少しピンクっぽくしてから、この目の下だったりとか、このアイホールに入れていて、それが本当にくすみを飛ばして、私の目の下を明るくしてくれて、すごくいいなあって、メイクの時に思ったので、すぐ様これをゲットしですね、これを8月は使っております。 普通だったらチークとコンシーラー混ぜようなんて、私が思いつきもするはずもないんですけれども、やっぱりやってもらってね、すごく良かったなって、もちろんやってもらってるから間近で見るので、その時はこんなメイク技すごいなと思ったので、やっぱりプロの考えることはすごいなと思って、目の周りのくすみとか気になるなという方は、この2つをちょっと混ぜてみていただけるのはいいんじゃないかなと思います。 そしてもう一つがこちら、カバーマーク フェイスアップ プレストパウダーです。このカバーマークのプレストパウダーは、スポットライト当てたようなツヤ感っていうようなキャッチフレーズで、すごいほんとそんな感じなんですよ。ちょっと見てていいですか。これちょっとつけるじゃないですか。こういう感じのところに乗せると、ほら、乗せると、な感じで、結構ね、お顔で真っ白になるかなと思いきや、こういう、しっかりと光を反射させてくれるっていう、のでいいなっていう感じです。 このお顔がいいなと思ったのは、パール感がね、ほとんどないんですよね。もちろんパール感があってキラキラキラって光るのもいいんですけれども、やっぱちょっと落ち着いた場所に行きたかったりとか、あとね、テレビの収録の時って、ラメ感があると、なんかテカリみたいに、実は見えちゃうんですね。だから落ち着いた感じでハイライトを入れたいんだけれども、キラッと、本当にストロボが当たったようなツヤ感、というのは出したいという時には、すごくね重宝したかなと思うので、パール感は苦手なんだけれども、ハイライト探しているよ、っていう方は、こちら、カバーマークのフェイスアップ プレストパウダー、いいんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはサンダルとピアスです。まずピアスから行こうかな。ピアスはじゃじゃじゃじゃーん、エルメスです。最近でちょっとエルメスのシルバーのアクセサリーがマイブームなんですね。シルバーっていうとちょっと若い方のイメージがあるんですけれども、エルメスのシルバーで、ボリュームがしっかりあるものが多くて、ツヤ感があるシルバーのタイプなので、私みたいにお姉さんでも、シルバーがカジュアルに見えない、というんですかね、そういったもので、いろんなシリーズがあるんですが、私はレポンス、っていうシリーズが好きで、レポンス シリーズをいろいろ見つけては購入するんです。けれども、その中でもシンプルなピアスです。 こんな感じ見るともう本当にめちゃめちゃシンプルなピアスだと思うんですけれども、なんてことはないように見えると思うんですね。なんですが、つけるとですね、めちゃくちゃボリューム感があって、素敵なんですよ。どうですか、結構シンプルだとは思うんですけれども、結構ボリューム感もあるので、カジュアルになりすぎないんだけれども、華やかにも見えるっていう、さすがエルメス様だなと思う感じがしますので、私はネックレスとこのピアスで、レポンス シリーズ持っているので、次はちょっとね、バングルとかが欲しいかなあ、なんて思っております。 シルバーなんですけど、ボリューム感が結構あるので、大人のカジュアルかなと思いますし、夏って結構シルバーアクセサリー使うじゃないですか。私ってワンピースも結構多いので、その時に大振りなものでも、なんでも、カジュアルには行きすぎない、いいので、大人なボリュームもあるし、あとはシャツとかにさらっとつけてても、かっこいい感じにもなるんですよね。なので本当に、どんなスタイルにも合うかな、特に夏は結構使えるかなと思いますので、多分、今年だけじゃなくて、来年も再来年も、おばあちゃんになってもずっとつける、アイテムかなあ、なんて思ってます。 続いてはこちらのお靴です。可愛いでしょ。すごい見てこのヒールがめちゃめちゃポイントになります。パッと見は普通のヌードカラーがついている普通のパンプスかなと思うと思うんですけど、横から見るとこれね、マティーニグラスみたいなヒールっていう風に言うんですけど、わかりますかね。歩いてるとここのヒールのところがね、太くなってて、すごく女性らしい曲線で素敵ですよね。 こちらはイタリアのブランドで、アミナ モアディ、っていうところのものなんです。日本では実は売っていなくて、私はファルフェッチ、っていう海外のサイトから買いました。結構ねファルフェッチで、私はこのアミナ モアディとか、日本では売ってないような海外ブランド結構チェックするんですけど、私はもう初めてこのヒールを見た時に、も感動して、最初は白いパンプスを買って、夏になってミュールが欲しいなあと思ってシンプルなミュールを探してたんですけど、でも、ビジューがついて、見てこの先の、このひねり具合っていうんですか、この先のシェイプされたところにビジューがついて、このヒール、あと、でこの、ソールがですね、リップの色みたいな、このベージュピンク。昔はルブタンで赤いソール（ソウル）が流行ったと思うんですが、そこまではいかないんですけど、歩いてる時に、このピンクがちょっと見えるところも可愛いし、なので、もうほんとすべてがツボな、このミュールなんですよね。 履いても可愛いんですけど、飾ってあっても可愛いなあって思ってても、本当360度どこから見ても可愛いっていう、ベースがね黒だから、どんな格好にも合うんですよね。だから、この夏は、こちらを履いたなあっていう感じになります。 Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce items I was happy to purchase in August, as well as things I was happy to encounter and items I enjoyed using. Please watch until the end. So let's get started. What should I begin with? Well, skincare is what most of you want to know about, so let me introduce skincare products first. Let me start with these cleansers. There are two of them: Hatch Skip Wash and Fancl Clay Gel Facial Wash. About this Fancl clay gel, as the name suggests, it contains three types of clay. First is black clay, which is a dark clay that absorbs excess keratin and dead skin cells. Second is sea mud, which contains minerals and effectively removes dead skin deep within pores. And third is sand clay, which I find quite interesting. It has a mille-feuille-like layered structure that absorbs and removes sebum deep within pores. This product doesn't produce much lather. I didn't particularly like non-foaming cleansers before, but lately there are many clay-based products that don't foam much. I also used Sofina IP for spot treatment, but Fancl's version can be used on the entire face. Sofina IP is more for thoroughly removing pore clogging and darkening, whereas this one works more by absorbing excess sebum and removing excess keratin across the whole face. So if you're concerned about blackheads, Sofina IP might be better. But if you're dealing with general dullness from daily life, or if you have excessive sebum secretion like me—and you want to remove excess oil without over-drying your skin—I think this is fantastic. The texture is thick and thinly spreadable without causing friction on the skin. During the hot summer, when you want to exfoliate but also maintain hydration, I found this very helpful. I loved it so much that I accidentally threw away the empty container before finishing! That's how much I used it in August. Next is Hatch Skip Wash. This is a facial wash that was released as a limited edition in April and became a permanent product around July. It comes in cute individual packets and is an enzyme cleanser. For summer, it uses protease and lipase to break down dead skin cells and sebum. Proteins and oils are thoroughly decomposed, which is similar to regular enzyme cleansers. However, Hatch has a unique structure—while protease and lipase are standard enzyme components, many beauty ingredients are included. These beauty ingredients are coated with honey. Honey solidifies and becomes candy-like, so by coating beauty ingredients with honey, the honey itself provides elasticity to the skin. After using the enzyme cleanser, the honey-coated beauty ingredients penetrate well, giving you a sophisticated enzyme cleanser with both refreshing and moisturizing effects. The appearance is also cute, which is very Hatch-like. I used this quite a lot in August as well. Next is a serum, which is somewhat similar in concept. The serum is this: La Mer The Micro Peel Treatment Skin Oil. As you can see, this is a two-layer product where you shake it to mix the oil and serum before use. You might think you only need a tiny amount, but that's actually the case. I started using this after Miho San recommended it during our collaboration. So I'd say I've been using it for about 2-3 weeks, and only a very small amount is needed. Even though it's expensive, the cost-per-use is actually not bad. Honestly, before Miho San suggested it, this was a blind spot for me. Because it's oil-based and I generally don't like oils since they can feel sticky. But because Miho San raved about it, I decided to try it, and it's really wonderful. I'm using the Fancl and Hatch products because they can be slightly drying, and I'm focused on exfoliation. But by adding oil while moisturizing the skin, and since this is La Mer with its proprietary Algae Extract and other ingredients, it brightens while exfoliating. It doesn't cause stinging or irritation either. As Miho San mentioned, it provides gentle peeling even for dry skin, and even for oily or combination skin like mine, it doesn't feel heavy—it transforms natural skin oils from shininess to luminosity with a smooth feel. So while this was initially a blind spot, I'm really grateful to Miho San for introducing me to it. Next, I'd like to introduce two body care items: Seven Flo Oil-in Wash Clear Body Soap and FTC The Whitening Hand Serum. The appearance of this Seven Flo body soap is cute, right? It has a color like Doraemon. Though that's probably irrelevant. I was thinking of including this in a body soap recommendation video, but it seems to have been a limited quantity release, so I didn't feature it then. However, I used this constantly throughout August and thought it was great, so I wanted to introduce it even though it might already be sold out. What makes it so good is that, as the name "Oil-in Wash Clear" suggests, it cleanses with a moisturizing feel. It contains mumorol oil, sunflower oil, and babassu oil among others—oils are thoroughly incorporated. So the skin feels quite moisturized after washing. But despite the moisturizing feel, it contains fruit AHA, which is a fermented fruit extract like grape and apple fruit extracts. Various fruit AHAs provide gentle exfoliation. So while it's not irritating, it gently exfoliates while providing rich oil-based moisturization—perfect for when you're showing skin. The scent is grapefruit, which feels very summery. As a summer-limited product, it was excellent, and since summer is when we show more skin and are concerned about roughness and texture, I found it very useful for maintaining that adult-appropriate glow. Though it's limited and probably not available anymore, I wanted to mention it. The other product, FTC's The Whitening Hand Serum, was a gift from Towako Kimishima. Towako is known for having beautiful, smooth hands—her skin is also gorgeous. I'm sure her secret is hidden in products like this. This serum has SPF 25 PA++, and as an active whitening ingredient, it contains 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, a water-soluble vitamin C derivative. So it provides UV protection while also delivering whitening benefits. It doesn't feel sticky when applied, which is great because I generally dislike hand creams that feel heavy. The fact that it provides whitening and UV protection while remaining non-sticky is wonderful. Even though this was a gift, I'm considering repurchasing it. The size is also perfect—it fits nicely in a pouch without taking up much space. This attention to detail—addressing those small, often-overlooked needs—is surely Towako's philosophy. I used this quite a bit in August as well. Next are makeup items: Cosme Decorte Concealer Perfecting Palette #00 and Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Blush Face Color PK1. The Cosme Decorte palette contains four shades of concealer. The Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Blush PK1 is a soft pink shade. If you recognized these two products, you probably watch my YouTube channel regularly. These are what Keiichiro Oda used during our collaboration. Specifically, for brightening my under-eye area and around the eyes, I mixed the lightest shade from the Cosme Decorte palette with the Laura Mercier PK1 to make it slightly pinker, then applied it to my under-eyes and eyelids. It really brightens my under-eye area and reduces darkness—it's wonderful. I had no idea I'd ever mix blush and concealer on my own, but after having it done professionally and seeing the results up close, I realized how clever professional makeup techniques are. If you're concerned about darkness around the eyes, trying this two-product mix might be great. Another item is CoverMark Face Up Pressed Powder. CoverMark's pressed powder has the catchphrase "luminosity as if a spotlight is shining on you," and it really is like that. Let me show you. When you apply a little like this, you see how it creates this effect? I thought it might make your face look overly pale, but instead, it reflects light beautifully. What I love about this powder is that it has minimal pearl finish. Of course, pearl-finish products that create sparkle are nice, but sometimes I want a more subdued look. Also, during TV filming, shimmer can actually look like shininess rather than luminosity. So this was perfect when I wanted a polished, professional highlight that suggests light-reflection without looking glittery. If you're looking for a highlight but don't like pearl finishes, I'd recommend CoverMark's Face Up Pressed Powder. Next are sandals and earrings. Let me start with the earrings. Ready? They're from Hermès! I've recently been into Hermès silver accessories. Silver might seem youthful, but Hermès silver pieces have substantial volume and a lustrous quality, so they don't look casual even on someone like me. They have various collections, but I love the Ropes series and keep collecting pieces from it. This particular pair is delightfully simple. They look very simple when you look at them this way, and you might think they're unremarkable. But when you wear them, they have incredible volume and presence. See? While simple, they have such substance that they're sophisticated without being overly casual. That's Hermès for you. I have a necklace and these earrings in the Ropes series, and I'm thinking I'd like to get a bangle next. Even though they're silver, they have enough volume to feel grown-up and casual. Summer is when we wear silver jewelry, and since I wear a lot of dresses, I love that these substantial pieces don't look too casual. They also look great casually thrown on with a shirt. They really go with any style, especially for summer. I think I'll wear these not just this year, but next year, the year after, and probably for the rest of my life! Finally, let me show you these shoes. Aren't they cute? Notice the heel—it's really the standout feature. At first glance, they look like ordinary nude pumps, but from the side, you see what's called a martini glass heel. Do you see how the heel gets thicker? It creates a really feminine curve. These are from the Italian brand Amina Moadiwe, which actually isn't sold in Japan. I purchased them from Farfetch, an international shopping site. I often check Farfetch for brands like Amina Moadiwe that aren't available in Japan. I was so impressed the first time I saw this heel design that I initially bought them in white. When summer came, I wanted simple mules, but then I found this pair with bijou details and this particular heel. The sculpted shape at the toe has bijou embellishments, and look at the sole—it's this beige-pink color, like a lip shade. There was a trend for red soles from Louboutin, but this isn't quite that dramatic. When you walk, you catch glimpses of this pink, which is adorable. Everything about this mule is perfect for me. Not only are they beautiful to wear, they're beautiful to look at too. From every angle, they're gorgeous. Since the base is black, they match any outfit. This summer, these are the mules I wore. How was that? These are the items I was happy to purchase in August and things I was happy to encounter. Since I introduced summer-specific skincare products focused on exfoliation, body care items, earrings, and mules, I'm sure as September arrives, I'll find other great items to share with you.
