素肌を綺麗に見せる日焼け止めを3つご紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、肌を綺麗に見せる日焼け止めベスト3をご紹介したいと思います。前回はですね、今期の日焼け止めのベスト5をご紹介して、その次に塗り直しというものをご紹介して、今回は肌を綺麗に見せる日焼け止めというカテゴリーでお送りしたいなと思っています。 一番最初の動画でも言ったんですけど、本当に2023年はですね、日焼け止めがたくさん発売されているんですよ。だから正直、これが一番というのを選ぶのは多分、その人その人によってどれを重視するか変わってきていると思うんですよね。大きなトレンドで言うと、SPF値とかPHみたいな、紫外線をカットしますよ、紫外線をブロックしますというのはもう、どの化粧品というか、どの日焼け止めももうパーフェクトなんですよね。しっかり防御してくれる。あともう一つ去年までポイントだった塗り心地、みずみずしいとか乾かないとか、そういったものもクリアしてきている。 そこから今期というのは、アンチエイジング効果が入っているのかとか、あとは取れにくさ、膜の厚さだったりの取れにくさ。そこにアンチエイジング効果だったりとか膜の技術がもう進化してきているので、取れにくさだったりとか均一になるというところですね、そこが入ってきている。プラスアルファー、今期のトレンドとして前回もお話しした塗り直しですよね、というところも上がってきているんですね。 今回ご紹介するのはまたそこにプラスアルファーして、やっぱり日焼け止めって一昔前までは仕方がなく塗って、そんなにメイクとの相性って考えられてなくって、日焼け止めを塗るとちょっとメイクはおざなりになるというか、ちょっと微妙だよねというところだったんですが、2023年の日焼け止めはメイクとの相性もバッチリというものも出てきていて、それがトレンドになっているので、今回はその肌を綺麗に見せるというメイクとの相性もバッチリで肌を綺麗に見せてくれるという日焼け止めを選んでみました。なのでメイク大好きという方はですね、ぜひぜひ参考にしていただきたいかなと思います。 では一つ目はこちら、ソフィーナIPスキンケアUV 01と02です。01番はここに書いてありますね、フォードライスキン。これは日中乾燥する人用なんですね。02番はフォーオイリースキンって書いてあるので、テカリやすかったり汗をかく環境の人にということになります。こちらのソフィーナIPの日焼け止めですね、キャッチフレーズがですね、SPF値だけじゃなくて肌環境で日焼け止め選びましょうというのを本気のテーマにしてるんですね。 もちろん肌というのはベースの肌が乾燥しているとかオイリーというのもあるんですけれども、環境ですよね。例えば今日はずっと家の中にいるというので空調が効いているところにいるとちょっと乾燥しやすかったり、でも外でレジャーとかね行くとどうしても汗をかいたりとか、そういうところで選んでほしい。もちろん肌環境が整っているとメイクのノリもいいじゃないですか。だから毎日の肌の状態ですね、自分はどっちに傾いているかというのを見ながら選んでほしいというところになります。 正直言うとですね、乾燥肌の人というのは実はバリア機能が低下しているので日焼けをしやすいんですね。逆に皮脂が多い人というのは皮脂が出ることによって日焼け止めの効果がムラになるんですよ。これちょっと後でまた話すんですけど、なので焼けやすいであとは皮脂が出るので皮脂が酸化してしまって肌に炎症を起こしやすくなる。なので、ベースの肌にもこう悪影響なので、まずは肌環境を整えながらUVをカットして、それでいてメイクのノリが良くなるというような感じになります。 で実はですね、このソフィーナIPです、同じブランドから出てるんですけれども、一つは紫外線吸収剤がしっかり入っていて、一つは散乱剤と言って入れている。メインにねしている紫外線カット剤も違うのでそこもちょっとね面白いんです。けれどもまずはこちらの乾燥しがちな肌という方に向けてのスキンケアUVはですね、お水を常にこの水分をずっと与え続けるというのがコンセプトになっています。 ソフィーナIPTの独自技術なのですね。独自技術というやっぱり今膜の技術がすごく研究がされていて、これはですね、角質層と同じ厚みのですね、水の膜レイヤーを張ってですね、その内側に水分が入れ込むような構造をとっているものになります。 そしてポイントなのは紫外線吸収剤なんですけど、基本的に紫外線吸収剤というのは油に溶けるものが多いんですよ。だから紫外線吸収剤を入れるとちょっと油っぽくなるというところが多くて、でも乾燥肌の人って油も必要なんですけどお水も必要で、よく角質層というのはお水油お水油のラメラ構造というものをとっているんですね。 なので水分の膜を張ったらラメラ構造したい場合には、やっぱりこういう油に溶けない紫外線吸収剤だとやっぱり焼けちゃうじゃないですか。いくら膜を張ってこう水分を入れたとしても焼けちゃったら意味がないよねと。 でそこで今回はですね、新しく水溶性は水にも溶けやすい吸収剤の技術が入れてるんですよ。なのでラメラ構造をしっかり膜の内側に作って水分を入れながら、そのラメラ構造の層の一つ一つ、油分のところには油分に溶けやすい吸収剤、水分のところには水分に溶けやすい吸収剤を入れているので、紫外線カットもしっかりしながら、かつ肌環境もしっかりと水分を入れていく。 でそれによって肌が潤うことによってお化粧のノリも良くなるというめちゃめちゃ素晴らしいなというように思っています。なので、もちろんベースが乾燥しがちな肌の方にもそうなんですけれども、乾燥でお化粧崩れがしやすいなんか、お化粧がちょっと崩れちゃうみたいな方にはちょうどいいんじゃないかなと思います。 こちらの02番のフォーオイリースキンですね。さっき私が冒頭で何かオイリー肌の人、テカリの人というのは日焼け止めの効果が落ちやすいって言ったのはですね、それはなんでかというと、日焼け止めにはですね、さっき言った紫外線吸収剤ともう一つ紫外線散乱剤というのがあるんですね。 散乱剤というのは実は粉なんですよ。粉がベースにわーっとあってて、吸収剤と一緒にあることによって日焼け止め効果をしっかり担保してるんですけれども、粉なので皮脂がいっぱい出るとその皮脂がですね、粉を吸収しちゃってダマみたいになっちゃうんですよね。 なので紫外線の散乱剤が均一じゃなくてムラになっちゃうんです。油があるところに集まっちゃって凝縮しちゃうので、なので、ちょっと穴が開くような状態になるので日焼けがしやすくなっちゃうということなんですね。 ただ、その紫外線散乱剤というのは油分が多い人にはとってもぴったりな紫外線カット剤で、なぜかというと、やっぱり、さっき言ったみたいに油をちゃんと吸ってくれるのはこの紫外線の散乱剤なんですよ。だけれども、その散乱剤がダマにならないようにしっかりと油分を吸っても均一な膜を張れる散乱剤を入れているというのがこちらポイントになってきます。 もう一つですね、やっぱりどうしても紫外線散乱剤って入れるとさっき言った粉ですから、白くなりがちなんですけれども、それを細かくすることで、でも細かすぎたら今度は紫外線のカットが難しいので、それを一番最適化して、皮脂を吸ってもダマにならないようにコーティングしてというふうに、皮脂の弱点である、やっぱり皮脂がいっぱい出ることによって紫外線が当たってムラになるというところもこの紫外線散乱剤をですね、しっかりと小さく、そして細かくすることによって、そして特殊なコーティングすることによって、ダマにしないようにするだけれども、ちゃんと皮脂は吸ってくれるというね、めちゃめちゃありがたい処方になってで、この小さくしているからこそ白くならないんですよね。 であともう一つ、やっぱりテカリさんってベタベタした感触って嫌じゃないですか。でベタッとする感触も実はないんですね。散乱剤だけなので、このベタベタした感触というのもないので、テクスチャーとしてもテカリさんにもいいし、そしてちゃんと皮脂も吸収するので、ベースのお肌が油っぽい方にはもちろんですけれども、やっぱり皮脂でお化粧が崩れちゃうという方にはすごくいいかなと思います。 塗り心地なんですけれども、こちら01番ですね、こういう感じのクリームタイプになっています。広げると全然白くはしないですね。スーッと入って、みずみずしいクリームみたい、日焼け止めという感じ一切しないですね。ほんと美容クリームみたい。そんなにトーンアップとかはしないんですけれども、やっぱり内側から潤ってほんとスキンケアしたてのお肌みたいになってます。 続いて02番です。01番よりはちょっと粘度が低いですけど、たらーっと垂れる感じではないですね。これもすっごい軽い。こういうちょっと粘度が低いシャバシャバ系ってベタベタする感じあるんですけど、全くベタベタしないですね。めちゃくちゃサラッとしてます。ちょっとだけ白くなってるかなあんまりわかんないですね。 正直紫外線散乱剤だけって言ってたんで真っ白になるかなぁと思いきゃ全然なってないし、表面がもさらさらなんですよ。これは日中皮脂で崩れやすいという方にはめちゃめちゃ嬉しいテクスチャーかなと思います。 続いてはこちら、SUQQUプロテクティングデイクリームです。SUQQUといえば、ツヤ肌のファンデーションでめちゃめちゃ有名ですよね。本当にツヤを出したい、そしてツルッとしたお肌にしたいって時のファンデーションを選ぶとき、私もSUQQU選ぶんですけれども、ツヤ肌を作るファンデーションを出しているSUQQUだからこそ、そのファンデーションとの相性を考えた日焼け止めを出しているというのがこちらになります。 でこちらはですね、やっぱりツヤがポイントになるんですけど、ファンデーションで出すツヤよりも、やっぱり日焼け止めのデイクリームなので、ちょっとみずみずしツヤを出していくということで、こちらもですね、実は散乱剤にすごくこだわっています。で形の違う散乱剤を3つ入れているんですね。 まず一つはコーティングをしている散乱剤。そしてもう一つは粒が小さいので、粒の大きさをしっかりと考えてダマにならないようにしているもの。そしてもう一つは板状のものを入れています。 なのでまず散乱剤をさっきのコーティングしているものを入れることによって日焼け止め効果をしっかり出していく。板状のものを入れているので、光がこう当たった時に、もちろん光を跳ね返すんですけれども、それをツヤに変えていくっていうような処方をとっています。 あとはこちらには美容保湿成分も入っているので、だからデイクリームという名前だと思うんですよね。日焼け止めというよりも、デイクリーム。しっかりと保湿効果もありながら、散乱剤の種類を変えてしっかりと日焼け止めの効果もある。プラス、ちゃんと跳ね返すような鏡の原理じゃないですけど、光を跳ね返してそれをツヤに変えていくっていうような特殊な散乱剤を入れていくことによって、ファンデーションとは違うんだけれども、ツヤを出していく。 なので、ツヤのファンデーションとめちゃめちゃ相性が良くて、ツヤ肌を作りたいという時には仕込んでおくといい日焼け止めかなと思います。 テクスチャーなんですけれども、やっぱり、デイクリームというだけあって、こっくりとした感じのクリームタイプです。全く日焼け止めという感じしないですね。わぁー、みずみずし気持ちいい。これ多分日焼け止めって言われずに渡されたら、多分クリームだと勘違いしちゃいそう。スキンケアみたいで、ここのツヤ化。トーンアップをしているわけではないんですけど、ここの方が明らかにツヤが増しているような感じがしますね。みずみずしい感じがして、なので、ここにツヤのファンデーションを塗るとさらにツヤが増していくような感じがします。 続いてはこちら、クレ・ド・ポーボーテクレームUVNです。こちらクレ・ド・ポーボーテでございます。もうクレ・ド・ポーボーテと言ったら、スキンケアもそうだし、メイクも、例えば今期はクッションファンデが出てるんですけども、このクッションファンデめちゃめちゃの肌をツヤもそうなんですけれども、透明感を出してくれて、素肌っぽいんだけれども上質な肌に仕上げてくれるというクッションファンデも同じく出てるんですけれども、もちろんそれとの相性もいいんですが、これは本当にお値段もするんですけれども、日焼け止め効果プラス肌を綺麗に見せてくれる、美容成分はもちろんですけれども、テクノロジーもしっかり入ってるんですよ。 それがどんなテクノロジーかというと、太陽の光というのは紫外線だけじゃなくて、赤外線だったりとかブルーライトがいろいろあるんですけれども、肌を綺麗に見せてくれる光というのも、やっぱりあるわけですよ。だからやっぱり自然光に行くと肌綺麗に見えるじゃないですか。だからそういう肌を綺麗に見える光はですね、しっかりと入れていこうというような考え方をしています。 でそれがどういう色かというと、赤色光という色なんですが、これ自体はですね、肌に入れるとですね、肌を明るく見えてくれるし、肌を滑らかに美しく見せてくる。なので、あの自然光で明るく見えるというのはこういったものなんですが、これをしっかりと取り入れる赤色光をしっかり取れる特殊なパウダーを入れています。 なのであたかも自分から綺麗ですよ、肌が綺麗ですよって内側から発光しているような感じ。太陽光の中の赤色光だけをちゃんと吸収して、そこからから発光させるので、あたかも、もうそもそも肌が発光してますよみたいなことにしてくれるんですね。だけど、太陽光に入っている紫外線だったり、ブルーライトはちゃんとカットしてくれる。 だから肌を綺麗に見せてくれる光だけを入れ込むパウダーを入れてるというのがすごくないですか。 こちらには免疫システムをフィーチャーしたスキンケア成分が入っているんですね。免疫を司るのはマクロファージというものがいるんですけれども、このマクロファージのバランスというのは、炎症を止めるマクロファージと炎症させるマクロファージというのがいて、そのバランスというのはIL34というサイトカインが調節をしてるんですよ。 あまりにも炎症が高いマクロファージが増えるといけないから、このIL34が出て、炎症を抑えるようなマクロファージを増やすというようなことがあるんですけれども、やっぱり紫外線とかが当たったりして、炎症が活発になってくると、炎症を抑える免疫系統がおかしくなるので、その炎症性のマクロファージを抑えるIL34というものを増やすという成分が入っているんですね。 なので紫外線を止めて炎症も抑えるんだけれども、紫外線が当たることによってこの免疫のシステムがおかしくなって、炎症を後押しするようなマクロファージが増えていくものも抑えていく。だからこそ紫外線をカットしつつスキンケアもしながら、シミだったりとか、あとはたるみだったりも予防するよ。プラスアルファー、赤色光を肌に取り込むからそれで肌も明るくするよっていう、スキンケアでもあり、メイクアップ効果も高めるという、お値段もするからこそのテクノロジーが満載の日焼け止めになっています。 テクスチャーはですね、ちょっとだけ白というよりはピンクかな。パウダーの色なんか、ちょっとだけ肌色っぽくはなってるんですけれども、すごく肌色というわけじゃないですね。 これはまたこっくりとしてるんだけれど、ベタつかない。これ多分クリームだわ、美容クリームですね。すごい気持ちいいんですけど、わかりますね、ここ日焼け止め塗っただけなのに、すっごい肌が綺麗に見えてません。日焼け止めを塗っただけなのに、肌が綺麗に見えてるというのは、素晴らしいですね。 紹介した中で一番しっとりしてます。なんだけれども、ベタついてるという感じじゃないですよ。ちゃんと膜を貼ってくれてるという感じだから、これ塗って寝れるというぐらい、スキンケアのクリームみたい。本当に素晴らしいですね。 いかがでしたか？今日は肌を綺麗に見せるUVを3つご紹介しました。 Last time, I introduced the top 5 sunscreens for this season, and then I introduced reapplication techniques. This time, I'd like to send this as a category of sunscreens that make your skin look beautiful. As I mentioned in the very first video, in 2023, there are really a lot of sunscreens being released. So honestly, choosing the number one product really depends on what each individual prioritizes. In terms of major trends, SPF values and pH, blocking UV rays—all sunscreens have become pretty perfect at this now. They protect well. Another point that was important until last year was the feel of application, like being watery or not drying, and these have been cleared as well. From this season, the question is whether anti-aging effects are included, and also durability—the thickness of the film and its resistance to wear. The film technology along with anti-aging effects has evolved, so resistance to wear and uniformity have come into play. Additionally, as a plus factor, the reapplication trend we discussed last time is also emerging. What we're introducing this time is also a further plus—sunscreen used to be something you'd just apply reluctantly, and compatibility with makeup wasn't really considered. When you applied sunscreen, makeup would become somewhat sloppy, so it was a bit awkward. But sunscreens in 2023 have perfect compatibility with makeup, and this has become a trend. So this time, I've selected sunscreens that make your skin look beautiful with great makeup compatibility. If you love makeup, please definitely refer to this. First is Sofina IP Skincare UV 01 and 02. Number 01, as written here, is "For Dry Skin." This is for people whose skin gets dry during the day. Number 02 is labeled "For Oily Skin," so it's for people prone to shine or in sweaty environments. This Sofina IP sunscreen's catch phrase is essentially saying "Choose your sunscreen based on skin condition, not just SPF value." So they burn easily, and since sebum gets produced and oxidizes, it tends to cause skin inflammation. So it has a bad effect on your base skin. That's why it's about balancing skin condition while protecting from UV, which also improves makeup adherence. Actually, this Sofina IP comes from the same brand, but one contains UV absorbers while the other uses scattering agents. The main UV-blocking agents are different, which is interesting. First, regarding the skincare UV for dry-prone skin, the concept is to continuously provide water and moisture. Sofina IP uses their proprietary technology. Membrane technology is really being researched extensively now. This creates a water film layer as thin as the stratum corneum, with water embedded inside. The key point is the UV absorber. Basically, UV absorbers dissolve in oil, so adding them makes things feel a bit oily. But dry skin needs both oil and water. The stratum corneum naturally has a lamellar structure of water-oil-water-oil. So if you want that water-oil structure, using only oil-soluble UV absorbers will result in sunburn, right? Even if you create a water film and put moisture in, if you get burned, it's pointless. So this time, they've incorporated a new water-soluble UV absorber that dissolves easily in water. They create a proper lamellar structure within the film layer and add moisture, while in the oil portions of the lamellar layers, they use oil-soluble absorbers, and in the water portions, water-soluble absorbers. This provides solid UV protection while properly hydrating your skin, making makeup application much better. For number 02, "For Oily Skin," earlier I mentioned that oily, shiny people have reduced sunscreen effectiveness because sunscreens contain both UV absorbers and scattering agents. Scattering agents are actually powder. The powder spreads across the base, and together with absorbers, they provide sun protection. But when lots of sebum is produced, it gets absorbed by the powder and clumps up. So the UV scattering agents become uneven instead of uniform. They accumulate where there's oil, creating gaps where sun rays get through, making burning more likely. However, UV scattering agents are perfect for oily skin because they absorb sebum well. But the trick is using scattering agents that won't clump even while absorbing oil and maintaining uniform film coverage. Also, UV scattering agents are powder, so they naturally look white. But if you make them too fine, UV blocking becomes difficult. They optimize the particle size, coat it specially so it absorbs oil without clumping, and maintains good texture. This is a very thankful formula. Because they're made smaller, they don't look white. Also, oily-prone people hate that sticky feeling. But with only scattering agents, there's no stickiness either. The texture is better for oily skin and helps with makeup longevity. For the feel of application, number 01 is a cream type like this. When you spread it, there's no white cast. It goes on smoothly like a watery cream. It doesn't feel like sunscreen at all—more like a beauty cream. It doesn't provide much tone-up, but your skin becomes hydrated from within, looking fresh like just-skincare skin. Number 02 has slightly lower viscosity than 01, but doesn't drip. It's very light. This low-viscosity, runny type usually feels sticky, but this is completely non-sticky. It's very smooth. It gets slightly white, though you can't really tell. Since they said it's only scattering agents, I thought it would be completely white, but it's not. The surface is very smooth. This is great texture for people whose makeup breaks down from daytime oils. Next is SUQQU Protecting Day Cream. SUQQU is really famous for its glossy skin foundation. When you want that glossy glow and smooth skin, I choose SUQQU for my foundation. Since SUQQU makes foundations that create glossy skin, they've created a sunscreen with that foundation in mind. The key here is glow. But it's glossier than foundation provides. Since this is a sunscreen day cream, it provides a subtle, watery glow. And they really focus on scattering agents. They include three different shaped scattering agents. One is coated scattering agent. Another is fine particles, sized to prevent clumping. And another is plate-shaped. By using the coated scattering agent first, they ensure solid sun protection. By including the plate-shaped ones, when light hits them, it bounces back, which creates the glow effect. It also contains beauty and moisture ingredients, which is why it's called a day cream rather than just sunscreen. It has solid moisturizing effects while using different scattering agent types for effective sun protection. Plus, with special scattering agents that reflect light rather than a mirror principle, they create glow unlike foundation. So it has excellent compatibility with glossy foundations, and it's a good sunscreen to apply when you want glossy skin. The texture is quite thick as a cream type. It doesn't feel like sunscreen at all—it feels amazing and watery. If someone gave this to you without saying sunscreen, you'd probably think it was a beauty cream. It doesn't provide tone-up, but your skin clearly looks glossier. It feels watery, so when you apply glossy foundation over it, the glow increases even more. Next is Cle de Peau Beaute Creme UV N. This is Cle de Peau Beaute. Cle de Peau Beaute is famous not just for skincare but also makeup. For example, this season they released a cushion foundation that really makes skin look glossy and provides transparency. It makes skin look natural yet refined. While that pairs well, this product really invests in price but offers sun protection plus skincare effects plus technology. What kind of technology? Sunlight isn't just UV rays—it includes infrared and blue light. But there's also light that makes skin look beautiful. That's why skin looks better in natural light. So they wanted to let in the light that makes skin look beautiful. That light is red light wavelengths. When red light enters skin, it makes it look brighter and smoother, more beautiful. Natural light shows this, and they've included special powder that captures red light. So it's like your skin is emitting glow from within, saying "I'm beautiful." It absorbs only the red light from sunlight and makes it emit back, so it's like your skin was already glowing. But it properly blocks UV and blue light from sunlight. So they're including powder that only lets in skin-beautifying light—isn't that amazing? It contains skincare ingredients featuring immune system technology. The immune system is governed by macrophages, which have a balance. There are macrophages that suppress inflammation and those that promote it. Their balance is controlled by IL34 cytokine. If too many inflammatory macrophages build up, IL34 emerges to boost anti-inflammatory macrophages. But when UV hits and inflammation becomes active, the immune system controlling inflammation gets disrupted, so macrophages promoting inflammation increase. The ingredient here boosts IL34 that suppresses these inflammatory macrophages.
