目元のシートマスク愛用してます。結構売り切れてますね。そうなんですよ。インスタねアップした。そうそうクオリティファーストのアイマスクは確かに、ここをちゃんとピーってしてないとたっぷり液が入っているので、ちょっと液盛りしちゃうから、そこだけお気をつけ遊ばせいただければと思います。 ライスのアイクリームをお勧めしていただいて購入しました。首のシワに塗っていたら薄くなるような気がしています。それは全然いいと思います。なぜかというとライスのアイクリーム、リンクルセラムですよね。これですよね。これってライスパワーナンバー11プラスが入っているんですね。ライスパワーナンバー11プラスというのは、神秘と表皮どちらにも働いて、表皮はターンオーバーを成長化させて、そのターンオーバーを成長化させるということは、細胞間脂質を増やしながらセラミドとか、ヒアルロン酸とか増やしていくんですけれども、表皮にも神秘にも同じように、コラーゲンとかヒアルロン酸とか増やしてくれるんですね。なので厚みが結構増していくので、この首の部分が何て言えばいいのかな、ちりめんっぽい感じのシワになって、横ジワっていうのはもともと、解剖学的にあるのでなかなか時間かかるんですけど、縦の細かいシワってあるじゃないですか。それはかなり良くなると思うので、レチノール塗っていると、首って結構赤くなりやすかったりするので、首に塗れないという方には、ライスのリンクルクロスは、かなりいいんじゃないかなと思います。 実は最近はリップケアで色がついている方が楽ちんだなと思って、このアグスティヌスバーダーのリップで色付きのやつがあるんですよね。結構いっぱい使っているんですけど、私は3番のやつで今別の唇を塗っているんですけど、その上からリップのように塗って色もつくから、すごく楽で、アグスティヌスのやつは、これを本当にカバンの中にピョイッと入れて、唇に塗った最初はいいんですけれども、ちょっと時間が経ったりとかお食事している時に取れちゃったりして、トイレに行って直すほどじゃないんだけれども、絶対血色入れたいなという時にはこれすごい便利ですね。 友利新先生いつも拝見します。ありがとうございます。質問なんですが、私は混合肌で、昔から乳液を使用する習慣がないのですが、乳液が必要な人そうでない人の違いはあるんでしょうか。乳液を使う使わないというのは、自分が油分をどれくらい足したらいいのか、乳液を使わないという時には、化粧水をつけて美容液をつけてクリームをつけるということなのかしら。それとも化粧水と美容液だけで終わるという方なのかしら。何が必要かって別に化粧水乳液美容液クリームって、全部使う必要なくて、油分を自分の皮脂がどれくらい出ているかで、油分を足してほしいんですよね。だからすごい皮脂が出ている人だったら、美容液で終わる人でも全然ありだし、究極論化粧水だけでも全然いいと思うんですよ。ただ油分があまり出ていないのに、乳液もクリームもどっちも塗らないとかだったら、やっぱり罹患機能が低下しちゃったりするので、自分に合った油分を足す。それがクリームの方が調子がいい人、乳液がいい人、乳液もクリームも必要な人というのがあるので、こういう肌だからというよりは、あとは季節にもよるじゃないですか。夏はクリームとか塗ったらベタベタする。だから乳液でいいという人もいれば、やっぱり今の時期めっちゃ乾燥しているので、乳液だったらもうちょっと足りません。クリームを塗りますみたいな。だから全部自分のお肌のものによっているという感じかな。 今日のチークはもう本当にベタなんですけれども、ベースにもう本当にちょっとしかない、この資生堂のペーパーライトクリーム、アイカラーのOR705をベースの仕込みにちょっとつけた後に、これももう友利新さんとのベストコスでもさんざん言ったし、もうみんなもさんざん上げているから、今更感あるんですけれども、去年のやつで、このこれです。こっちのこれをハイライトに使って、入れてない。やばい入れてない。カバーマークのやつとこれをミックスして使ったって感じです。 私この松木用のこれが私の中では結構おすすめなんですけれども ボディーソープで洗うものは結構やっぱりそれだけで保湿することできないから ボディーケアをした方がいいんじゃないかなと思います 資生堂の製品の中で純粋レチノールが入ったおすすめは エリクシールのあれしかないんじゃない?純粋レチノールは あとはいろいろあるんですけど お値段的に考えたらやっぱりエリクシールが一番いいんじゃないかなと思います シスレーのエコロジカルコンパウンドって頬の赤みに効きますか? その頬の赤みがちょっと敏感で揺らいでるものだったりとかしたらなんですけど それは血管の赤みなのかそれとも本当に炎症が起こっているのかによって違うので 一概に赤みだから絶対というわけじゃないんですよね ただエコロジカルコンパウンドには植物成分というのが超濃厚に入っているので 揺らぎやすいものを鎮静させてくれる効果はあると思います Whether to use emulsion or not depends on how much oil your skin needs. If you're not using emulsion, do you apply toner, then serum, then cream? Or just toner and serum? What's essential isn't using all of toner, emulsion, serum, and cream. It's about adding the right amount of oil based on how much sebum your skin naturally produces. If your skin produces a lot of sebum, ending with just a serum is totally fine. In theory, even just a toner is completely okay. But if your skin doesn't produce much oil and you're not using either emulsion or cream, your barrier function will deteriorate. So you need to add the right amount of oil for your skin. About 1 year, so it lasts about 1 year I'd say. But inside the thread lift, if you've seen the threads themselves, you'd know there are barbs. Those barbs are pulled up really hard, so it lifts that way. But the barbs cause microscopic injuries, and that repair process increases collagen and so on—that's what the modern thread lift is. So the lifting certainly comes down after about 1 year, but the collagen regeneration inside continues, so what constitutes losing effectiveness varies a bit from person to person. Which Shiseido product with pure retinol is your favorite that contains it? I don't know that. The reason is, pure retinol, when it's labeled as wrinkle improvement, only Shiseido can use it. But as for concentration, whether high concentration is used, if you don't label it as wrinkle improvement, other companies can use it fine. For just using retinol, it's not that retinol absolutely must be Shiseido. It's just that if you want to label it as wrinkle improvement in quasi-drug products, only Shiseido can include it. Concentration doesn't matter. I'm taking antibiotics for a cold and have diarrhea. I think antibiotics for a cold are kind of questionable though. Your gut bacteria might be dying, so I think taking fermented dietary fiber properly would be good. Plain soy milk is fine, and almond milk is delicious too. I like Astralift's White Jelly, but have you used the toner or emulsion, doctor? Yes, I have. The feel is rather refreshing, so I quite like it. Migraines come out sometimes when air pressure changes. What's a recommended body soap from drugstores to prevent body dryness? Body soap... If it's not body soap but body milk, this one I use for my hands is quite recommended in my opinion. For body soap, since it's just cleansing, it can't moisturize by itself, so I think you should do body care. Among Shiseido products, what's your recommendation with pure retinol included? Isn't there only Elixir's? With pure retinol... There are various others, but considering the price, I think Elixir is definitely the best. Does Sisley's Ecological Compound help with cheek redness? If that cheek redness is a bit sensitive and reactive, it depends on whether it's vascular redness or actual inflammation. It's not that redness is definitely always one way.
