皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は発売前から超話題のこちら、エリクシールの新しい美容液について深掘りしていきたいと思います。どんな人が使ったらいいかとか、どういう素晴らしいテクノロジーが入っているのかも深く解説しますので、最後までぜひご覧ください。 今ね、9月15日です。今日はこちらが発売になるのが21日なんですね。なのでまだ1週間前なんですけど、すごいニュースがもう出ていて、それどんなニュースかっていうと9月12日に出たニュースなんですね。それが、資生堂のエイジングスキンケアブランド、エリクシールの勢いが止まらないと。とにかく右肩上がりだということで、9月21日に発売する新美容液『ザ セラムAA』が予約数がなんと10万個突破したらしいんですよ。すごくないですか。まだ発売されてない予約の段階で10万個ももう売れてるっていう、めちゃくちゃ話題の、めちゃめちゃ期待されている美容液になっています。 これ、私が知ったのは実は7月ぐらいなんですね。資生堂的な発表会といっても、美容業界の方を集めて「こんな研究の結果、こういう化粧品が生まれました」よというものを7月に聞いた時には、誰かに言いたくて言いたくてしょうがないんです。けどまだ情報解禁がなかったので。ただそこから情報解禁があってからも、少しずつ「こんな成分が入ってるらしい」っていうことが漏れてきてからも、もう雪だるまのようにもう「すごい、すごい、すごい」って言ってて、まだ発売されてないのに皆さんの期待がね、すごいこの美容液なんですが、もちろん私もこの美容液、すごい期待をして、その時にテスターとしていただいたものを大事に使いながら、私自身もどう感じたかっていうのね、今日ね伝えていきたいと思うんですが、まずですね。 この美容液何が一番すごいかっていうのは、コアキシマイドっていう新成分が入ってます。これはもう、資生堂ですね。30人以上の規定膜の研究をしているところから生まれて、2万種類の「あれがいいんじゃないか」っていう有用性も全部スクリーニングして見つけた新成分になっています。 規定膜っていうのは、要は皮膚っていうのは上から表皮というものと真皮というものがあるんですが、それの間にある膜なんですね。今まではこの間にいる膜だから、まあ真皮と表皮をくっつけている接着の部分なんじゃないかって、それぐらいだったんですが、実はこの規定膜が色々私たちのエイジングに関わってくるっていうのが、この資生堂の研究だったり、いろんな化粧品メーカーさんの研究で分かってきました。 規定膜から、私たちの皮膚の細胞っていうのは実は生まれていきます。どんどんどんどん成長して、最終的に角質となって、剥がれ落ちて出ていくんですが、生まれてくるっていうのがポイントで、肌の潤いを作りながら成長していくので、新しい細胞が生まれないと、そもそもこの潤い成分を作られないし、皮膚自体が古い細胞だけだったら、それこそ紫外線が当たってメラニンを作られたらそのままいてシミになったりとか。新しく細胞が生まれるっていうところがポイントなので、そういう意味では大切なんですけども。実はこの規定膜っていうのが、この下にある真皮ですね、コラーゲンとかエラスチンとか、皮膚の弾力を司さどっているところにも指令を出しているということも最近分かってきているんですね。 とにかく皮膚の老化には、この規定膜をしっかりとケアしていかなければいけないということが、もうだんだん最近で当たり前になってきているんですけど、実は怖いことにですね、規定膜っていうのは20代ぐらいから衰えてきているというのが、今回の資生堂さんの研究で分かりました。実はそれが表面化するのは30歳前後ぐらいらしいんですね。ダメージが蓄積されて30代になるとキメがおかしくなるとか、シワとかシミとかこう出てくる。だから何を使ったらいいのかなって言って生まれたのが、このコアキシマイドという成分になります。 じゃあこの規定膜なんで壊れるかっていうとですね。まあ一番は紫外線ですよ。紫外線が当たるとですね、規定膜を分解してしまうというか。例えば傷ついたら、それを修復するためには1回壊さなきゃいけないので、分解酵素というのは必ずあるんですね。これが過剰に働いてしまいます。その分解酵素というのが何かっていうと、ヘパラナーゼっていうものと、MMP9という分解酵素になります。 まず、MMP9っていうのは、規定膜の構成成分であるタンパク質を壊してしまう分解酵素なんですね。ヘパラナーゼっていうのは、規定膜のところには蓋をかけているようなスルファテッドグリコサミノグリカンっていう、まあ糖分の鎖みたいなものがあって、その蓋でね、しっかりとケアしてるんですが、このスルファテッドグリコサミノグリカンを分解してしまうので、蓋しているものも壊しちゃうし、規定膜を作っているものも分解しちゃうので、要は規定膜が傷ついてしまうということになります。 なので、このコアキシマイドっていうのが、このヘパラナーゼとMMP9という分解酵素の活性を抑えるということが分かっています。すごいポイントが、めちゃくちゃ早く抑えるんですよ。ヘパラナーゼの活性はなんと3時間で抑えちゃうし、MMP9においては30分で活性を抑えるということなんですね。紫外線が当たったりして、ヘパラナーゼとかMMP9が出た時には、すぐに抑えてくれるということになります。 あともう一つですね。資生堂が規定膜の研究の中で見つけたのが、ラミニン511というものになります。規定膜の主な構成成分なんですね。実はこのラミニン511っていうのが、表皮の幹細胞が生み出す何か源というか、それにとても重要な役目を示しているということが、資生堂が分かっています。なので、ラミニン511が傷ついてしまうとですね、表皮の幹細胞が生まれづらくなって、生まれ変わりが低下しちゃうよということなんですね。 規定膜をね、しっかり保護するということも大事なんですが、実はこのラミニン511ということをしっかりと維持するということもすごく大事で。例えば、クリニック専売品のナビジョンというものがあるんですよ。そういったものに入れてたりとかもするんですけれども、実は今回このコアキシマイドもですね、このラミニン511っていうものをしっかりとケアするということが分かってるんですね。なので、この規定膜の分解っていうのも抑えるし、その分解で一番分解しちゃいけないラミニン511っていうものもケアしてくれるっていうのが、このコアキシマイドなんですよ。 じゃあこれ表皮だけかというと、さっき言ったみたいに、実は規定膜っていうのはそこから真皮にも指令が入っていて、それが成長因子の一つである、PDGFBBという成長因子なんですね。これがですね、直接真皮の線維芽細胞を刺激して、コラーゲンとかエラスチンの産生をアップしてくれるっていうことが分かってるんですよ。なので、このコアキシマイドが規定膜に作用することによって、表皮にもそして真皮にも良い影響があるので。表皮の水分量がアップして、バリア機能もアップするので、表皮はみずみずしくなるし。あとは真皮のコラーゲンとかエラスチンの産生が促されるので、シワだとかそういったあとはたるみとかそういったものの予防にも効果があると。なので、肌全体に良いサイクルをもたらすのが、このコアキシマイドになっています。 あとは、以前エリクシールって化粧水と乳液を出た時に、肌の潤いを作ることをしてますよっていう。詳しくは話すとまた長くなるので、昔の動画を概要欄に貼っておくので、それをちょっと見ていただきたいんですが、その時に説明したMバウンダーっていうような成分であったりとか、資生堂とか昔からコラーゲン研究で、コラーゲンを産生させるっていうふうに言われている、オランダガラシエキスだったり、コラーゲンの糖化を抑える赤シソエキスだったり。本当にもいろんなものが入っているんですね。コアキシマイドを入れて、21種類の美容成分がこちらには入っています。 よく言うのが、この成分をどう届けるかですよ。それが資生堂が開発した、デリバリー乳化といって、ラメラ構造デリバリーみたいな感じなんですけども。通常だったら、カプセル状に入れるじゃないですか。そうじゃなくて、この21種類だから、カプセルとかに入れられなかったらしくて、乳化で全部を一緒にするんですね。この乳化剤っていうものが特殊な乳化剤を入れて、そもそも乳化剤の量を少なくしながら、満遍なくこの21個のものを一緒にさせながら。その乳化剤が肌に乗せた時にですね、ラメラ構造を取るような乳化剤を入れているらしいんですね。肌の上にもう1個の肌を作るようにすることによって、一気に肌にこの成分をグッと入れていくことができるらしいです。 これは多分、浸透圧の問題だと思うんですが、聞いててあまりにも難しすぎて。なるほどなという風な感じだったんですけれども、肌と一体化することによって、この21種類の成分がグッと肌に行くというような原理だと思います。 今回新成分だけ、コアキシマイドっていうものがフューチャーされているんですが、それをしっかりと入れる乳化技術っていうことも、世界で初めてのものを入れていたりとか。初めて尽くしのものが入っているのが、このエリクシールの『ザ セラムAA』になります。 どんなテクスチャーかというとですね、とろーっとしたものになっています。塗るとですね、全然ね、ベタベタした感じがないんですよ。これで本当にいいんですかっていうような軽さもあります。それがこの乳化技術の妙というか。やはり日本人ってベタベタしたものが嫌いだから、使いやすいようにこの、スーッとしたベタつかないんですが。でもしっかりとラメラ構造を作るからなのか、ステップだからっていうのもあるんですが。これ1本でしっかりと保湿もできたので。これからは寒くなってくるので、これ1本で終わるってことはちょっと難しくはなると思うんですが。それぐらい保湿力も高いのかなというふうに思いました。 じゃあこの美容液どんな人におすすめかっていうと、まずはやっぱり、ハリ感とか艶感を出したい方ですよね。じゃあ何歳ぐらいかっていうと、規定膜ってな20代前後ぐらいから傷つくっていうことを考えたら、早く使った方がいいのかなと思いますし。私みたいにもダメージがある程度ある人でも、やっぱりこれ以上進まなくするようにっていう意味では、使い続けた方がいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 資生堂ってもっと高いね、クレドポーだったりとか、いろんな上位ブランドがあるのに、なんであえてエリクシールに入れたんですかっていうふうに、研究員さんに聞いたんですけど。やっぱり、老若男女じゃないんですけれども、やっぱり若い方からお姉さま方までね、全員使ってほしいから、あえて価格を抑えるようにしてエリクシールだし、ドラッグストアだったりとかもどこでも買えるから。本当に日本中の人に使ってほしいんですよっていうふうなことをおっしゃっていて。研究開発している人っていうのは本当に素晴らしいなというふうに思いました。 はい、ということで今日はですね、もう発売前からめちゃくちゃ話題の、このエリクシールの『ザ セラムAA』の深掘りをしました。コアキシマイドって、多分これからさき、どんどんどんどんもっと研究が進んで、何と組み合わせたらいいのかとか、もっともっと解明されてくれると思うので。このコアキシマイドが一番最初に入った美容液ということで、新成分を試してみたい人そして、乳化の技術も素晴らしいので、そういったものを体験したいという方は、ぜひぜひお手に取ってみていただけるといいかなと思います。ということで、今日も最後まで聞いていただいてありがとうございました。日本の研究開発さんの素晴らしさというのが、皆さんに伝わったと思います。ということで、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Aratomo Toshii. Today, I'd like to dive deep into this highly anticipated new serum from Elixir before its release. I'll explain what type of people should use it and what wonderful technology is contained within it, so please watch until the end. Right now, it's September 15th. This product is releasing on the 21st, so we're just one week away. But there's already some exciting news coming out. The news that came out on September 12th is this: the momentum of Shiseido's anti-aging skincare brand, Elixir, is unstoppable - it's just going up and to the right. And on September 21st, when the new serum 'The Serum AA' launches, pre-orders have already exceeded 100,000 units. Isn't that amazing? Even before it's released, at just the pre-order stage, 100,000 units have already been sold. This is an incredibly talked-about, highly anticipated serum. I actually learned about this around July. At a Shiseido-style presentation - gathering people from the beauty industry to say "as a result of this research, this cosmetic product was born" - when I heard about it in July, I just wanted to tell someone so badly. But the information embargo hadn't been lifted yet. After the embargo was lifted, information started leaking out bit by bit about what ingredients were going in. It snowballed into "amazing, amazing, amazing," and even before release, people's expectations for this serum are just incredible. Of course, I had high expectations too, and I carefully used the tester I received at that time. Today, I want to share how I felt about it. First, what's most amazing about this serum is that it contains a new ingredient called Coreximide. This was developed at Shiseido, from research on the basement membrane by over 30 researchers. They screened 20,000 candidate compounds for their potential benefits and found this new ingredient. The basement membrane is the membrane between the epidermis at the surface and the dermis. Previously, it was thought to be just the adhesive layer connecting the dermis and epidermis. But it's become clear through Shiseido's research and that of other cosmetic companies that the basement membrane is actually involved in various aspects of aging. New skin cells are actually born from the basement membrane. They grow and eventually become keratin and shed off. The point is that they're being born. New cells are created with moisture, so if new cells aren't born, the moisture components can't be made in the first place. If the skin only has old cells, then when UV rays hit them and trigger melanin production, it becomes a spot directly. So the key point is that new cells are being born, which is why it's important. Interestingly, it's been recently discovered that the basement membrane also gives signals to the dermis below it, where collagen and elastin, which control skin elasticity, are located. When it comes to skin aging, it's becoming common knowledge that the basement membrane must be properly cared for. But here's something scary: according to Shiseido's research, the basement membrane starts to decline from around the 20s. It actually becomes visible around age 30. Damage accumulates, and in your 30s, your skin texture becomes uneven, and wrinkles and spots appear. So that's why this Coreximide ingredient was created - to address the question of what should be used. Why does the basement membrane break down? Well, the main cause is UV radiation. When UV rays hit, they decompose the basement membrane. For example, when something is damaged, you have to break it down once to repair it, so there are always degradation enzymes at work. These can become overactive. These degradation enzymes are called heparanase and MMP-9. MMP-9 is a degradation enzyme that destroys the proteins that make up the basement membrane. Heparanase works differently - the basement membrane has a cover-like sulfated glycosaminoglycan (a chain of sugars) that protects it. This enzyme breaks down that sulfated glycosaminoglycan, so it damages both the protective layer and the structure of the basement membrane itself, which means the basement membrane gets damaged. So Coreximide inhibits the activity of both heparanase and MMP-9. And it does so incredibly quickly. It suppresses heparanase activity in just 3 hours, and MMP-9 in just 30 minutes. When UV rays hit and these enzymes are released, they're suppressed right away. Another thing Shiseido found in their basement membrane research is Laminin-511. It's a main structural component of the basement membrane. Shiseido discovered that Laminin-511 plays a very important role in what epidermal stem cells produce - their source, so to speak. If Laminin-511 gets damaged, epidermal stem cells are harder to produce, and cell turnover decreases. While protecting the basement membrane is important, maintaining Laminin-511 is also crucial. For example, there's a clinic-exclusive product called Navision that includes it. And it turns out Coreximide also takes care of this Laminin-511. So it suppresses basement membrane degradation and also cares for the Laminin-511 that absolutely shouldn't be broken down - that's what Coreximide does. But is this just about the epidermis? As I mentioned before, the basement membrane also sends signals to the dermis below, and one of those signals is a growth factor called PDGF-BB. This directly stimulates fibroblasts in the dermis to increase collagen and elastin production. So when Coreximide acts on the basement membrane, it has positive effects on both the epidermis and dermis. The epidermis's water content increases and barrier function improves, making it more dewy. The dermis's collagen and elastin production is promoted, which helps prevent wrinkles and sagging. So Coreximide brings about a positive cycle for the entire skin. Also, when Elixir previously released their toner and lotion, they were focused on creating skin moisture. I won't go into all the details since it would make this too long, but I've included the previous video in the description, so please check that out. That video explained ingredients like M-Bouncer and other components. Shiseido has been researching collagen for a long time, recommending Dutch Watercress Extract for increasing collagen production and Red Perilla Extract to prevent collagen glycation. Really, so many beneficial ingredients are included. With Coreximide included, there are 21 beauty ingredients total in this serum. The key question is always: how are these ingredients delivered? That's what Shiseido's specially developed delivery emulsification technology does - a sort of lamellar structure delivery. Normally, you'd put things in capsules. But with 21 different ingredients, they couldn't be put in capsules, so they used emulsification to combine everything together. Using special emulsifying agents while minimizing the amount of emulsifier, they combined all 21 ingredients evenly. When applied to skin, these emulsifiers create a lamellar structure. By creating a second skin on top of your skin, all the ingredients can penetrate your skin rapidly. It's probably a matter of osmotic pressure, but it was so complex when explained that I just thought "I see." But by integrating with the skin, I believe the mechanism is that these 21 ingredients penetrate your skin all at once. While only the new Coreximide ingredient is being featured this time, the emulsification technology to properly deliver it is also a world first. The Elixir Serum AA is filled with first-ever innovations. As for texture, it's quite fluid. When you apply it, it doesn't feel sticky at all. It has such a light feel that you might wonder if it's really okay to use just this. That's the brilliance of this emulsification technology. Japanese people tend to dislike sticky products, so it's made to be user-friendly with this smooth, non-sticky application. Yet because it creates a proper lamellar structure and because of the steps involved, this one product provides substantial moisture. Since it's getting cold soon, using just this one product for the season might be a bit challenging. But that shows how strong the moisturizing power is. Who is this serum recommended for? First of all, those who want to add firmness and radiance to their skin. As for age, since the basement membrane starts deteriorating around the 20s, using it early seems like a good idea. And for people like me who already have some damage, I think it's worth continuing to use to prevent further deterioration. I asked a researcher why Shiseido put this ingredient in Elixir when they have higher-end brands like Cle de Peau. They said it's because they want everyone - not old or young, but from younger people to mature women - to use it, so they intentionally kept the price reasonable. Elixir is available at drugstores everywhere, so they really want Japanese people nationwide to use it. I thought the people doing this research and development are truly wonderful. So today, I gave you an in-depth look at this highly anticipated Elixir Serum AA before its launch.
