皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日はジェネリック美容液についてお話ししたいと思います。どういうふうなイメージですか?本家があってそれを真似してちょっとお安くしているイメージだと思うんですよね。自分たちで「私たちジェネリック美容液です」ってあんまり人は言わないと思うんですけど、マツキヨさんから出てる美容液がわざわざご自身たちで「ジェネリック美容液」って書いてあってすごい面白いなと思ったんですよね。なので今日はそんなマツキヨさんのオリジナルのジェネリック美容液についてお話ししたいと思います。 そもそもジェネリック美容液ってどういうものかっていうと、本家があって真似するっていうイメージかというと実はそうじゃないなというのも、ジェネリックって言うと医薬品の中でもあるじゃないですか。安くなりますよだけがフューチャーされているのでなんかランクが落ちて安いものみたいなイメージなんですけど、有効成分というのは同じでそこに届ける処方だったりとかプラスするものがちょっと違うっていうものがジェネリックなんですね。ジェネリック美容液もそこに独自の成分だったり処方を加えましたよっていうような流れだと思うんですよ。どっちが良いとか悪いとかじゃなくて、どういう肌質だったり肌の悩みの人に向けているかというのが明確になってるっていう意味では、ジェネリック美容液っていうのをおっしゃってるんじゃないかなと私は勝手に思っております。 それが何かというとこちらの2つになります。1つがですね、これウィズメソッドトリプルAのプレシャスソリューションピールセラムというもの。こちらがまた同じウィズメソッドトリプルAのAZコントロールカーミングセラムというものになります。 最初にこのAZコントロールカーミングセラムについてお話ししたいと思います。AZって書いてありますからアゼライン酸が入っている美容液になります。純アゼライン酸15%配合って書いてありますよね。皮脂テカだったりとか毛穴が気になっている方向けにっていうような美容液になります。 アゼライン酸15%って言うとなんかピンとくるブランドがあると思うんですよね。韓国コスメで人気のあのアヌアさんの美容液でアゼライン酸をバズらせた筆頭なんじゃないかなと思います。アヌアのアゼライン酸の美容液は油分が多いものが多かったんですけれども、あれがバズった一番の要因は15%もアゼライン酸入っているのにみずみずしいテクスチャーだよみたいなのがすごくバズったんだと思うんですよね。 アゼライン酸っていうのは何回も私のYouTubeでも出ているように皮脂ケアをしてくれる。毛穴が目立つ人ってやっぱり皮脂が多いんですよ。皮脂をコントロールするっていうことが大事なので、皮脂が多い人っていうのはバリア機能が低下しちゃう。ざっくり言うと皮脂の中に遊離脂肪酸っていうものがあって、肌に吸収されると炎症が起こっちゃうんですね。毛穴だったりとか肌のちょっとねそうした赤みとかを抑えてくれるのがあるし、あと肌レオ要望するっていうのもアゼライン酸の効能になるので、キシテカ酸っていう人には良い成分なんですね。 ただやっぱりアゼライン酸っていうのはお水には溶けない成分で、アヌアさんの15%何してるかっていうと、水酸化ナトリウムで中和して液体にしてそれで入れてるっていうところですよ。これがね物議を醸してそうなると効かないんじゃないかっていうところがあったんですが、色々調べていくとアゼライン酸を中和してもやっぱりしっかりと肌に届けた時には、中和しないで入れたアゼライン酸と比べても同じような働きはあるっていうのは見えてきたので、テクスチャの違いでやっていただいたらいいんじゃないかなとは思ってるんですね。 話は戻すと、アゼライン酸っていうのを入れるっていうのは素晴らしいし、水酸化ナトリウムとは書いてないのでアヌアさんとは違うやり方で中和してるんじゃないかなと思うんですけれども、とろみはあるんですけれどもみずみずしいテクスチャーにはなります。一見白いのでアヌアさんのものよりは保湿感はあるんですけれどもベタつきはないかなというふうには思います。 さらにナイアシンアミドがしっかり入ってるんですよ。ある程度の濃度が入っていると皮脂を抑制するっていうところもあるんですね。プラスアルファ保湿もできますし肌荒れ防止っていうところもあるので、アヌアさんよりも保湿力を高めたりしてるんじゃないかなというふうにも思います。 あとアヌアさんには確かトタロールっていうニキビの殺菌みたいな天然の成分だったりとか、シカエキスが入っていたと思うので、ニキビが結構多い脂性肌で毛穴を予防したいっていうのがアヌアさんがいいかなと思うんですが、大人になってきてニキビまではできないんだけれども保湿もある程度したいよ、あとエイジングケアもしたいよっていうんだったらナイアシンアミドが入ってるっていうのはすごくいいので、同じようにアゼライン酸を中和して入れてるっていうものなんですが、もっと皮脂肌だったりとか保湿もしたいしエイジングケアもしたいよっていうんだったら、このマツキヨのカーミングセラムっていうのは結構いいんじゃないかなと思います。 そしてもう一つ、これもピンときた方はそう、あのタカミのピーリングローションのジェネリック美容液になってます。タカミの最大の魅力っていうのは独自のフルーツ酸コンプレックスですよね。7種類のフルーツ酸を独自の配合でミックスしていて、お水みたいですしあと酸なのに刺激もないので、肌に負担なく生まれ変わりを促すっていう。実は向いてるわけじゃないんですよね。細胞一つ一つを元気にしているらしいんですよ。 タカミっていうのは数年前にロレアルグループが買収したんですよね。コンプレックスをいろいろ研究していってその研究のデータが出てきてるんですけれども、表皮内のタンパク質を増やしたりとか、あと新しい細胞を生み出すっていうところを、やっぱ押し上げてくれるっていうことが分かってるんですね。通常はピーリングをしてそれによって肌の細胞のターンオーバーを促すんですが、タカミのピーリングローションっていうのは細胞自体を元気にしていく考え方のものになっています。だから敏感肌だったりとか乾燥肌の人でも使えるピールローションなんじゃないかな。それだからこそ大人気なんじゃないかなと思います。 このプレシャスソリューションはどういうものかっていうと、タカミのキー成分に似たような感じのフルーツ酸エキスも入ってるんですね。それがリンゴ果実エキスとかグレープフルーツの果実エキスとか、一応7種類のフルーツ酸をミックスしてますって書いてあるんですが、タカミとはまた配合の比率が違うと思います。 7種類のフルーツ酸コンプレックスだけじゃなくて、マイルドピーリング成分と言われているマンデル酸っていうのを入れてるんですね。グリコール酸とかサリチル酸みたいなアクティブな酸ではなくて、優しいピーリング剤なんですよね。分子量がちょっと大きいんですよ。だから表層だけをかぎ取ってくれるっていうような比較的優しいピーリング剤になります。 あとですね、セラミドも入っているんですよね。タカミのやつはオリジナルのフルーツ酸コンプレックスだからこそ再生を促していって、それによって肌の水分量を増やしていきながら透明感を出していくっていうところなんですが、ここはマンデル酸とかでやっぱり不要な角質をピーリングして、乾燥させないようにセラミドなどを入れているっていうところなので、同じようでいて全然違うのかなと思っていて。本当にピーリングとかができない超絶敏感肌の人はタカミを使うべきなんですけれども、そこまで敏感肌じゃないんだけれどもくすみだったりとかが気になってピーリング剤使いたいけど乾燥も気になるなみたいな人は、プレシャスソリューションがいいんじゃないかなと思います。方向性が違うけどどちらも素晴らしい商品なんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。今日はですね、マツキヨさんのジェネリック美容液っていうものをご紹介しました。誰に向けてかっていうのをしっかり明確にしているんじゃないかなと思いますし、同じような成分を入れているんですけれども独自のものを入れてきているので、同じ方向性なんだけど微妙に違うっていうところが結構面白いなと思いました。 これもジェネリックなんじゃないかなと思うような美容液がありましたら、ぜひ教えていただいて、本家との違いだったりとかこういう人がいいよみたいなことをやれたらなと思います。ただ注意点なんですけれども、ジェネリックっていうのは真似して作ってるとかじゃないんですよね。考え方の方向性は似ているけれどもアプローチの仕方は全然違うので、だからデパコスがいい場面ではなくて指標になってほしいなと思うので、注意していただければかなと思います。 今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Yuri Tomori. Today I want to talk about generic serums. What kind of image comes to mind? I think most people imagine an original product that gets copied and made a bit cheaper. Companies themselves rarely say "we make generic serums," but I found it really interesting that a serum from Matsukiyo actually labels itself as a "generic serum." So today I want to talk about these original generic serums from Matsukiyo. First, what exactly is a generic serum? You might think it's just an imitation of an original product, but actually that's not quite right. When we hear "generic," we tend to think of generic medicines, which are usually only associated with being cheaper, giving the impression of a lower-ranked, cheap product. But actually, the active ingredient is the same — what differs is the formulation used to deliver it, or additional ingredients that are slightly different. That's what "generic" means. I think generic serums follow the same idea — adding their own unique ingredients or formulations. It's not about which one is better or worse, but rather that it's clear which skin type or skin concern the product is aimed at. That's why I personally think these products are being called "generic serums." So what are they? There are two products I want to introduce. One is the "With Method Triple A Precious Solution Peel Serum." The other is also from With Method Triple A — the "AZ Control Calming Serum." Let's start with the AZ Control Calming Serum. Since it says "AZ," this serum contains azelaic acid. It says it contains 15% pure azelaic acid. This serum is aimed at people who are concerned about oily shine and enlarged pores. When you hear "15% azelaic acid," a certain brand probably comes to mind. I think it's ANUA, the popular Korean cosmetics brand that was at the forefront of making azelaic acid serums go viral. ANUA's azelaic acid serum tended to be quite oily, but I think the biggest reason it went viral was that despite containing 15% azelaic acid, it had a surprisingly light, watery texture. As I've mentioned many times on my YouTube channel, azelaic acid helps with sebum care. People with noticeable pores tend to have excess sebum. Controlling sebum is important because excess sebum can weaken the skin's barrier function. Simply put, sebum contains free fatty acids, and when absorbed into the skin, they can cause inflammation. Azelaic acid helps suppress pore visibility and redness, and it also promotes skin cell turnover — making it a great ingredient for people with oily, shiny skin. However, azelaic acid doesn't dissolve in water. What ANUA does with their 15% formulation is neutralize it with sodium hydroxide to turn it into a liquid form. This caused some controversy, with people wondering if it would lose effectiveness. But after researching, it turns out that even when neutralized, azelaic acid delivers similar effects to skin as the non-neutralized form — so I think it's fine to choose based on texture preference. Going back to the main topic — including azelaic acid is wonderful, and since it doesn't mention sodium hydroxide, this Matsukiyo product may use a different neutralization method than ANUA. It has some viscosity but still feels watery and refreshing. It appears slightly white, so it may have more moisturizing feel than ANUA's version, but it doesn't feel sticky. Additionally, it contains a solid amount of niacinamide. When included at a sufficient concentration, niacinamide helps suppress sebum production. It also adds hydration and prevents skin irritation, so I think this product may offer even stronger moisturizing benefits than ANUA's. ANUA's product also contains natural antibacterial ingredients like tea tree-related compounds and centella asiatica (cica) extract, which is great for oily, acne-prone skin aiming to prevent pores. But if you're an adult who doesn't get much acne anymore but still wants hydration and anti-aging care, the inclusion of niacinamide makes this Matsukiyo Calming Serum a great option. Both use neutralized azelaic acid, but if you want more hydration and anti-aging benefits along with oil control, I think this Matsukiyo Calming Serum is a great choice. Now for the second product — if this rings a bell for you, yes, this is the generic version of TAKAMI's Peeling Lotion. TAKAMI's biggest appeal is its original fruit acid complex, blending seven types of fruit acids in a unique formulation. It feels like water, and despite being an acid, it has almost no irritation, gently promoting skin renewal without burden. Interestingly, it's not really about peeling in the traditional sense — it seems to energize each individual skin cell. TAKAMI was acquired by L'Oréal Group a few years ago. Through their extensive research on the fruit acid complex, data has shown that it increases proteins within the epidermis and promotes the generation of new cells. Normally, peeling promotes skin cell turnover, but TAKAMI's Peeling Lotion works based on the concept of energizing the cells themselves. That's why it can be used even by people with sensitive or dry skin — and I think that's exactly why it's so popular. So what about this Precious Solution? It also contains fruit acid extracts similar to TAKAMI's key ingredients — like apple fruit extract and grapefruit extract. It also states that it blends seven types of fruit acids, but the ratio is likely different from TAKAMI's formulation. Besides the seven fruit acid complex, it also contains mandelic acid, known as a mild peeling ingredient. Unlike active acids such as glycolic acid or salicylic acid, it's a gentler peeling agent with a larger molecular size, meaning it only exfoliates the surface layer — making it relatively gentle. It also contains ceramides. While TAKAMI's original fruit acid complex works by promoting cell renewal, which in turn increases skin moisture and boosts radiance, this product instead uses mandelic acid to gently remove unnecessary dead skin cells while including ceramides to prevent dryness. So while they may seem similar, they actually work quite differently. People with extremely sensitive skin who can't tolerate peeling products at all should stick with TAKAMI. But if you're not that sensitive, yet you're concerned about dullness and want to try a peeling product while also worrying about dryness, I think the Precious Solution would be a great choice. Both take different approaches, but I think they're both wonderful products. So, how was that? Today I introduced Matsukiyo's generic serums. I think they clearly define who each product is targeted toward. Even though they contain similar ingredients, they incorporate their own unique elements — so while the overall direction is similar, the subtle differences are quite interesting. One important note, though — "generic" doesn't mean simply copying the original. While the concept or direction may be similar, the approach can be completely different.
