薬局で買える唇がプルプルになるリップクリームを3つ紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、智に新田です。日に日に風が冷たくなってきて、唇が荒れ気味な方も多いんじゃないでしょうか。ということで今日は、ドラッグストアで買える「唇がプルプルになるリップクリーム」を3本ご紹介したいと思います。最後までご覧ください。 唇の荒れ対策やプルプルにするリップクリームをご紹介する前に、皆さん、唇って不思議な場所だなと思ったことはありませんか？普通の皮膚の構造とは違うなと思った方も多いと思います。実は唇は、皮膚でもあり粘膜でもある、とても面白いパーツなんです。 上唇と下唇でも構造が少し違っていて、上唇はどちらかというと皮膚寄り、下唇はどちらかというと粘膜寄りなんです。なので、上唇よりも下唇の方が荒れやすかったり、形や色が違ったりするのは、こうした構造の違いから来ています。 また、唇には汗腺がなく、皮脂腺も圧倒的に少ないんですね。水分を維持する能力も、普通の皮膚の6分の1から10分の1程度と言われています。通常の皮膚が乾燥すると感じるレベルでも、唇はその何倍も乾燥していると思っていただいていいくらいです。 さらに皮脂腺が少ないということは、皮脂によるコーティング膜もないということ。コーティングがないと水分を維持できず、守るものもないので乾燥しやすくなります。 もう一つ、唇はターンオーバーがとても早くて、通常の肌が約1ヶ月周期なのに対し、唇は3〜4日というサイクルでターンオーバーしています。ターンオーバーが早いということは、皮むけもしやすいということ。乾燥による皮むけと、ターンオーバーの早さによる皮むけ、両方が起こりやすい場所なんです。 だからこそ、なんとなくではなく、唇の特性をきちんと理解して、適切な成分が入ったリップクリームを選ぶことが大切になります。そういった観点で、今日はドラッグストアで買えるものを3つ選んでみました。早速ご紹介します。 【1つ目】メンソレータム 薬用リップリペアワン パッケージには「皮むけ、荒れがちな唇を集中補修」と書かれています。有効成分はニコチン酸アミド、グリチルレチン酸ジカリウム、ビタミンE誘導体です。 これは薬用、つまり医薬部外品なので、有効成分の名前に聞き覚えがあるかもしれません。グリチルレチン酸というのはグリチルレチン酸ジカリウムのこと、ニコチン酸アミドはナイアシンアミドのことです。 ナイアシンアミドというと美白やシワ改善のイメージが強いと思いますが、それだけでなく、肌荒れ防止や保湿力アップの効果もあります。今回のリップに配合されているのは、どちらかというと肌荒れを修復する目的だと思われます。 グリチルレチン酸は抗炎症成分なので、炎症を鎮めつつ肌荒れも防止します。ビタミンE誘導体は血流促進作用があり、血流を促すことで肌荒れ防止や保湿につながります。荒れがちな唇のために、こうした有効成分がしっかり配合されているんですね。 それだけでなく、先ほど言った通り皮脂腺がないので膜を張るという意味で、ワセリンやオリーブ油などの油分もしっかり配合されています。有効成分と油分がバランスよく入っているので、荒れがちな唇や皮むけしやすい方にとても良いのではないかと思って選びました。 【2つ目】キュレル リップケアクリーム 以前の動画でバームタイプをご紹介したことがあったかもしれませんが、こちらはスティックタイプです。バームタイプは油分がたっぷりなので寝る前などに向いていますが、ベタつきが気になる方や手軽に塗りたい方には、このリップケアクリームがおすすめです。 有効成分はグリチルレチン酸ジカリウムで、先ほどのメンソレータムと同様に抗炎症作用があります。そしてキュレルらしく、擬似セラミドがしっかり配合されています。 唇は水分を維持する能力が圧倒的に少ないので、しっかり水分を引き込む保水成分と、膜を張るバリア成分の両方が必要です。セラミドは水分を引き込みつつ、角層のキメを整えて皮むけや唇が硬くなるのを防いでくれる成分だと思います。 擬似セラミドに加えて、ワセリンや流動パラフィンといった膜を張る成分もしっかり配合されているので、使い続けると唇が柔らかくなってきたり、皮がむけても硬くなくスルッと取れるようになったりします。唇自体がふっくらしてくると思うので、皮がむけがちでゴワゴワしている方には特におすすめです。 【3つ目】DHC エクストラモイスチャー リップクリーム 先の2つは有効成分入りで荒れ対策がメインでしたが、こちらは保湿がメインで、潤いをどんどん与えるタイプです。 DHCというとオリーブオイルのイメージがあると思いますが、こちらにもオリーブオイルなどの油性成分がしっかり配合されています。膜を張ってしっかり皮脂を補うのがメインなので、ツヤっとした仕上がりになり、口紅の下地としても使えます。 それだけかと思いきや、実はここにはパルミトイルペンタペプチド-38というペプチドが配合されています。このペプチドはコラーゲンに似た構造を持つと言われていて、唇に塗ることでコラーゲンの再生を促進することが期待されています。 オイルでツヤを与えながら、ペプチドでふっくら感を目指したいという方には、こちらがおすすめです。 いかがでしたか？コメントで「おすすめのリップクリームを紹介してほしい」というリクエストがあったので、今回はドラッグストアで買えるものをご紹介しました。それ以外にも、デパコスでは唇のアンチエイジングのための美容液などもたくさん出ています。もしそういったアイテムも紹介してほしいという声があれば、次回取り上げたいと思いますので、コメント欄で教えてください。 では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

So today, I'd like to introduce three lip balms you can buy at the drugstore that will make your lips plump and smooth. Please watch until the end. Before introducing lip balms for chapped lips and plumpness, have any of you ever thought about how mysterious lips are as a body part? Many of you probably thought the structure is different from regular skin. Actually, lips are a fascinating part that is both skin and mucous membrane at the same time. The upper and lower lips actually have slightly different structures — the upper lip leans more toward skin, while the lower lip leans more toward mucous membrane. This is why the lower lip tends to chap more easily than the upper lip, and why there are differences in shape and color between the two. Also, lips have no sweat glands and dramatically fewer sebaceous glands. Their ability to retain moisture is said to be only 1/6 to 1/10 that of regular skin. Even when regular skin feels dry, you can think of lips as being many times drier than that. Furthermore, having fewer sebaceous glands means there's no protective sebum coating either. Without this coating, lips can't retain moisture and have nothing to protect them, making them prone to dryness. Another point is that lips have a very fast turnover cycle. While regular skin has about a one-month cycle, lips turn over in just 3 to 4 days. This fast turnover means lips are prone to peeling — both from dryness and from the rapid turnover itself. That's why it's important to properly understand the characteristics of lips and choose lip balms with appropriate ingredients, rather than just picking one at random. With that in mind, I've selected three products available at drugstores today. Let's get started. 【1. Mentholatum Medicated Lip Repair One】 The package states it's for "intensively repairing lips prone to peeling and chapping." The active ingredients are Nicotinamide, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, and Vitamin E derivative. Since this is a medicated product (quasi-drug), you might recognize some of these ingredient names. Glycyrrhizic acid here refers to Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, and Nicotinamide is the same as Niacinamide. Niacinamide is often associated with whitening and wrinkle improvement, but its benefits aren't limited to that — it also helps prevent skin roughness and improves hydration. In this lip balm, it seems to be included mainly for repairing rough, chapped lips. Glycyrrhizic acid is an anti-inflammatory ingredient that calms inflammation while also preventing further roughness. Vitamin E derivative promotes blood circulation, which helps prevent roughness and improve moisture retention. These active ingredients are specifically included to address chapped, damaged lips. On top of that, since lips lack sebaceous glands as mentioned, oils like petrolatum and olive oil are also included to form a protective film. With this balance of active ingredients and oils, I think this is great for people with chapped lips or those prone to peeling. 【2. Curél Lip Care Cream】 I may have introduced the balm-type version in a previous video, but this one is a stick type. The balm type is rich in oil, making it great for nighttime use, but if you find it too greasy or want something easier to apply, this Lip Care Cream stick is a great option. The active ingredient is Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, which has anti-inflammatory properties just like the Mentholatum product. And true to Curél's brand, it's packed with pseudo-ceramide. As mentioned, lips have a dramatically reduced ability to retain moisture, so it's important to have both a moisture-drawing ingredient and a barrier-forming ingredient. Ceramide draws in moisture while also smoothing out the texture of the skin's layers, helping prevent peeling and the hardening of lips. In addition to pseudo-ceramide, this product contains petrolatum and liquid paraffin to form a protective film. With continued use, lips become softer, and even when they peel, the skin comes off smoothly rather than being hard and rough. I think this would be especially great for people whose lips feel rough or bumpy due to frequent peeling. 【3. DHC Extra Moisture Lip Cream】 The first two products focused on active ingredients to prevent chapping, but this one is more about deep hydration — continuously delivering moisture to the lips. DHC is often associated with olive oil, and indeed this product contains olive oil and other oil-based ingredients that form a protective film and supplement sebum. Because of this, it gives a glossy finish and can even be used as a base before applying lipstick. But that's not all — this product actually contains a peptide called Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-38. This peptide is said to have a structure similar to collagen, and applying it is expected to help promote collagen regeneration in the lips. So if you want glossy lips from the oils while also aiming for plumpness from the peptide, this one is a great choice. So, what did you think?
