敏感肌でも安心して使えるジェルクレンジングを2つ解説します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、今期大注目の敏感肌の方にも安心して使えるジェルクレンジングを2つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 ジェルクレンジングっていうと、基本的にはオイルとかバームとか、その油性成分が入れることができないので、少し洗浄力が劣るというものが今までは多かったんですね。洗浄力が弱いから敏感肌の方にもいいよっていうこともあったんですけれども、今の時期っていうのはホコリだったり花粉だったりPM2.5だったり、いろんなものが肌についてしまう。それによって敏感肌っていうのはさらに耐性成分、いろんなものがついてしまう。そうするとバリア機能が低下します。そうするとまた敏感肌が悪化してしまうということになるので、しっかり付いたものは洗い流す。だけれども必要なものは残しておくということが必要だったんですね。なのでジェルだと所々ないなっていうこともあったんですが、今期はなんと処方を変えたりとか、あとは有効成分を入れたりとか、敏感肌の方にも安心ですし、さらに肌荒れが起こりやすいなと思っている方にも安心して使える、そしてメイク落ちもちゃんとできるっていうクレンジングジェルが今期は出ているので、それをご紹介したいと思います。 では早速1つ目、カルテHDモイスチャークレンジングオイルジェルです。カルテHDといったら皆さんご存知、ヘパリン類似物質が入っている製品で、乾燥肌の方だったりとか敏感肌の方がお使いになる、保湿をしたいという方も乾燥肌の人もよくお使いになっていると思うんですが、そこから今回モイスチャークレンジングオイルジェルという製品が発売になりました。私自身ちょっとびっくりしたんですよね。カルテさんが出すとしたら、ミルククレンジングなんじゃないかなと勝手に思ってたんです。というのもやっぱり敏感肌の方っていうのはオイルだと取りすぎちゃう、ジェルだと油が配合するのがすごく難しいので肌当たりはいいんですけれども、メイクを落としづらいというところがあったので、多分乾燥肌とか敏感肌の方のためにミルクだったりするんじゃないかなと勝手に思っていたら、なんとその考えを覆したオイルジェルになっておりました。 いろいろ見ていくと、これジェルと思ったらちょっと違う。本当にジェルオイルなんですよね。最初パッと出すとジェルタイプなので、水の肌当たりがいいのと、あとジェルなのでちょっと厚みがあるんですよ。厚みがあると何がいいかって、やっぱり摩擦をしにくいっていうところなんですね。なのでやっぱり敏感肌だったりとか、あとは乾燥肌、摩擦ってすごく悪いじゃないですか。だからあえて厚みが出るようなジェルタイプにしてるんだと思うんですね。 ただそれで洗浄力が弱い、オイルとか油分が少ないとクルクルすることになるじゃないですか。なんですが多分そこにはやっぱり、メーカーの乳化技術っていうのがあって、ジェルの中に油滴をもう本当にいっぱい入れてるような工夫がされてるんですね。水の中にゆっくりゆっくり、弱く弱く風船を膨らませるように油滴をたっぷり入れてる。なので従来のジェルでは入れられないようなオイルの量をたっぷり入れているっていうのがポイント。 プラスアルファはこのジェルの水の部分にですね、グルコシルトレハロースだったりとかアミノ酸系だったりとか、お肌に一瞬パッと乗ったときにオイルを守るような成分が一番最初にいく。お肌でクルクルするとオイルが弾けて、そこでオイルがメイクとなじむっていう設計をしてるんですよ。なので一番最初には保湿成分だったりとか肌を守るような成分が来るっていう工夫がされてるのが、すごく面白いなと思いました。 なので入っているオイルはですね、エステル系のオイルでも安定性が高いもの、そして界面活性剤は一番は非イオン界面活性剤が入っていると思うんですが、もう一つですね、Nステアロイル N-メチルタウリンナトリウムっていうこれは非イオン界面活性剤というもので、どちらかというと汚れをすごく取り去りやすいものなんですよ。非イオン界面活性剤とイオン系の界面活性剤、両方が入ることによって取りすぎず、そして取らなさすぎずっていう、これ多分すごい絶妙なものなんだと思うんですね。 処方だけを見ていたら、ちょっと落ち具合どうなのかなと思ったんですが、多分そこはオイルをすごく入れているという、この乳化技術の賜物だと思うんですけども、正直メイク落ちもかなり良いです。なんですが終わった後にすぐにオイルに変わって、すぐにメイクが浮いてきて洗い流した時に突っ張るかなと思いきや、これもまた全然突っ張らない。これはもちろん水で洗い流すので、潤い成分ってある程度しか残らないんですけれども、でもこれはしっかりと肌に残るように、大量に保湿剤も入れてるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 なので成分だけを見たら正直そこまですごい差が分からないんですけれども、でもオイルのこのたっぷり入っている感じは、技術の賜物なんじゃないかなと思っています。さっき言ったみたいに敏感肌の方でも摩擦レスにするように、あえてのジェルオイルにしてるっていうところが、乾燥肌さん敏感肌さんのためにすごく考えている処方なんだなと思います。そして有効成分、これカルテHDなんですけれども、やっぱりヘパリン類似物質は入ってないです。洗い流しちゃうと肌にあまり残りづらいっていうものもあるので、あえて残りやすいようなものを入れてるんだと思うんですね。その代わりに抗炎症作用の強い、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムというものが入っているので、それで医薬部外品を取っています。どちらにしても本当にメイク落ちもいいですし、その後の突っ張り感もない。なんといってもやっぱりこの摩擦レスで洗えるというところが、今期すごく大注目だなと思ったクレンジングオイルジェルです。 続いてはこちら、シンプルテ ピュアクレンジングクリアです。こちらもジェルからオイルに変わる系のジェルクレンジングなんですね。こちらはですね、入っているオイルがひまわり種子油だったりとか、あとはマヌカオイルだったりとか、ベースが結構植物系のオイルを使ってるんですよ。植物系のオイルっていうのは肌に馴染みやすくて、オイルがしっかりとメイクと馴染みやすいっていう傾向があるんですね。なのでよりナチュラルに顔を洗いたいなっていう方にはすごくいいのかなと思います。 ベースの界面活性剤は非イオン界面活性剤が入っております。合成のものがほとんど入っていないような油性の成分も、いろいろひまわり種子油を代表的にして、油系の成分がほとんどが天然系のものが入っているので、そういった意味ではお肌にすごく優しいんじゃないかなと思います。こちらのポイントとしては、大気汚染だったりとか、そういうお肌につく外的刺激から守るというコンセプトで作られているこのジェルクレンジングで、メイクの汚れを落とすだけじゃなくて、大気汚染を吸着するというこちらはアルテモナス発酵エキスというものが入っているんですね。これが大気汚染だったりとかそういったものを吸着して絡めとって出してくれるというエキスになっています。 これはあともう一つマスク時代にすごくいいなと思う成分が入っていて、マスクするじゃないですか。マスクをすると蒸れますよね。蒸れてどういったことが起こるかというと、体温が上がってそこに皮脂分泌が過剰になるんですね。皮脂が過剰になるとアクネ菌だったりとか、腸細菌だったりとか、黄色ブドウ球菌だったり、いろんな良からぬ菌が繁殖することになるんですよ。なので通常だったらアクネ菌だったら思春期の人だったらそれを抗菌剤みたいなもので倒しちゃうんですけれども、ニキビ肌ではないんだけれども繁殖することによって、特に黄色ブドウ球菌という肌荒れを起こすようなものが増えてしまうと、やっぱりその敏感度に傾いてしまうので、実は天然の抗菌成分というものがこちらには配合されています。それがクララ根エキスというものなんですね。 クララ根エキスというのは黄色ブドウ球菌の繁殖を抑えるというデータがありますので、そういった意味ではマスクで敏感になりやすくて、肌荒れが起こしやすいという方、そしてより天然のもので顔を洗いたいというか、天然成分にこだわるという人にはすごくいいんじゃないかなと思います。オイルが本当にたっぷり入っているので、そういった意味でメイク落ちもすごくいいです。 もう一つこちらのポイントとしては香りですね。以前香りについてをご紹介したと思うんですが、感情のスイッチを切り替えるようなルームフレグランスをご紹介したんですが、それと同じ香りが入っているので、クレンジングって夜するじゃないですか。夜それを顔を洗いながら癒されて気持ちがリラックスするというようなこともあるので、そういった意味ではマスク自体でこの辺の環境も良くない、そして自分の気持ち的な環境も落ち込みがちという方には、とても良いクレンジングなんじゃないかなと思いました。 カルテさんもシンプルテさんも本当にどちらも自分のブランドさんのコンセプト、こちらはより天然系に、そしてこちらはより敏感肌に、そしてそれだからこそのあえてのジェルタイプのクレンジングなんだなという風に思いました。私自身ジェルクレンジングの概念をちょっと変えたかなと思いますので、これからの時期ね、花粉だったり大気汚染、花粉はね、ちょっと落ち着いてきているかもしれないですけれども、まだまだね、PM2.5とかは多かったり、あとはマスクで蒸れちゃったりとかして肌荒れが起こってきちゃうと思うので、皆さん良かったらジェルタイプのクレンジングも注目していただければなと思います。 いかがでしたか。このチャンネルではこのように美容や健康について皆さんにわかりやすく解説していますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。そしてこの化粧品取り上げてほしいよとかこういう健康法って先生どうなの?というご質問がありましたら、ぜひぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。ご視聴ありがとうございました。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce two gel cleansers that are highly recommended for this season and can be used safely even by those with sensitive skin. So please watch until the end. Gel cleansers traditionally have lower cleansing power than oil or balm cleansers because oil-based ingredients cannot be easily incorporated into them. In the past, it was said that because of their weak cleansing power, they were good for people with sensitive skin. However, in this season, dust, pollen, PM2.5, and various other pollutants stick to the skin. As a result, people with sensitive skin accumulate even more harmful substances. This leads to a decline in skin barrier function, which further exacerbates sensitive skin conditions. Therefore, we need to thoroughly wash away what's attached while preserving what the skin needs. Because of this, gel cleansers had some limitations. However, this season we've seen gel cleansers with modified formulas and added active ingredients that are safe for sensitive skin, work well even for those prone to skin irritation, and effectively remove makeup. So I'd like to introduce these to you today. First, let me introduce Calte HD Moisture Cleansing Oil Gel. As you all know, Calte HD is a product containing heparinoid, which is widely used by those with dry and sensitive skin who want to maintain moisture. From this brand, they've now released a Moisture Cleansing Oil Gel product. I was quite surprised by this. I had personally assumed Calte would release a milk cleanser instead. This is because people with sensitive skin tend to have their skin stripped by oil-based cleansers, and with gel-based ones, it's very difficult to incorporate oils, so while the feel is nice, makeup removal tends to be inadequate. So I had assumed they would introduce a milk cleanser for those with dry and sensitive skin, but I was proven wrong with this oil-gel formula. Looking at it more closely, I realized this isn't really a gel as I thought, but truly a gel-oil. When you first dispense it, it's gel-type, so it has a nice water-like feel on the skin, and because it's gel, it has some thickness. This thickness is beneficial because it reduces friction. After all, for sensitive and dry skin types, friction is very damaging. So I think they deliberately created a gel-type with thickness. However, if the cleansing power were weak with little oil content, you'd just be rubbing it in circles. But I believe there's a sophisticated emulsification technology behind this where tiny oil droplets are incorporated abundantly within the gel. Water droplets are filled in slowly and gently, like gradually inflating a balloon, allowing for an amount of oil that traditional gels couldn't accommodate. Additionally, in the water portion of this gel, they've incorporated components like glucosyl trehalose and amino acids that protect the skin oil when it first contacts the skin. As you massage it on the skin, the oil breaks down and blends with makeup. This is designed so that moisturizing and skin-protecting ingredients come first. I found this engineering quite interesting. The oils incorporated are stable ester-type oils. The surfactants likely include non-ionic surfactants as the primary choice, but also include N-stearoyl N-methyl taurine sodium, which is a non-ionic surfactant that gently removes impurities. Having both non-ionic and ionic surfactants creates an exquisite balance between adequate and not over-cleansing. When I first looked at the formula alone, I wondered about makeup removal efficacy, but I believe this is thanks to the abundant oil content enabled by this sophisticated emulsification technology. In reality, makeup removal is quite good. And while you might expect tightness after use as the oil immediately transforms and makeup lifts off during rinsing, there's surprisingly no tightness at all. Of course, since it's rinsed with water, only a certain amount of moisture remains, but I suspect they've included substantial amounts of moisturizers to ensure skin stays comfortable. So while the individual ingredients don't seem dramatically different when examined alone, the abundant oil feel seems to be a result of their technical prowess. As mentioned earlier, they've deliberately created this gel-oil to minimize friction even for sensitive skin, showing real consideration for dry and sensitive skin types in the formula. Regarding active ingredients, this Calte HD product doesn't contain heparinoid since it's rinsed away and doesn't remain well on skin. Instead, they've included potassium glycyrrhizinate, which has strong anti-inflammatory properties, allowing it to be classified as a quasi-drug product. Either way, it offers excellent makeup removal with no post-cleansing tightness. Most notably, this friction-free cleansing approach is what caught my attention this season as a gel oil cleanser. Next is Simpurte Pure Cleansing Clear. This is also a gel-type cleanser that transforms from gel to oil. This one uses plant-based oils like sunflower seed oil and manuka oil as its base. Plant-based oils tend to blend easily with skin and help oils blend smoothly with makeup. So I think it's great for those wanting a more natural face-cleansing experience. The primary surfactant base is non-ionic, and almost no synthetic components are used. The oil-based ingredients are mostly plant-based, with sunflower seed oil being representative. In this sense, it's very gentle on skin. The concept here is to protect skin from external stressors like air pollution. This gel cleanser not only removes makeup but also has the ability to adsorb air pollution through an ingredient called Artemona fermented extract. This extract adsorbs and removes pollutants like air pollution. There's another excellent ingredient for the mask era included here. When you wear a mask, it gets warm and damp, right? This heat and moisture cause body temperature to rise and sebum secretion to increase. Excessive sebum promotes growth of Cutibacterium acnes and other problematic bacteria, particularly Staphylococcus aureus, which causes skin irritation. While normally we'd use antibacterial agents for acne-prone young skin, the proliferation of bacteria in non-acne-prone individuals can still tilt skin toward sensitivity. This product includes natural antimicrobial ingredients, specifically Sophorae Radix Extract. Sophorae Radix Extract has data showing it suppresses Staphylococcus aureus proliferation. So for those whose sensitive skin is exacerbated by masks and who develop irritation, and for those preferring natural ingredients, this is an excellent cleanser. It contains abundant oil, so makeup removal is also excellent. Another noteworthy point is the fragrance. I previously introduced a room fragrance that switches emotional mood, and this product contains the same fragrance. Since you typically cleanse at night, you get to feel soothed and relaxed while washing your face. So for those dealing with a poor mask environment and whose emotional state tends to decline, this is a wonderful cleanser. Both Calte and Simpurte truly embody their respective brand concepts—one emphasizing natural ingredients and the other sensitive skin care—which is why they've deliberately created these gel-type cleansers. I feel my understanding of gel cleansing has somewhat evolved. As we enter the season with pollen and air pollution—though pollen may be settling somewhat, PM2.5 and other pollutants persist, and mask-related moisture continues to cause skin irritation—I hope you'll pay attention to gel-type cleansers as well.
