みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は私が今までご紹介してきた美白アイテムを一挙ご紹介という企画になります。本当に美白のアイテムたくさんご紹介してきて、どんどんねテクノロジーだったりとか処方だったりとか成分だったり新しいものがたくさん出てきているので、それを一挙に見たいよっていうお声がたくさんあったので、全部まとめて皆さんにご紹介したいので、ちょっと長くなるかもしれないんですけども、これさえ見れば美白アイテムを全部知ることができるっていうような必見の動画になりますので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。ではどうぞ！ 2023年美白アイテムのトレンドをお話ししようと思います。春夏といえば美白ですよね。なので1月から3月まで本当にいろんなメーカーさんが美白のアイテムを出していきます。もちろん発売日の前後ぐらいにここのチャンネルですね、それぞれのアイテムの深掘りをしていこうとは思っているんですけれども、ざっとですね、2023年の美白のトレンドっていうのをお話ししようかなと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 まず2023年のズバリのトレンドは美白の原点回帰かなと思います。なんだそれ？って思うかもしれないんですが、ここ数年の美白っていうのは透明感みたいな感じを推してきたみたいなところがあるんですけれども、なのでテクノロジー的にも透明感を上げるためのフォーカスしているところが筋肉だったり神経だったりとか、あとは表皮のターンオーバーだったりとかっていうところにフォーカスが来ているものが多かったんですけれども、2023年は改めてメラニンを作る細胞でもあるメラノサイトに研究がまたさらに再フォーカスをされて、今までのメラノサイトの働きをさらに深く解明できて、じゃあそれをどうやったらメラニンにならないようにするかっていうのがまた一段と深掘りされた年だなと思います。 例えば1月の16日に発売されるコスメデコルテのホワイトロジストもメラノサイトが分裂する様がちょっと違うっていうのを見つけてそれにフォーカスをしたりとか、あとはアスタリフトから出る3月1日売りの美白のアイテムもですね、メラノサイトの今度は肝細胞に注目したりっていう風にさらにメラノサイトっていうものにフォーカスしているものが多いかなという風に思います。 あと2023年のトレンドとしては黒だけじゃない色をとっていくっていうことですかね。やっぱり肌の色ムラっていうのは茶色とか黒とかだけじゃなく実は赤もあるじゃないですか。今まで赤みをとるスキンケアってほとんどなかったんじゃないかなと思うんですよね。赤っていうのは基本的には炎症を表しているものなので炎症があるからスキンケアレベルではちょっと無理だということでしたし、ただやっぱり人間って炎症がなくてもなんとか赤ら顔とか赤っぽくなるっていうのがあって、それがちょっとシミっぽく美白としては色のトーンを落としちゃうっていうところもあって、それにフォーカスしたのがポーラですね。赤みケア、ハリ、くすみのケアとして新しく2月にシートマスクとドリンクが発売になります。これはですね、また深掘りをしようと思うんですけれども、医療レベルでも使う数値があるんですけれども、その赤みだとかを見る数値をきちっと出して、その数値を抑えられるような成分を見出してっていうようなことなので、炎症はないんだけれども、なんとなく赤くなりやすいお肌の人っていうには朗報なアイテムが出るんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 あとは引き続き透明感っていうものもキーワードの一つになって、透明感っていうのは今までターンオーバーを促したりとか水分を入れていくっていうところだったんですが、実は肌の常在菌がこの透明感に関与してるんじゃないかっていうのも最近の話題で、クレドポーフォーから2月に出る美白美容液はですね、そこにやっぱりそのマイクロバイオーム、要はその美肌菌にフォーカスを当てて、その美肌菌が実は肌の透明感に関与しているんだよっていうきちっとしたデータを出してきているので、そこもですね、すごく楽しみな美容液ができるのかなというふうに思っています。 まとめると本当に原点回帰でメラノサイト、黒とか茶色っていうものを抑えるものだったりとか、あと着ぐすみだったり赤みまで行くようなアイテムだったりとかとはいってもやっぱり透明感上げていきたいよねっていうようなアイテムだったりとか、全方位から全色の色をきちっとアプローチできるっていうようなアイテムが増えてくるかなと思います。なので2022年に比べて2023年はですね美白のアイテムがものすごく大豊作です。今言ったのは一部でもっともっといろんなものが出てきているので、また改めて一つ一つは深掘りしていこうかなと思います。 あと日焼け止めもですね、もう本当に各メーカーさん素晴らしいものを出してきているんですけども、私今期注目しているのは2月に出るオルビスのですね日焼け止め。もうこれはね多分2020年かなに発売されて大ヒットを遂げたUVなんですけれども、シワ改善もシミ改善もできるナイアシンアミド入れたっていうものなんですが、それがねまたバージョンアップしてきます。正直このリニューアルを聞いた時にはこれ以上ないでしょうというふうに思ったんですけれども、また進化系で攻めと守りをちゃんと一体化しているっていう感じになっているんですよね。メーカーさんはですね、太陽の下のエイジングケアをするものですっていうようなことも言っていて、確かに日焼け止めなんだけれども心地よく塗れるし、あとちょっと美容液効果がさらにシワ改善シミ改善をバージョンアップさせているという感じなので、また2月になったらそこの深掘りもしたいなというふうに思っております。 あとは2月にロート製薬のスキンアクアからですね、ノンケミカルでここまでやりましたかっていう、正直ノンケミカルを作るときって、紫外線吸収剤が入れられないので散乱剤だけでやるんですね。でも散乱剤だけだときしんだりとか白浮きしたりとかSPF出ないっていうものを、もう取っ払ってくれるような高SPFできしみもなくて白浮きもほとんどないっていうようなノンケミカルが出ます。これも研究開発の人にお話を詳しく聞いたんですけれども、正直もう本当に処方の妙というか、こんなことができるような時代になったんだなっていうような、びっくりした日はなども聞いたので、それもですね2月に発売なので、発売前後にまた詳しくお話ししたいなというふうに思っております。 まとめると2023年もですね美白アイテムは目白押し。2023年入ってすぐ言うのもなんですけど、ベストコスメ選ぶの大変だろうなと思うし、美白の特集雑誌とかもどんどん出てくるだろうなっていうふうに思っております。でもそういう時には本当に思うのはメーカーさんの研究員の熱い思いですよね。やっぱり自分がずっと研究していたものが化粧品になって、皆さんに使ってもらって喜んでもらいたいっていうものをですね、皆さん研究員の方がずっと取り組んできているものがたくさんありますので、また2023年で一つ一つ深掘りして解説していきますので、ぜひぜひ楽しみにしていてください。 冬の美白にぴったりな成分とそれが配合されているアイテムを皆さんにシェアしたいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 美白っていうと夏のイメージ多分多いと思うんですよ。だって紫外線も多いしそりゃあ先生夏でしょ美白のメインはと思うかもしれないんですが、やっぱり美白っていうのは1年間通してやっていくものなんですね。夏だけやったからといってシミができにくいとか透明感が出るというわけじゃなくて、やっぱり365日やっぱりケアするってことがすごく大事なんですよ。でも紫外線がさんさんと降り注いできている夏と、そうじゃなくって紫外線もある程度落ち着いていて、あと乾燥が起こったりとかそういった時の冬にした方がいい美白ケアっていうのは、やっぱりちょっと成分をチョイスするのに考えた方がいいかなと思っております。やっぱり夏には夏にぴったりの、冬には冬に合った美白の成分そして、アイテムというのがありますので、今日はそれをご紹介したいと思います。 では大前提に夏と冬とどう美白を考えた方がいいかっていうお話なんですけれども、さっきから言ってるように夏っていうのはもう紫外線がどんどんと降り注いでいます。なのでもちろんUVケアは365日ですよ。紫外線を防御するっていうのはもう1年間だと思っていただいて、日焼け止めは横に置いておいてこれも毎日塗ってください。じゃあそれ以外に紫外線が降り注いでいる夏っていうのはどういったところがポイントかっていうと、やっぱりUVケアをしていてもどうしても量が多いのである程度当たってしまう。なので夏は紫外線が当たって炎症が起こるのでやっぱり炎症止めたりとか、紫外線によってメラニンを作ってくれっていう指令が出てくるのをブロックしたりとかということがポイント。あとは夏は皮脂が出たりすることが多いので、その皮脂による酸化を抑えたりとか、そういったこと。あとは夏っていうのは冷たい冷房の中から急に暑いところに行ったりとかっていう寒暖差も多いので、そういった意味で高炎症とか寒暖差とか高酸化みたいなものを使った方がいい。要は紫外線から起こる炎症を抑えながら、その炎症がメラニンを作ってくれっていう信号をブロックする。そしてメラニンを作ることが多いので、メラニンを作る過程をブロックしたり、黒くなったメラニンを薄くしたりっていうようなこの、やっぱりメラニンケアっていうことが重要になってきます。 冬はじゃあどういったことにポイントを置けばいいかっていうと、今は紫外線夏に来る場合はぐっと少ないですよね。だからといってUVケアを起こしちゃいけないっていうわけじゃないんですが、そこのUVケア持たさっておいて、じゃあ冬っていうのは紫外線が当たることによって炎症が起こるっていうことは夏よりも少ない。じゃあ今の時期何が大事かっていうと、できてしまったメラニンを排出するっていうことがとっても大事なんですよ。排出系になります。あとはやはりどうしても冬っていうのは乾燥が起こってくる。乾燥が起こるとですね、やっぱりその乾燥による肌荒れ、それによってメラニンを作りなさいっていうそのシグナルっていうのは紫外線だけじゃなくて、やっぱりこの乾燥がくる肌荒れからの炎症からもメラニンを作ってくれっていうことがいきますので、やっぱりどちらかというと肌荒れを防止する、プラスアルファターンオーバーを促していったりするようなものがあるとやっぱりできてしまったメラニンを出す。そして乾燥からくる肌荒れを抑えるっていうところで、できれば保湿もできるという成分があればとっても心強いものになってきます。なのでそういった観点から今日はアイテムを選んで、新製品のものであればそこらもプラスしているので楽しみにしてください。 では冬の美白で使ってもらいたい成分、一つ目はD-パンテノールです。これはポーラやオルビスグループが特許を持っているものになっていて、D-パンテノールっていうのは排出をしていくっていうものになるんですね。もちろんメラニンを作らなくするようにすることもゼロではないと思うんですが、どちらかというと皮膚のターンオーバー、皮膚自体の細胞の持っている力を最大限に利用してターンオーバーを促してくれます。ただターンオーバーを促すっていうとなんとなくレチノールとか思い出すんですが、レチノールとは違って早めるんだけれども、ちゃんと細胞間脂質を作りながらなので、乾燥も抑えながら排出をしていくっていうものになるんですね。なのでやっぱり冬の美白っていうのは排出がポイントだよって言ったのと、乾燥させないにするっていうのがポイントだって言ったので、そこにぴったりなのがやっぱりD-パンテノールだと思います。 D-パンテノールが入っているものだと、オルビスのホワイト クリアエッセンスなどが有名だと思います。あとは今年の新製品だとこちらですね、ポーラ ホワイトショットマスク QXSです。今年はホワイトショットはドリンクとシートマスクになっています。シートマスクにはD-パンテノールももちろん入っていますし、これは赤みを抑えるっていうようなものがポイントになっているので、また、これは別で深掘りをしようと思うんですが、冬の間の鎮静をしながらやっぱり排出をしていくっていう考え方、とってもポイントだなと思っています。もちろん冬だけじゃなくて、このホワイトショットには、夏にもポイントになるものがいっぱいね、日中用のタレとして入っているんですけれども、一応D-パンテノールが入っている新製品ということで、こちらでもご紹介しました。 続いて冬に使うべき美白成分2つ目は4MSKです。4MSKっていうのは資生堂さんが持っている美白有効成分なんですけれども、これはもちろん紫外線が当たったときに、メラニンを作ってくださいっていう指令をブロックして、メラニンを作らせなくするっていうのもポイントになるんですが、もう一つメラニンが当たってシミができる場所っていうのは、カッカ異常っていうものが起こるっていうのが分かっているんですね。これってどういうことかっていうと、ターンオーバーが乱れてるっていうことなんですよ。シミがある場所っていうのは、通常メラノサイトがメラニンを作って肌の細胞に受け渡しても、ターンオーバーがきちんといっていけばどんどん排出されるんですけれども、シミの場所っていうのはそのターンオーバーが乱れてしまって、ずっと停留してしまう異常カッカということが起こっているということが言われているので、それを通常に戻す。なので、メラニンが含まれた細胞をどんどん出していってあげるよっていう成分になっています。なのでやっぱりどうしても夏の間に受けてしまったメラニンが蓄積されているのを、この4MSKの力でどんどん排出をしていくよということになるんですね。プラスアルファ、やっぱり4MSKっていうのはメラニンを作るのを抑えてくれるので、もちろん冬っていうのはそこまでね、紫外線が降り注ぐわけではないんですけども、4MSKでできてしまったシミを排出できるように、そして見えないシミの元々ですね、排出してくれるようにするっていうのがポイントなの かなと思います。後期4MSKが配合されている新製品として私が大注目しているのはこちらです。エリクシール ブライトニング ローションになります。これは2022年の下半期にエリクシールってリニューアルをしたと思うんですよね。それ深掘りをしているので、このリニューアルがめちゃくちゃすごくて、資生堂さんはどうしてこの最新知見をエリクシールに入れたんだろう、クレ・ド・ポー ボーテに入れなかったのみたいな話を深掘りの時にしたと思うんですが、ざっくり言うとコラーゲンとかの産生を立て直してくれる。だから弾力を出す弾力を出して艶玉っていうところだと思うんですが、それがエリクシールのリニューアル版。そこに資生堂が持っている4MSKだったりとか、あとはグリチルリシン酸ジカリウムって炎症を抑えるものを入れて、美白に特化したエリクシールにしているっていうことになります。もともとエリクシールのリニューアルもすごく水分量が高くなるし、弾力も出るしっていうことだったのに、そこに美白の有効成分が入ったっていうことですごく大注目をしていますし、もちろんその4MSKっていうのはターンオーバーを流すだけではなくて、メラニンを作るっていうことをブロックするので、冬から夏にかけてすごく大活躍してくれるんじゃないかなと思って今回チョイスしました。 続いて冬の美白におすすめ成分、3つ目はトラネキサム酸です。トラネキサム酸っていうと美白の有効成分ではあるんですけども、もう一つ肌荒れを防止してくれるっていうところもありますよね。今回はどちらかというと乾燥して肌荒れが起こってしまって、シミにつながってしまうっていうこの冬に起こりがちなシミが作られる経路をブロックするということで、抗炎症作用プラス美白作用もあるトラネキサム酸をチョイスしました。トラネキサム酸って本当に優秀でしっかり美白もそして抗炎症もっていうことなので、そこは通年使っていただきたいし、あとちょっと敏感肌の人でも安心して使っていただける美白有効成分かなというふうに思います。今期トラネキサム酸が配合されたもので、デパコスだったらシャネルのルブランがですね、またリニューアルしたんですよ。シャネルの本気が出てるなと思ってるのでこれも深掘りしようかなと思っています。もう一つドラッグストアで買えるものとしてはこちらになります。トランシーノ薬用メラノシグナルエッセンスです。これも今まであったトランシーノがリニューアルしています。トラネキサム酸が入っているっていうことには変わりないんですけれども、浸透ですね、浸透をめちゃめちゃさせるっていうこと。こちらは第一三共ヘルスケアっていう製薬会社さんが作ってるんですが、実はトラネキサム酸ってトランサミンっていう成分なんですけど、これはこの第一三共ヘルスケアが作ったものなんですね。トラネキサム酸っていうのの内服を発売しているのがこの第一三共ヘルスケアなんですよ。それを化粧品に入れてきているのがこのトランシーノなんですね。なので肝斑の治療薬としてOTC薬局で買えるものもこの第一三共ヘルスケアから出ていると思います。トラネキサム酸を開発した元祖だからこそトラネキサム酸のいいところも知っていて、だからより浸透させるっていう技術を今回入れて、リポソーム化ミクロにしてかなり浸透させるようにしたっていうのが、このトランシーノ薬用メラノシグナルエッセンスになっています。なので今までトランシーノ使っていてまあまあ良かったけどっていう人でも、かなり今回は浸透が高くなっているということで、出ごたえを感じやすいのかなと思いますし、さっき言ったみたいにトラネキサム酸っていうのは炎症も抑えてくれるものになりますので、敏感肌の方そして冬で乾燥していてでもそれでも美白はしたいんだけどっていう方にも、安心して使えるかなと思ったのでこちらを選んでみました。 続いて冬の美白で使っていただきたい成分、4つ目はナイアシンアミドです。ナイアシンアミドは本当に優秀な成分でメラニンの産生を抑えてくれるっていうところもありますが、もう一つはシワ改善ですよね。シワ改善ということはコラーゲンとかエラスチンの産生を増やしてくれる。もう一つはやっぱりこれも肌荒れを抑えてくれるっていうものになります。なのでさっきから言っていますが、冬っていうのは乾燥して肌荒れが起こってくる。なのでメラニンの産生も抑えながら肌荒れを防止して肌の保水力とか肌のバリア機能をアップしていくということがポイントになるので、そういう意味ではナイアシンアミドはとっても必要なものになるかなと。ナイアシンアミドって本当に万人受けするというか、オールマイティに使える成分なんですね。なので脂性肌の人からそして敏感肌の人、乾燥肌の人まで、どの肌質の人でもとても必要だし、あとは若い人からちょっと年配の方まで、若い人だと皮脂が多い人は皮脂を抑えてくれるということもあるし、でも抑えるって言っても乾燥ではなくて、多い人を通常に戻すという感じなんですね。あとはやっぱり年配の方で乾燥が起こってきてもそれをコラーゲンとかエラスチンを産生したりとか、あとは美白をしたりとかっていうアンチエイジング作用もあるので、若い人からやっぱり年配の方まで、オールマイティに使えるというところでとってもポイントかなと思います。なのでプチプラでナイアシンアミドのコスメって言ったら、やっぱり代表的なのはこれですよね。肌ラボ 極潤薬用ハリ化粧水。これは薬用のハリですけれども、このナイアシンアミドは美白の有効成分でもありますので、若い方っていうのもちょっと美白をしたいなっていう時には、こちら、極潤の薬用ハリ化粧水いいんじゃないかなと思います。そしてエイジングケアもしていきたいという方だと、こちらSK-II ジェノプティック オーラ エッセンスです。実はSK-IIっていうのがナイアシンアミドをずっと開発しているっていうこともあって、まあ結構パイオニアなんですよね。なんかSK-IIっていうとピテラっていうイメージですけども、ピテラかけるナイアシンアミドのやっぱり相乗効果ってとっても高いなと思うので、あとは保湿効果も高いですから、冬の美白にはぴったりかなあと思ってこちらもご紹介しました。 今日は菌で美白美白コスメ参戦をご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。毎年毎年美白のコスメでいっぱい出るんですよ。メラノサイトに注目したりとか、ターンオーバーを促すことに注力したりとか、はたまた角層の透明感アップさせたりとか、いろんなアプローチの方法でいくんですが、今回は何にアプローチしたものを選んだかっていうと、冒頭にも言った、菌です。菌でございますよ。 今までその皮膚の常在菌っていうのは、結構ポピュラーになってきて、皮膚の常在菌のバランスが崩れると肌荒れが起きちゃうよとかっていうところまでは、皆さんもご存知だと思うし、それにアプローチするために敏感肌の方だったりとか、そういった方に向けた化粧品でいっぱい出たと思うんですが、さらに皮膚の常在菌の研究はどんどん進んで、なんと美白まで関連しているっていうことがわかってきたんですよ。すごいでしょ。なので今日はそういう肌の常在菌に着目して、かつそこで美白をしていくという、コスメを3つご紹介していきます。 では早速1つ目はこちら。クレ・ド・ポー ボーテ セラム コンサントレ エクレルシオン n です。名前は難しいですが、すごい奴なんです。というのも、クレ・ド・ポー さんて資生堂じゃないですか。資生堂って結構肌の常在菌の研究をいろいろしているんですよ。肌の常在菌が変わることによって、バランスが崩れることによって、肌のバリア機能が低下しちゃうよっていうことで、例えば、dプログラムとか、そういったものは肌の常在菌のバランスを整えて、肌荒れを防止するっていうようなことをやっていたりとかして。ただやっぱり、クレ・ド・ポー ボーテは、ラグジュアリーブランドで、じゃあそれとは違う、どういうアプローチかっていうところをいろいろ研究していたところ、皮膚の常在菌にも、悪玉善玉みたいなものがあって、善玉のことを、いわゆる美肌菌みたいなことを呼んだりするんですが、それ何を指しているかというと、表皮ブドウ球菌っていうものなんですね。 この表皮ブドウ球菌のバランスがね、おかしくなる。表皮ブドウ球菌などにもいろいろ菌の種類があるので、そのバランスがおかしくなったり、表皮ブドウ球菌全体が少なくなっちゃうと、やっぱりさっき言ったみたいに、バリア機能が低下しちゃうということまではわかっているんですが、今回資生堂が見つけたのは、表皮ブドウ球菌が低下しちゃうと、角層のカルボニル化というものが起こるということをわかったんです。でカルボニル化って何かっていうと、要は黄色くなるっていうことなんですね。で肌がカルボニル化になると、ちょっと硬くなって、硬いんだけどぶにょぶにょに柔らかいみたいなに言ってるんだみたいな感じなんですけど、硬くて壊れやすくて、でさらに黄色っぽくなるっていうこと、肌のカルボニル化って言うんですけども、やっぱり歳をとっていったりとか、UVが当たったりとか、まあタバコとか、PM2.5 とか、そういった肌のストレスというか、肌が酸化しちゃうと、そういった肌のカルボニル化が起こって、肌にくすみが起こって、透明感が低下しちゃうということがわかってるんですね。 やっぱり角層にカルボニル化があると、その下の表皮、メラノサイトとメラニンの部分をどんなにいくらケアしても、上の方が黄色く濁っていたら、それは透明感なくなるよね。なので表皮のメラニンケアもしながら、角層のカルボニル化も抑えていこうよっていうことなんですよ。なので表皮ブドウ球菌が多い人っていうのは、このカルボニル化が少ないということを見つけたので、じゃあこの表皮ブドウ球菌を増やすような成分を入れつつ、もちろんカルボニル化を抑えるような抗酸化作用のものを入れたりということをしているのが、このクレ・ド・ポー ボーテの美容液になります。 具体的に言うと、表皮ブドウ球菌を増やすためにですね、餌をあげてるんですけど、それが、マルトース、スクロースっていうね、要は菌の餌になるようなものを、複合にしている成分なんですね。それがやっぱり表皮ブドウ球菌を増やしていく。でもう一つ、実は表皮ブドウ球菌っていうのは、いろんな酵素を出していて、その酵素を出すことが、肌のカルボニル化酸化とかを抑えるというところがわかっているので、もちろん表皮ブドウ球菌も増やしながら、この表皮ブドウ球菌が出して、酸化を抑える、カルボニル化を抑えるように、手助けする、酸化の成分も入れています。それがユーカリエキスです。なので表皮ブドウ球菌自体も増やして、でそれが出す酵素によって、カルボニル化も抑えるし、あとはそれをサポートして、もちろんその単体だけでもカルボニル化も抑えるんだけれども、表皮ブドウ球菌のカルボニル化を抑えるものをサポートする、ユーカリエキスも入れてるんです。でもちろんクレ・ド・ポー ボーテなので、今までの配合されていた4MSKだったりとか、トラネキサム酸ももちろん入っているし、あとは血管にアプローチするような、クレ・ド・ポー ボーテだけに入っている成分も、ぎっしり入っているので、今までの美白美容液っていうのは、表皮にアプローチして、表皮のメラニンだったりとかにアプローチする、最先端も入れてたんですが、プラスアルファ、角層のものまで入れてきているっていうのが、こちらのクレ・ド・ポー ボーテになります。なので菌に着目して、透明感っていう感じですね。 続いてはこちら。ディセンシア ホワイト でそれだけで終わらずに、じゃあこのメラノサイト幹細胞がメラノサイトに行くときには、どういった指令からメラノサイトになっていくかというのもちゃんと見つけているのがすごいところです。さらにこのメラノサイト幹細胞がどういうふうにメラノサイトになっていくかというのをiPS研究をベースにして、自分たちでメラノサイト幹細胞まで作っちゃったんですよ。iPS細胞というのは何にでもなる細胞が作れるものですから、今回のフジフィルムさんはですね、iPS細胞を使ってメラノサイト幹細胞を作って、じゃあそのメラノサイト幹細胞がどうやってメラノサイトになるかというのをきちっと研究しているというところもすごいですよね。 その中からメラノサイト幹細胞がどうやってメラノサイトになるかというのは、とある刺激物質が加わることによってというのを見つけ出しました。それがBMP4という成分で、このBMP4がメラノサイト幹細胞に刺激を与えてメラノサイトになっていくということを見つけたんですね。じゃあBMP4があんまりね出なければ、メラノサイト幹細胞がメラノサイトになるのを抑えてくれるので、じゃあこのBMP4を抑えるのは何かというときちっとこれも見つけているのがこちらに配合されているヨモギエキスというものになります。 すごいですよね。ちゃんと幹細胞がどこにいるか、メラノサイト幹細胞がどこにいるかも発見して、じゃあメラノサイト幹細胞1回作ってそれがどういうふうに分化するかというまでも全部見つけている。これはね、もう本当に幹細胞研究のしっかりしている製薬会社とかじゃないとなかなかできないことだなと思います。 あともう一つ発見しているのが、メラノサイト幹細胞というのはこのBMP4だけじゃなくて、例えば紫外線とかそういった炎症性の刺激からでもメラノサイトに分化していくということがわかっているので、やっぱりその炎症を抑えるっていうためにもやっぱりこちらではビタミンCの誘導体も入っています。 今まで皆さんお顔ね、温める、血流よくすることというのは、肌のアンチエイジングにいいですよというのを言われていたと思うんですけども、これってなんとなくまあ血流が良くなるからというふうに言われてるんですが、実は肌の毛細血管というのは真皮にしかなくて、表皮には行ってないんですね。表皮には血管というのがないんですよ。真皮だけなんですよ。だからまあ血流が良くなることによってコラーゲンとかが産生するってのはわかるんですけども、ターンオーバーというのは表皮でやるものなので、あんまり実は関係がない。だけれどもやっぱり私たち経験的に血行を促進するということは、肌が生まれ変わりをちょっと美肌になることに寄与しているからじゃあこれをちょっと研究してみようというふうに、毛細血管について研究したことが今回の驚きの新発見になるんですね。 資生堂は真皮の毛細血管が実は表皮の近くまで行っているというところを発見して、そこの表皮まで行っている血管のですね、あるペリサイトという血管を作る細胞があるんですが、これが実は表皮の幹細胞になっているというのを今回見つけてるんですよ。すごくないですか。だから毛細血管がしっかりと表皮の近くまで伸びていることが、やっぱり表皮の幹細胞を作ってそれで皮膚の生まれ変わりを促しているというところを発見してるんですね。 これは第47回日本研究皮膚科学会というところと、第30回日本血管生物医学会というところで発表されている新しい発見になります。ただ残念なことに、やっぱり毛細血管って皆さんよく知っていると思うんですよ。年を取れば取るほど、毛細血管の血流って低下しちゃうし、表皮に近づいている毛細血管も少なくなるんですね。 でこれ何かというと、ネトリン1という成分があって、それが毛細血管を近づけないようにする成分なんですよ。でこれがですね、加齢によって増えてしまうことで、毛細血管が近づかなくなって、表皮の幹細胞が生まれ変わりづらくなるというところまで今回資生堂さんが見つけています。 コウジ酸自体はですね、メラニンを作るメラノサイトに直接働きかけて、そのメラノサイトがチロシナーゼというものを活性化してメラニンを作るんですけれども、そのチロシナーゼの活性を抑えるというところで、メラニンを作らなくするというのがコウジ酸の特徴なんですね。 なのでそもそもメラノサイトに効くというだけじゃなくて、今回コーセーさんはですね、別の要因も見つけてきて、それが何かというと、紫外線が当たるとですね、メラノサイト自体が元気になっちゃう。元気になると遠く離れたメラノサイトにも指令を送るようになって、指令というのがメラニンを作れというだけじゃなくて、またこれも元気にさせてしまって、メラニンを作らせてしまうということをわかったんですね。 なのでメラノサイトの活性、というんですけど、元気にさせるのを抑えて、プラスアルファ遠くのメラノサイトにもメラニンを作れという指令をブロックすれば、シミってそこだけじゃなくて周りにもモヤモヤって広がっていくじゃないですか。それを抑えることができるんじゃないかって言って見つけたのが、独自のカショーエキスというものになります。 このカショーエキスというのが、メラノサイトの活性を抑えて、遠くのメラノサイトに行くものも抑えるので、コウジ酸でメラニンを作ることを抑えながら、メラノサイト自体の活性を抑えて、そもそもメラニンを作らさなくするという、ダブルの効果で、モヤモヤした色素沈着にアプローチしていくというものになるんですね。 なので、ドラッグストアのコスメでは、結構ねしっかりとした研究のもとに作られているので、かなりおすすめの一本になります。 続いてはこちら、豆乳イソフラボン薬用美白導入ミスト化粧水です。こちらはミスト状の化粧水になっていて、かなりねミストが細かいの分かりますかね。ほら、こんな感じで肌にのせても、本当にすごい細かいミストになっているので、スッと馴染みやすいミスト状の化粧水になります。 こちらは薬用と書いてあるので、ちゃんと有効成分が入っていて、これがですね、アルブチンになります。アルブチンはですね、メラノサイトがメラニンを作るのを抑えるというもので、もこれも昔からと安全性が高いものになるんですが、そこにですね、この豆乳イソフラボンは、豆乳を作る大豆によって、保湿がメインの大豆と美白をメインにする大豆2種類あってですね、今回はユキピリカというどちらかというと美白に特化しているイソフラボンができる豆乳を使って、それの豆乳の発酵液を入れています。 なので豆乳イソフラボンというと、保湿タイプもあるんですが、これは本当に美白に特化しているものですね。そこにですね、紫外線が当たると炎症が起こる。炎症が起こったことが、シミを作ってくださいという指令が行くので、その炎症を抑えるという意味では、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも入っています。 だから炎症を止めながら、秘伝のタレであるユキピリカの豆乳発酵液を入れつつ、しっかりとした有効成分であるアルブチンも入れながら、プラスアルファ、トコフェロールだったり、L-アスコルビン酸だったり、ビタミンE、ビタミンC誘導体みたいなものをしっかり入れて、夏のお化粧直しとか、シューってやっちゃうとすごく気持ちがいいし、背中とかね、首とか、いろんなところに使えるので、結構おすすめかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、アスタリフトホワイト、ジェリーアクアリスタです。こちらは以前ご紹介したことがあるかもしれないんですけど、私これすっごい大好きなんですよ。特に夏になったら、これをね、すごくよく使うんですけれども、まずこちらの有効成分としては、アスタキサンチンなので。 アスタキサンチンがしっかりと入っています。そこにプラスアルファ美白の有効成分としてはアルブチンが入っているんですね。有効成分としてアルブチンなんですがアスタキサンチンにも実は美白効果っていうことが言われているので、ナブルで入っているのかなっていうふうに思います。もう一つですね、これにはヒト型のナノセラミドっていうのが入ってるんですね。セラミドの中でも小さく分子量をして肌にスッと入っていくんですよ。セラミドって結構ベタベタしたりするテクスチャーがあったりするんですけれども、このアスタリフトのヒト型ナノセラミドは本当にスッと入っていきます。なので肌っていうのはバリア機能がしっかりしていることで紫外線を防いだりするので、土台である角層のバリア機能を上げつつ有効成分のアルブチンをしっかり入れてサポート成分のアスタキサンチンを入れていくっていう感じになるんですね。もう一つですね、これには秘伝のタレが入れていて、実は紫外線が当たったりとかストレスがあるとですね、セラミドの産性が低下するだけじゃなくて、セラミドを肌の角層部分にですね届ける機能が低下しちゃうということが分かっているんですね。これはセラミドの原料を肌の細胞に取り込むトランスポーターというものがあるんですが、その機能が低下しちゃうんですよ。紫外線が当たったりとかストレスがあると、それがやっぱり夏ってすごく紫外線多いから強くなっちゃうじゃないですか。そうすると内側からセラミド産性する能力が減っちゃってバリア機能が低下し焼けやすいお肌になっちゃうとか、炎症が起こりやすい肌になっちゃうので、セラミドの産性を促進される、トランスポーターの働きをオンにする成分がこちらには入っています。それがアセンヤクエキスっていうものになるんですね。美白っていうと美白有効成分というものになるんですけれども、きちんと肌のバリア機能の土台を整えることによってより焼けにくい、そしてより肌に美白の有効性も届けやすいっていうことのすごく利にかなったものだなと思うし、なんといってもそのテクスチャーがみずみずしくてですね、すっと肌に入っていくっていうジェリータイプなんですけど肌にすっと入っていくところが大好きなので、こちらは今年発売なわけじゃないんですけど改めて素晴らしいということを皆さんに知ってほしいなと思ってこちらをあげてみました。 続いてはこちら、ハクメラノフォーカスEVです。ハクといえば美白。リハクといえばハクっていうぐらい本当にロングセラーなし、すごくドラッグストアの中でも有名なものだと思います。詳しい深掘りはですね実はしてあるので詳しく知りたければこちらの動画を見ていただきたいんですが、ざっくり言えばハクっていうものの有効成分はトラネキサム酸になります。プラス資生堂独自のリハク有効成分4MSKというものが入っているんですね。じゃあ去年のやつとおととしのやつと何か違いがあるのって思っていると思うんですが、まず一つはですね、今回のハクは肌細胞同士がくっつく能力が低下しちゃうとメラノサイトがですね、同じところにいすわっちゃって、いすわりじみができちゃうよというところを見つけて、肌細胞と肌細胞同士の接着を良くするっていう成分を入れつつ血管にアプローチするものも入れつつ、プラスアルファ今までのものよりも4MSKの浸透をね、アップさせてるっていうところになるんですね。なので去年よりもおととしよりもますますパワーアップしているのがこちらのメラノフォーカスEVになります。もちろんね、去年使ってもおととし使っても効果感じたよっていう方はもっとバージョンアップしてるし、あんまりハク思ったよりもって思う人ももしかしたら今年のバージョンアップで効果を実感できるのかなと思うので、やっぱりドラッグストアの美白といったらハクかなと思ってこちらもピックアップいたしました。 続いてはこちら、クオリティファースト集中毛穴ケア美容液ダーマインウルトラシーです。えっ先生、今美白の話してるのにどうして毛穴なんですかっておっしゃる方は多いと思うんですけれども、こちらはですね、もちろん毛穴にもいいと思うんですが美白にもすごい有効成分がたくさん入ってます。まずはですね、こちらにナイアシンアミドがなんと25%も入ってるんですね。ナイアシンアミドというと美白の有効成分でもありますし肌荒れ防止にもなりますし、皺改善にもなる本当にオールマイティーな有効成分なのでそれが結構高濃度で入っているっていうのと、こちらには4種類のビタミンCが入っています。どういったビタミンCかっていうと、アスコルビルグルコシド、そしてアスコルビン酸、パルミチン酸アスコルビル、リン酸酸ナトリウム、そしてリン酸アスコルビルマグネシウムっていう、水溶性も脂溶性もしっかりとどちらも入っているので、ビタミンCで成分によってですね、ゆっくり聞いていくとか速攻性があるとか、覚悟に聞きやすいとか神秘に聞きやすい表皮に気がせあるんですがそれがですね全部に入っていくようなビタミンCをしっかりチョイスしているというところがポイントかなと思います。多分ビタミンCで毛穴っていう感じだと思うんですけども、私はどちらかちょっと気になるんですが、ケアなおもちろんいいんですけれども、ナイアシンアミドと4種類のビタミンCが入っているということでやっぱりどちらかと言うと美白の成分なのかなというふうに思っています。ただこれは薬部外品を取ってないんですね。多分薬部外品を取るとすごく金がかかっちゃうっていうのもあってクオリティファーストさんですごく価格にこだわっているみたいで、こちらもですね、確か2,000台だったと思うんですよ。それぐらいを安く、この高濃度の成分を入れつつできるっていうのは、あえて美白とかそういったものを歌わずに作ってるんじゃないかなと勝手に私が予測しております。ただ本当に美白の美容液としてもかなりの優秀なアイテムなので、ちょっとね、穴とかは私には関係ないわと思ってた方もですね、手に取っていただけるといいんじゃないかなと思ってご紹介いたしました。 このチャンネルでも2023年に発売になった美白化粧品、たくさんご紹介しました。一つ一つ深掘りしていろいろやってきたんですけれども、コメント欄には書かれます。先生、ぶっちゃけどれがいいんですか？どうやって選べばいいんですか？こういったね、コメントをたくさん見て、私自身も確かにこんなにたくさんあったらなかなか選びづらいよなぁと思っちゃったので、ですね。一つ一つ深掘りは結構したのでじゃあどういった人がどういう視点でどういう風に選べばいいかっていう感じで今日は動画にしてみようと思います。もちろん肌質とかもそうなんですがやっぱり美白化粧品っていうのは自分の肌のベースだったりとか、ライフスタイルだったりとか、そういったところで選んでいきたいので、何が気になっているのかとかそういったことで出していこうと思うので、肌別というよりはシチュエーション別だったりとか、シミの色だったりとか、そういったところで深掘りしていこうと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 まず一つ目は、そもそも地黒そして本当にシミ自体が気になるっていう人におすすめのアイテムをご紹介します。色黒さんだったりとか、地味があるよっていう方はですね、メラニン色素を作るメラノサイトにフォーカスしたようなアイテムを使った方がいいと思うんですね。そもそもシミっていうのはメラノサイトが作るメラニンじゃないですか。なのでメラノサイトの働きを抑えたりとか、メラニンになる過程をね、抑えたりとか、いろんなアプローチの方法があるんですけれども、やっぱり2023年もたくさんのアプローチの方法が出ていて、くしくもね同じような研究で出たところもあるんですけれども、やっぱりこういうシミその思いが気になるとか全体的にちょっと色がね黒いよっていう方はメラニンにフォーカスした方がいいと思うので、そういう方におすすめなものを4つ上げてみました。一つ目がコスメデコルテホワイトロジストナイ。2つ目がファンケルブライトニングエッセンスA。3つ目がアスタリフトザセラムブライトニング。4つ目は化粧水ですがクリニークイーヴンベターエッセンスローションです。この4つはですね、メラニンにアプローチするものになってきます。この3つは有効成分が入っていて、こちらのイーヴンベターは独自のものが入っているんですが、それぞれねちょっとね解説していきたいと思います。この2つはですね、くしくもですね同じような研究がベースになっているんですね。 メラノサイトがメラニンを作って皮膚の細胞に渡した時に、皮膚細胞に渡されたメラニン色素入りの皮膚細胞というのが上に行けばちゃんと排出されるんですが、結構それが横に分裂しちゃって、メラニンを抱えた皮膚細胞というのがずーっとこの横に増殖していく。それによってシミが広がってしまうということをどちらのメーカーさんも注目をして、ですね。その方向性、横に行くんじゃなくてちゃんと縦にターンオーバーするような、独自の成分を入れてきているんですね。あとは有効成分が違います。このコスメデコルテは麹酸が入っています。このファンケルはですね、ビタミンCの誘導体なんですね。なのでその違いはあるんですけれども、縦方向に行かせるっていう意味では、それぞれのメーカーさんが独自に開発した独自の成分が入っています。これってすごく面白いなぁと思うんですよね。なので、どっちもシミが気になる方、こっちはビタミンCでこっちは麹酸でアプローチしていくっていう感じ。テクスチャーは実は全然違うんですよ。コスメデコルテの方がスッと浸透していって美容液なんですけれども、他のもの邪魔をしないという感じ。ファンケルはどちらかというとちょっと乳液っぽいテクスチャーになるので、その違いも楽しんでいただければかなと思います。 こちらのアスタリフトザセラムはですね、メラニンを作るメラノサイトの元になる、メラノサイト幹細胞というのがどこにいるかっていうものを研究して、アスタリフト、辻フィルムさんで、それを可視化してですね、それに対するアプローチを入れています。なので色黒さんだったり、シミも気になるんだけど、それ以上濃くならないように、みたいな感じなんですね。これもですね、ビタミンCの誘導体が入っているんですけれども、それをですね、リポソーム化してしっかりと入れるように、リポソームカートと言っても単層のリポソームなので中にねしっかりという構成分が入れられるんですよ。だから結構これもダイレクトにどーんと浸透技術も素晴らしいものじゃないかなというふうに思います。 そして4つ目のクリニークさん、これはローションなんですね。イーヴンベターっていうのは美容液もあるんですけども今回はローションをご紹介します。もともとイーヴンベターはですね、UP302という有効成分が入っています。UP302は気境欄から抽出している独自の成分なんですね。UP302の0.2%は麹酸の2.0%とか、あとはハイドロキシの4.0%と同等、もしかそれ以上というふうに言われている成分なんですね。これ自体がメラニンの産性を抑制するというものになります。そこにこちらはビタミンCの誘導体も入っています。ただこれだけ医薬部外品じゃないんですよね。というのも、このUP302っていうものを入れたら医薬部外品が取れないんですよ。医薬部外品って独自成分を入れると取れなかったりとかいうことがあるので、これだけ医薬部外品じゃないからこれはダメだっていうことじゃなくって、より独自の成分を入れたいという時には、なかなか取れなかったりもするんですよ。なのでそういった意味では他と劣るわけではなく、有効成分がしっかり入りながら、プラスアルファ独自成分も入れながら、ビタミンCという安心のものも入れているので、そういった意味ではパワーアップしているのかな。あと他と違って化粧水なので、化粧水の美白をして美容液でも他のも取り入れたいという人にもいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いては今までどんな美白を使ってもなかなか効果があまりピンとこなかったっていう人に、浸透技術が飛躍的に伸びた高浸透のものをご紹介したいと思います。高浸透がこの3つ。ハクメラノフォーカスEV。アルブランファーストエッセンス。トランシーノのメラノシグナルエッセンスです。 ハクと言ったら、もう代表的な美白美容液ですよね。こちらは4MSKと言って資生堂独自の美白有効成分と、あとはトラネキサム酸というものが入っています。それにプラス今回のハクは、肌の細胞と細胞同士がしっかり実はくっついていること、このことがメラノサイトの働きを抑えてくれるということを見つけてるんですね。やっぱり細胞と細胞しっかりくっついて安定してると、メラノサイトっていうのも安定するらしいんですけど、不安定だといっぱいメラノサイト、そう作ろうというふうに思っちゃうらしいんですよね。そういうところを見つけて、肌細胞と肌細胞自体をしっかりくっつけるっていうところも出してきている。プラスアルファ、さっき言った4MSKとトラネキサム酸をどれだけ浸透させているかっていうのを、また今回バージョンアップさせているんですよね。本当にどんどんどんどん進化している。だから去年のハクよりもおととしのハクよりも今年のハクの方が独自の成分も入ってますし、より有効成分の浸透が高まっているという感じになります。 そしてこのアルブラン自身はですね、ハリカンを出す、実はアルブランしか入ってない成分というのもあるんですが、今回は美白なので、そこではなくて、美白の有効成分であるカモミラETをですね、炭酸の泡でしっかりと浸透させていくという技術になります。アルブランっていうのは顔の製品なので、顔といえば炭酸ですよね。今まで顔でもたくさんの炭酸出ていると思うんですが、その中でもですね、泡のペーハーを変えてより揮発しないようにして、炭酸をしっかり入れていくというものになっているので、より美白の有効成分が入りやすいタイプになっています。 そしてこのトランシーノです。このトランシーノはトラネキサム酸という有効成分が入っています。それに今回はグレチルリチン酸という抗炎症が入ってより、炎症も抑えつつ美白もするということなんですね。今までもこのトランシーノはですね、トラネキサム酸の浸透でリポソームを使ってたんですけれども、それをより細かくして、さらに浸透アップさせたということになるので、これもですね、去年のトランシーノよりもおととしのトランシーノよりも、さらに浸透技術をアップさせてきています。 たるみシチュエーションが多い方におすすめの高い炎症抑制をメインにしたものをご紹介します。ドクターシーラボ ダブルアール エッセンスX、シャネル ル ブラン マルチスポット インテンシブ トリートメント、ブライトエイジ リフトホワイト パーフェクションです。まず前提に日によく当たる人っていうのは紫外線が当たることによって肌が炎症を起こして、その炎症の成分がメラノサイトを刺激してシミを作ってしまうということになるんですね。なのでやっぱり炎症を抑えるっていうことが一番のポイントになってきます。なのでどういった成分で炎症を抑えていくかっていうところがポイントになるんですが、まずこのドクターシーラボのダブルアールエッセンス、このオレンジ色のところ、ここにビタミンC誘導体がしっかり入っています。ビタミンCっていうのは皆さんご存知ですよね。高い炎症抑制そして高い抗酸化、そして美白効果がすごく高いものになります。なので日差しが当たる人は絶対ビタミンC使ってほしいんですが、ビタミンCだとちょっとね、脱脂作用もあって乾燥もしちゃうというところに、そこにセラミドが入っているので、しっかりと肌荒れも抑えながら保湿もしながらビタミンCで炎症を抑えるっていう、結構最強な美容液になります。そしてこのル ブランにもかなり炎症に特化したものが入っています。これはですね、TXCというものなんですが、これはですね、シャネルしか使えないトラネキサム酸です。通常のトラネキサム酸よりも肌への浸透がかなり高いものになるんですね。トラネキサム酸自体、高い炎症抑制と美白効果がたっぷりあるので、浸透技術も本当に肌に馴染みがいいトラネキサム酸を入れています。そこにですね、アラントインと言って、また高い炎症抑制のものを入れてきている。そしてもう一つ、こちらも高い炎症抑制のレモンバームというものを入れてきているんですね。なのでこの目の周りだったり、こういうセンシティブな場所にも使えながら、炎症をマルチに抑えていくっていう、シャネルの中でもかなり美白に、そして炎症を抑えるっていうのに特化した美容液になっています。そしてこのブライトエイジですね、これはですね、実は「トランシーノ」を作っている第一三共ヘルスケアが出してきて、いる、ちょっとエイジングケアもできるシリーズになっています。第一三共ヘルスケアといったらやっぱりトラネキサム酸なので、こちらもベースがトラネキサム酸が入っています。そこに高い炎症抑制成分のグリチルリチン酸、そしてこれがポイントだなあと思ったのが、アーティチョークエキスなんですよね。これ意外とポイントで、肌に紫外線が当たると、NKカッパベーターという、炎症をしてくださいというサイトカインを刺激するものが出てくるんですよ。なのでこのNKカッパベーターが出ちゃうとですね、さらに炎症がワーッといろんな細胞に出ちゃうんですけど、そのNKカッパベーターを抑えるのが、このアーティチョークエキスなんですね。なのでトラネキサム酸だったりとか、グリチルリチン酸だけじゃない、もう一つのアプローチの高い炎症抑制のものが入っているということは素晴らしいなと思うのと、あとハリもあるっていうようなチェンジも出来ながら美白もしたい、そしてその美白が高い炎症抑制に特化する、だから紫外線よく当たるっていう方には、すごくいいアイテムなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いては色別になります。なんとなくシミっていうと茶色とか黒ってイメージで、今までのやつは結構そういった感じなんですが、より透明感を出したい場合ってそれ以外にも黄色とか赤とかっていう色が入ることによって、透明感が下がってくるじゃないですか。なので今回は黄色、そして赤に特化した美白コスメを紹介したいと思います。 では早速黄色からいきます。ディオール スノー エッセンス オブ ライト マイクロ インフューズド ローション です。クレドポーボーテ セラム コンサントレ エクレルシサンNです。この2つは肌の黄ばみにアプローチするんですけれども、アプローチの仕方が違います。こちらはですね、過度な皮脂が酸化することによってメラノサイトも刺激するし、あとは皮脂の黄ばみも起きてくるので、どちらもアプローチするようなものが入っています。これは独自のエーデルワイスのエキスがそれをどちらもするんですけれども、そこにカプセルに入ったビタミンEとビタミンC誘導体も入っているので、どちらも抗酸化作用があるので、皮脂によってメラノサイトが刺激するのも抑えるし、皮脂によっての酸化の黄ばみも抑えていくっていう。なので結構私はこのローション、すごく好きで、皮脂肌代表としては、よく使っています。 そしてもう一つ、このクレドポーボーテなんですが、これは肌のカルボニル化というものにアプローチしています。肌がカルボニル化をするとちょっと黄色っぽくなるんですよね。そのカルボニル化、今までは表皮の部分を見てたんですが、実は角層にいる美肌菌というもののバランスがおかしくなると、肌のカルボニル化が進むということをクレドポーボーテさんが見つけて、その美肌菌のバランスをベストにするプラス、美白の代表する4MSKが入っているというものになるので、表皮もケアしていくんですけども、角層の黄ばみっていうものまでケアできるっていう、トータルに透明感を出すっていうものになってきます。 続いて赤に対応するのはこちらです。美容ドリンクになりますが、ポーラ ホワイトショット インナーロック リキッド こちらのNオーガニックはシートマスクになっています。もともとNオーガニック自体、美白のシリーズあるんですが、今期はこちらのシートマスクが新発売になっています。これをなぜ私が睡眠美容用かというところなんですがですね、Nオーガニックの美白の有効成分としてアルブチンになっているんですね。プラスこの桜の葉抽出液というものが肝になってきます。実は桜の葉抽出液っていうのは、例えばアレルギーの時にも出るヒスタミンというものがあるんですが、このヒスタミンっていうのが炎症を誘発してくれるものなんですよ。そのヒスタミンを抑えてくれるということが言われているのが、この桜の葉の抽出液なんですね。なので昼間受けたダメージを、この桜の葉抽出液で、しっかり抑えてくれるというところもポイントなんですけれども、もう一つ、睡眠美容に欠かせない成分が入っているのが、トウキンセンカエキスという成分になっています。このトウキンセンカエキスっていうのが、すごく面白い成分で、寝不足になるとですね、やっぱり成長ホルモンが低下して、皮膚のターンオーバーが低下するということが言われてるんですね。なのでそれによって、くすみ感だったりが起こるんですが、このトウキンセンカエキスっていうのは、成長ホルモンの低下を、ちょっと抑えてくれるっていう風に言われている成分なんですよ。なのでちょっと成長ホルモン不足になっちゃう、睡眠不足のお肌を潤してくれる効果が期待できるんじゃないかなと思うので、まさに睡眠不足の人には、例えば朝ね、これでシートマスクしてもらいたいなっていう風に思いますし、あと寝る前、今日はちょっと仕事しなきゃいけないので睡眠不足になるけど、でも美容もしたいっていう時には、夜でシートマスクしてもいいのかなというふうに思います。 一つだけじゃないと思うんですよね。お悩みの中でもトップ2に入ってくるのが、毛穴そして美白だと思います。今日は美白も毛穴も、どちらにも効果が期待できるアイテムっていうのを3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。毛穴もシミは美白ですね、気になるっていうのは、紫外線が当たるから、シミができやすくなるので、美白も気になるし、気温が高くなるので、皮脂の分泌も多くなるじゃないですか。そうすると毛穴も目立ってくる。夏っていうのは美白もだけれども、この毛穴も気になる時期だと思うので、両方のお悩みを解決するアイテムを、ぜひ使っていただきたいんですけれども、ポイントとしては、美白の有効成分を入れながら、皮脂をコントロールするということなので、成分もそうなんですが、実は、この形状ですね。何をその有効成分と一緒に入れるかと、どういうテクスチャー、クリームなのか化粧水なのかっていうのも、かなりポイントになってくるので、ちょっとね、マニアックな話になるかもしれないんですが、ぜひ最後まで聞いていただけると嬉しいです。 では早速、毛穴も美白も両方っていう方におすすめなのが、こちら。ドクターシーラボ VCR エッセンスです。これ見ていただけると、じゃあんと、半分オレンジで、半分白いですよね。これ2層になってるんですけども、こっちがビタミンCで、こっちがセラミドの層になってます。使うときに、こう振って混ぜてから使う美容液になっています。 まずドクターシーラボさんのこのVCシリーズって、私大好きなんですが、このVCシリーズ、何がすごいかって、アイテムによって違うんですけども、数種類のビタミンCを入れてるんですね。こちらのVCRエッセンスには、3種類のビタミンCが入っています。それが、APPS、VCエチル、そして、アスコルビルグルコシドっていう、水溶性と脂溶性というものが、どっちも入っているんですね。どちらかというと、アスコルビルグルコシドは角層の方に効いて、角層で紫外線が当たって酸化しちゃうのを抑える。VCエチルはですね、角層にしっかりといって、そこで、メラニンの反応を抑える。APPSはもちろん角層にも表皮にも行くんですけど、真皮の方に行って、紫外線とかが当たって、コラーゲンとかエラスチンが破壊されるのを防ぐということになるんですね。 夏って気温が高いので、もちろん皮脂出ますよね。そこに紫外線が当たると酸化するんですよ。それによって、茶色っぽくなって、毛穴が開いて見えちゃうということもあるので、それを角層に効くアスコルビルグルコシドで抑えてあげる。そして真皮が落ちくぼんでしまって、それによって、毛穴が目立ってしまうという方にも、APPSが効果を発揮してくれるんじゃないかなと思います。 もう一つ、セラミドがポイントですよね。セラミドっていうのは、もう皆さんご存知な通り、保湿の成分になっています。この保湿の成分があることで、もちろん、ビタミンCでちょっと乾燥が残ってしまうことも抑えるんですけれども、セラミドっていうのは、油に溶ける成分なんですね。今言った、ビタミンC誘導体っていうのは、水溶性とあと脂溶性なんですけれども、お肌って、ちょっと油っぽい性質があるので、そこに、ビタミンCを乗せても、跳ね返しちゃうところがあるんですけれども、セラミドと一緒になることで、美容液の中でも、油が入っているようになると思うんですよ。そしたらですね、ここに入っている、水溶性のビタミンCは、ここが、ちょっと油っぽいから、あんまり油っぽくない肌に浸透しようという風に働いてくれると思うんですね。なので、セラミドが入っていることによって、より、この3種のビタミンCが入っていきやすくなっているので、毛穴だったり、美白に、しっかりと効いていくんじゃないかなと思いますので、ビタミンCとセラミドが一緒に入っていると、意外と、実は無かったりするんですよね。こんなに層が分かれているっていうことは、セラミドも、しっかり入っているし、ビタミンCも、3種類入っているので、そういった意味で、私ね、結構、これ、優秀な美容液なんじゃないかなというふうに思っています。 続いてはこちら。ミシャ ビタC プラス クリームです。こちらは、毛穴が気になる三角ゾーンに塗ってくださいっていう、ビタミンCが配合されているクリームなんですね。一番のポイントは、浸透型のカプセルビタミンCなんですよ。このクリームには、4種類のビタミンCが入っているというふうに書いてあります。 一つが、3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸。もう一つが、テトラヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビル。もう一つが、アスコルビルグルコシド。そして、アスコルビン酸。2つは水溶性のビタミンC。1つが油溶性。もう一つが、ピュアビタミンCですね。ピュアビタミンCがリポソーム化されたものに入っていて、その他のビタミンC誘導体、水溶性のものと、油溶性のもの、そのまま入っているんじゃないかなというふうに思います。プラス、ナイアシンアミドですね。これが入っているのが、ポイントかなというふうに思います。これも、よくあるやつじゃないですかというふうに思うんですけれども、まず、これが、クリームっていうところがポイントかなと思います。油溶性のビタミンC誘導体っていうのは。 そのまま角層に塗れば油溶性なのでじんわりじんわり入っていってくれるんですが、水溶性のビタミンCってのはさっきお話しした通り、そのまま肌に塗っちゃうと弾かれちゃうような感じで、あんまり浸透が良くないんですね。油分が多い中に水溶性のビタミンCが入っているので、肌に乗せた時にそっちに移動しちゃうと思うんですよ。なのでより水溶性のビタミンCが肌に吸収されやすいようにしているということですね。あとはナイアシンアミドも入っているので、ナイアシンアミドと一緒に相乗効果も感じられるかなと思います。なのでちょうど毛穴が気になるところっていうのはシミも気になる場所ではありますので、このクリームっていうのは毛穴用っていうふうには書いてあるんですけれども、やっぱり美白も毛穴も考えて作ってあるようなクリームなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。あとクリームなんですけれども、毛穴が気になっている方に向けて作っている処方なので、全然ベタベタしないんですよ。だからクリームなんだけれども、なんかちょっと美容液っぽい感じもするので、毛穴も気になるし美白も気になるっていう方には結構いいクリームなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、ラロッシュポゼN10セラムです。これはですね、実は敏感肌用のエイジングケア美容液って書いてあるんですけど、私、これこそまさに毛穴も、そして美白も、っていう方にはいいなと思ってるんですね。このN10って書いてあるんですけれども、ナイアシンアミドが10%入ってるっていう意味になります。ナイアシンアミドっていうのは、メラニンが作られたものを肌細胞に受け渡すのを抑えたりとか、メラニン生成を抑えるっていう美白の有効成分でもありますし、実はナイアシンアミドっていうのは皮脂が出すぎてる人は抑制してくれるっていうこともあるんですね。なので、結構皮脂が多い人がある程度高濃度のナイアシンアミドがあると、しっかりと抑えてくれるっていうところがあるんですね。なので、美白もするし、プラスアルファ皮脂も抑えてくれるから毛穴も気にならなくなるかなと思います。もう一つレゾルシノールっていう成分が入ってます。これはですね、美白の有効成分まではいかないんですけれども、実はチロシナーゼの発現を抑えてくれて、メラニンの生成を抑制してくれるっていうような報告もある美白成分なんですね。なので、美白の成分が実はナイアシンアミドともう一つ入っていて、皮脂も抑えてくれるほどしっかりとナイアシンアミドが入ってくれているということですね。プラスアルファ、ラロッシュポゼっていうのはもともと敏感肌用なので、毛穴も美白もしたいし、ちょっと敏感肌によってるっていう方でも安心して使えるんじゃないかなと思うので、こちらもご紹介してみました。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today's episode is a special compilation where I'll introduce all the whitening items I've recommended so far. I've introduced so many whitening products, and there's constantly new technology, formulations, and ingredients coming out. I've received many requests asking to see all of these together, so I want to compile and share everything with you all. This might be a long video, but if you watch this, you'll learn about all whitening items. It's a must-see video, so please watch until the end. I'd like to talk about the 2023 whitening item trends. Spring and summer are all about whitening, right? So from January to March, many manufacturers are releasing whitening products. Of course, around the release dates, I plan to do deep dives into each item on this channel. I want to give you a quick overview of the 2023 whitening trends, so please watch until the end. First, the clear trend for 2023 is what I call a return to whitening basics. You might wonder what that means, but in recent years, whitening has focused on transparency. The technology has been focused on promoting transparency by targeting muscles, nerves, and epidermal turnover. However, in 2023, research has re-focused on melanocytes, the cells that produce melanin. Scientists have gained deeper understanding of melanocyte function and how to prevent melanin production, achieving even deeper insights. For example, Cosme Decorté's White Logist, launching on January 16th, found a difference in how melanocytes divide and focused on that. Similarly, Astralift's whitening product launching March 1st focuses on melanocytes' relationship with hepatocytes. Many 2023 products are really focusing on melanocytes. Another 2023 trend is addressing not just black, but all colors causing skin unevenness. Skin discoloration isn't just brown or black—there's also redness. Until now, there were almost no skincare products that addressed redness. Since redness indicates inflammation, it was thought to be impossible at the skincare level. However, humans can appear reddish even without inflammation, which can look like dark spots and reduce skin tone. Pola has focused on this, releasing redness care as part of their radiance and dullness treatment through new sheet masks and drinks launching in February. Continuing transparency as a keyword, while transparency traditionally came from promoting turnover and adding moisture, recent research suggests skin microbiota may be involved. Clé de Peau's whitening essence launching in February focuses on these beneficial skin bacteria, showing data that they contribute to skin transparency. In summary, 2023 shows a return to basics—addressing melanocytes to reduce black and brown tones, treating dullness and redness, while still pursuing transparency. We'll see comprehensive items addressing all skin discoloration from every angle. Compared to 2022, 2023 is an exceptional year for whitening products. What I've mentioned is just part of it—there are many more coming, so I'll do deeper dives on each. For sunscreen, I'm particularly excited about Orbis's new sunscreen launching in February. This is a relaunch of a 2020 product that was a huge hit—it contains Niacinamide for wrinkle and spot improvement. Now it's been upgraded with improved offense and defense integration. The manufacturer calls it "sun-induced aging care." It's pleasant to apply and has enhanced beauty serum effects for further wrinkle and spot improvement. Rotemycin's Skin Aqua is also launching a non-chemical sunscreen in February that achieves remarkable results. Non-chemical formulations typically only use UV scatterers without absorbers, leading to stickiness, white cast, and low SPF. This new formula eliminates these issues with high SPF, no stickiness, and minimal white cast—a testament to advanced formulation science. In summary, 2023 is packed with whitening items. Choosing best cosmetics will be challenging, and whitening special issues will proliferate. What really moves me is the researchers' passion. They've spent years researching these formulations to create products that make people happy. I'll continue deep diving into each 2023 product, so please look forward to it. I want to share winter whitening-perfect ingredients and items containing them, so please watch until the end. Whitening seems like a summer concept, right? There's more UV radiation, so you might think summer is the main whitening season. But whitening requires year-round care. Just doing it in summer won't prevent spots or create transparency. You need 365-day care. Though UV radiation is intense in summer versus falling in winter, and dryness increases, winter requires different whitening approaches. Summer and winter need different whitening ingredients and items, so I'll introduce those today. Let me explain how to approach whitening in summer versus winter. Summer has intense UV radiation, so daily UV care is essential year-round. Beyond UV protection, summer's strong radiation causes inflammation that blocks melanin-production signals and increases melanin production. Summer also increases sebum oxidation and temperature fluctuations from air conditioning to heat. So summer focuses on controlling inflammation, blocking melanin signals, preventing melanin production, and lightening existing melanin—melanin care is crucial. Winter is different. UV radiation is much lower, though UV protection remains necessary. Since inflammation from radiation is less, the key is excreting existing melanin. Winter also causes dryness leading to skin irritation and inflammation, signaling melanin production—not just from UV. So winter focuses on preventing skin irritation, promoting turnover, excreting formed melanin, and addressing dryness-related damage. Ingredients with moisturizing properties are especially valuable. Winter's first essential whitening ingredient is D-Panthenol. Pola and Orbis groups hold patents on it. D-Panthenol promotes melanin excretion while promoting skin cell turnover naturally. Unlike retinol, it accelerates turnover while maintaining intercellular lipids, preventing dryness while promoting excretion. Since winter whitening emphasizes excretion and avoiding dryness, D-Panthenol is perfect. Orbis's White Clear Essence contains D-Panthenol. This year's new product is Pola White Shot Mask QXS. This year's White Shot comes as a drink and sheet mask. The mask contains D-Panthenol and focuses on redness reduction. This calm approach while promoting excretion is key for winter. Though White Shot has summer benefits, we're highlighting it as a new D-Panthenol product. Winter's second essential whitening ingredient is 4MSK. This Shiseido whitening-active ingredient blocks melanin production signals from UV radiation and also addresses abnormal turnover where spots form. Spots occur where melanocytes produce melanin that should be expelled through normal turnover, but abnormal turnover keeps melanin trapped. 4MSK helps restore normal turnover, actively excreting melanin-containing cells. Additionally, 4MSK prevents melanin production, so it helps expel summer-accumulated melanin and pre-spots, making it ideal winter whitening support. I think that could be the case. As a new product with 4MSK in its formulation, this is what I'm really paying attention to. This is Elixir Brightening Lotion. I think Elixir had a renewal in the second half of 2022. Since I've done a deep dive on it, this renewal is amazing, and I've thought about why Shiseido put this latest knowledge in Elixir but not in Clé de Peau Beauté. To put it simply, it restores the production of collagen and other things. So it's about giving elasticity, giving elasticity and that glossy quality, I think. That's the renewed version of Elixir. And Shiseido has put in 4MSK and also glycyrrhizin dipotassium, which suppresses inflammation, to create a whitening-focused Elixir. Originally, the Elixir renewal also increased hydration and gave elasticity, but the addition of whitening active ingredients makes it really noteworthy. And of course, 4MSK not only removes old skin through turnover but also blocks melanin production, so I think it will be very active from winter into summer, which is why I chose it. Next, the third ingredient I recommend for winter whitening is tranexamic acid. Tranexamic acid is a whitening active ingredient, but it also has the benefit of preventing skin irritation. This time, I chose tranexamic acid, which has both anti-inflammatory and whitening effects, because in winter the typical path to dark spots is through dryness causing skin irritation that leads to spots. Tranexamic acid is really excellent—it both whitens and reduces inflammation—so I recommend using it year-round. And it's also a whitening active ingredient that those with sensitive skin can use with confidence. For this term, products containing tranexamic acid—for department store cosmetics, Chanel's Le Blanc has renewed again. I think Chanel is showing its serious side, so I'm thinking of doing a deep dive on this too. Another option available at drugstores is this: Transino Medicated Melanosignal Essence. This is also a renewal of Transino that existed before. The tranexamic acid is still included, but the penetration has been significantly improved. This is made by Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company. Actually, tranexamic acid is also known as tranexamine, and it was developed by Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare. Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare is the one selling the oral form of tranexamic acid. And Transino is what incorporates it into cosmetics. So there are OTC treatments for melasma available at pharmacies from Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare as well. Because they're the pioneers who developed tranexamic acid, they know its benefits well, and so they've incorporated technology to enhance penetration. They've converted it into liposomes and made it very fine to significantly improve penetration. This is the Transino Medicated Melanosignal Essence. So even if someone used Transino before and thought it was pretty good, this time the penetration is much higher, so it should be easier to feel the effects. And as I mentioned earlier, tranexamic acid also suppresses inflammation, so I chose this for people with sensitive skin and for those who are dry in winter but still want to whiten. Next, the fourth ingredient I recommend for winter whitening is niacinamide. Niacinamide is a really intelligent ingredient that suppresses melanin production, but it also addresses wrinkles. Addressing wrinkles means it increases the production of collagen and elastin. And it also suppresses skin irritation. So as I've been saying, winter causes dryness and skin irritation. The key is to suppress melanin production while preventing skin irritation and boosting the skin's water retention and barrier function. In that sense, niacinamide is really necessary. Niacinamide is something that really works for everyone—it's an all-purpose ingredient. So whether you have oily skin, sensitive skin, or dry skin—whatever your skin type—you really need it. And it works for everyone from young people to older people. For young people with excessive oil, it suppresses sebum, but it doesn't dry the skin out; it just returns excess oil to normal levels. And for older people with dryness, it increases collagen and elastin production and provides whitening and anti-aging effects. So it works for young people and older people alike—it's really an all-purpose ingredient. So for affordable products with niacinamide, the representative one is really this: Hada Labo Gokujun Medicated Firm Lotion. This is a medicated firmness product, but this niacinamide is also a whitening active ingredient, so if you're young and want to whiten a bit, this Gokujun Medicated Firm Lotion would be good. And for those who also want to do anti-aging care, there's this: SK-II Genoptimum Aura Essence. Actually, SK-II has been developing niacinamide all along, so it's quite the pioneer. I know SK-II has an image of Pitera, but I think the synergistic effect of Pitera plus niacinamide is really high. And since it also has high moisturizing effects, I think it's perfect for winter whitening, which is why I introduced this one too. Today I want to introduce you to whitening cosmetics that focus on bacteria, so please watch until the end. Every year so many whitening cosmetics come out. Some focus on melanosites, some focus on promoting turnover, some focus on brightening the stratum corneum's translucency—there are various approaches. But this time, what I chose to approach is what I mentioned at the beginning: bacteria. Bacteria, that's right. Until now, skin microbiota have become quite popular, and most people already know that when the balance of skin microbiota is disrupted, skin irritation occurs. Addressing this has led to many cosmetics for sensitive skin. But as research on skin microbiota continues to advance, it's been discovered that bacteria are even related to whitening. Isn't that amazing? So today I'll introduce three cosmetics that focus on skin microbiota while also providing whitening. So right away, here's the first one. Clé de Peau Beauté Serum Concentre Eclat-N. The name is difficult, but it's amazing. The reason is that Clé de Peau Beauté is Shiseido. Shiseido conducts a lot of research on skin microbiota. When skin microbiota change and their balance is disrupted, the skin's barrier function decreases. For example, the d Program addresses this by balancing skin microbiota to prevent skin irritation. But Clé de Peau Beauté is a luxury brand, so when researching a different approach, they found that among skin microbiota, there are good and bad bacteria. The good ones are sometimes called "beauty bacteria," and specifically they're referring to Staphylococcus epidermidis. When the balance of this Staphylococcus epidermidis is disrupted—and there are various types of Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria, so when their balance is off or the overall amount of Staphylococcus epidermidis decreases, as I said earlier, the skin's barrier function decreases. But what Shiseido discovered is that when Staphylococcus epidermidis decreases, carbonylation of the stratum corneum occurs. And what is carbonylation? Essentially, it means the skin becomes yellowish. When the skin undergoes carbonylation, it becomes somewhat hard—hard but also squishy soft, you might say—but it's hard and easily damaged, and it also becomes yellowish. This phenomenon of skin carbonylation happens as we age, with UV exposure, and with tobacco and PM2.5 stress on the skin. When the skin is oxidized, this carbonylation occurs, causing dullness and loss of translucency. If the stratum corneum has carbonylation, even if you care for the melanosites and melanin in the epidermis below, if the upper layer is yellow and cloudy, you lose translucency. So you need to care for melanin in the epidermis while also suppressing carbonylation in the stratum corneum. It turns out that people with more Staphylococcus epidermidis have less carbonylation. So they incorporated ingredients to increase Staphylococcus epidermidis while also including antioxidant ingredients to suppress carbonylation. This is the Clé de Peau Beauté serum. Specifically, to increase Staphylococcus epidermidis, they're feeding it. The food is maltose and sucrose—basically ingredients that serve as bacterial food—in a complex form. This increases Staphylococcus epidermidis. Also, Staphylococcus epidermidis secretes various enzymes, and these enzymes suppress carbonylation and oxidation of the skin. So while increasing Staphylococcus epidermidis, they also included an antioxidant ingredient to help with what the bacteria naturally suppress. That's eucalyptus extract. So they increase Staphylococcus epidermidis itself, and through the enzymes it produces, carbonylation is suppressed. Additionally, to support this—and while the single ingredient can suppress carbonylation—they included eucalyptus extract to support the bacterial function of suppressing carbonylation. And of course, since it's Clé de Peau Beauté, it includes 4MSK and tranexamic acid as before. And it's packed with ingredients unique to Clé de Peau Beauté that target blood vessels. So while previous whitening serums approached the epidermis, targeting epidermal melanin with cutting-edge ingredients, this Clé de Peau Beauté additionally includes stratum corneum ingredients. So it's bacteria-focused with an emphasis on translucency. Next is this. Decencia White Concentrate. This also focuses on skin microbiota. Decencia is a skincare brand that originally makes products for sensitive skin. Many people worry that adding whitening active ingredients might irritate sensitive skin, but this time, while it does include whitening active ingredients, it's formulated with consideration for skin microbiota balance so those with sensitive skin can use it with confidence. And this is also really interesting. What they highlight is Staphylococcus epidermidis. But Decencia's interesting point is that Staphylococcus epidermidis has many varieties, and they focused on one: S. hominis. When they studied the skin microbiota of about 300 women, they found that women with higher levels of S. hominis, a type of Staphylococcus epidermidis, had smaller pores, no skin irritation, and clear skin—basically, they had stable, translucent skin. So they discovered that people with higher levels of S. hominis are beautiful-skinned. So they actually applied S. hominis to skin, and it improved skin irritation and translucency in people who had those problems. Isn't Decencia amazing? Incidentally, Decencia is part of the Pola Orbis Group. Pola conducts meticulous research. But unfortunately, you can't actually add the S. hominis bacteria itself to cosmetics. So they researched how to increase S. hominis and found that yuzu fruit extract does it. So this Decencia includes yuzu ceramide natural fruit extract and xanthan gum as a complex, which is like their secret sauce. By including this, the S. hominis strain of Staphylococcus epidermidis—also called beauty bacteria—in the skin's microbiota increases, providing translucency and making pores less noticeable. This time the Transino Medicinal Melano Signal Essence serum has been reformulated. Of course, it contains tranexamic acid. What's changed from before? This Rehmannia Extract is known to suppress the αMSH I mentioned, so while enhancing tranexamic acid's effective function and suppressing UV-related inflammation, and suppressing ingredients that cause spots when there's lots of stress, there's this Rehmannia Extract, which seems like an inside-outside approach. The texture is like this. What they included with this focus is the firming and moisturizing ingredient M Bouncer CP. The ingredients for this were composed of glycerin. When I heard about the product launch presentation, I was truly surprised at how thoroughly researched these products are. They found that pericytes, cells that form blood vessels near the epidermis, are actually epidermal stem cells. Isn't that amazing? This discovery was presented at the 47th Japanese Dermatology Research Society meeting and the 30th Japanese Vascular Biology and Medicine Society meeting. Unfortunately, capillaries decline with age - their blood flow decreases and fewer reach the epidermis. Shiseido found that a substance called Netrin-1 prevents capillaries from approaching, and it increases with age, causing capillaries to recede and making epidermal stem cells harder to regenerate. They discovered that yuzu extract, obtained through Shiseido's unique extraction technology, suppresses Netrin-1. Kashoe extract suppresses melanocyte activity and blocks signals to distant melanocytes. Combined with Kojic Acid suppressing melanin production, it double-acts against diffused spots. To put it simply, the active ingredient in Haku is tranexamic acid. Plus Shiseido's proprietary whitening active ingredient 4MSK is included. You might be wondering what's different from last year's or the year before's. First, this year's Haku discovered that when skin cells' ability to stick to each other decreases, melanocytes settle in the same spot, causing settled spots. They found this, so they're including ingredients to improve adhesion between skin cells while also targeting blood vessels. The first 3 contain approved active ingredients, while Clinique's Even Better contains proprietary ingredients. Let me explain each. Interestingly, these 2 are based on similar research. When melanocytes produce melanin and pass it to skin cells, melanin-containing skin cells normally move upward and are properly shed. But they sometimes divide sideways, and melanin-bearing skin cells proliferate horizontally, which causes spots to spread. Both companies noticed this and developed proprietary ingredients that make cells turnover vertically rather than horizontally. Also, the active ingredients differ. Cosme Decorte contains koji acid. Fancl contains vitamin C derivatives. So while there are differences, in terms of directing cells vertically, each company has developed proprietary ingredients. I find this really interesting. So both work for spot concerns - one uses vitamin C, the other uses koji acid. The textures are actually quite different. Cosme Decorte penetrates smoothly as a serum without interfering with other products. Fancl has a slightly milky texture, so you can enjoy those differences. Astalift The Serum researched where melanocyte stem cells, the origin of melanocytes that produce melanin, are located. Astalift - Fujifilm - made this visible and created targeted approaches. So for those with dark skin tones or spot concerns, it's about preventing them from getting darker. This also contains vitamin C derivatives, which they've formulated into liposomes for better penetration. Even though they're single-layer liposomes, they can contain active ingredients inside. So this also has impressive penetration technology and I think it's directly effective. Finally, Clinique's product is a toner. Even Better has serums too, but I'm introducing the toner version. Even Better originally contains UP302 as an active ingredient. UP302 is a proprietary ingredient extracted from specific plants. UP302 at 0.2% is said to be equivalent to or possibly more effective than koji acid at 2.0% or hydroxyacid at 4.0%. This itself suppresses melanin production. They've also added vitamin C derivatives. However, this isn't quasi-drug approved. That's because including UP302 prevents quasi-drug approval. Sometimes including proprietary ingredients prevents quasi-drug status. So this not being quasi-drug approved isn't a negative - it means they prioritized including proprietary ingredients over getting that label. So it's not inferior to others; it has firm active ingredients plus proprietary ingredients plus reliable vitamin C, so it's more powerful. Also, as a toner rather than serum, it's good for those wanting whitening toner plus other serums. Next, for those who've tried many whitening products without much noticeable effect, I want to introduce items with dramatically improved penetration technology - high penetration products. These three have high penetration: Haku Melano Focus EV, Alburan First Essence, and Transino Melano Signal Essence. Haku is already the representative whitening serum. It contains 4MSK, Shiseido's proprietary whitening active ingredient, plus tranexamic acid. Additionally, this year's Haku discovered that proper adhesion between skin cells suppresses melanocyte activity. Apparently when cells are firmly attached and stable, melanocytes stabilize too. When unstable, melanocytes seem to think 'we should produce more.' Finding this, they've included ingredients to properly cement skin cells together. Plus, they've upgraded penetration of 4MSK and tranexamic acid. Really, continuous evolution. So this year's Haku is more powerful than last year's or the year before's - it has more proprietary ingredients and better active ingredient penetration. Alburan has ingredients unique to Alburan for firmness, but for whitening purposes, they're using their whitening active ingredient Chamomile ET with carbonated bubbles for strong penetration. Alburan is a facial product, and faces and carbonation go together. Many carbonated products have been released for faces, but Alburan adjusts bubble pH to prevent evaporation, maintaining carbonation for better whitening active ingredient penetration. This is a highly penetrating type. Transino contains tranexamic acid as its active ingredient. Now they've added glychyrrhizic acid for anti-inflammation, so it suppresses inflammation while providing whitening. Previously Transino used liposomes for tranexamic acid penetration, but they've made them finer for further penetration improvement. So Transino has upgraded penetration technology compared to last year's and the year before's. I would like to introduce whitening items mainly focused on anti-inflammatory benefits for those who experience frequent sun damage situations. Dr. Ci:Labo Double R Essence X, Chanel Le Blanc Multi-Spot Intensive Treatment, and Bright Age Lift White Perfection. First, as a premise, people who are often exposed to sunlight experience skin inflammation from UV exposure, and the inflammatory components stimulate melanocytes, creating blemishes. Therefore, suppressing inflammation is the most important point. The key is understanding which ingredients work to suppress inflammation. Starting with Dr. Ci:Labo's Double R Essence, this orange-colored portion contains plenty of vitamin C derivatives. As you know, vitamin C provides strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and whitening effects. People frequently exposed to sunlight absolutely should use vitamin C, but vitamin C can have defatting properties that cause dryness. However, since ceramides are included, it effectively suppresses skin irritation while moisturizing and reducing inflammation with vitamin C, making it quite a powerful serum. Chanel's Le Blanc also contains something highly specialized for inflammation control. This is called TXC, which is tranexamic acid that only Chanel can use. It has significantly higher skin penetration than standard tranexamic acid. Since tranexamic acid itself has excellent anti-inflammatory and whitening effects, and the penetration technology ensures smooth skin absorption, this tranexamic acid is included. Additionally, it contains allantoin, another anti-inflammatory ingredient, and lemon balm extract, also an anti-inflammatory component. This allows use on sensitive areas like around the eyes while providing multi-layered inflammation control. It's a serum from Chanel that's particularly specialized in whitening and suppressing inflammation. Regarding Bright Age, it's actually a series from Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare, which produces Trancinone, and includes some anti-aging care benefits. Given that Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare is known for tranexamic acid, this product also contains tranexamic acid as a base. It includes the anti-inflammatory component glycyrrhizin, and what I found particularly interesting is artichoke extract. This is quite significant because when UV rays hit the skin, they trigger NK kappa-B factors that stimulate cytokines promoting inflammation. Once NK kappa-B factors are released, inflammation spreads extensively to various cells. Artichoke extract suppresses this NK kappa-B factor. Therefore, containing not just tranexamic acid and glycyrrhizin, but another anti-inflammatory approach through artichoke extract is wonderful. Additionally, while providing elasticity and performing whitening functions, with the whitening specialized in anti-inflammatory benefits, this is an excellent item for those frequently exposed to sunlight. Next is color-based categorization. When thinking about blemishes, most people imagine brown or black, and the previous items were largely focused on these. However, to achieve greater brightness, other colors like yellow and red can decrease transparency when present. Therefore, I would like to introduce whitening cosmetics specifically targeting yellow and red tones. Let's start with yellow. Dior Snow Essence of Light Micro-Infused Lotion. Cle de Peau Beaute Serum Concentre Eclaircissant N. These two address skin yellowing, but approach it differently. This one addresses excessive oil oxidation, which both stimulates melanocytes and causes oil yellowing, so it targets both. The proprietary edelweiss extract handles both, and it contains vitamin E and vitamin C derivatives in capsules, so both have antioxidant properties, preventing melanocyte stimulation from oil while reducing oxidative yellowing from oil. I particularly love this lotion as a representative oily skin user and use it frequently. Chanel's Cle de Peau Beaute approaches skin carbonylation, another yellowing mechanism. When skin undergoes carbonylation, it becomes somewhat yellowish. Previously, only the epidermis was considered, but research showed that when the skin microbiome balance in the stratum corneum becomes disrupted, skin carbonylation progresses. Cle de Peau Beaute discovered this, and their product optimizes the beneficial skin microbiome balance while containing 4MSK, a representative whitening ingredient. It cares for the epidermis while also addressing yellowing in the stratum corneum, providing comprehensive brightness. Next, for addressing redness, I present this: A beauty drink—Pola White Shot Inner Lock Liquid IXS. In fact, topical cosmetics addressing redness are quite difficult, so this is a drink-type product. People with skin redness have elevated TARC (thymus and activation-regulated chemokine), a component measured in blood tests during atopic dermatitis, though not at abnormal levels, but higher than average. Pola discovered this connection to skin redness. Their drink-type formulation contains artichoke leaf extract that slightly lowers TARC within normal ranges, improving redness. While different from topical cosmetics, if you're concerned about skin redness, or if you've worked on yellow and brown tone correction without achieving expected brightness, I'd recommend trying this redness solution. Next are whitening products for those with sleep deprivation. Continued sleep loss decreases skin transparency. These products focus on this issue. N Organic White Essence Mask and L'Occitane Reinè Blanche Targeted Night Concentrate. N Organic's product is a sheet mask. While N Organic has a whitening series, this sheet mask is new this season. Before explaining why I recommend this for sleep-related skincare, N Organic's whitening active ingredient is arbutin. Crucial is the Prunus serrulata leaf extract. Interestingly, this extract suppresses histamine, a substance released during allergies that triggers inflammation. So this extract suppresses histamine-induced inflammation. It effectively controls daytime damage through this leaf extract as a key benefit. Additionally, an essential sleep skincare ingredient is Toki senka extract. This is a fascinating component because sleep deprivation lowers growth hormone, decreasing skin cell turnover and causing dullness. Toki senka extract reportedly suppresses growth hormone decline, so it can moisturize growth hormone-deficient skin from sleep deprivation. For sleep-deprived individuals, use this sheet mask in the morning, or at night before bed when you must work despite needing sleep but want to maintain skincare. Regarding L'Occitane, this small product sits on my bedside table. After completing evening skincare routines, there's often time elapsed before sleep, but though not technically a serum, I apply this to concerned areas before bed. The Reinè Blanche ingredient promotes melanin expulsion. During sleep, normalized cell turnover properly eliminates melanin, so pre-sleep application supports this process with beneficial ingredients. Added vitamin C derivatives boost Reinè Blanche's effects, making this a serum for pre-sleep application rather than addressing sleep deprivation. I don't think one is enough. Among skin concerns, pores and whitening rank in the top two. Today, I'll introduce three items effective for both pore and whitening concerns, so please watch until the end. Pores and blemishes relate to whitening because UV exposure creates blemishes while making you concerned about brightness, and higher temperatures increase sebum secretion, which highlights pores. Summer is when both whitening and pores concern you, so addressing both is essential. The key is combining whitening active ingredients while controlling sebum. Beyond ingredients, texture—whether cream or lotion—significantly matters, so while this gets technical, please listen until the end. For those wanting both pore and whitening solutions, I recommend Dr. Ci:Labo VCR Essence. Notice how this is half orange and half white. It's two-layered, with vitamin C on one side and ceramides on the other. Shake and mix before use. I love Dr. Ci:Labo's VC series, which is impressive because different items contain multiple vitamin C types. This VCR Essence contains three vitamin C forms: APPS, VC ethyl, and ascorbyl glucoside—both water and fat-soluble. Ascorbyl glucoside works in the stratum corneum, preventing UV-induced oxidation. VC ethyl penetrates deeply to suppress melanin reactions. APPS reaches both stratum corneum and dermis, protecting collagen and elastin from UV damage. In summer, with heat increasing sebum, UV exposure oxidizes it, creating brownness and visible pores. Stratum corneum-targeting ascorbyl glucoside prevents this. For those with depressed dermal areas causing pore visibility, APPS shows effectiveness. Ceramides are critical. As a moisturizing component, ceramides prevent vitamin C-induced dryness. Since ceramides dissolve in oil while vitamin C derivatives are water or fat-soluble, skin has oily properties that might repel water-soluble vitamin C. With ceramides creating an oil-like environment in the serum, water-soluble vitamin C navigates towards less oily skin, promoting penetration. This combination enhances all three vitamin C types' effectiveness for pores and whitening. Vitamin C and ceramides together are unusually rare. This layered formulation contains proper ceramides and three vitamin C types, making it remarkably excellent. Next is Missha Vita C Plus Cream. This vitamin C-infused cream targets pore-prone areas. The key is penetration-type capsule vitamin C. This cream contains four vitamin C types. These are 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, ascorbyl glucoside, and ascorbic acid—two water-soluble vitamin C types, one fat-soluble, and one pure vitamin C. Pure vitamin C is liposome-encapsulated, while other vitamin C derivatives are water and fat-soluble, included directly. Plus niacinamide is an important inclusion. While these seem common, the cream format is key. Fat-soluble vitamin C derivatives... If you apply it directly to the stratum corneum, since it's oil-soluble, it will penetrate gradually and gently. However, water-soluble vitamin C, as I mentioned earlier, gets repelled when applied directly to the skin, and doesn't penetrate very well. Since water-soluble vitamin C is present in an environment with a lot of oil, when you apply it to the skin, it tends to move towards the oil. So, by doing this, water-soluble vitamin C is made more easily absorbed by the skin. Additionally, niacinamide is also included, so you can expect a synergistic effect together with niacinamide. So, areas where pores are of concern are also areas where dark spots are concerning. This cream is labeled as being for pores, but I think it's actually formulated with both whitening and pore concerns in mind. Also, this cream is formulated for people concerned with pores, so it's not greasy at all. So even though it's a cream, it has a bit of a feel like a beauty essence, which is why I think it's quite a good cream for people who are concerned with both pores and whitening. Next is La Roche-Posay N10 Serum. This is actually labeled as an anti-aging care essence for sensitive skin, but I think it's especially good for people who are concerned with both pores and whitening. The "N10" written on it means that it contains 10% niacinamide. Niacinamide is not only a whitening active ingredient that suppresses the transfer of melanin that has been produced to skin cells and inhibits melanin production, but it actually also suppresses excess sebum production in people with oily skin. So, for people with oily skin, having a fairly high concentration of niacinamide will effectively suppress sebum production. So, it provides whitening benefits, plus it also suppresses sebum production, which means pores become less noticeable. There's also another ingredient called resorcin included. This doesn't reach the level of an official whitening active ingredient, but it actually suppresses the expression of tyrosinase and there are reports showing it suppresses melanin production, making it a whitening ingredient. So, there are actually two whitening ingredients—niacinamide and another one—and niacinamide is included in a high enough concentration to suppress sebum. Additionally, La Roche-Posay is originally formulated for sensitive skin, so I think it can be used safely even by people who want both pore care and whitening while having somewhat sensitive skin, which is why I introduced this one as well.
