皆さんこんにちは。内科・皮膚科医の友利新です。今日はニキビの美容液についてお話しします。ニキビといっても、大人ニキビや思春期のニキビ、あるいは広範囲にできているのかポツンとできているのか、またはニキビ跡なのかによって異なりますので、タイプ別のニキビケア美容液についてご紹介します。 以前もニキビの動画でお話ししましたが、ニキビは思春期のものでも、基本的には皮脂分泌が活発で、毛穴に皮脂が詰まり、そこにニキビ菌が増殖して炎症が起こることでできます。そのため、ニキビ菌を殺菌する効果や、ニキビ菌を寄せ付けないようにする効果、さらに化粧品でできることとして皮脂分泌を抑えたり、角質を柔らかくしたりするアプローチが重要です。ニキビができるメカニズムは思春期でも大人でも同じですが、ベースの肌質が異なりますので、それに合った美容液を選ぶようにしてください。 【1つ目：ドクターシーラボ 薬用Aクールセラム】 最初の1つはこちら、ドクターシーラボの薬用Aクールセラムです。茶色がかったとろみのあるジェル状の美容液で、ドクターズコスメらしいボトルに入っています。 こちらは特に、生理前や生理周期に合わせてフェイスラインや顎にニキビができやすい大人ニキビの方におすすめの成分が多く配合されています。 主な成分として、まずサリチル酸とグリチルリチン酸があります。これらにはニキビ菌の殺菌作用と抗炎症作用があり、繰り返しニキビができやすい方の炎症を抑え、ニキビを予防する効果が期待できます。 大人ニキビの方は、皮脂分泌が過剰な一方でバリア機能が低下しているという矛盾した肌質を持つことがあります。この美容液にはコラーゲン、ヒアルロン酸、セラミドといったバリア機能を改善する成分が配合されています。また、シソエキスもバリア機能の改善に効果があるとされており、さらに10-ヒドロキシデカン酸BGという成分が毛穴の詰まりを改善しながらバリア機能もサポートします。 さらに、大人ニキビはホルモンバランスの乱れ、特に男性ホルモンの過剰分泌が関与していると言われています。ストレスがかかると男性ホルモンが活性化され、皮脂腺が刺激されて皮脂分泌が増加します。この美容液に含まれるアロエエキスには、男性ホルモンを生成する酵素「5α-リダクターゼ」の活性を抑える効果が期待されています。男性ホルモンの影響を受けやすい部位（ひげが生える場所と同様、フェイスラインなど）にニキビが繰り返しできる方は、ぜひ試してみてください。 【2つ目：ファンケル アクネケアエッセンスA】 続いてはファンケルのアクネケアエッセンスAです。透明なジェルタイプの部分用美容液で、ニキビができそうな箇所にピンポイントで使うタイプです。 この製品の特徴は、イオウ由来の成分「ビオサルファライド」が配合されている点です。イオウ成分はニキビ菌の殺菌に加え、皮脂の分泌を抑えて皮脂を吸着する働きがあります。そのため、皮脂分泌が活発で大きめのニキビがポツポツとできやすい思春期ニキビの方に特に向いています。「そろそろニキビができそう」と感じたときに部分的に使うと効果が期待できます。 なお、このようなスポット美容液を使う際は、手でそのまま塗るのではなく、綿棒に少量取って患部に塗るのがおすすめです。ニキビ部分を清潔に保つためにも、ぜひ実践してみてください。 【3つ目：エトヴォス バランシングVCクリアスポッツ ジェル状美容液】 最後はエトヴォスのバランシングVCクリアスポッツです。こちらも透明なジェル状の美容液です。 この製品最大の特徴は、アゼライン酸の誘導体である「アゼロイルジグリシン」が配合されている点です。アゼライン酸は、海外ではニキビや酒さ（顔が赤くなる皮膚疾患）の治療薬として使用されている成分です。この誘導体は、その効果を化粧品に配合できるよう調整したものです。 アゼライン酸は特に赤みを伴うニキビや炎症に対して効果的とされているため、この美容液は「現在ニキビができている」方よりも、「ニキビ跡の赤みが気になる」方に特におすすめです。 また、水溶性ビタミンC誘導体である「ビスグリセリルアスコルビン酸」も配合されています。ビタミンCには美白効果があるため、ニキビ跡の茶色い色素沈着を薄くする効果が期待できます。アゼロイルジグリシンとビタミンC誘導体の組み合わせにより、思春期ニキビ・大人ニキビを問わず、ニキビ跡の赤みや色素沈着が気になる方に幅広くおすすめできます。 さらに、アゼロイルジグリシンには抗菌作用や皮脂分泌の抑制効果もあるため、ニキビの予防や、赤みが残る前の段階からの使用にも効果が期待できます。 --- いかがでしたか？ニキビは一つできるだけでも憂鬱になりますよね。ニキビ跡を残したくない、増やしたくないというお悩みは多くの方が抱えていると思います。 ただし、この動画でも繰り返しお伝えしていますが、ニキビは「尋常性痤瘡（じんじょうせいざそう）」という立派な皮膚疾患の一つです。市販の薬やスキンケアでなかなか改善しない場合は、ぜひ皮膚科に相談してみてください。皮膚科での治療と並行して、今日ご紹介したようなスキンケアを取り入れていただくのが理想的です。 このチャンネルでは、美容や健康について分かりやすくお伝えしています。よかったらチャンネル登録をお願いします。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Since acne comes in many forms—adult acne, teenage acne, widespread breakouts, isolated pimples, or post-acne scarring—I'd like to introduce serums tailored to each type. As I've mentioned in previous acne-related videos, acne forms when sebum production becomes overactive, clogging pores, which then allows acne-causing bacteria (C. acnes) to proliferate and cause inflammation. This applies to both teenage and adult acne. Therefore, effective skincare approaches include killing acne bacteria, preventing bacterial growth, regulating sebum production, and softening the stratum corneum. While the mechanism of acne formation is the same regardless of age, skin type differs, so it's important to choose a serum suited to your specific skin condition. 【#1: Dr. Ci:Labo Medicated A Cool Serum】 The first product is Dr. Ci:Labo's Medicated A Cool Serum—a brownish, viscous gel serum in the type of bottle typical of dermatologist-developed cosmetics. This serum is particularly well-suited for adult acne sufferers who tend to break out along the jawline or chin before or during their menstrual cycle. Key ingredients include salicylic acid and glycyrrhizinic acid, which have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to calm existing inflammation and prevent future breakouts. A notable characteristic of adult acne-prone skin is a paradox: excess sebum production combined with a compromised skin barrier. This serum addresses both concerns. Collagen, hyaluronic acid, and ceramide help restore the skin barrier, while perilla (shiso) leaf extract also supports barrier function. Additionally, 10-hydroxydecanoic acid BG helps clear clogged pores while also contributing to barrier repair. Its standout ingredient is biosulfide, a sulfur-derived compound. Sulfur is known for its ability to kill acne-causing bacteria while also absorbing excess sebum and suppressing sebum production. This makes it particularly effective for teenage acne characterized by oily skin and larger, persistent pimples. It's best used as a preventive measure when you sense a breakout coming on. This helps keep the skin clean and minimizes the risk of spreading bacteria. 【#3: ETVOS Balancing VC Clear Spots Gel Serum】 The third product is ETVOS's Balancing VC Clear Spots—another clear, gel-type serum. Its most distinctive ingredient is azelaoyl diglycine, a derivative of azelaic acid. Azelaic acid is used outside Japan as a prescription treatment for acne and rosacea (a skin condition characterized by facial redness). This derivative has been formulated to be safely used in cosmetics. Since azelaic acid is particularly effective for acne with significant redness and inflammation, this serum is best suited not for those currently dealing with active acne, but for those troubled by post-acne red marks. It also contains bisglyceryl ascorbate, a water-soluble vitamin C derivative. Vitamin C is well known for its skin-brightening properties, making it effective for fading the brownish hyperpigmentation left by acne scars. The combination of azelaoyl diglycine and vitamin C derivative makes this serum a strong option for anyone—teenage or adult—concerned about post-acne redness or discoloration. Moreover, azelaoyl diglycine also has antibacterial and sebum-regulating effects, so it can be used proactively to prevent new breakouts or to reduce the chance of acne leaving marks in the first place. --- So, what did you think? Even a single pimple can be really disheartening, and worrying about scarring or new breakouts is something many people struggle with. However, as I've emphasized throughout this channel, acne (acne vulgaris) is a legitimate skin condition.
