愛用しているプチプラコスメを6つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、トモ・アリ新田です。今日はリピート中の愛用プチプラコスメをご紹介したいと思います。 『先生って結局プチプラを紹介してるけど、全然使ってなくてデパコスとかお高いものしか使ってないんでしょう』というコメントもいただきます。もちろん44歳になりますので、デパコスも大好きですし、お高い化粧品を使っていないとは言いませんが、このYouTubeを通してプチプラの化粧品をいろいろ紹介していく中で『これいいじゃん』と思って何度もリピートしている化粧品があるので、今日はそちらをご紹介していきたいと思います。最後までご覧ください。今日は6個ほどご紹介します。 【1】キュレル ディープモイスチャースプレー 大容量タイプもあれば、旅行用の小さいサイズもあります。大容量のものはお風呂上がりに全身にシュッとかけたり、夫も使っているので、もう何本目か分からないくらい愛用しています。以前このアイテムについて成分を深掘りしたこともありますが、抗炎症成分のアラントインが配合されています。キュレルは乾燥性敏感肌向けのブランドなので、炎症を起こしやすい肌にしっかり対応してくれます。また擬似セラミドを微細化してスプレータイプにしているので、ベタつかずしっとり全身を潤してくれます。セラミド系はベタつくイメージがありスプレー化が難しいものですが、それを実現しているのが花王さんの技術力だと思います。手が届かない背中や、子どものスキンケアで自分のケアが後回しになる時など、とにかく便利で何度もリピートしているアイテムです。 【2】キュレル リップバーム こちらも愛用しているキュレルのアイテムです。唇が荒れたなと感じた時に塗って寝ると、荒れが本当に落ち着きます。皮がむけているような時に使っても安心できるので、無くなると心配になるくらい必ず購入しているアイテムです。 【3】セザンヌ セラミド化粧水 プチプラの中でも非常にコスパが良く、ヒト型セラミドやヒアルロン酸、コラーゲンが配合されています。大容量でバシャバシャ使えるのが魅力です。夫もなぜか気に入っていて、ひげ剃り後などに使っているようです。首まで使ってもベタつかず、服に付く心配が少ないところも気に入っているようで、我が家でリピートしているアイテムです。 【4】ファンケル マイルドクレンジングオイル EX 私はクレンジングオイル派なのですが、こちらにはサリチル酸とホップエキスが配合されていて、角栓をしっかり除去してくれます。エクステをつけていても問題なく使え、ゴシゴシ擦らずスルッと汚れが落ちるのが特徴です。オイルなのに突っ張らないところも気に入っています。このお値段でこれだけの機能性があるのは、コスパが非常に優れていると思い、何度もリピートしているアイテムです。 【5】イハダ 薬用クリアバーム 白っぽいクリーム状のバームで、美白タイプの薬用アイテムです。抗炎症成分のグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムと、美白・抗炎症作用のあるトラネキサム酸が配合されています。先日娘の風邪をもらい、鼻をかみ続けて鼻の下がカサカサに荒れてしまった時、何を塗ってもヒリヒリする中、唯一大丈夫だったのがこのクリアバームでした。それ以来、肌荒れしそうな時にはこれを使うようにしています。もともと冬場の乾燥や敏感な時に使っていましたが、今回改めて夏場も常備しておきたいと感じたアイテムです。 【6】資生堂 クリアウェルネス リファイニングミルク 資生堂の化粧水は有名ですが、実はこのとろみのある乳液が隠れた名品だと思っています。私は皮脂・テカリが気になるタイプなのですが、メイク直しの際に乳液を使うことがあります。メイクは油分なので、皮脂と混ざった汚れは化粧水だけでは拭き取れません。そこで乳液をなじませてからコットンで拭き取ると、しっとり整い、その後のスキンケアもしやすくなります。敏感肌用なので肌が揺らいでいる時にも使えます。夜にYouTubeライブをする前など、メイク直しをしたい時に重宝しています。資生堂独自の成分であるイソフラボン様の成分が配合されており、角質層のコーニファイドエンベロープを強化したり、細胞間脂質の産生を促す働きがあるとされ、バリア機能のサポートにもつながると言われています。使い続けて肌のふっくら感や透明感を感じているので、こちらもご紹介しました。 以上、今日は私が愛用しているプチプラコスメをご紹介しました。もちろんデパコスも大好きですが、こうしてプチプラも使っています。また『そういえばこれも使っていた』というアイテムが見つかったら、改めてご紹介したいと思いますので、楽しみにしていてください。 どうでしたか?このチャンネルでは、このように美容や健康についてわかりやすく解説しています。良かったら高評価ボタンやチャンネル登録をしていただけると大変嬉しいです。それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

I often get comments like, 'You only introduce drugstore products, but you probably don't actually use them—you probably only use high-end department store cosmetics.' Of course, since I'm 44 years old, I do love department store cosmetics, and I won't deny that I use expensive products too. But through this YouTube channel, as I've introduced various drugstore cosmetics, there are some that I've thought 'this is great' about and have repurchased many times. So today I'd like to introduce those to you. Please watch until the end. Today I'll be introducing about six items. 【1】Curél Deep Moisture Spray There's a large-size version as well as a small travel-size version. I spray the large one all over my body after a bath, and my husband uses it too, so I've lost count of how many bottles we've gone through. I've done a deep dive into this product's ingredients before—it contains allantoin, an anti-inflammatory ingredient. Since Curél is designed for dry, sensitive skin that's prone to inflammation, this helps calm it down effectively. It also contains pseudo-ceramide that's been finely processed into a spray form, so it moisturizes the whole body without feeling sticky. Ceramide-based products are usually associated with a sticky texture, making them hard to turn into a spray, but I think that's thanks to Kao's technology. It's great for hard-to-reach places like your back, and for times when you're too busy taking care of your kids' skin after a bath to do your own skincare properly—you can just spray this on. It's incredibly versatile, which is why I keep repurchasing it. 【2】Curél Lip Balm This is another Curél product I love. When my lips feel chapped, applying this before bed really calms things down. It's gentle enough to use even when the skin is peeling, so I always make sure to repurchase it before running out—I've lost count of how many I've bought. 【3】CEZANNE Ceramide Lotion This is incredibly cost-effective even among drugstore products. It contains human-type ceramide, hyaluronic acid, and collagen. It comes in a large size that you can use generously. My husband loves it too, for some reason—he uses it after shaving. It doesn't feel sticky even around the neck, so there's less worry about it getting on clothes, which is probably why he likes it. It's a staple in our household. 【4】FANCL Mild Cleansing Oil EX I'm a cleansing oil person myself, and this one contains salicylic acid and hop extract, which thoroughly remove blackheads and clogged pores. It's safe to use even with eyelash extensions, and it glides off makeup smoothly without needing to rub. Despite being an oil cleanser, it doesn't leave your skin feeling tight. Considering the price point and the level of functionality, I think this is an incredibly cost-effective product, which is why I keep repurchasing it. 【5】IHADA Medicated Clear Barrier Cream This is a whitish, cream-textured medicated balm with whitening properties. It contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, an anti-inflammatory ingredient, along with tranexamic acid, which has both whitening and anti-inflammatory effects. Recently, I caught my daughter's cold and had to blow my nose constantly, which left the skin around my nose red and irritated. Everything I tried stung, but this Clear Barrier Cream was the only thing that didn't. Since then, I've started using it whenever I feel like my skin might get irritated. I used to only rely on it during winter dryness or when my skin felt sensitive, but this experience made me realize I want to keep it on hand year-round, even in summer. 【6】SHISEIDO Clear Wellness Refining Milk Shiseido's lotions are famous, but I actually think this slightly thick, creamy milky lotion is a hidden gem. Since I tend to have oily, shiny skin, I sometimes use this lotion when redoing my makeup. Makeup is oil-based, so once it mixes with sebum, lotion alone can't wipe it away. That's why I apply this milk and then gently wipe with a cotton pad—it leaves the skin feeling smooth, and any skincare applied afterward goes on as if freshly cleansed. Since it's formulated for sensitive skin, it also works well when your skin feels unsettled. It's especially handy before going live on YouTube at night, when I need to quickly redo my makeup. It contains Shiseido's proprietary isoflavone-like ingredient, which is said to strengthen the cornified envelope of skin cells and promote the production of intercellular lipids, helping support the skin's barrier function. I've felt my skin becoming plumper and more radiant from continued use, which is why I wanted to share this one as well.
