みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日はですね皆さんが大好きなレチノールのお話をしていきたいと思うんですが、レチノールと言ったらハリとかツヤとか、あとはまあねある程度入っているとシワ改善とか肌の老化をストップするような美容成分としては有名になってきていると思います。そんなレチノールなんですが最近はですね、レチノールプラス何をかけ合わせたら肌に良いかっていうことがクローズアップされているんですね。なので今回はですね、こういうの合わせちゃうんだ、あとこんな処方でレチノール入れてきたのっていう驚きの最新レチノール化粧品をご紹介したいと思いますので、レチノールをよりよく使いたいとか、レチノールの効果をもっと出したいっていう方はですね、是非最後までご覧ください。 では早速それ何かっていうとこの3つのアイテムになっています。まずはこちらイニスフリーのレチノールPDRNアドバンスとエッセンスローションになります。聞いたことあると思った方は私の動画をよく見てるそう、私も大好きなレチノールPDRNアドバンスとセラム、これ美容液です。確か去年出たんですが、その化粧水がですね今回発売になりました。 いろいろすごいところあるんですが、まず一つはイニスフリーというのは韓国のアモーレパシフィックっていうところが作っているんですが、アモーレパシフィックといえばレチノール研究めちゃくちゃしていて、自分たち独自のレチノールを作っちゃうぐらいレチノール研究がすごいんですね。あとレチノールっていうのは基本的に油に溶けるものになります。だからやっぱり美容液に入っていることが多いんですね。化粧水に入れるとやっぱり溶けづらいから入れにくいんですよ。だけれどもやっぱり化粧水って使いたいじゃないですかパシャパシャと。どうするかって考えた時に、純粋レチノールをですね、カプセル化してより浸透させるっていう技術をイニスフリーさん持っていて、それをまず化粧水に入れています。だからそこだけでも素晴らしいなと思うんですけれども、レチノールプラスホニャララを入れているのがPDRNになります。 PDRN何かっていうとポリヌクレオチドっていうものになるんですが、サーモン注射、リジュランとかあるんですけれども、肌の再生を行うような肌育ち注射、私も実は半年に1回ぐらいは必ず入れているものがあるんですが、それの成分を化粧水に落とし込んだのがPDRNになります。普通はね、注射で入れなくちゃいけないし、あとはシャケ由来なんですが、イニスフリーさんはもともと緑茶の研究もしているので、緑茶乳酸菌由来のPDRNを作っているっていうところになるんですね。 サーモン注射を肌に入れた時に一番効果を感じるのはハリです。肌の水分量が爆誕みたいな感じになるので、私は注射で入れるのも大好きなんですけど、なかなか注射で入れるっていうのが難しい時には、シャケのやつだと注射で入れないといけないぐらい分子量が大きいんですけれども、この緑茶乳酸菌由来のPDRNだとすごく小さいので、しっかりと肌に吸収しやすいものになっているんですね。肌の水分量を上げていくっていうイメージですね。レチノール自体も表皮のヒアルロン酸をアップするっていうところがあるので、そこにPDRN一緒に入れていくと、さらに肌のプリッとしたハリ感っていうのが出てくるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。そこにですね、5種類のヒアルロン酸、パンテノールですね。パンテノールも私大好きで、やっぱり入れてると入れてないとツヤ感が全然違うので、韓国の女優さんみたいな水光肌を作ってくれるような化粧水になっているんじゃないかなと思います。もちろんこういうね、美容液もあるので両方使う方がいいと思うんですけど、まずは化粧水だけでも使うとなんかもうちょっとしっとり感がもうすごく出てくるんじゃないかなと思うので、かなり注目の化粧水になっております。 もう一つがですね、これまた面白いんですが、こちらメディショット ダーマ&ボタニカルというもの、こちらがローションそしてこちらがリンクル美容液セラムになっています。これは皮膚科学発想かける植物の力っていうものでこれもすごいなぁと思うんですが、まずローションから行きたいんですが、これ実は明色化粧品って言ってかなり老舗の化粧品会社、日本の化粧品会社さんが作っているんですね。こちらはレチノールかけるバクチオールウォーターというものを入れています。皆さんバクチオールって聞いたことありますか。どうしてもレチノールの赤みA反応というものが出てきてしまうので使えないという人もいるんですが、A反応が起きない植物由来の成分というのがバクチオールなんですね。レチノールと同じように表皮のヒアルロン酸をアップしていくっていうデータがきちっと出てきているので、レチノールが使えない人は代替えとして使うっていうのですごく注目されているんですが、何がすごいかってバクチオールもですね実は油分にしか溶けない成分なんですね。でもそれを今回バクチオールウォーターとしてお水に溶けるバクチオールを入れているっていうところがすごいところになっています。それも5%しっかり入っているっていう風に明記しているのもすごく面白いなと思いますし、分子量が大きいので水分量を上げながらピーリングができるPHAだったりとか、透明感をアップするグルタチオンだったりもしっかり入っているっていうのがメディショットのローションになっています。 もう一つ、メディショットボタニカルリンクル美容液セラムですけれども、こちらはバクチオールが2%入っています。バクチオール2%ってかなり高濃度になっているんですね。レチノールとやっぱりバクチオールを一緒に使うということで、よりレチノールのハリ感とかツヤ感っていうものを出してきてくれるんじゃないかなと思うので、こちらで化粧水として使う5%と2%だとこっちの方が高く見えると思うんですけど、これはバクチオールウォーターにして5%、こっちはバクチオールとして2%なので、高濃度としては多分2%のこっちの方が濃い感じがするので、こっちもいいなと思うんですけど、バクチオールが入っている化粧水ってほぼないっていうか、多分私初めて見たので、レチノールプラスバクチオールっていうものを相乗効果で使いたいっていう方はですね、PHAとかね、グルタチオンも入っているので、かなり面白いんじゃないかなと思うので、レチノールプラスアルファーとしてはめちゃくちゃ面白い化粧水と美容液だなというふうに思います。 はいということで今日はレチノールプラスまるまるということでご紹介しました。今は一つだけの成分というのが流行りですけど、これからはその成分をどういうふうに組み合わせるかということがトレンドになっていくと思います。この美容液この美容液この美容液って使うよりも一緒になっている方がいいじゃないですか。でも一つにできない理由がさっき言ったお水に溶けるとか油に溶けるとか、処方の組み合わせが難しかった。それを処方ができるようになったりとか、分子量を小さくして浸透するようにしたりとか、いろんな開発が進んでいるので、これからはなんか一本でもいろんな成分が取れるっていうようなものにどんどんなってくるんじゃないかなと思いますし、私自身もその方が肌にとっても刺激にならない、あれこれつけちゃうと刺激になっちゃうので、一本でいろんな成分ができるっていうものをどんどんご紹介していきたいと思いますので、皆さんも気になるアイテム、これはどうですかっていうようなものがあればぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう、さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I want to talk about retinol, which everyone loves. When we talk about retinol, it's become well known as a beauty ingredient for firmness, glow, and if it's included at a certain concentration, for improving wrinkles and stopping skin aging. But lately, the focus has shifted to what you should combine with retinol to make it even better for your skin. So this time, I want to introduce some surprising new retinol cosmetics that combine ingredients in ways you might not expect, or that formulate retinol in unexpected ways. If you want to use retinol more effectively, or want to get even more benefits from retinol, please watch until the end. So right away, let me show you these three items. First is Innisfree's Retinol PDRN Advance Essence Lotion. If you've heard of this before, you probably watch my videos a lot—I also love the Retinol PDRN Advance Serum, which is a beauty essence. I believe it came out last year, and now this lotion version has been released. There are many impressive things about it, but first, Innisfree is made by Amorepacific in Korea, and Amorepacific has done tremendous research on retinol—so much that they've developed their own original retinol. Also, retinol is basically an oil-soluble ingredient. That's why it's often found in serums. When you put it in a lotion, it doesn't dissolve easily, so it's harder to formulate. But of course we all want to use lotions—pat, pat, pat, right? So when thinking about how to solve this, Innisfree has a technology to encapsulate pure retinol to allow for better penetration, and they've put that into this lotion. Just that alone is impressive, but what makes it even more special is that they've added something extra to the retinol—PDRN. PDRN stands for polynucleotide. There are things like salmon injections, Rejuran, and so on—these are "skin nurturing injections" that regenerate the skin. Actually, I get this kind of treatment about once every six months myself. This ingredient, which is normally delivered by injection, has now been incorporated into a lotion as PDRN. Normally it has to be administered by injection and is derived from salmon, but since Innisfree has also done research on green tea, they've created a PDRN derived from green tea lactic acid bacteria. When salmon-derived PDRN is injected into the skin, the effect you notice most is firmness. It's like your skin's moisture level suddenly skyrockets. I love getting these injections myself, but when it's hard to get an actual injection, this becomes a great option. Salmon-derived PDRN has such a large molecular size that it requires injection, but this green tea lactic acid bacteria-derived PDRN has a much smaller molecular size, so it's easily absorbed by the skin. The image is that it raises the skin's moisture level. Retinol itself also increases hyaluronic acid in the epidermis, so when you combine it with PDRN, I think you'll get an even plumper, firmer feeling in the skin. On top of that, there are five types of hyaluronic acid and panthenol included. I also love panthenol—the glow really is completely different with it versus without it. So I think this lotion can give you that glass-like glowing skin like Korean actresses have. Of course, there's also a serum version, so using both together is ideal, but I think even just using the lotion alone will give you noticeably more moisture and hydration. It's definitely a lotion worth paying attention to. The next one is also interesting—this is called Medi Shot Derma & Botanical, and here we have a lotion and a wrinkle serum. This is based on the concept of dermatological science combined with the power of plants, which I also find amazing. Let's start with the lotion. This is actually made by Meishoku Cosmetics, a fairly long-established Japanese cosmetics company. This one contains retinol combined with Bakuchiol Water. Have you all heard of bakuchiol? Since retinol can cause the so-called "retinol reaction" (redness), some people can't use it. Bakuchiol is a plant-derived ingredient that doesn't cause this reaction. There's solid data showing that, like retinol, it increases hyaluronic acid in the epidermis, so it's gaining a lot of attention as an alternative for people who can't use retinol. What's amazing is that bakuchiol itself is also normally only oil-soluble. But this time, they've created a water-soluble version called Bakuchiol Water. It's also clearly stated to contain a full 5%, which I find really interesting. Since it has a large molecular size, it can boost moisture while also allowing for exfoliation through PHA, and it also contains glutathione to enhance skin clarity—that's what's packed into this Medi Shot lotion. The other product, the Medi Shot Botanical Wrinkle Serum, contains 2% bakuchiol. That's actually quite a high concentration. By using retinol and bakuchiol together, I think you'll get even more firmness and glow from the retinol. Comparing the numbers, 5% might look higher than 2%, but this 5% is for Bakuchiol Water, while the 2% is pure bakuchiol, so in terms of actual concentration, the 2% version is probably stronger. I think this one is great too. Lotions containing bakuchiol are extremely rare—I think this might be the first one I've ever seen. So if you want to use retinol and bakuchiol together for a synergistic effect, this is a great option, especially since it also contains PHA and glutathione. As a "retinol plus alpha" option, I think this lotion and serum are incredibly interesting. So today, I introduced products under the theme of "retinol plus something." Right now, the trend is single standout ingredients, but from here on, I think the real trend will be about how ingredients are combined. Rather than using this serum, then that serum, then another serum, it's much better if everything is combined into one. But the reason it couldn't be combined before was, as I mentioned, issues like water-solubility versus oil-solubility—it was difficult to formulate them together. Now, thanks to advances that make such formulations possible, and technology that shrinks molecular size to improve penetration, all kinds of development is happening. I think going forward, we'll see more and more products where you can get multiple ingredients from just one single product. Personally, I think that's better for the skin too, since applying too many different products can end up irritating the skin.
