プチプラ化粧水の「ハトムギ化粧水」の真実について話します。

皆さんこんにちは!友利新です。 今日はですね、結構皆さんからもリクエストの多かったハトムギ化粧水について深掘りしていこうと思います。 ハトムギ化粧品って、もうドラッグストアに行ったらブワーって並んでますよね。で、似たようなボトルのものがあって、どれが一番いいのかなとか、ハトムギ自体がどういう効果があるかっていうのを結構知りたいという方が多かったので深掘りしてみようかなと思って、薬局に行ってみたんですよ。 こちら本当にいっぱい並んでたんですけど、やっぱり元祖ハトムギ化粧品と言ったらこちらかなと思います。ナチュリエ ハトムギ化粧水ですよね。なんと調べてみたら、これ発売が2002年なんですって。なんで来年で20周年ですよ。すごいですよね。 で、天然保湿成分のハトムギエキスを配合して、無香料、無着色、低刺激性、オイルフリー、界面活性剤フリーって書いてあります。これ500mlで715円とめちゃめちゃお得なので、1回は使ったことある方が多いんじゃないかなと思います。無着色なので、この白いのはハトムギを配合するとこういう風な色になってきます。 こちらを見るとめちゃくちゃシンプルな処方なんですよ。これにはハトムギエキスの他にですね、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムっていう抗炎症作用のものが入っています。あとはですね、BGとかグリセリンとか保湿系のものなので、たっぷり保湿をする。プラス抗炎症作用というものなんじゃないかなと思います。 じゃあハトムギって本当にどういった効果というのが期待できるかというとですね、まず1つ目が抗炎症作用。2つ目が血流促進作用。3つ目が細胞の活性を促す作用。4つ目がヒアルロン酸の合成を促進する作用。この4つが期待できるものになります。 全部が全部すぐというわけではないんですけども、やはりハトムギってどちらかというとやっぱり抗炎症させて肌の水分をアップさせて、もっちり潤いのあるお肌に仕上げていきたいという人向きなのかなというふうに思いました。 その中でいろいろナチュリエのハトムギ化粧水、化粧水だけじゃなくて乳液が去年に出たし、あと前からあるのがこの保湿ジェルですよね。 これ化粧水と乳液とジェルとどう違うのかなというふうにまた深掘りしていきたいなと思うんですけども、すごいこれが面白くて、まず昔からあるこのジェルからに行こうかな。 このナチュリエのハトムギ保湿ジェルっていうものが後ろに書いてあるのが「肌に潤いを与えてスキンコンディションを整える。しっとり潤いが続く」って書いてあるんですよ。「肌表面に水の保護膜を形成、継続的に角質に水分を送り込みます」ということが書いてあるので、これ塗るだけじゃなくてずっと潤いを持続させるんだよという処方になると思うんですけれども、じゃあ化粧水と何が違うのかなと思って成分的に見てみると、ナチュリエ ハトムギ保湿ジェルの中にはアクリロイルジメチルタウリンアンモニウム・VPコポリマーというものが配合されているんですね。 これが肌表面に乗ることで、天然保湿成分、肌のバリア機能の要となっているようなものと反応して膜を形成するような感じになります。なので水分を角質層に入れてそれで膜を張るので、こちらに書いてあるように潤いが続くというような処方になっているんじゃないかなと思います。 なので保湿ジェルって書いてありますけど、オールインワンのように使うということもありなんじゃないかなと思いました。 続いてこちらがナチュリエ ハトムギ浸透乳液になります。これは2020年に発売されて、さっきの化粧水とジェルともう1個という感じになるんですね。 このナチュリエのハトムギ浸透乳液、後ろを見てみるともともとこれが「浸透乳液」って書いてあるんですよ。だから普通の乳液じゃなくて浸透させていくというものだと思うし、あと「もっちりした肌を実感。角質層に浸透して水分を抱え込むのでもっちりした肌が続きます」って書いてあるんですね。 なので浸透ということにこだわっているんですが、どういったもので浸透という風になっているのかなと思うと、多分これベタインというものが入っているので、ベタイン自体が角質層に浸透していくと水分を維持する能力があるので、まずベタインというものが配合されているのと、ナチュリエのこのハトムギ浸透乳液さんが言っているのがダブルシーリングブロックという用法なんですね。 それが水溶性の成分とオイルの成分をダブルで入れることによって、水分が行った後にオイルでちょっと膜を張ってあげるということで、浸透しながら潤いを持続させていくというもので、シーリングオイルというのが多分ミネラルオイルを指しているんだと思いますし、この水溶性の成分というのが、エイコサン二酸、テトラデカン酸、ポリグリセリル10というような成分だと思うんですけど、こういう水溶性のものを角質に入れながらミネラルオイルで膜を張っていくという。 ベタインが入っていることで角質層まで浸透させるということになっているので、普通の乳液よりもベタつかずに浸透させていきますよということの処方なんだと思います。確かに使ってみると乳液ってベトベトするイメージですけど、結構サラッとしているので使いやすいなと。 この浸透乳液とこのジェルなんですが、どちらもノンコメドジェニックテスト済みなんですよ。何かっていうのはもちろんご存知ですよね。ノンコメドジェニックっていうのはニキビの元になるコメドが作りにくいということなので、これからの時期マスクしてて、内側は乾燥するんだけどそれで油でベトベトになっている人、マスクのニキビができやすい人っていうのも保湿をしてあげながらかつ、ノンコメドなのでニキビができにくいということで、結構若い方のスキンケアにどのスキンケア使っていいかわからないし、お金かけられないよっていう人には味方になってくれる化粧品じゃないかなと正直思いました。 このナチュリエさんのハトムギ化粧品以外にも、ドラッグストアにはいっぱいハトムギの商品が並んでました。でもやっぱり乾燥なので、今日はこのナチュリエのハトムギ化粧水を深掘りしてみましたので、他にも深掘りしてもらいたいというような化粧品がありましたらコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。 ということで、今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。今回の動画が良かったよと思う方はチャンネル登録していただいて、グッドボタン押していただけると嬉しいです。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら!

Hello everyone! This is Arata Tomori. Today, I'm going to take a deep dive into Job's Tears (Hatomugi) lotion, which many of you have requested. When you go to a drugstore, Hatomugi cosmetics are just lined up everywhere. There are similar-looking bottles, and many of you wanted to know which one is the best, and what kind of effects Hatomugi itself actually has, so I decided to look into it and went to the drugstore. There were really so many products lined up, but I think the original Hatomugi cosmetic product would be this one—Naturie Hatomugi Skin Conditioning Lotion. I looked it up and found that it was actually released in 2002! That means next year will be its 20th anniversary. Amazing, right? It contains Hatomugi (Job's Tears) extract as a natural moisturizing ingredient, and it's fragrance-free, colorant-free, low-irritation, oil-free, and surfactant-free. It's 500ml for 715 yen, which is an incredible deal, so I think many of you have probably used it at least once. Since it's colorant-free, this whitish color comes from the Hatomugi extract itself. Looking at this, it's an extremely simple formulation. Besides Hatomugi extract, it contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which has anti-inflammatory properties. It also contains moisturizing ingredients like BG and glycerin, so I think it's meant to provide plenty of moisture plus anti-inflammatory effects. So what kind of effects can we really expect from Hatomugi? First, anti-inflammatory action. Second, promoting blood circulation. Third, promoting cellular activity. Fourth, promoting the synthesis of hyaluronic acid. These four effects can be expected. Not all of these happen immediately, but I think Hatomugi is generally suited for people who want to reduce inflammation, increase the skin's moisture levels, and achieve plump, hydrated skin. Among Naturie's Hatomugi lineup, besides the lotion, an emulsion was released last year, and there's also this moisturizing gel that's been around for a while. I wanted to dig deeper into how the lotion, emulsion, and gel differ from each other, and this turned out to be really interesting. Let's start with the gel, which has been around the longest. On the back of this Naturie Hatomugi Moisturizing Gel, it says it "provides moisture to the skin and conditions the skin," and "moisture continues, keeping skin feeling smooth and hydrated." It also says it "forms a protective water barrier on the skin's surface and continuously delivers moisture to the stratum corneum," so I think this formulation is designed not just to apply moisture but to sustain hydration continuously. So what's different about it compared to the lotion? Looking at the ingredients, I found that Naturie Hatomugi Moisturizing Gel contains Polyquaternium-VP copolymer (Acryloyldimethyltaurate Ammonium/VP Copolymer). When this sits on the surface of the skin, it reacts with natural moisturizing factors and substances that are key to the skin's barrier function, forming a film. This film brings moisture into the stratum corneum and seals it in, which I believe is why the product claims to keep skin continuously moisturized, as written on the packaging. So even though it's labeled as a moisturizing gel, I think it could also be used as an all-in-one product. Next is the Naturie Hatomugi Penetrating Emulsion. This was released in 2020, making it the third product alongside the lotion and gel I mentioned earlier. Looking at the back of this Naturie Hatomugi Penetrating Emulsion, it originally states "penetrating emulsion," so I think this is designed to penetrate the skin rather than just being a regular emulsion. It also says, "Experience plump skin. Because it penetrates the stratum corneum and holds onto moisture, plump skin continues." So they're focused on this idea of "penetration," and when I wondered what ingredient makes this possible, I believe it's likely due to betaine, which has the ability to maintain moisture once it penetrates the stratum corneum. In addition to betaine being included, Naturie describes a method called "Double Sealing Block" for this Hatomugi Penetrating Emulsion. This works by incorporating both water-soluble ingredients and oil ingredients together—after the moisture is delivered, the oil forms a slight film over it, allowing the product to penetrate while maintaining hydration. The "sealing oil" likely refers to mineral oil, and the water-soluble ingredients are probably things like eicosanedioic acid, tetradecanoic acid, and polyglyceryl-10—these water-soluble ingredients penetrate into the stratum corneum while mineral oil forms a protective film. Because betaine helps deliver ingredients into the stratum corneum, I think this formulation is designed to penetrate without leaving the sticky feeling you'd normally get from a regular emulsion. Indeed, when I tried it, even though emulsions usually feel sticky, this one felt quite light, making it easy to use. Both this penetrating emulsion and the gel have been tested as non-comedogenic. You probably already know what that means, but non-comedogenic means it doesn't easily create comedones, which are the root cause of acne. During this season when people wear masks, the inside can get dry, yet oily and sticky at the same time, leading to mask-related acne. For people prone to this kind of breakout, being able to moisturize while also being non-comedogenic—meaning less likely to cause acne—makes this a great option. Honestly, I think this could be a great ally for younger people who aren't sure which skincare products to use and can't spend a lot of money. Besides Naturie's Hatomugi cosmetics, there were plenty of other Hatomugi products lined up at the drugstore as well. But since dryness is such a common concern, I decided to focus today's deep dive on this Naturie Hatomugi lotion.
