皮膚科医がガチでオススメする"毛穴の汚れ"を大掃除できるアイテムを紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。毛穴の汚れって嫌ですよね。角栓だったり黒ずみだったり、ケアして掃除したいなーって思っている方多いと思うんですけれども、そんな大掃除ができたらいいけど、先生なかなか難しいじゃないですかって思っているそこのあなた。実はですね、今回毛穴の大掃除ができるものが発売されたんじゃないかなと思って、今日それの深掘りをしていきたいなというふうに思っております。毛穴の開きが気になる人も、毛穴の詰まり、角栓とか気になる人も、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 まず一番最初に毛穴ってなんでそうやって詰まっていくかっていうと、一つはですね、角質がターンオーバーされていけばいいんですけれども、毛穴の中にその赤み（角質）みたいなものが溜まってしまって、プラスそこにですね皮脂が一緒になって、肌の赤と皮脂と赤と皮脂とみたいな感じでギュッと固まってしまって、毛穴の中に座ってしまうということになります。なのでできてしまったものは角栓と呼ばれてしまうし、それが大きくなってくると毛穴が開いてしまったりということなので、ギュッて押して角栓をピュッて出してしまったりとか、毛穴の掃除をするようなな筆みたいなものだったりとか、そういったものをやる人結構いると思うんですが、物理的にかき出してしまったりとかするとですね、やっぱり毛穴の周りに炎症が起こってしまうんですね。炎症が起こってしまうと角栓の下であるタンパク質だったりとかが出てしまったりとか、毛穴が開いてしまうということになるので、絶対に触っちゃいけないんですね。ましてやギュギュッ押し出したりとかというのは絶対にNGです。これをやっていればやっているほど毛穴のお掃除とは真逆のことをしているというふうに思っていただきたいです。 よく毛穴は泡でお掃除しましょうみたいに言うじゃないですか。もちろん泡でお掃除するということもすごく大事なんですけれども、自分で泡を入れ込むような感じにしないと、泡自体は乗っているだけでは毛穴の中には入ってくれないんですね。なのでまず一つは泡が小さければ小さいほどいい、毛穴の中に入ってくれればいいんですが、小さい泡で毛穴の中に入っても、物理的に私たちの手でくるくるしないと、毛穴の中に入った泡っていうのは汚れをかき出してはくれないんですよ。なのでどうしてもこのくるくるするっていう行動が、肌を触ってしまうという行動になるので、できれば泡が細かくて厚みがあってっていうのがポイントなんですけども、厚みがあるとここでくるくるしてたら、毛穴の中に細かいのが入っても実はお掃除されてないという、なかなか難しいというのが今までのものだったんですね。 じゃあそんなな感じで昔先生酵素洗顔やったじゃないですか。酵素洗顔っていうのはプロテアーゼとかリパーゼっていうものが、タンパク質と脂質を分解してくれるから、そういったものでやればいいんじゃないですかっていうことも多いと思うので、一番有名なのって多分この水彩の酵素パウダー、私も大好きなんですがこういったものを使うっていうことも大事だと思うんですね。これは泡というよりは酵素が肌に入っていくことによって、溶かしてくれるっていうことなのでこういったものも大事なんですが、今回は毛穴のお掃除なので触らなくてもお掃除できればいいな。ぱっと頭に浮かぶのはお風呂のお掃除とかでシュッてかけると油汚れが浮き出てくるみたいなお掃除用品ありますよね。まさにその発想なんですよ。それを顔とかでできたらいいなというふうに思いませんか？ それができるのがこちらになります。水彩のビューティークリアピーリングパウダーウォッシュっていうものなんですが、こういうふうな個包装になっています。パウダーが入っています。ただどれぐらいお水入れていいかわかんないと思うので、切ったところの3分の1ぐらいのところにお水を入れます。お水を入れるとですね、見てください。私何もしてないのにこんな感じで泡がもこもこ出てきているのわかりますか？手でやるとこれにお水入れます。だんだんだんだんこういう感じで自分で泡になっていってくれるんですね。この泡見てわからないと思うんですけど、これパチパチパチパチって自分で踊るような泡になっているんですよね。なので要はそのまま乗せているだけで、この泡は別にくるくるしなくても汚れを落としてくれるっていう感じになっています。 これってどういう原理かというと、皆さん年末のお掃除、ちょっと記憶にないかもしれないんですけど、よくお掃除する時に重曹を使って汚れを落としましょうみたいに言ったりしません？まさにこれは重曹とあともう一つクエン酸というものを混ぜることによって、重曹とクエン酸を混ぜると二酸化炭素が出て発泡するんですよ。持続的に泡が出るから泡がずっと踊っているような感じ。泡が汚れを取り去ってくれるっていう感じなんですよ。重曹っていうのはもともと酸性の汚れを取るもので、キッチンの油汚れとかソファーについた手垢とか皮脂とかを落としましょうみたいな時には重曹をつけて、拭けばねピカピカになりますよっていうことと一緒で、顔っていうのは弱酸性なんですね。プラス皮脂も出てるから角層の汚れっていうものを落とすのには重曹がすごくポイント。そこに発泡させるためにクエン酸を入れていて、踊るように発泡するっていう割合っていうのは、すっごい大変だったというふうに伺いました。 水彩ってカネボウなんですね。カネボウって化粧品グループなんですけども、カネボウって昔は繊維メーカーだったの皆さん覚えてますかね。繊維を輸入してお洋服作ったりっていう会社さんが化粧品を作ったのがカネボウ化粧品なので、以前からシルクとかをすごく研究しているんですよ。実はこのクエン酸と重曹のコーティングにはカネボウ独自のシルクコーティングがされているそうなんです。昔繊維メーカーだったからシルクをすごく研究して化粧品会社になったから、シルクコーティングをしっかりしている。だからこそこういう状態では湿気には全然反応しなくて、手に乗せてお水を入れた時に初めて一緒になって発泡するというシステムらしい。すごくないですか？化粧品会社の歴史をすごく感じますよね。 ちなみに水彩といえばさっきも言った酵素洗顔のパウダー、これも同じシルクコーティングをしているので通常の酵素洗顔よりも活性が高いっていうことが言われてるんですよ。 あと角栓ってきれいにお掃除したとしても、24時間あと48時間遅くてもしたら新しく再生してしまうものなんですね。なのでやっぱり日頃からきれいにお掃除をしておかなきゃいけないっていうふうに考えています。こっちの酵素洗顔パウダーは角栓というのはタンパク質と油なので、できてしまった塊の大きい角栓を壊すイメージ。今回のこの水彩のパウダーの方は毛穴の中のお掃除をして角栓を作らせないようにする、角質だったりとかをきれいにするっていうイメージなので、これを日頃使っていると角栓ができづらくなりますし、余分な角層をきれいにしてくれる。角層というのは毛穴の中にまでありますから、きれいにお掃除してあげるとターンオーバーが正常になるんですね。毛穴の中にその角層が溜まりづらくなるんですよね。なので日頃からパウダーで毛穴の中をお掃除してあげることで角栓が作りづらくなる。それでも皮脂とかね油が結構出てしまって、角栓ができたらこっちを使うみたいなイメージで使っていただくといいかなと。年末のお掃除も溜め込んでると結構辛いじゃないですか。なので日頃からこういうアイテムを使って毛穴のお掃除をしていくとあまりづらくなるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 はいということで今日は毛穴のお掃除の話をさせてもらいました。さっき言ったみたいにこまめにお掃除するっていうことがポイントですし、その時にあまりゴシゴシしない。ゴシゴシしてしまうと実はね毛穴の中に炎症が起こってしまって、逆にターンオーバーが遅くなってしまって、毛穴の中に角層が溜まりやすくなってしまうので、なるべくゴシゴシしないで、やっぱり泡で洗ってあげるということが大事なので、今回の商品とかはすごいね、画期的なんじゃないかなというふうに思います。ということで今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。今日の内容良かったよという方はですねグッドボタンを押していただいたり、あとはチャンネル登録していただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Pore dirt is really annoying, isn't it? Whether it's blackheads or sebum accumulation, I think many people want to clean and maintain their pores. You might think that while it would be nice to do a thorough pore cleaning, it's actually quite difficult, right? Well, I think a product that can really give pores a deep clean has just been released, so I'd like to dive deep into it today. Whether you're concerned about open pores or clogged pores and blackheads, please watch until the end. First, let me explain why pores get clogged. One reason is that while skin cell turnover should happen regularly, dead skin cells accumulate inside the pores. When these accumulate along with sebum, they stick together tightly and sit in the pore, creating what we call a blackhead. As these grow, the pore opens up more. Some people try to squeeze out blackheads or use special pore cleansing tools, but when you physically remove them like this, inflammation occurs around the pore, which can cause proteins to release and the pore to open further. So you absolutely shouldn't touch them, and squeezing them out is definitely a no-go. The more you do this, the more you're doing the opposite of pore cleaning. Now, people often say you should clean pores with foam. Of course, foam cleaning is important, but the foam itself won't enter the pore unless you actively work it in. So first, the smaller the bubbles, the better they can enter the pores. However, even if small bubbles enter the pores, unless you physically massage with your hands, the bubbles won't actually remove the dirt. So you need that massaging action, which means touching the skin, which is the problem. Ideally, you'd want fine, thick foam, but if the foam is thick and you massage it in, the fine particles inside won't actually clean the pores. This has been the difficult part with conventional products. Now, remember when enzyme cleansing powders came out? Enzyme cleansing powders contain protease and lipase, which break down proteins and fats, so many people thought using those would be the answer. The most famous is probably Kanebo's enzyme powder—I love it too—and using these products is definitely important. Rather than foam, the enzymes work by dissolving things as they penetrate the skin. But since we're talking about pore cleaning today, it would be ideal if we could clean without having to touch the skin. What comes to mind is those cleaning products you spray on in the bathroom that make oily stains float up, right? That's exactly the concept here. Wouldn't it be great if we could do that on our face? That's what this product does. It's Kanebo's Beauty Clear Peeling Powder Wash, which comes in individual packets with powder inside. If you're not sure how much water to add, fill it to about one-third of the packet. When you add the water, look at this—without doing anything, you can see foam bubbling up, right? When I do it with my hands, the water goes in and gradually starts foaming on its own. This foam might not be obvious, but it actually becomes a self-bouncing foam, like it's dancing. So all you have to do is apply it to your skin; the foam will remove dirt without any circular massaging motions. How does this work? You might remember from year-end cleaning—using baking soda to remove stains, right? This product mixes baking soda with another ingredient, citric acid. When you mix baking soda and citric acid, carbon dioxide is released, creating foam. Because foam is continuously produced, it keeps dancing around, lifting dirt away. Baking soda naturally removes acidic dirt—just like how using baking soda on kitchen grease or hand marks on a sofa makes it sparkle when you wipe it. The face is weakly acidic and produces sebum, so baking soda is perfect for removing dirt from the stratum corneum. Then citric acid is added to create that dancing foam effect. I heard the ratio to achieve this continuous foaming was incredibly difficult to get right. Kanebo is actually a chemical company. Originally, Kanebo was a textile company—do you remember? A company that imported fibers and made clothing became Kanebo Cosmetics, so they've been researching silk extensively. What's amazing is that this baking soda and citric acid coating has Kanebo's exclusive silk coating. Because they were originally a textile company and studied silk extensively before becoming a cosmetics company, they've perfected silk coating. That's why in this state, it doesn't react to moisture at all. Only when you apply it to your hand and add water does it combine and create that foaming reaction. Isn't that amazing? You can really feel the history of this cosmetics company. Incidentally, Kanebo's enzyme cleansing powder that I mentioned also has this silk coating, so it has higher enzymatic activity than standard enzyme cleansing powders. Another thing about blackheads is that even if you clean them perfectly, they regenerate within 24 to 48 hours. So you really need to clean your pores regularly. The enzyme cleansing powder works to break down large blackheads that have already formed—since blackheads are made of protein and oil. This Kanebo powder, on the other hand, cleans inside the pores to prevent blackhead formation and removes dead skin cells. That's the difference in concept. Using this regularly makes it harder for blackheads to form and clears away excess stratum corneum. Since the stratum corneum extends into the pores themselves, when you clean it properly, skin cell turnover becomes normal and skin cells are less likely to accumulate in the pores. So by regularly using this powder to clean inside your pores, blackheads become less likely to form. Of course, if you still have sebum buildup and blackheads develop, you can use the enzyme powder. Think of it like this: year-end cleaning is painful if you let dirt accumulate, right? So if you use products like this daily to clean your pores, they shouldn't get as clogged. So that's what I wanted to talk about today regarding pore cleaning. As I mentioned, the key is cleaning regularly without scrubbing too hard. Scrubbing causes inflammation inside the pores, which slows down skin cell turnover and makes dead skin cells more likely to accumulate.
