敏感肌用の最新日焼け止めを3つご紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、とも子（美容系YouTuber）です。今日は日焼け止め第4弾として、敏感肌の方向けの最新日焼け止めを3つご紹介したいと思います。 今年は本当にたくさんの日焼け止めが発売されていて、アンチエイジング効果があるもの、塗り直し用、美肌に見せるものなどをこれまでご紹介してきましたが、今回はコメントでも多かった「敏感肌の方」「日焼け止めを使うとかゆみが出てしまう方」向けのアイテムを3つご紹介します。 敏感肌向けの日焼け止めについてですが、日焼け止めには昔から「紫外線吸収剤」と「紫外線散乱剤」というものがあり、敏感肌やお肌が弱い方の中には、この吸収剤に反応してしまう方がいます。今まで反応したことがない方は特に気にする必要はありませんが、一度でも反応したことがある方は、吸収剤が入っていない、紫外線散乱剤だけの「ノンケミカル」のものを使うことになります。 今回はそのノンケミカルのものを2つ、そしてノンケミカルを超えて化学的なものを一切使っていない、私も驚いた日焼け止めを1つご紹介します。ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 【1】ロート製薬 スキンアクアネクスタ トーンアップUVエッセンス パッケージには「大人の肌を考えた紫外線吸収剤フリー」「アレルギーテスト済み」と記載されています。テクスチャーは少しピンクがかっていて、紫外線散乱剤だけだと通常は白浮きしやすいのですが、広げると全く白浮きせず、ベタつきもありません。 紫外線散乱剤は粉末なので油に混ぜる必要があり、通常は白浮きやベタつきが出やすく、高いSPFを出すのも難しいものです。しかしこの商品はベタつきもなく、白浮きもせず、高いSPFを実現しているという驚異的な処方です。 メーカーの方にお話を伺ったところ、まずオイルの選定にこだわり、スクワランやワセリンなどベタつきの少ないオイルを使いつつ、ベースを「ウォーターベース」にしているとのことでした。通常、紫外線散乱剤はオイルに混ぜて使うものですが、今回は水をベースにすることで、粉がダマにならず、白浮きしない絶妙なバランスを実現したそうです。これは斬新なアイデアというよりも、散乱剤の配合量を少しずつ調整し続けた、処方担当者の努力の賜物だと感じました。 さらに、このアイテムには最新の表記があります。「UV耐水性★★（星2つ）」という表示です。これは今まであまり見かけない基準で、日焼け止めには従来SPF値・PA値という基準がありましたが、昨年秋から新たに「耐水性の測定基準」が設けられました。 今までの「ウォータープルーフ」には明確な基準がなく、メーカーが「水に強い」「汗に強い」と謳えばそう表示できましたが、新基準ではきちんとしたテストをクリアしたものだけが「耐水性1」または「耐水性2」を表示できるようになりました。 そのテストとは、二の腕の背中にUVを塗って乾かした後、常に水が循環しているバスタブに20分間入り、その後拭かずに5〜20分放置してSPF値を測定するというものです。通常のSPF値の50%以上が保たれていれば星1つ、この入浴を4回繰り返してもSPF値の半分以上が保たれていれば星2つが付与されます。 このスキンアクアネクスタは、SPF50+、PA++++、UV耐水性は星2つ、さらにノンケミカルでトーンアップ効果もあります。リゾートや子供とのプール・水遊びなどにおすすめのアイテムです。 【2】エヌオーガニック トーンアップUVプロテクター SPF30、PA+++です。トーンアップ系でベージュがかった色になり、伸ばすと真っ白にはならず、少し色がつく程度です。艶感がありベタつきはほとんどありません。このアイテムもトーンアップ効果とツヤ感が高めです。 紫外線吸収剤は入っておらず、散乱剤のみでSPF30、PA+++とそこまで高い数値ではありませんが、実はスキンケア効果が非常に高いのが特徴です。 エヌオーガニックの美白系ライン「ブライトシリーズ」と共通の成分、「スターフルーツエキス」と「サクラノハ抽出液」が配合されています。スターフルーツエキスは、メラニンが溜まった肌細胞のターンオーバーを促進し、排出を助ける美白効果が期待できます。サクラノハ抽出液は抗炎症作用が高く、紫外線によるシミの原因となる炎症を防いでくれます。 日常生活レベルのSPFを守りながら、しっかりとブライトニング効果・保湿効果が期待できるアイテムです。また、柑橘系の癒される香りも魅力的です。日常使いで保湿・美白効果を求める方、これ1本でUVと化粧下地を兼ねたい忙しい方におすすめです。 【3】山田養蜂場 植物から生まれたミツバチUVミルク こちらは化学合成の紫外線吸収剤・紫外線散乱剤ともに不使用でありながら、SPF36、PA+++を実現している驚異的なアイテムです。 テクスチャーはよく振ってから使用します。少し白っぽく、伸びは良いものの、乳液のような膜を張る感覚があります。 吸収剤も散乱剤も使わずにここまでのSPFを出せる理由は、紫外線による炎症を防ぐ成分にあります。米ぬかなどから抽出される抗酸化作用の高い「フェルラ酸」と、ローヤルゼリー由来の「デセン酸」という高い抗炎症作用を持つ成分を組み合わせることで、このSPFを実現しているそうです。 植物由来のポリフェノール系成分で紫外線をカットする商品はこれまでもありましたが、たいていSPF10〜15程度で、これ1本では心もとないものが多かったです。吸収剤・散乱剤が肌に合わない方は、こまめに塗り直すか、帽子や日傘に頼るしかなかったと思いますが、今回SPF36・PA+++というのはおそらく初めてのことで、そのような方々には朗報だと思います。 【まとめ】 今回ご紹介した敏感肌用の日焼け止め3つは、いずれも紫外線吸収剤不使用です。特に山田養蜂場のものは紫外線散乱剤も不使用です。 ・スキンアクアネクスタ：SPF50+、PA++++と最も高く、UV耐水性★★も取得。プールや海など水に濡れる機会が多いシーンにおすすめ。 ・エヌオーガニック：SPF30、PA+++で日常の紫外線には十分対応。美白効果が期待できる植物エキス配合で、これ1本で化粧下地も兼ねたい方におすすめ。 ・山田養蜂場：紫外線吸収剤・散乱剤ともに不使用でSPF36を実現した驚異的なアイテム。今まで日焼け止めが合わなかった方の救世主になり得る商品です。 毎年日焼け止めは進化していますが、ノンケミカル系や敏感肌向けの商品は、斬新な新技術というよりも、処方を手がける技術者の地道な努力が反映されたものだと感じます。ぜひご自身の肌質や生活シーンに合わせて、お好きなものを選んでいただければと思います。 最後まで動画をご覧いただきありがとうございました。「このUVもノンケミカルだけどすごいよ」というアイテムがあれば、ぜひコメント欄で教えてください。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします。

Hello everyone, this is Tomoko. Today, in the fourth installment of my sunscreen series, I'd like to introduce three of the latest sunscreens designed for sensitive skin. So many sunscreens have been released this year — anti-aging types, ones for touch-ups, ones that make your skin look beautiful — and I've covered many of them already. This time, based on requests I received in the comments, I'll introduce three products for people with sensitive skin, especially those who experience itching when using sunscreen. When it comes to sunscreens for sensitive skin, there are traditionally two types of UV filters: "chemical (UV absorber)" filters and "physical (UV scattering/mineral)" filters. Some people with sensitive or delicate skin react to chemical UV absorbers. If you've never had a reaction, there's no need to worry, but if you've ever had a reaction, you'll want to use "non-chemical" sunscreens that contain only physical UV filters, without any chemical absorbers. Today I'll introduce two non-chemical sunscreens, plus one that goes even further — a completely chemical-free formula that honestly surprised even me. Please watch until the end! 【1】Rohto Skin Aqua Neo Tone Up UV Essence The package states "chemical UV absorber-free, formulated with mature skin in mind" and "allergy tested." The texture has a slight pink tint. Normally, sunscreens using only physical filters tend to leave a white cast, but when blended in, this one leaves absolutely no white residue and isn't sticky at all. Since physical UV filters are powder-based, they need to be mixed into oil, which typically results in a sticky, whitish finish. It's also generally difficult to achieve a high SPF using only physical filters. Yet this product manages to avoid stickiness, avoid a white cast, and still achieve a high SPF — it's a remarkable formulation. I asked the manufacturer how they achieved this. They said they carefully selected oils — like squalane and petroleum jelly — that don't feel sticky on the skin, while building the formula on a water base rather than an oil base. Normally, physical UV filters are mixed into oil, but by using water as the base instead, they achieved a delicate balance that prevents the powder from clumping and avoids a white cast. This wasn't some groundbreaking new idea, but rather the result of the formulator's persistent fine-tuning of the filter concentration — truly a testament to their dedication. This product also carries a new labeling feature: "UV Water Resistance ★★ (2 stars)." This is a fairly new standard that most people probably haven't seen before. While sunscreens have traditionally used SPF and PA ratings, a new water-resistance testing standard was introduced last autumn. Previously, "waterproof" claims had no clear standard — manufacturers could simply claim their product was "water-resistant" or "sweat-resistant." Under the new standard, only products that pass a specific test can display "Water Resistance 1" or "Water Resistance 2." The test involves applying sunscreen to the back of the upper arm, letting it dry, then soaking in a bathtub with continuously circulating water for 20 minutes. After getting out, the skin is left to air-dry (without toweling) for 5–20 minutes, and then the SPF value is measured. If at least 50% of the original SPF remains, the product earns 1 star. If this bathing process is repeated four times and at least half the SPF still remains, it earns 2 stars. This Skin Aqua Neo product achieves SPF50+, PA++++, and 2-star UV water resistance, all while being non-chemical and providing a tone-up effect. It's a great choice for resort trips or playing in the water with kids. 【2】N Organic Tone Up UV Protector This one is SPF30, PA+++. It has a tone-up formula with a beige tint. When blended in, it doesn't turn white but leaves a slight tint of color. It has a glowy finish with almost no stickiness. Between the two, this one has a stronger tone-up effect and glow. This product also uses only physical UV filters, with no chemical absorbers. While SPF30/PA+++ isn't as high as the previous product, it actually offers excellent skincare benefits. It shares common ingredients with N Organic's whitening-focused "Bright" series: star fruit extract and cherry leaf extract. Star fruit extract helps speed up the turnover of skin cells where melanin has accumulated, supporting its removal for a brightening effect. Cherry leaf extract has strong anti-inflammatory properties, helping prevent the kind of inflammation caused by UV exposure that leads to dark spots. So while protecting against everyday UV exposure, this product also delivers brightening and moisturizing benefits. It also has a wonderfully soothing citrus scent. This is a great option for those who want daily UV protection along with brightening and hydration, or for busy people who want a single product that doubles as a makeup base. 【3】Yamada Bee Farm Plant-Derived Honeybee UV Milk This one is remarkable — it contains no chemical UV absorbers and no physical UV scattering agents at all, yet still achieves SPF36 and PA+++. The texture requires shaking well before use. It has a slightly whitish tint, spreads smoothly, though it does leave a bit of a filming sensation — more like a lotion/emulsion texture. How can it achieve such a high SPF without either type of UV filter? It relies on ingredients that prevent inflammation caused by UV exposure. It combines ferulic acid — a highly antioxidant compound derived from rice bran — with decenoic acid derived from royal jelly, which also has strong anti-inflammatory properties. Together, these achieve this SPF level. There have been other plant-derived, polyphenol-based sunscreens before, but most only reached SPF10–15, not enough to rely on alone. People who can't tolerate chemical absorbers or physical filters often had no choice but to reapply frequently or rely on hats and parasols instead. Achieving SPF36 and PA+++ without either type of filter is likely a first, and this could be wonderful news for those people. 【Summary】 All three sunscreens introduced today are free of chemical UV absorbers. The Yamada Bee Farm product is free of physical UV filters as well. - Skin Aqua Neo: The highest SPF in this lineup at SPF50+/PA++++, plus 2-star UV water resistance. Great for situations involving water, like swimming or beach trips. - N Organic: SPF30/PA+++, more than sufficient for everyday UV protection. Contains plant extracts for brightening effects — great for those who want a tone-up, brightening effect, and a product that doubles as a makeup base. - Yamada Bee Farm: An extraordinary product achieving SPF36 without any chemical absorbers or physical filters — potentially a lifesaver for those who have never found a sunscreen that works for their skin. Sunscreens evolve every year, but I feel that non-chemical and sensitive-skin-friendly products reflect less about groundbreaking new ideas and more about the dedicated, painstaking work of the formulators behind them.
