もしれない、今ぐらいが一番いいかもしれない。私が使っているボディクリームは今ボディクリームがなくて、ボディオイルを使っていて、ハッチのボディオイルを使ってます。足はボディオイルを使っていて、お腹は最近私太ったんですよ。みんなに「痩せた、痩せた」って言われてたから調子に乗って食べてたら、なんか3キロぐらい太っていて。なので、ちょっと今ダイエット、お腹周りをダイエットしたくて、クラランスのそのボディクリームでお腹の、なんかこう脂肪燃焼じゃないですけど、一応ね気持ちそういうのがあるというのを今塗っていて。えっと上半身はキュレルを塗っています。はい。 今の季節の日焼け止めのおすすめは、私は変わらずラロッシュポゼを使ってますけれども、あんまりこれからの時期とか夏とかあまり関係はないかなと思います。日差しが弱くなってきても、UVAはしっかりと防いでいるので、はい。 来月都内でピコトーニングをするんですが、炎症に当たるとひどくなるというのをネットで見ました。シミと遺伝性のそばかす、顔中ひどく、正直シミなのかそばかすなのか炎症なのか、自分では判断できない状態です。いい を消すのは役だったのですが、やめた方がいいでしょうか。先生の意見を教えてください。 まあ、それはピコトーニングをする先生が炎症なのかシミなのかをちゃんと判断してくれるので、ちゃんとしたお医者さんだったら大丈夫だとは思います。通常ね。あのなので、やっぱり韓国の先生がどうこうじゃなくて、言葉が通じるところだったら、その先生が「ピコトーニングなんていう看板があるからこっちがいいよ」とか言ってくれるとは思うので、ちゃんとコミュニケーションができるところだったら、予約してたとしても別のものがあるからこれがいいよって言ってくれるんじゃないかなと思いますけどね。 たぶんdプログラムの dプログラムかな。肌が荒れているのに dプログラムを使っても大丈夫ですか？荒れてるのがそのまあ炎症があって、本当にクリニックに行かなきゃいけないレベルなのかというのもあるんですけども、そうじゃないレベルだったとしたら dプログラムはいいと思います。 吹き取り化粧水と導入美容液はどっちが先？難しいね。導入、あ、吹き取りじゃない、やっぱり吹き取ってから入れた方がいいんじゃないかな。ん。 乾燥肌です。朝洗顔料も使いたくないのですが、夜たくさん塗りたくった日は、朝の洗顔も洗顔料を使った方がいいですか？その方がいいと思います。その後にしっかり化粧水を入れた方がいいと思います。 コスメデコルテのシートパックと美容液を同時に使ったら肌荒れしました。ビタミン C ばかり使ってしまったからでしょうか？もしかしたら何か合わないものがあったのかもしれないので、パックを止めて、例えば美容液だけにしてみるとか、それでも荒れちゃうんだったら、パックだけにしてみるとか。多分何どっちかに何か入ってるんだ、合わない何かがあるんだと思います。 コーヒーが好きで4杯を飲んでいます。ブラックです。乾燥肌には刺激はありますか？特に大丈夫だと思います。 エリクシールのトータル V クリームは、シワではないですね、たるみですね。 アイクリームの代わりに何かのセラムシールドを使うのは、全然アリだと思います。 まつ毛美容液は、最近あのクリニック専売品のやつを使ってますね。 肌荒れだとファンデーションは何使えばいいんだろう？肌荒れの時って全部の肌荒れということかな？それともニキビがあるということかな？肌荒れの種類が。肌荒れはどういう肌荒れ方？乾燥？それともニキビ？それにもよって全然違うかな？ 根拠おすすめのフェイスパウダーはランコムアプソリューのパウダーが一落ちですね。 ヘアブラシは何使ってんだろう？あのアベダのやつを使ってますね。 私はシルファームじゃなくて、ポテンザをしてます。シルファームは薬剤が入れられないいいもので、まあシルファームでもいいんですけど、ポテンザのコンビネーションモードというかでもいいなとは思ってますし。ニードル RF なので、どっちでもいいかなと思いますけども、私はポテンザの方やってます。 トコさんスーパーチャットありがとうございます。先生こんばんは。彼も美人先生の大ファンです。ありがとうございます。最近お花のお手入れを一緒にしています。先生おすすめドラメール。お気に入り、気に入りリピートしてます。ありがとうございます。あ、ドラメールには、クリームはソフトクリームと、まあちょっとあの固めのクリームがあって、どっちもすごくおすすめなので。ソフトクリーム。あのまあこれからの乾燥の時期は、もうちょっとこっくり系のでもいいし、ほんとどちらでもあの保湿みたいなイメージなんですけど、ドラメールって実はちゃんと昔からこう炎症を抑えるって、もともとあの火傷をしたあの方のために開発したあのクリームが、ドラメールの一番最初なので、やはり火傷の鎮静というためには、やっぱり抗炎症でしょ。だからやっぱり高い抗炎症を本当に、ってドラメールのクリームが注目されて10年以上前だと思うので、その時から高い抗炎症をしっかりとやっているクリームなので、なぜ抗炎症ってやっぱり若いうちからやっていた方がいいと思うので、若いうちから使うと、すごくお肌は応えてくれるんじゃないかなと思います。
