皆さん、こんにちは。友利新です。 今日はですね、コロナ禍になって増えた美容医療、そしてそれに着目をしたスキンケアについて、皆さんにシェアしていきたいと思っておりますので、よかったら最後までご覧ください。 コロナ禍になってマスクをすることになって、肌が荒れたとか、あとは今まで気になってなかった部分がめちゃめちゃ気になってきて、美容医療の門を叩くっていう方が増えていて、とある統計によるとですね、コロナが始まる前の2019年よりも、コロナが始まった2020年に、この美容医療を受けに行った方っていうのは10%以上アップしたっていうデータもあるぐらいなんですよ。 ちなみに私が勤めている美容皮膚科、そして美容外科でもですね、外科ではマスクをしていて、取った時にたるみが気になるから皮膚を上げたいって言って、美容皮膚科ではサーマクールだったりウルセラだったりっていうようなRFやHIFUの機械照射をしてググッと上げたりとかするんですけれども、それをするよりももっとしっかりとグッと上げたいという時は、ここに糸を入れてこういう風な感じにできるような、今は溶ける糸があるのでそれを入れる方も結構増えていますし、マスクをしている時にこの目の下のぷっくりが気になるよとか、あとは外した時にここのほうれい線が気になるから、ここにヒアルロン酸を注入してほしいっていう患者さん、結構増えてるんですよ。 本当に劇的ビフォーアフターをやりたい場合は、さっき言ったみたいに上げるんだったらリフト系の機械を当てるか、ほうれい線が気になるんだったら埋めるようにヒアルロン酸を入れるっていうどちらかになるんですけれども、やっぱりなかなかそこまでは行きづらいよっていう、そこのあなたに朗報です。 引き上げとか、あとはヒアルロン酸注入ということに着目をした新商品というのが、今年発表になっています。すいません、私ちょっと開けちゃってるんですけれども、カネボー スマイルパフォーマーっていうシートタイプのマスクです。なんでこれがもう開いてるかっていうと、実は9月10日、もうすぐ発売なんですよ。この現品のマスクと、それの元になった考え方の美容液が入って付録になってたの。このポーチが。なので私はこれを使いたいと思ってポーチを買いましたよ。1個しかなかったので開いてるっていうことになります。 スマイルパフォーマーっていうフェイスマスクのどこがすごいかっていうと、ポイントは2つあります。1つがやっぱり成分ね。引き上げの成分が入ってるってことなんですが、もともと発売してたたるみ・しわの美容液にもこの成分が入ってたんですね。今回はその成分を入れてるだけじゃなくって、一瞬にしてリフトアップしますよっていうようなフェイスシートになります。 成分ともう1つのポイントはシートマスクの形状になります。私が使って、そうだ動画撮ろうと思ったから乾かしといたので、本当はもっとべったりついてるんですが、これちょっと見ていただけるとわかると思うんですが、普通のシートマスクよりももう1個ここに切り込みがあったりとか、この下にも切り込みがあるんですね。ちょっと直接やってみます。ここでグッとここに上げて、さらに最後はまた下にグーッと上げるっていう、この2段階方式になるわけです。重なり合ってるんですね、こういう風に。本当に上げていくような感じになるんですよ。 でそれの何がすごいかって、実は糸リフトをする時にもここに向かってこういう感じで糸を入れるんですよ。これをバンテージを巻くような感じで、一瞬だけれどもホールドしてここに固定していくことによって、顔のもたつきを一瞬にパッと上げるっていう効果が、このフェイスマスクではできるんですよ。すごくないですか。口角と頬のこのバンドとフェイスラインのバンド、プラス密着する技術っていうのが相まって一瞬になってるんだと思います。 ただこれを使い続けることによって、さっき言った成分がしっかりとこの頬のもたつきだとかを予防してくれるっていう成分も入っていて、一つがゼニアオイ花エキスというものになります。これはですね、コラーゲンを立体化するデコリンっていう成分があるんですね。これがI型コラーゲンに結合することによって産生を促すので、リフトアップするようなコラーゲンっていうものを産生するというもの。 あとゲットウ葉エキスっていうのが、線維芽細胞の産生を促す。米糠エキスなんですが、これすごいなと思ったのが、脂肪細胞にあるアディポネクチンっていう伝達物質があるんですね。このアディポネクチンってどういうものかっていうと、脂肪細胞に働きかけて余分な脂肪の燃焼を促してくれる。もう一つは血管の修復をしてくれるので、ちょっともたついてる人って脂肪が多かったりするので、それを抑制してくれる、接着してくれるような効果が期待できるということになります。 最後にメチルセリンっていうものなんですが、これは表皮のヒアルロン酸をアップするので、表面の皮膚ですね、水分を維持することによって顔色が明るくなりますから、顔色が良くなって生き生きとしたお顔にするよっていうことになるので、半日くらいだと思うんですね、この上がるっていうのは。だけれどもやっぱり写真撮るよとかお出かけの前とかにこれをやっていくとすごくいいし、これを使い続けることによって成分によってフェイスラインのもたつき、改善するのを期待できるんじゃないかなっていうようなものが一つになります。 もう一つがですね、ほうれい線とか気になるじゃないですか。ここにヒアルロン酸を打ったら確かにヒアルロン酸が埋まるけど心配だなって思う方に向けて出たっていう商品がこちらです。ヘレナルビンスタイン リプラスティ プロフィラー コンセントレートです。これ自体がすごい、注射器っぽいじゃないですか。これ全部にやると確か顔全体、自分の使いたいような感じでメモリをして、引っ張るとこの量が出てくるっていうこういう感じ。これ自体が注射器を似せて作ってるようなっていう感じですよね。 それは何でかっていうと、このヘレナルビンスタインっていうところはもともとラ・クリニック・モントーニュっていう、美容医療の中ではすごい有名なクリニックがあるんですよ。そこと協力をして、もちろんそこのクリニックに全員が行けるわけじゃないんだけれども、そこに行っているかのようなスキンケアができるようにって言って、リプラスティシリーズっていうのを作られているんですね。 それがどういった成分があるかというと、まずは5つのヒアルロン酸が入っています。1つが高分子のヒアルロン酸ですね。ヒアルロン酸の中でも分子量が大きいとですね、肌表面に乗せてツルッとして水分を維持できるので、肌の水分量を上げてくれるよっていうヒアルロン酸。 もう1つがマイクロカプセル化高分子ヒアルロン酸というものになります。これはさっき言った高分子のヒアルロン酸と、肌なじみがいい水溶性のポリマーで覆ったリピジュアという、水分を維持する能力が高いものになります。カプセル化したヒアルロン酸とリピジュアが一緒にいることで、長時間保湿効果が促されるよっていうものになるんですね。保湿っていうのは高分子のヒアルロン酸とマイクロカプセル化高分子ヒアルロン酸というので、肌表面はツルツルというか保湿感を高めてくれるものになります。 次に中分子のヒアルロン酸なんですね。表皮の活性化を促してくれて、角質に潤いを与えるということになるんですけれども、細胞間結合に必要なタンパク質を増やすことによって、肌のバリア機能というのを整えてくれる。シワってやっぱり乾燥からできてきたりするので、助けてくれるっていうような働きを持っているヒアルロン酸になります。 もう一つが低分子のヒアルロン酸で、低分子のヒアルロン酸というのは分子が小さいので、肌の奥の方にいって、自分の体の中でのヒアルロン酸の合成を促してくれるっていう働きが期待できるものになります。 もう一つがアセチル化ヒアルロン酸というものになります。これがもっともっともっともっと分子量が小さいので、肌の奥の方にいって、位置づけてくれるので、シワの改善効果が期待できるというものになります。 このリプラスティのシリーズの一番のポイントは、ヒアルロン酸だけではなくて、もう一つの技術になります。それがプロキシレンという成分になります。プロキシレンは表皮、そして基底膜、真皮というもの、どちらにも効いていく成分と言われています。 まず表皮はですね、ヒアルロン酸を分解するレセプターCD44というものがあるんですが、それを抑える。ヒアルロン酸が例えば日焼けだったりとか老化で分解されることを少し抑えてくれるということになるんですね。補うだけじゃなくて、壊れるものも阻止してくれるということ。 もう一つは表皮と真皮を結んでいる基底膜というところがあるんですが、そこにも働きかけます。真皮と基底膜のピタリとくっつけてくれるようなコラーゲンなので、ピッタリくっつくことによって、シワが深く溝が深くなることを防いでくれることになります。 そして最後は真皮ですね。プロキシレンが真皮に働きかけることによって、グリコサミノグリカンというものが増えます。このグリコサミノグリカンというのは、ヒアルロン酸が代表例なんですが、ムコ多糖類と言われて皮膚とか軟骨に多く含まれていて、結合組織を強化する成分になるんですよ。なのでやっぱりそれが増えることによって、シワを深くするっていうことを抑えてくれる効果が期待できるというものになるんですね。 ヒアルロン酸を入れつつ、それをしっかり定着しつつ、表皮・基底膜・真皮の結合をしっかりさせるということで、注射でビフォーアフターを出すよりは効果は緩やかだとは思うんですが、なかなか注射をするのが怖いよっていう方だったり、注射した後にそれを維持したいよっていう方にはおすすめなんじゃないかなと思う美容液になります。 今日ご紹介したものは2つですね。カネボーのスマイルパフォーマー、もう1つがヘレナルビンスタインのリプラスティ プロフィラー コンセントレート。糸リフトみたいにずっとはしないけれども、この頬骨が上がってもたつきがなくなるような、笑顔を作るフェイスマスクになります。こちらはヒアルロン酸を入れながら、それを定着するような成分を入れていくものになるので、美容医療までは足を踏み入れられないなって思っていても、こういったもので美容医療の手前を体験できるっていうのは、すごく素晴らしい製品じゃないかなと思って、お2つ紹介してみました。 いかがでしたか？今日の商品も、美容医療をやっているものとしては、ちょっとウカウカできないなと思うようなものになります。もちろん医療とスキンケアって全く違うものになって、治療と予防だったりとかになるんですけれども、それが良い相乗効果を持ってやっていければ、皆さんにとってはハッピーかなと思いますので、美容医療を好きな人もちょっと試してみるし、美容医療まだまだっていう人もそれで、プレ体験じゃないけどしてみていただければいいかなと思います。 今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございます。またこれすごいなと思う化粧品ありましたら、皆さんにシェアしていきたいと思いますので、次の動画も楽しみにしていてください。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

Today I'd like to share with you about the medical aesthetics treatments that have increased since the pandemic, and skincare products that focus on those same effects, so please watch until the end. Since the pandemic started and we've had to wear masks, some people's skin has broken out, and others have started noticing parts of their face they never used to worry about, leading more people to try medical aesthetic treatments. According to a certain survey, the number of people who received medical aesthetic treatments increased by more than 10% in 2020, when the pandemic began, compared to 2019, before the pandemic. By the way, at the cosmetic dermatology and cosmetic surgery clinic where I work, in surgery, patients say things like "when I take my mask off, the sagging bothers me, so I want to lift my skin." In cosmetic dermatology, we do things like Thermage or Ulthera—RF or HIFU treatments—to tighten the skin. But when patients want an even firmer, more dramatic lift than that, we insert threads to create that lifted look. Nowadays there are dissolvable threads, so more people are getting those inserted. Also, while wearing masks, patients notice puffiness under their eyes, or when they take the mask off, they notice their nasolabial folds and ask for hyaluronic acid injections there—these patients have increased quite a bit. If you really want a dramatic before-and-after, as I mentioned, you'd either use a lifting device to tighten the skin, or if the nasolabial folds bother you, you'd fill them in with hyaluronic acid injections. But of course, it can be hard to go that far. So here's some good news for those of you in that position. A new product focusing on lifting and hyaluronic acid injection effects was released this year. Sorry, I've already opened this, but it's called the Kanebo Smile Performer, a sheet-type mask. The reason it's already open is that it's actually launching soon, on September 10th. This pouch contained the actual product mask along with the serum that inspired its concept, as a bonus item. So I wanted to use it, and I bought the pouch. There was only one, so that's why it's already open. What makes this Smile Performer face mask so amazing comes down to two points. One is the ingredients—it contains lifting ingredients. These ingredients were already in the previously released sagging/wrinkle serum, but this time, they're not just included in the mask—it's designed as a face sheet that instantly lifts the skin. The other point, besides the ingredients, is the shape of the sheet mask. I used it myself, and since I thought "oh, I should film this," I let it dry out a bit, so it's actually stickier than what you're seeing now. But if you look closely, you'll notice that compared to a regular sheet mask, there's an extra cut here, and another cut below as well. Let me try it directly. You pull it up firmly here, and then at the end, you pull it up again from below—so it's this two-step method. They overlap like this. It really creates a lifting sensation. What's amazing about this is that it mimics thread lifting—when doing a thread lift, threads are inserted in this direction, toward this point. It's like wrapping a bandage—by holding and fixing the skin in place momentarily, it instantly lifts sagging in the face. This face mask can achieve that same effect. Isn't that amazing? I think the combination of the band at the corners of the mouth and cheeks, the band along the jawline, plus the adhesive technology, all work together to create that instant lift. However, by continuing to use this, the ingredients I mentioned earlier will help prevent sagging in the cheek area. One of them is mallow flower extract. This contains a component called decorin, which helps structure collagen three-dimensionally. By binding to type I collagen, it promotes its production, resulting in collagen that helps lift the skin. Another ingredient is Alpinia (galangal) leaf extract, which promotes fibroblast production. There's also rice bran extract, which I found impressive—it affects adiponectin, a signaling molecule found in fat cells. Adiponectin works on fat cells to promote the burning of excess fat, and it also helps repair blood vessels. Since people with more sagging often have more fat, this ingredient is expected to help suppress that and create a firmer, tighter effect. Lastly, there's an ingredient called methylserine, which increases hyaluronic acid in the epidermis. By maintaining moisture on the skin's surface, it brightens the complexion, giving the face a more vibrant, lively appearance. I think the lifting effect lasts about half a day, but it's great to use before taking photos or going out, and with continued use, the ingredients are expected to help improve sagging along the jawline as well. The other product I want to introduce addresses concerns about nasolabial folds. While hyaluronic acid injections do fill in the folds, some people worry about the procedure—this product was made for those people. It's the Helena Rubinstein Re-Plasty Pro Filler Concentrate. It really looks like a syringe, doesn't it? If you use the whole thing on your face, you can measure out the amount you want to use with the markings, and pulling it releases that amount—it's designed to resemble an actual syringe. The reason for this is that Helena Rubinstein originally collaborated with La Clinique Montaigne, a very famous clinic in the medical aesthetics field. While not everyone can go to that clinic, they created the Re-Plasty series so that people could experience skincare as if they had gone there. As for what ingredients are included, first there are five types of hyaluronic acid. One is high molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid with a larger molecular weight sits on the skin's surface, giving it a smooth feel and helping retain moisture, thus increasing the skin's moisture content. Another is microencapsulated high molecular weight hyaluronic acid. This combines the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid mentioned earlier with Lipidure, a skin-friendly water-soluble polymer coating that has a high moisture-retention capacity. When the encapsulated hyaluronic acid and Lipidure work together, they promote long-lasting moisturizing effects. This moisturizing combination of high molecular weight and microencapsulated high molecular weight hyaluronic acid enhances the skin surface's smoothness and hydration. Next is medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid, which promotes epidermal activation and provides moisture to the stratum corneum. By increasing proteins necessary for cell-to-cell bonding, it helps regulate the skin's barrier function. Since wrinkles often form due to dryness, this type of hyaluronic acid helps counter that. Another is low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Because it has small molecules, it penetrates deeper into the skin and is expected to promote the body's own synthesis of hyaluronic acid. The last one is acetylated hyaluronic acid. Since its molecular weight is even smaller, it penetrates even deeper into the skin, helping to plump it from within, which is expected to improve wrinkles. The biggest highlight of the Re-Plasty series isn't just the hyaluronic acid—it's another technology called Proxylane. Proxylane is said to work on both the epidermis and the dermis, as well as the basement membrane connecting them. First, in the epidermis, there's a receptor called CD44 that breaks down hyaluronic acid. Proxylane suppresses this receptor, helping to prevent the breakdown of hyaluronic acid caused by factors like sun damage or aging. So it's not just about supplementing hyaluronic acid, but also preventing its breakdown. It also works on the basement membrane, which connects the epidermis and dermis. It acts like a collagen "glue" that firmly binds the dermis and basement membrane together, and by keeping them tightly connected, it helps prevent wrinkles from deepening. Finally, in the dermis, Proxylane increases glycosaminoglycans. Glycosaminoglycans, of which hyaluronic acid is a representative example, are mucopolysaccharides found abundantly in skin and cartilage, and they strengthen connective tissue. As these increase, they're expected to help prevent wrinkles from deepening. By delivering hyaluronic acid while helping it settle firmly, and by strengthening the connections between the epidermis, basement membrane, and dermis, this serum offers a gentler effect compared to the dramatic before-and-after of injections. But I think it's a great recommendation for those who are afraid of getting injections, or for those who want to maintain the effects after getting injections done. So today I introduced two products: the Kanebo Smile Performer, and the Helena Rubinstein Re-Plasty Pro Filler Concentrate. The face mask won't give you a lasting effect like a thread lift, but it lifts the cheekbones and reduces sagging, creating a more smiling appearance. The serum delivers hyaluronic acid while including ingredients that help it settle into the skin. Even if you feel hesitant about stepping into medical aesthetics, these products let you experience something close to it beforehand—which I think is a wonderful thing.
