ですけどもちょっとそれをやった ので気持ちちょっとここが少し ポコッと膨れてるわけじゃない けどちょっとピュッとしてるかな で急いレーザー当てたので全部顔 ここからここを落として口の中に レーザー当てるんですよなんで ここからここ落としたので今日は パッとやりたいなと思って 今日はジバンシーのプリズムリープ でプリズムリープスキンケアリング グロウクッションを使いました 意外とねこのクッションがすごく あのパパッとする割にはめちゃ くちゃいい感じでチークはあの まだ発売になってないんですけど このトーンのチークがすごい可愛 くて今日オレンジだったのでちょっと オレンジっぽくしたいなと思った のでトーンのペタルフロートブラッシュ の04番ですなんか一見ちょっと暗 そうに見えるんですけれどものせる と綺麗なオレンジで私がいつも 使ってるこの練りチークもほぼ ほぼないんですけどもこれディスコ になっちゃったエッセイドのペーパー ライトクリームアイカラーのOR07 になんかちょっと似てるのこう見る と似てないねこうしたら分かる からちょっとだけ肌にのせると 似ていてなんでこれをちょっといい なと思ってやってます 白井さんメンバーシップに入って いただいてありがとうございます口の 中からレーザーやると痛くないん ですよでも口の中から筋肉に要は ハイフって上ここ表面から筋肉に 効かせるじゃないですかインティマ レーザーっていうのは内側から 筋肉に効かせるっていう感じなので 全然ね口の中はね痛くないですね 美容針で脂肪を減らすことは正直 難しいと思いますね熱を加えない と脂肪ってなんともならないので 針だと脂肪に何かできるわけじゃない ので トーンはケースも可愛くて今回 リップもトーン可愛くて私はカラーブロッサム の13っていうリップ可愛いなと思 ったんですけどちょっと今日塗る と少しなんていうかなもうちょっと ベージュっぽかったのでもう少し ピンクというか色を出したいな と思ったのでリップはテラのエッセンシュ アルパウダーマットリップスティック の159番にしましたどうだろう見えて るかなちょっとこんな感じピンク とちょっと後ろのオレンジとリンク するようなピンクっぽい感じにして みました眉毛薄くて困ります取れ にくいアイブロウだったら藤子の 眉ティントの書くやつがあるんですよ 眉ティントって10分ぐらい置いと いてピリピリピリって剥がすと できるやつがあるんですけどそれの 書き足しバージョンがあるんですね それだとあんま取れないですね はいこれはいつ発売ごめんなさい そうですよねいつ発売かちょい とお待ちくださいそうですよね 振っといてだよって話ですよね 今日は8月2日発売ですなのであさ っての発売ですねやっぱりチーク が2種類あるんですよ私が今紹介 したのが04番でペタルフロートブラッシュ の04番はこっちの方は別に限定 じゃないんですけどもう1つExの04 っていうのもあってそれはちょっと ピンクっぽい感じですこれはオレンジ っぽい感じでExの04番の方が限定 ですねこっちは限定じゃない限定 も可愛いなと思ったんですけど 私はこっちの方が結構使えるかな と思っております 眉毛が濃い時は抜くしかないですか どちらかというと色を変えたら いいんじゃないかなと思っていて 眉マスカラ私ずっとケイトのこの 3dアイブロウカラーを使ってて いつもちょっと少しだけカーキ っぽい色を使ってたんですけど 今回新しく藤岡ひろしさんがCMしてるの 見ました眉毛をすごい きれいにしてるやつそのシリーズ で今回はケイトの3dアイブロウ カラーのダークグレージュを使って ますもう少し色をとりたいみたいな もう少し眉毛が濃い人も藤岡ひろし さんみたいに眉毛がどーんと濃い 人も薄くというか色を柔らかく するっていうのを出してたので 抜くのはなくなっちゃうと困る のでいつか太い眉とかが流行った 時になかったら困るじゃないですか だから結構そうやって薄く塗れば いいんじゃないかなと思います はいなんで後ろのお花ですねお花 は今日はちょっとねほんと夕方 からすっごい雨が降って最近なんか 蒸し暑くて急にわーっとスコール みたいに雨が降るもうなんて言うん だろ中東じゃなくてなんて言 うんだっけ南国な感じですよね だからそんな感じの今日はイメージ でこれグラジオラスですオレンジ のグラジオラスにこのうねうね ってしてるのがケイトウです ケイトウちゃん で百合ですねこれ百合を染めて くれてます毛糸ローズさんでバラ 専門店でバラが多いんですけど これ染めるやつも結構多くて今回 はオレンジに染めてある百合と あとこれが面白いのこれ見てこの ほうが分かるかこれこれなんだ と思いますこれオクラなのすごくない オクラです。オクラと空心菜 の葉これが空心菜の葉うちの子供 たちがこれ食べれるって聞いて いや食べれないよってはいでも結構 夏っぽい感じですよね去年かな もうあのオクラのやつをやって くれたと思うのでやっぱ夏が来 たなっていうイメージですねはい さっきから久しぶりにエアコン 切ってますってそうですよねなんか 雨がわーって降って気温がね下がる 感じですよね ラロシュポゼのシカプラスト リペアクリームですが目の周り は避けてとありますが先生は目 の周り何を塗るあっ気にしないで 目の周りも塗ってるたぶんアイクリーム じゃないからということなのかな 特に問題ないと思いますそうオクラ に似てると思ったらオクラです 2千円台でみずみずしい日焼け止め だったらビオレのビオレのアクア リッチですかねビオレかあとは ロートのたぶん2千円台だと2千円台 もしかしたら1000円いくらだと思います ね 先生の動画のライスパワーナンバー 11は保険適用でクリームとかは出ないん じゃないかな 小学校3年生の女子が体から汗体 までブツブツができます皮膚科 では皮膚が良すぎて汗の対策が できないと言われましたかえて しまったせいかカピカピの鱗みたい に桃の後ろがなってきています スキンケアもしてくださいと言われ キュレルを使っていますがライス パワーナンバー11のほうがいいんじゃないですか ね皮膚が弱いんだったら ただ保険適用とはちょっと難しい と思いますね11のほうがいいんじゃないかなと思います 先生の日傘再販予定ないですか ピンクがちょっと欠品していて ブロンズだったらあるのでぜひ ブロンズを買っていただけると いいかなと思いますアルビオン の乳液とソフィーナIPの導入美容 液はどっちがいいですか全然方向 性が違うなアルビオンは乳液 なので乾燥肌の人にソフィーナ IPの導入美容液は炭酸なので炭酸 で血液を良くしてハリを出したい っていう感じなのでちょっと全然 方向性が違うかなと思いますね ティーゾーンが若干オイリーで と縦ジワとかがなくなったり私は しているのでずっと愛用しています 繊細ですね先生のたるみが気になります サーマクールは私のたるみねごめん なさいね私のたるみが私今ここに 実は脂肪溶解を昨日打ったので ちょっとここがむくっとなっている あとここ私もここのたるみが気になって ここにエタがちょっとだけむくん でいるので来週サーマクールやります 日焼け止めを塗ってから効き目 が始まるの時間かかるっていう のはない大丈夫です気にしない でそれ日焼け止めの動画で結構 何回も言ってますけれども日本 アメリカの学会でそれを30分って 書いてあるのは試験をするときに SPFを測るときにどのメーカーさん も塗ってから30分後にSPFの測定 をするんですよだから学会的には 塗って30分っていうふうに出して いるんですけれどもカナダの学会 ではそれはあくまでも試験上の ものであって塗ってすぐに理論 上は効くから別に30分塗らなくて もいいよっていうのをちゃんと 出しているのでなのでなぜ30分 置いてるかっていうと一応水分 量とかそういったものがいろんな 日焼け止め塗ったりするじゃない だからテストするときにはねそれを 加味して一応30分からスタート っていうふうにしてるだけなので 理論上は問題ないっていうこと をちゃんとカナダの学会とかでも 言ってるのでアメリカの学会的 にはそうやって言ってますけど それはもう資格締めというかあの ものなのでそんなに気にしなくて いいよっていうのが出てるので 気にしなくて大丈夫だと思います 今日初ボトックス売ってきました 素晴らしいちょっと72時間後から 効いていくのでまだすぐは効いて こないと思いますけれどもこれから じわじわ効いていくと思います 手作りレモンスカッシュいいな 私も飲みたい アートメイク特にアイライナー をしたいのですがMRIの検査に支障 があると聞きました今のものは 消えた なんかよくわかんないものになってる アイライナー特に今のものは問題 ないので大丈夫だと思いますちなみに 私も今年眉のアートメイクをやろう と思ってますお盆休みの時に1週間 撮影を入れないでやろうと思って いて初めてなのでどういう風になる かわかんないですけどアートメイク の予約を入れてるのでそれはyoutubeで 動画にしようと思います 日焼け後のおすすめパックは日焼け 後がヒリヒリしてないとかあとは なんていうのかなダメそんなに 赤くじんじんしてないとかあとは 火傷してないっていう前提ですけ れどもそうだったとしたらすぐ に炎症を抑えるようなものがいい のかなと思いますのでシートマスク だったらあと美容液タイプっていう よりは化粧水タイプで結構水分 をどんどん入れてあげた方がいいん じゃないかなと思うんですけども 例えばクオリティファーストの ビタミンCのものだったりとかあと はルルルンのビタミンCがあると思う のでその辺を入れるものもいいん じゃないかなと思います 先生のおすすめのリコピアドリンク とヒアルモイスドリンク一緒に 飲む私は飲むときは別々に飲んでる 一緒に飲むともったいない 美容ドリンク2個飲むともったいない っていう私の貧乏症があるので なんか別に大丈夫だ薬じゃないので いいと思うんですけど マユナアートメイクMRIに支障ない です放射線かなすより ありがとうございます嬉しいちゃんと 言っていただいて 抗炎症鎮静系でおすすめのクリーム はラロシュポゼのシカプラスト バーム 本当に私の中で鎮静系ではナンバーワン だと思います アートメイクって昔は本当にエレズム みたいなものだったんですけど 今はどちらかというと1、2年で結構 ケイのケイABCGピールウォッシュ これがグリコール酸とかも入ってる しビタミンCもしっかり入ってるん ですよ だからこれで朝晩しっかり洗って いただくとコメドの発生も抑え られるし ドクターケイさんのこれだけじゃ なくてABCG ドクターケイさんのこの私はケイ コントロールエッセンスこれも ビタミンCとビタミンカクテルが 入っているので結構皮脂を毛穴 系も抑えられるし あとはライスパワーのライスパワーナンバー 11が皮脂の分泌を抑えるのでこの 辺をしっかりと使っていただければ コメドとかの作られるのも難しい 抑えられるんじゃないかなと思いました 子供が使えるライスパワーナンバー 11のスキンケア基本的にライス パワーナンバー11だったらアトピー スマイルがいいと思います アトピースマイルのクリームが ライスパワーナンバー11が入って いるのでアトピーの子でも使える スキンケアシリーズなのでアトピー スマイルがいいんじゃないかな と思います 目の下のたるみの改善方法はもう たるんでしまったらもうやっぱり これ手術しかないんですよ どんなにいいアイクリームとか そういったものも改善にはなかなか 難しいので予防というイメージ に使っていただければいいかな と思います そうドクター系のこの詳しいものは 金曜日にインスタライブをしよう 男性でも日傘を使うことが違和感は最近もないと思います。よく見ます。それは若い男の子だけじゃなくて、結構年配のスーツ着た方でも傘とか差してらっしゃるので、これからは多分そういう世の中になっていくと思う。だって日差しが強すぎて、何だろう、もうやばくないですか。 寒冷に良いのはやっぱりトラネキサム酸が入っているもので、トラネキサム酸の結構パーセンテージが高いVTから化粧水化粧品が出ていたんですよ。それも結構良いかなと思ったんですけど、結構高濃度入っているっぽいので、ピリピリ感を気をつけていただければいいんじゃないかなとは思います。 土曜日に洗顔後素肌のまま日差しの下、うっかり朝から夕方まで寝落ちしてしまい人生最大の被影響をしてしまいました。先生の過去動画を拝見し、UVB的な刺激ケアはしましたが、それ以上にUVAによる神秘の影響が怖いです。一度紫外線を受けたメラノサイト細胞やその元となる神秘幹細胞は不可逆的に元の能力を戻せるのか、影響はある時期以降に出始めるのか、今もうすでにメラノサイト細胞は劣化しているのか。 まずダメージは受けてはいると思うんですけれども、全部のメラノサイト細胞が死んじゃうわけじゃないので、そこまでではないと思います。し、劣化した影響ある時期以降に出始め、影響は積み重ねなんですよ。今日やったものが明日出るとかじゃなくて、今日やったものをずっと積み重ねて、ある日出てくるっていう感じですね。劣化したことは劣化しているとは思うんですけど、全部がなっているわけじゃないので、いきなりではないと思うので、これからきちっとケアしていただければいいと思います。 メンズも夜もひげを剃ってからスキンケアしたほうがいいですか。それはね、ひげがあるなしでスキンケアの浸透とかには関係ないので、ひげが気にならないんだったら、剃らなくていいと思います。 ベータカロテンの錠剤みたいなものは、相談すればクリニックでは処方はできないと思います。 最近男性の日傘よく見ますよね。私結構見ますね。50代男性へのプレゼント、スキンケアでおすすめ。男の人だったら、でもいくらくらいを想定されていますかね。それにもよるかな。何かアスタリフトの面とかはいいし、でもなんだろうな、欲ってお思われたいんだったらBAとかあと資生堂フォーメンとかだったら、今資生堂のやつはねCMそりまつさんのやつやってるから知ってることが多いかなとは思いますね。 整理前のニキビはスキンケアで改善しますか。できてしまったニキビというのはいけると思うんですが、そのできにくくするのはやっぱり内服とかピルだったりとか肝胞とかのほうが、整理前のものっていうものだったらいいと思います。 手首の上にヘアアイロンで火傷してしまい3ヶ月ぐらい経ちます。跡がなかなか薄くなりません。早く薄くなる方法は、美白系のスキンケアのアイテムをここにも塗ってください。要はシミど一緒というわけじゃないんですけど、炎症後の色素沈着になっているので、そこは美白系を塗っていただけるといいかなと思います。 たるみティアナにおすすめの季節はどれぐらい。その人の肌を見てみないと分からないですけれども、RF系のものがいいと思うので、サーマクールだったりポテンツァだったりとかダイモノチップだったりとか、RF系がいいと思います。 今日のリップはヘラですヘラの、センシュアルパウダーマットリップスティックの159番です。 東京のお土産で5000円ぐらいでおすすめ。東京ってどこでどこででもいいですか。クリニックの近くだからかもしれないんですけれども、あのキャラメルナンバーズキャラメルだったかな。ナンバーズキャラメル本当かよ、ちょっと待って。原宿キャラメルあナンバーシュガーっていうあのキャラメル屋さんがあるんですけど、いろんな味のキャラメルがあるので、それがいいかなと思うんですけどどうですかね。 ドクターKとNオーガニックの合わせ眼の違いは、ドクターKはウリコール酸、Nオーガニックは酵素洗顔ですね。なので、ニキビケアとかだったらドクター系、角栓とかだったらNオーガニックかな。 先生プロデュースのヒラさん毎日使ってますありがとうございます。肘の黒ずみとかだったら、ちょっとピーリング系のスクラブとかをして、それこそ本当に美白系のスキンケアをここにも作って塗っていただけるといいます。 内服の行方人はイボに効くのでしょうか。予防に効くのでしょうか。予防ですね。あのイボに長期的に飲んでいただいても、イボがポロっと取れるってことはほぼ私は皆無だと思いますね。 口周りのニキビが治らず、薬を使用してもなかなか治らないっていうのは、薬は塗ってる薬ってことですかね。逆に口周りだったりするとやっぱりホルモンバランスの問題もあるので、その方が今何歳ぐらいなのかわかりませんけど、さっぷりもいいですけど、一度婦人科とかで見てもらうっていうのもありかなと思います。 シャインマスカット食べたい嬉しい。 ドクター系とアクセルの合わせんがの違いは、ドクター系はビタミンが入ってます。ビタミンカクテルが洗い流す。詳しくは金曜日にお話ししたいなと思うんですけども、洗い流すからビタミンいらないっていうわけじゃなくて、やっぱり紫外線とかが当たってる間に酸化した皮脂とかで炎症が起こっちゃうので、やっぱり落とすときにも、あったほうがいいと思うので、それの違いかな。 まだゼオスキーの新しいセラム届いてないんですよね。 消えない法令線にはどんな治療。私はその人の顔みたいにわからないんですけれども、私は自分にはRFの機械をやってます。 オイル以外のクレンジングおすすめ。今期のクレンジングだったらファスのクレンジングジェルは良かったかなと思いますしクレンジングミルクが、アルビオンアンフィネスのクレンジングミルクが8月に何日だったかな。8月のアルビオンだってこれ書いてないね。8月の18だったと思うんですけど、未発売するんですよ。アルビオンのアンフィネスシリーズがめちゃくちゃ良かったんで、クレンジングクリームが欲しいんだったら、アンフィネスをちょっと待っていただくのもいいかな。 オルビスのトイロの化粧水を使ってます。アスタリフトホワイトアドバンスローションが気になります。50代。オルビスのトイロじゃなくて、あれじゃないか。トイロはファンケルじゃないかな。皮脂系が気になるんだったらトイロ、エイジングが気になるんだったらアスタリフトじゃないかな。 たくさんの化粧水をおすすめしていますが、プチプラでニキビに効果的。何度も言うんですけども、スキンケアでニキビは治らないので、あくまでもスキンケアだけじゃなくて保健治療ででいいので、そこから行ってください。ニキビをスキンケアで治すことは難しいです。薬じゃないので、それを前提に行くとしたら、プチプラだったら、そうですね。イオーっていうシリーズがあるんですけどもイオーかプチプラね。でも私はイオーが一番いいんじゃないかなとは思います。 エストとアルブランの導入どっちがいいですかっていうのは、エストはハリカンを出すものが入って、アルブランは美白のもののそれぞれの特化した成分が入ってるので、どっちをしたいかですね。ベースの炭酸は一緒です。 オールインワンの美容液を探しています。オールインワンの美容液じゃなくて、オールインワンのあれじゃなくて、オールインワン美容液ってどういうことだろう。オールインワンクリームじゃなくて、オールインワンって美容液よりも、どちらかというとクリームが多いので、オールインワンの美容液はちょっと難しいかな。 子宮菌種があると言われました。私は先生は経験したことがあります。私は内膜症を言われてそれこそ今からもう30年以上前ですね。私が中学生の頃に内膜症があるって言われて、今ではないお薬を飲んですごい15キロぐらい太ったり、とかニキビがすごいできたり、とかもありました。すごい大変でした。今は治療はしないので、今はピルとかがあるのでいいんですけど、私が中学生の時にはそういうのがなかったので、すごく大変でしたね。 CMのタイミングは私には分からないんですよ。耐震者には。 塩子のポニョは、私は今一生懸命ここに脂肪溶解を打ってRFの機械を打っているんですね。今2回目なので、良くなったらいいなと思っています。 今日もクレンジングオイルを使うと思います。 敏感肌でどんな日焼け止めを。日焼け止めはもうそれこそ何で敏感に反応するか分からないので、敏感肌用っていう風に書いてあれば、いいと思うのをまず使ってみるのが一番じゃないかなと思います。なので、例えばラロシも敏感肌って書いてありますし、あとは今何て言おうとしたんだっけ、アクセーヌじゃなくて。最近本当にものがパッと出てこないんですよね。ポーラグループのあれしか出てこない。何だっけ敏感肌用の敏感肌ポーラグループ。ディセンシアの日焼け止めは結構良かったです。 ピルの服用はニキビと関係ありますか。ピルを飲んだら飲む方がニキビが良くなるっていうのは言われてます。 ディセンシア、皆さんありがとうございます。後ろの髪を見せてください。こんな感じ。見えたかな見えてますか。こんな感じです。 顔のほくろが多くて悩んでいます。ほくろは治療で取れます。だいたいCO2レーザー当てて給水中のBレーザーか薬レーザーを当てるっていうのを何回かやるっていうことが良いと思います。ほくろは取れますただ、1回で取ろうとしない方が良いと思います。なぜなら、1回で取ろうとすると結構へこんちゃったりするリスクがあるので。 エリクシールの新作ザセラムの深掘りは発売前にありますか。できるだけ発売前にしようかなとは思ってます。チオレドキシン、あれチオレドキシンは違うか、名前がね、間違えて言ったら怒られるからね。コアキシマイドだった。コアキシマイドって新しい成分を入れていて、全体的にハリカンをアップさせるっていう感じですね。規定膜に効いていって、しっかりと効かせる系のものになっていて、その他にもトラネキサム酸だったりとか、あと、マクロファージのバランスを整えるもともとエリクシールにも入っているMバウンサーCPだったりとか、あとはコラーゲンアップのオランダガラシエキスだったりとかも、うそれこそ凶悲規定膜神秘にダーンと効かせていくようなイメージですかね。
