友利先生、こんばんは。クレンジング買っちゃいました。ありがとうございます。すみません。でも結構あの後、私グリーンを使ってなかったので、クレンジングバームのグリーン使ったらめっちゃいい感じと思って。なのでまだね、昨日だけしか使ってないので、今日の夜も使おうかなと思っております。 新日本製薬さんって太っ腹。本当ですよね。私も昨日いただいて使ってみましたが、黄色はもう使い切って、もちろん使い心地は知ってたんですけど、新しい緑は本当にまだ分かってなかったので。ただニキビを今私がすごくあるかっていうとそうじゃないですよ。たまにこの顎のあたりとかできるし、やっぱりこのザラつきがやっぱりあるのですごく使っていて、すっきりする感じがとてもあってよかったかなと思います。 何の話してるんだろうみたいな方はよかったら昨日のインスタライブ見ていただければかなと思います。どちらかというと、古い皮脂をちゃんと吸着するっていう意味ではかなりニキビには攻めている商品かなと思います。 黄色は私はもともと本当に皮脂が悪玉化しちゃうと肌に赤みだったりとかそれによって炎症が起こっちゃうみたいなところがあったので、そこをしっかりと取ってくるのは黄色。そこにニキビとかが繰り返していくっていうんだったら緑の方がいいかなと思います。 スパチュラがついてないのはコスト削減かなって。確かにそれもあると思うんですけど、スパチュラがいらないぐらい柔らかいからっていうところもあるかなと思います。 今日のお花も素敵、淡いピンクが可憐だわって。そうなんですよ、なんか私実はお休みがなく今10連勤ぐらい。実は明日も私、皆さんは多分祝日だと思うんですけども、クリニックは普通に空いていて、明日も私クリニックでお仕事なんですけども、それは去っておいて。 それをケイト・ローズの高田さんにお話ししたら、もうちょっと癒されてくださいって言って、私が結構好きなピンク系のバラを今日はチョイスしてくれました。なので今日は、もう本当に何回も言いますけど、ケイト・ローズさんってバラ専門店なので、本当にいろんなバラが季節によってあるんですけども、今回はベイビーカメレオンっていう、可愛くないですかお名前も。 だから多分ちょっとグラデーションっぽくなっているからなのかなと思うんですけど、ベイビーカメレオンと、あとはこのライラックのお花と、これね、フイリノコデマリっていう。こちらか、これフイリノコデマリっていうものなんですって、可愛くないですか。模様が入っている葉のコデマリっていうもので、なんか結構面白いなと思います。 なんで、このライラックは旬なので、そこにこの可愛いコロコロとしたベイビーカメレオンのバラを入れて、コデマリも盛り盛りに入れますみたいな感じだったので、コデマリとライラックがやっぱり香りがいいんですよね。だから持っているとふわーって香るので、本当に忙しいのに癒されたっていう感じです。 友利先生、レッドカーペットの先生めっちゃ綺麗でした。ありがとうございます。先生、スケジュールすごく詰まっているのかなと思って。そうなんですよね。 アヌアの新作で、アヌア77という商品が出ました。成分ではマデカッソサイド加えてナイアシンアミドも入っています。これはアヌアのレチノールと一緒に使ってもいいでしょうか。 全然いいと思いますよ。ナイアシンアミドとレチノールは一緒に使ったほうがいいと思うので、アヌア77ですね。マデカッソサイド、ちょっと見ますね。マデカッソサイドエキス77%。結構脂性肌用なんだね。ちゃんとノンコメドジェニック処方だし、結構いいねこれ。 やっぱりマデカッソサイドって炎症系なんですよね。だからニキビの炎症、もちろんグリチルリチンとかそういったものが入っている方がしっかりとエビデンスはあるんですけれども、マデカッソサイド自体もそういう鎮静効果があるので、そこはいいのかなって。 これ化粧水なのかな、それとも何を使いたいのかな。マデカッソサイドだけじゃなくてツボクサとかその辺も入っていて、結構肌を弱酸性にするような化粧水か。いいと思いますね。そこにナイアシンアミドって書いてあります。私が今アヌアさんのあれを見ているんですが、そこにはナイアシンアミドって入っている。私がこれ化粧水を見ているからなのかな。ちょっと待ってね。 セラムを使いたいってことかな。このアンプルかな。ちょっと待ってね。アンプルはどう見ればいいんだ。おすすめ商品の中にマデカッソサイド。結構いっぱいあるね。ちょっと待ってね。アイテム一覧。カテゴリー別。セラム。77って書いてあるやつのセラムを見ればいいんだよね。おっと、ないけど。化粧水だけ？どういうこと。 マデカッソサイドスージング。これか。でもアヌアこれ80って書いてあるな。違うのかな。77って書いてあるのは多分化粧水だけなのかな。やっぱりマデカッソサイドトナー77%で、これにナイアシンアミドっていうのは私が見ている感じは書いていないんですよね。 でもどちらにしても今見てレチノールと使っても全然大丈夫だと思います。 ふうふうじ友利先生のYouTube見てます。最近ソフィナIPのクリームめちゃくちゃ良かったです。メラノCCのAZマスクは刺激が少し強かったです。 そうですね。ソフィナIPのクリームが合う人っていうのはどちらかというと乾燥肌寄りだと思うので、ちょっとメラノCCのAZマスクは刺激が強いかもしれないですね。私も明日は仕事。確かにそうですよね。 スキンコンディショナーのバームの組み合わせがいい感じなんですがスキンケア毎度良い顔です。もしスキンコンディショナーだったらちょっと1回このコスメデコルテのスキンコンダクタークリームとかをちょっとつけてみる方もいいかもしれない。 スキンコンディショナーはこの皮脂によって肌のバリア機能低下している時もあるので、これは私がすごい好きなこのスキンハーモナイザー。これはその悪玉の皮脂が肌に再吸収するのを抑えるっていうものなんですけども、それプラスこれはそもそも悪玉の皮脂を作らないようにするっていうことし出たので、こういうの使ってもいいかなと思います。 花嫁美容におすすめのスキンケア。花嫁美容とかだったらこの辺デコルテまでもしっかりときれいにした方がいい。首とかデコルテとかした方がいいし、やっぱり角質ケア首とか背中とかした方がいいので、そうですね今だったらちょっとそれこそこういうパーフェクトワン フォーカスのこのクレンジングバームこういったもので背中をクレンジングも一緒にしてちょっと古い角質とか落とすっていうのはいいかなと思いますね。やっぱり顔だけじゃなくて背中とかデコルテとかがすごい綺麗な方がいいかなと思います。 アヌアは77という美容液？アヌアは77という美容液？美容液。これか。マデカッソサイド77っていうやつ。ナイアシンアミドとアゼライン酸が入ってて皮脂のバランスを整えた。なるほどね。これでもこれも濃くめでアゼライン酸もしっかり入っていてナイアシンアミド。 多分これナイアシンアミドが結構入ってるんだろうな。マデカッソサイドだけじゃなくてナイアシンアミドってしっかりとある程度高濃度入ってると皮脂のバランスを整えてくれるんですよね。今全成分見たら結構マデカッソサイドナイアシンみたいな感じに書いてあるので結構な量入ってると思うんですよね。あとアゼライン酸自体も皮脂のコントロールをするっていう感じなので。 見ているとパンテノールとかも入ってるんだ。結構これいいですね。すごくレチノールと合うと思います。あとニキビ跡にはめちゃくちゃいいと思います。 パントテン酸って芯がある吹き出物に効果ありますか？パントテン酸を内服ってこと？それとも塗るってこと？どっちだろう。 ファシーノの塗り直し不要の日焼け止めめちゃくちゃいいですよ。私YouTubeで解説してるんですけども、あれはトウモロコシ由来のシリコーンを塗った膜を貼るようなものを入れてるんですね。解乳化活性剤じゃなくて。なのでしっかりと液体の膜じゃなくて固体の膜を貼ってくれるようなものなので、結構汗とかには強いと思います。いいと思います。 首シワありますよ結構。友利先生首にめっちゃ年が出てるよねって書かれて、それから私はすごくレーザーを当てたりとかそれこそレチノール塗ったりとか一生懸命してるんですけども、やっぱりこうやってやるとシワがなくなるからやっぱりちょっとたるんでるんだよね。だからちょっと痩せたら首も痩せてちょっとたるんで、首を私ちょっと太くしたいなと思ってるんですけど、首だけ太くするとかできるのかな？ でもここはレーザーを今当ててるのとあとは結構PDRN系だから、注射でも肌を厚くするような肌育注射もしてるし、それこそPDRNを首に塗ったりとかレチノール塗ったりとか一生懸命今首の肌育してます。 3年前ぐらいに出たカネボーのベールオブデイどう思いますか？過去の動画見ても深掘りやってます。ベールオブデイ深掘りしてると思います。ただ脂性肌寄りだったらベールオブデイじゃないな。 脂性肌だったら今季の日焼け止めだったらアリーか石鹸性か、あとはそうだな、意外とちょっと今年っていうわけじゃないんだけどSK-Ⅱのベージュとかそっち系もいいし、あとはコスメデコルテのちょっと透明な方の新しく出たものかそっちかな。ちょっとカネボーのベールオブデイじゃないと思います脂性肌の人は。 アゼライン酸をそのまま塗るというよりはお化粧の中に入れられるアゼライン酸というのがあるので、それはいいと思います。 医療物資が足りなくなってきてる。今のところ手袋とかそういったものは一応在庫があるんですけれども、もしかしたら入りにくくなるかもしれないから、まあなんていうの別にすごく使いまわせとかもちろんね、手袋とか使いまわせないからですけど、無駄遣いしないようにとは言われています。ただ今のところはうちはしっかりともともとあるので大丈夫ですね。 親戚の中二の女の子がニキビで悩んでいます。皮膚科受診してるんですが普段の洗顔やお手入れはどうすればいいでしょうか。 まずはノンコメドジェニックっていうようなものを洗ってうるおすというところが必要なので、例えば本当にニキビで悩んでるんだったら、中学校2年生なので洗顔とか洗顔と化粧水だと思うので、例えばDプログラムのアクネシリーズとか、あとはアクセーヌのニキビシリーズとか、そういったものを使うのがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 パントテン酸の内服は、パントテン酸自体は皮脂を抑制するというのは若干あるので、飲んでもいいと思うんですが、それを飲んだからといって芯があるニキビができなくなるとか、治るというわけじゃないですね。 医療脱毛の料金ってクリニックによって高い低いがあるのはなぜですか。自由診療だから勝手に決められるから。保健診療って一律で決め国によって決められてるんですけれども、医療脱毛っていうのは自費診療なので、そこのクリニックのいいねみたいなものなので、あとは機械自体も高いから。 例えば1個しか機械入れてないくて、そんなにいっぱいやってなかったら、すぐ回収しなきゃいけなかったりするから、ある程度高かったりとか、機械のピンキリのすごいいい機械入れてるとか、ちょっと安いってあれですけど、古い機械なのかっていうのにも違うので、それはもう自由診療だからとしか言いようがないですかね。 試してみる価値はあると思うんですけれども、腫瘍性疾患だからといってグリセリンがNGかって言われると、そうではないので、まずやってみてそうでもなかったら、やめてもいいかなと思いますが、絶対やってみていいとは思わないかな。 アヌアのレチノールとアヌアの100って。アヌアの100ってなんだ。皆さんアヌアが、皆さんお好きなのかしら。今日アヌアのことが多いね。 アヌア100 PDRN。全然いいと思いますよ。PDRNは確実にレチノールと一緒に使った方がいいので、アヌアのPDRNは、これって植物じゃなくて、ちゃんとしたサーモンのRNAだよね。PDRNです。 以前私発表会に聞かせてもらったことがあるんですけど、アヌアって独自の浸透技術を持ってるんですよ。でもちょっとそれが韓国のあれで、ちょっとあんまり分からなかったので、もっと聞きたいなと思ったので、このスマートカプセル技術っていうのが、私がその発表会の時に聞いたのでは、担当の開発者の人じゃなかったから、ちょっとうんって思ったのと、私の言葉の言語の壁っていうものがあって、ちょっとあんまり分かりづらかったところがあるんですけど、かなりリポソームではないんですよね。 それこそ肌に、なんていうのかな、経皮吸収経皮型の、お薬を塗るような感じの開発者の方です。なんていう話だったので、確かに浸透率がめちゃくちゃ高いような感じだったので、PDRNをしっかりと浸透する技術は、お持ちなんだなっていう印象だったので、そこから感じるとやっぱりレチノールとの相性は、すごくいいと思います。やっぱりレチノールはいいんですね。 イソップの、私ごめんなさい、イソップがレチノールのオイルを出してるとかっていうのは、全然分からなかったごめんなさい。 ブライトエイジのパウダーめっちゃ良くないですか。分かります。ブライトエイジの日焼け止めは、ごめんなさいちょうどあるんですが、結構いい感じです。なんか色が一瞬ちょっとくすんだ、くすみピンクみたいな色なんですけれども、伸ばすと結構透明感が出るんです。分かります？ちょっとここだけツヤっとしたの。なのでベタベタ全くしないから、脂性肌の人はブライトエイジいいかも。あとくすみとか飛ぶ感じ。 今顔にはちょっとで塗るとあれだけど、ちょっと白いね。結構首のくすみが飛ぶ感じ。結構ここ綺麗になったでしょ。結構ねブライトエイジはめちゃくちゃいいです。そもそもブライトエイジ自体がサラサラなので、そこにお粉塗るとめっちゃいいです。 ちょっとサラサラになるっていう感じかな。レチノールは日焼けに気をつければ朝塗っても大丈夫ですか？私はそう思っています。7ヶ月前に回復手術を受けました。VIOの脱毛途中なんですが、術後いつから？回復手術とVIOはあんまり関係ないかなとは思うんですけど、7ヶ月も経ってたら大丈夫だと思います。SK-IIのCC日焼け止めにピテラが入っているやったぐらいの気持ちで使っていたんですが、改めて見るとUVAフィルターも豪華だったんですね。そうなんですよ。やっぱりピテラって肌のバリア機能を整えたりとか水分量を上げるっていう意味では、日中ピテラをつけてるって、もちろん化粧水とか美容液でもいいんですけれども、日焼け止めの中に入っているのは贅沢だなと思うので、ちょっとお値段は張りますけれども、かなりいい選択肢の一つかなと思います。体の異物をCO2レーザーで除去してもらったんですが、痕跡が半年経っても残っている。痕跡が凹みなのか色味なのかがわからないんですけど、だいたい半年くらいでは良くなる感じですかね。ちょっと見たわけじゃないから、青みがあったほうがいいんじゃないの。白目が青い、肌が白くて白目が青いなら良かったのに。そうかな、ごめんなさい。ちょっと見てないから何とも言えないな。今更で急に申し訳ないですが、日焼け止めは肌に悪いですか？いやいやいや、日焼け止めこそが一番のエイジングケアなので、日焼け止めは全然肌に悪くないですよ。毛穴を目立たなくするには一番いい。どんな毛穴かなんですよ。黒ずみの毛穴なのか詰まっている毛穴なのか、赤みがあるような毛穴なのか、それこそたるみがある毛穴なのかなので。そうなんですよね。やっぱりイソトレチノインは最強だとは思いますが、もしイソトレチノインが飲めないんだったとしたら、そうですね。何歳かにもよりますけれども、ちょっとピルを試してみるとか、あとはピーリングケアを試すとか、あとはベピオとかエピデュオとか、その辺かなとは思いますね。先生がいつもお直しに使われているアイテム。パウダークッション。お直しをする時間がそんなになくて、そんなにお直しをしている感じじゃないんですけれども、それで言うと、リアルな私のポーチなんですが、ラネージュのリンクルクロスの、前インスタラブやらせてもらったか何かの時に、ちっちゃいこういうのが付いてきて、これで例えば目の下とかを、ちょっとつけたり、こういうところに塗って、シワを乾燥のところはこれで抑える。で、あとは、NARSの、ちょっとリフコではないんですけど、ちょっとチークがあるようなもので乗せる。ちなみに今日のチークもNARSだけど。あとは、Dr.G.Rのリップを塗って、これに入っているのは、私は唇が荒れやすいので、普段は結構、アクセーヌの唇が荒れにくいものを入れているっていうぐらいですかね。なんかそういう感じです。これが私の今のリアルな感じですね。化粧を直すことをあんまりしてないかもです。ちなみに今日も、チークは色違いなんですけど、NARSのブラッシュNの906です。さっきはちょっとラベンダーっぽかったんですけど、豚ちゃんピンクをちょっと使ってます。本当はこれも入れておきたいなっていうぐらい。今年これの、コスメデコルテのミニが出たの知ってます？これもうめちゃくちゃ私は嬉しい。こうやってね、ギリギリ入るかなぐらいなので、持ち運ぶのはギリギリいけるし、旅行先とかに持っていくことができるから、このコスメデコルテのパウダー、私は01番大きいものも持ってるんですけど、そしてこの01番めちゃくちゃいいなと思っているのと、今日のアイシャドウは、イプサです。なんていうんでしょう、すごくオーソドックスな色なんですけど、めちゃくちゃ綺麗な色なので。あとリップは、可愛くない？今日のリップ。ゲランのキスキスの396番。一見パッと見た時になんかモードっぽいかなと思ったんですけど、塗ると結構赤みもあってツヤがめちゃくちゃあるんですよ。こうやって細いリップって、どちらかというとマットに仕上がるかなと思ったら、本当にツヤンツヤンで、蜂蜜の香りがしてとっても素敵です。なのでこれは、いくつか色があるんですけれども、2、3色ポーチインしたいなと思っている。大好きなゲランの、キスキスインテンスの396番。名前が、名前も可愛いんだよね。396番はピオニーキスっていう、ピンク系のお色になります。本当に、どちらかというと、リップの唇の治安。4種の蜂由来の成分、蜂蜜、ビーワックス、ロイヤルゼリー、プロポリスがあるから、24時間、持続保湿がするっていうことなので、結構つけてても、私唇の皮がむきやすくて、これちょっと、リップもいくつかあるんですけど、これは唇の皮がむけづらい。私の中ではむけないものですね。5月1日全国発売なので、明日、あさってくらいに発売になりますので、早めに購入したほうがいいかなと思います。ちなみにさっきのブラッシュの、今使ったのが906なので、ラブミーノット。アジア限定の数量限定品なんです。サテンソフトピンク。めちゃくちゃいい色だなと思っているので、これは1月16日に発売。多分まだ売ってると思うんだけど、よかったら、めちゃくちゃ私のお気に入りです。これはコスメデコルテは散々、SNSを見てると思うんですが、結構これも争奪戦になると思うので、定番化してほしいなと思っています。イプサは、4月21日に発売になっている、イプサアイズの11です。すっごく色が、上品な発色になる。定番の色ばっかりなんですけど、すごく発色がいいです。ゲランの新しいリップめちゃくちゃ色味ありますよね。そうなんですよ。でも私はこの2、3本、めちゃくちゃいいなと思うものがありました。どの色も結構好きだなと思ったので、ピオニーキスとか、あとはライトローズっていうのも、可愛かったです。あとはテンダーライラックとか、結構可愛いので、また次回これもいいよみたいなものを、ご紹介したいと思います。多分一番使えるのはこの396だと思うな。私もリップすぐ皮むけします。薬用リップ塗っても皮むけする時がある。薬用リップでもラウリルヒドロキシスルタインっていうものが入っていると、リップの皮むけがする人がいるので、そういったものがない時がいいのかなと思ったりもします。アップすぎませんか？もう少しカメラを引いてほしいです。すいません、申し訳ないです。シラールとトランシーノは定期的に美肌のために、いいですか？いいですよ。初めまして、ずっとカルテHDの洗顔を使っていたのですが、先生の動画を見ておくと、365の洗顔を買ってみました。なるほど、どうでしょうか。用時成分のお話になるのですが、口横のポニョに打つならカベリンと、口横のポニョはどちらかというと、脂肪溶解じゃなくたるみなんですよ。だから引き上げ系をやったほうがいいと思いますね。あんまり意味がないと思います。近くの美容皮膚科で若さサプリの3000mgのビタミンCが置いてありますが、チャットGPTには2000mg以上和食剤を、男性なら人血液の可能性が出てくると言われました。1000mg、2000mg、3000mgならどれぐらいの美容効果がありますか？吸収はそんなに高濃度だから上がるわけじゃない。私は1000mgぐらいでいいと思ってます。3000mgはさすがに私はやりすぎかなと思っているので、1日1回とかだったらそこまで人血液にはならないと思うんですけれども、どちらかというとこまめに飲むっていうのがいいと思います。2週間後が予定日の妊婦です。妊娠前に塗っていたハイドロキノンレチノール、内服のトラネキサム酸、シナールは産後いつから再開したほうがいいでしょうか？母乳育児予定です。ハイドロキノンレチノールは正直そんなに経皮吸収してなんとかっていうのは少ないと思うんですけれども、トラネキサム酸とかシナールは絶対母乳に移行するので、内服は母乳を割ってから。ハイドロキノンとレチノールはもらっている先生に伺ってからでいいと思います。口紅はずっとエルメスばかりで発色が良くて塗り直さないので、あ、そうなんだ。すごい。Quality Can I use this with Anua's retinol? I think it's totally fine. Niacinamide and retinol should be used together, so Anua 77. Madecassoside, let me check. Madecassoside Extract 77%. It's quite for oily skin. It has a proper non-comedogenic formula, and this is quite good. Madecassoside is really an anti-inflammatory ingredient. So for acne inflammation, certainly ingredients like Glycyrrhizin have stronger evidence, but Madecassoside itself also has this calming effect, so that's good too. Is this a toner or what exactly do you want to use? Not just Madecassoside, but also Centella Asiatica and things like that are included, making it more like a toner that maintains the skin's slightly acidic pH. I think that's good. There's Niacinamide written there. I'm looking at Anua's product now, and I see Niacinamide is included. Maybe it's because I'm looking at the toner. Wait a moment. Do you want to use a serum? I also have work tomorrow. Yes, that's true. The combination of a skin conditioner and balm works well, and my face looks good every time with skincare. If it's a skin conditioner, you might also want to try applying Cosme Decorte's Skin Conductor Cream or something like that. When a skin conditioner affects the skin due to sebum, the skin's barrier function can be compromised, so I really like this Skin Harmonizer. This is something that prevents bad sebum from being re-absorbed into the skin. Plus, this is something that prevents bad sebum from being produced in the first place, so using something like this might be good. Skincare recommendations for bridal beauty. For bridal beauty, you'd want to make sure your neck and décolletage look nice too. You should do the same for the neck and décolletage, and definitely do exfoliation on the neck and back. So right now, I think using something like this Perfect One Focus Cleansing Balm to also cleanse your back and remove old dead skin is good. I think it's better when your back and décolletage look beautiful, not just your face. Anua 77 serum? Is Anua 77 a serum? Serum. Is this it? Madecassoside 77. It contains Niacinamide and Azelaic Acid to balance sebum. I see. This also has high Azelaic Acid and Niacinamide content. Probably quite a lot of Niacinamide is in this. Not just Madecassoside, but when Niacinamide is included at a high enough concentration, it helps balance sebum. Looking at all the ingredients now, it seems like it's written as mostly Madecassoside and Niacinamide, so I think quite a bit is included. And Azelaic Acid itself helps control sebum as well. Looking at it, Panthenol is also included. This is quite good. I think it works really well with retinol. And for acne scars, I think it's incredibly effective. Does Pantothenic Acid work for pimples with heads? Do you mean taking Pantothenic Acid orally? Or applying it topically? Which one? Facino's no-reapplication-needed sunscreen is incredibly good. I explain it on YouTube, and it uses cornstarch-derived silicone to create a film-like coating. Not an emulsifying agent. So instead of creating a liquid film, it creates a solid film, which I think is quite resistant to sweat. I think it's good. I do have neck wrinkles. Quite a few, actually. When people write "Professor Tomori, you show your age so much in your neck," I've been really working hard at applying laser and retinol and all that. But when you do that, the wrinkles disappear, so it gets a bit saggy. So when I lost weight, my neck got thinner and a bit saggy, and I'm thinking I'd like to make my neck a bit thicker. Can you just make your neck thicker? But I'm applying lasers there now and also using PDRN-type treatments. With injections, I'm also doing skin-building injections to thicken the skin, and I'm actively doing retinol and applying PDRN to my neck for skin building. What do you think of Kanebo's Veil of Day that came out about 3 years ago? I've done deep dives in past videos. I think I did a deep dive on Veil of Day. But if you have oily skin, it's not going to be Veil of Day. For oily skin, for this season's sunscreen, it would be Allie or Sekken Sei, or, let me think, it's not specifically this year's, but SK-II Beige and that sort of thing is good too, or maybe Cosme Decorte's new transparent one. I don't think Kanebo's Veil of Day is good for oily skin people. Rather than applying Azelaic Acid directly, there's Azelaic Acid that can be incorporated into makeup, which is good. Medical supplies are running short. Right now, gloves and things like that have some inventory, but it might become harder to get them. Well, you know, they can't reuse gloves of course, but we're told not to waste them. For now though, our clinic is well-stocked, so we're fine. My cousin's middle school daughter is struggling with acne. She's seeing a dermatologist, but what should she do with her daily cleansing and skincare routine? First, you need to use something non-comedogenic and cleanse and moisturize. So if someone is really struggling with acne, since she's in second year of middle school, I think it's just cleansing and a toner. For example, D Program's acne series, or Acseine's acne series, that sort of thing might be good. Oral Pantothenic Acid - Pantothenic Acid does have some sebum-suppressing effects, so it might be okay to take it. But just because you take it doesn't mean you won't get pimples with heads or that they'll go away. Why is the cost of medical hair removal different between clinics? Because it's free medical care, they can set prices freely. With insurance medical care, the government sets a standard price uniformly, but medical hair removal is private pay, so each clinic sets their own price based on what they value. Also, the machines themselves are expensive. For example, if they only have one machine and don't do that many procedures, they need to recover costs quickly, so it might be more expensive. Or they might have a really high-end machine, or it's a bit cheaper if it's an old machine, so there are differences. But really, with private pay, that's all I can say. I think it's worth trying. Even if it's a tumor-related condition, that doesn't mean Glycerin is completely off-limits. You could try it first and stop if it doesn't work, but I wouldn't say it's definitely okay to try. Anua's Retinol and Anua 100... What is Anua 100? Everyone seems to like Anua. Anua comes up a lot today. Anua 100 PDRN. I think it's totally fine. PDRN should definitely be used together with retinol. Anua's PDRN is, this is actual salmon RNA, not plant-based. It's PDRN. I've been to their launch event before, and Anua has their own penetration technology. But it's a Korean thing, so I didn't really understand it, and I wanted to learn more about it. This Smart Capsule technology is what I heard about at that launch event, but the person wasn't the actual developer, so I was a bit skeptical. And then there's the language barrier, so I didn't understand it very well. But it's definitely not a liposome. For the skin, what should I say, it's a transdermal absorption, transdermal-type formulation, kind of like how you apply medicine, according to the developer. Anyway, the penetration rate seemed incredibly high, so PDRN definitely has a technology to penetrate well, which gave me that impression. From that, I really think the compatibility with retinol is excellent. Retinol really is good. Aesop's... I'm sorry, I had no idea Aesop made a retinol oil, I'm sorry. Isn't Bright Age powder really good? I agree. Bright Age's sunscreen is, well, I just happen to have some here, and it feels quite good. The color is a bit muted at first, like a muted pink, but when you spread it, you get quite a bit of radiance. Do you see? There's just that little bit of shine. I don't think recovery surgery and VIO are very related, but since it's been 7 months, I think it's fine. I was using SK-II's CC sunscreen with Pitera in it, kind of just going along with it, but looking at it again, the UVA filter was luxurious too. Yeah, it is. After all, Pitera improves skin barrier function and increases moisture content, so wearing Pitera during the day - of course you can use toner or essence, but having it in sunscreen is extravagant, so while the price is a bit high, I think it's a really good option. I had a skin irregularity removed with CO2 laser, but the scar remains even after half a year. I'm not sure if the scar is a depression or discoloration, but generally does it improve in about half a year? I haven't seen it, so I can't really say. If there's a blue tint it might be better. White eyes are blue - if fair skin and blue white eyes were a thing, that would be nice. Well, I'm sorry, I haven't seen it so I can't really say anything. This is a bit late, but is sunscreen bad for skin? No, no, no, sunscreen is the ultimate anti-aging care, so sunscreen is not bad for skin at all. It's the best for making pores less noticeable. It depends on what kind of pores. Whether they're blackhead pores, clogged pores, red-tinted pores, or pores with sagging. You know? I do think isotretinoin is the strongest, but if you can't take isotretinoin, well, depending on your age, you might try the pill, or do peeling treatments, or use Benzoyl Peroxide or Adapalene, something like that. I love Guerlain's Kiss Kiss Intense 396. The name, it's cute too. 396 is called Peony Kiss, which is a pink shade. Really, in a sense, the lip's reputation. Four bee-derived ingredients: honey, beeswax, royal jelly, and propolis, so it provides 24-hour sustained moisturizing. Even though I wear it, my lips easily peel, and this one, I have several lipsticks, but with this one my lips don't peel. For me it's one that doesn't peel. It launches nationwide on May 1st, so it should be available in the next couple of days, so I think it's best to purchase early. By the way, the blush I used just now is 906, so Love Me Not. It's an Asia-exclusive limited edition. Satin soft pink. I think it's such a nice color, and this launches January 16th. I think it's probably still selling, but if you want to, it's absolutely my favorite. Cosme Decorté is talked about a lot on SNS, but I think this will be really competitive too, so I hope they make it permanent. Ipsa launched on April 21st, Ipsa Eyes 11. The color is super refined. It's all basic colors, but the color payoff is really good. Guerlain's new lipsticks have so many color options. Yeah they do. But I really loved 2 or 3 of these. I like pretty much all the colors, so like Peony Kiss, and there's also Light Rose which was cute. And Tender Lilac too, which are pretty cute, so next time I want to introduce something like this one too. I think 396 is probably the most versatile. My lips peel easily too. Even with medicinal lip products my lips peel sometimes. Medicinal lip products with lauryl hydroxysultaine in them can cause peeling for some people, so I wonder if products without those are better. Is the closeup too much? I've actually been using the SK-II toner forever. I think the most Pitera is in the lotion, but to encapsulate the Cosme Decorté and get it to absorb smoothly, the serum is also highly recommended. Hmm. I think both are good. If you're starting fresh, the serum might be fine, but if you're going to use it long-term, the toner is hard to give up. Just really splash it on. I'm sure they won't tell you which has higher concentration, and since I haven't looked at the contents yet, I can't really speak to the feel, but if you want to basically bathe in it, toner might be okay. If you want to use toner as another product and use serum as your main, serum is also good. That lock thing, right? SK-II is actually Secret Key, that's why it's SK-II.
