今日はお花も結構秋な感じなんですよ。今日のお花はバラなんですよ。バラが2種類で、今日はカルーセルというバラと、こちらがガーネットジェムというガーネットジェムで。なんか赤いバラってやっぱり綺麗ですよね。リップも今日はちょっと秋色というか。実はもう下半期のベストコスメをやらなくちゃいけなかったりとか結構大変なんですよ。 昨日のNオーガニックさんのライブも楽しかったですってありがとうございます。 今日のお洋服はニットジャケットみたいなんですけど、これセットアップなんです。 実は今日のバタバタしているのは、子供たちがいて、7月8月9月が全員子供たちの誕生日なんですよ。7月2日、8月8日、9月9日で。みんな何が欲しいって言われたらそれぞれ違うものを言ったんですけど、3人で話し合ってロボットが欲しいっていうふうに言われて、ロボットを買ったんです。そしたらロボットが今日届いて、そのセッティングもしなきゃいけなかったりして結構バタバタしてました。 京都フリッツの内藤先生との対談動画拝聴いたしました。昨日お腹の力っていうサイトで内藤先生とのあの対談の動画がアップされています。結構面白いのでお腹の力っていうサイトを見ていただいて。これから内藤先生との対談がどんどん上がってくるのと、あとはハットリ先生というマイクロバイオームのケアの先生とのやつもあります。 アイクリームはもう解禁になっていると思うんですけれども、アルビオンのエクサージュですね。 TikTokで悪質ダイエット品のCMに先生が使われていました。これインスタでもすごくあったので今「これ私じゃない」っていうようなことをいろいろコメントを出してるんですけれども、これどうしたらもうなくなるのか私にもちょっとわかんなくて。もう注意喚起はしてるんですけどね。本当になかなか直らないし。何回もこれは私じゃないですっていうのを、YouTubeだったらYouTube、インスタだったらインスタ、TikTokだったらTikTokのプロバイダーに出してるんですけどなかなか対応しないんですよ。 アンビアージュは9月18日発売でした。 アンビアージュは洗顔がね一番いいから。 来月フランスに行きます。友利先生のフランス動画を見漁ってスキンケア爆買いしたいと思います。 友利先生のオススメのマストバイはラロッシュポゼの日本には未発売のビタミンCとかレチノールとかあるのでその辺がいいんじゃないかなと思います。 キーオーグのペンテルさんからリキッドアイライナーが出ます。 エピステムのアイクリーム紫と黄色の商品がありますが効果はどう違うんですか？えっとねこれはあの黄色の方が、あの9月1日に出たあの黄色のものと、あと昔からあるあの去年出たあの青色のもの。青色のものはどちらかというと目の下のたるみだったりとかをやるんですけど、今回のものは黒目をちょっと大きくするような感じのものですね。正直そんなに大きな変わりはないかなというのが正直な感じなので、よりなんか細かくこう黒目を目をくるっと大きくしたいって言うんだったら本気でいるものですけれども、全体的にきれいに全体的にアイクリームというかしたいって言うんだったら、あの去年出たやつでもいいのかなと思います。 名品のアイケアはやっぱりポーラのBAのアイクリームかエピステムなんですけれども、前回三尾さんとのYouTubeライブでもYouTubeでも言った、あのクレドのアイクリームはもう今期ですけどめちゃめちゃすごいなと思います。 高島屋でエスティローダーの新作を友利が返しました。めちゃくちゃいいですよ。今回のエスティさんのやつは私は一番ローションが好きなんですけれども、やっぱり美容液もクリームもすごく名品で。今年の下半期はもう美容液がめちゃくちゃ多いんですよ。だから使わなきゃいけない美容液がたくさんあるから結構忘れがちなんですけれども、でもすごく本当に素晴らしいですね。 プレポのアイクリームめっちゃいいですよね。 ワイコのおちえできるピーリング美容液を鼻にだけつけているのですがそれでも日々テカります。それだったらワイコじゃなくてレチノール、ゼオスキンのレチノールとかの方がいいんじゃないかなと思います。 アクアチャージめっちゃいいですよ。 今日のリップは2つ重ねてます。トーンのカラーブロッサムっていうのの13番をベースでつけて、その上からトムフォードのリップグロス。これめちゃくちゃいいんですよ。私の中で今年のベストコスメに選びたいなと思っている、グロスリュックスのリップグロス08番。これがいいですね。 資生堂のアイクリーム。私は資生堂はローションが好きかな、クリームがいいかなと思います。 今年はいい美容液が多いのと、その美容液もかなり「オールマイティ全部盛り」みたいなものが今年は多いですね。 アクアチャージはエスティローダーさんと酒造会社がタッグを組んで作っているもので、ライスパワーNo.11とウリチルリチンが入っていて、肌の水分補給だけじゃなくて、自分で水分を作り出すような感じ。炎症を止めながら作っていくので、ヒアルロン酸だけじゃなくて、肌の水分量を上げていくっていうものになりますね。 ライスパワーというのは、角質層に働きかけてヒアルロン酸の産生なんですけれども、ヒアルロン酸とセラミドがアップされるんですけれども、エスティ独自のウリチルリチンと一緒にすることによって、ヒアルロン酸の分解を抑制するっていうのを見つけているっていうのが、今回のアクアチャージのすごいところかなと思います。 全部ご自分で選んでますか？はい基本選んでます。小物も含めて。 フューチャーソリューションのCCN2っていう、またよく分からないでしょ。美肌遺伝子っていうのがあって、CCN2っていう遺伝子を促進することによって、美肌を叶えていくっていうものになっていて。遺伝子の研究をメインに、ずっとCCN2をやってるんです。それを活性化させるものを入れているのが。あごめんなさい。肌の老化を促進する悪玉セルピンB3だ。セルピンB3っていう遺伝子をずっと資生堂が研究していて、そのセルピンに関わる、また今度はCCN2っていうものを発見して、このCCN2を介して、セルピンB3の遺伝子を高くするっていう、もうちょっと壮大なことばっかりで、なかなか難しいんですよ。 アイクリーム1万円前後でチリメン乾燥にも効くものだったら。そうですね。本当だったらクレポが一択なんですけども、1万円前後だったら、どれがいいかな。乾燥チリメン。 アイクリームじゃないけど、ライスのシワ改善のクリームだったら、シワにはかなりいいかなと思います。 アイクリームとコスメデコルテのリポソームのアイセラムの違いってことですね。一般的なアイクリームと、コスメデコルテのリポソームのアイセラムには、アイセラム専用の目専用のリポソームが入っている、というところなので。アイクリームエスティロナもいいと思いますよ。アドバンスナイトリペアのアイクリームだったら、アドバンスナイトリペアって寝ている間に炎症を抑えていく、というようなものなので。アドバンスナイトリペア自体が、すごくベストセラーなものなので、いいと思います。 電動歯ブラシの歯ブラシ明日届きます。貝ブラシが他の有名ブランドのものよりかなりお高かったのですが、そこのクロックワークスは歯ブラシメーカーなので、歯ブラシはすごく他のものと比べてお高いんですけれども、結構持ちはいいです。あとすごく今までの歯ブラシと触ってみてわかると思うんですけれども、繊維が全然違うので、そこは本当に私も、これいいなって思って、私も毎日使っているので、ぜひ。 ファスはNオーガニックと同じ会社ですよ。先生今季おすすめの化粧水と美容液。38歳脂性肌か。うーん、脂性肌で今季だったら、なんか今季は結構脂性肌の人にはなかなか結構リッチな美容液が多いので、それだったとしたら、うーんそうですね。脂性肌でだったら、だったらあのNオーガニックの美容液、ビタミンCの美容液と化粧水を使うことが一番いいかな。それだとさっぱりしているだけわけじゃないんですけれども、やっぱりビタミンCがあの刺激があまり少ないビタミンCな上に、あんまりベトつきもないし、ビタミンCの美容液と化粧水を使うことで肌のなんか、くすみだったりも取ってくれるし、その脂性肌にはやっぱりビタミンCを入れといた方がいいと思うので、そちらがいいかなと思います。おすすめの商品名がすらすら出てきてないですよ。大丈夫ですよ。 10歳の息子のおでこにニキビができ始めます。子どもでも洗顔後に保湿した方がいいですか？ニキビができてるんだったら保湿は化粧水だけにして、乳液は使わない方がいいと思います。 51歳普通肌女です。オルビスのフォーミングウォッシュ、トランシーノのジェル洗顔、どっちがおすすめですか？トランシーノのは毛穴とかが気になってるんだったらトランシーノでと思うんです。けれども、あの普通肌で普通に何か泡でふわっと洗いたいって言うんだったら、あのカンパンとかも気になるとか、ざらざらとか気になるって言うんだったら、オルビスの方がいいと思います。トランシーノはどちらかというと毛穴の汚れを取りたいという感じなので、オルビスで洗いながら、週に1～2回トランシーノのジェルが一番ベストかなと思います。 ロングパルスのヤグレーザーを3ヶ月ほど受けています。次はハイフを受けてみたいんですがどっちがいいとか、どっちがいいと教えてください。ロングパルスのヤグレーザーというのはくすみを取るもので、コラーゲンとかを増やしてくれますけれども、たるみっていうのは速攻性はないですね。やり続けることで年月をかけたらやってた方が良かったねですけれども、ロングパルスのヤグレーザーというのは皮膚自体を元気にしてコラーゲンを増やしてはくれますが、たるみ治療機ではないです。たるみ治療機としてはハイフですね。ただハイフがいい顔なのか、それとハイフは超音波なので、RFというどちらかというとダイヤモンドチップだったりとか、サーマクールとかそっち系のRFがいいのかはちょっと顔を見ないとわからないですけれども、ロングパルスのヤグレーザーというのはどちらかというとくすみとかハリ感とかっていう感じです。 私の好きなアパレルのYouTubeの店員さんが脇汗を止めるためにボトックス打ったとか言ってましたが。そうですよ、私も打ってます。 このリポソームセラムは乾燥肌の人にいいです。乾パンは飲み薬のみで消えますか？トラネキサム酸だけで消える方もいます。ただ結構少ないですけどね。 中2の息子ひどいニキビでエピドゥオゲルを半年以上続けています。本当に数え切れないひどいです。皮膚科を変えるか美容皮膚科へ連れて行くかどちらがいいと思いますか？まずは皮膚科を変える。エピドゥオだけじゃなくて他の薬もあるので、そういった薬を試したいって言って他の皮膚科に行って、それでもダメだったら美容皮膚科に行くのはいいと思います。まずはやっぱり普通の皮膚科で見てもらう方が一番いいと思いますね。 友利新が本気に作ったプロテインを母にプレゼントしたら、とても喜ばれました。それまでは人工甘味料が入っていたものを飲んでいたので、紹介できてよかったです。ありがとうございました。やっぱり人工甘味料ってすごくおいしいんですけれども、やっぱり腸内環境を荒らしてしまったりとか、思わぬいろんな弊害があるので、私はなるべく人工甘味料は飲みたくないので、良かれと思ってプロテインを飲んでいるわけじゃないですか。それが人工甘味料が入っていたら嫌じゃないですか。 顔の汗にもマイクロボトックスといって細かくボトックスを打つことはあります。なので例えば毛穴とかって、子どもって毛穴ないじゃないですか。でも毛穴がないわけじゃないんですよ。皮脂栓が性ホルモンが分泌されてそれで大きくなるというか活発になるから、毛穴が開いて見えるんですね。なので毛穴の数というのは生まれつき増えたりも減ったりもしません。ただ大きさなんですよ。なので皮脂栓を抑えるという意味、汗の栓と皮脂の栓というのはちょっと違うんですけれども、そういう意味では汗の栓と皮脂の皮脂栓を抑えるという意味で、マイクロボトックスを打つと顔の汗も止まるし、顔の皮脂も止まるので毛穴も引き締まるという感じですね。 目の下のたるみやシワで良い皮膚科に行きたいのですが、注射など苦手で機械など機械で改善する手術もありますか？一応目の下だったら、うちだったら、ポテンツァにはRFの目回りのやつがあります。ダイヤモンドSSRというものがあって、白潤には、サーマクール Iというものがあるので、そういったものでやることもできますが、例えば肌薬注射みたいなものを目の周りに打つとか、そういったものもあるので、自分が注射は嫌ですって言ってくれたら、他で代わりの手術をやるということになるので、自分は目の下が気になるけど、注射は嫌ですって言ってくれればいいと思います。 チョコちゃんといえば、友利新が本気で作ったプロテイン。チョコ味も基本わかる。私これでもココア味とかチョコ味とか、今すごく試作してるんですけど、やっぱり人工甘味料を使わないと、甘さがちょっとね。だから今一生懸命頑張って作ってます。わかんないですね。
