皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はシートマスクまとめ動画になります。今までたくさん紹介してきたシートマスクを一挙に見れる動画になっているので最後まで楽しんでご覧ください。では早速一つ目はこちらじゃじゃん、と2つ出したんですがたぶん私このメーカーがこのビタミンCでバズったからいろんなとこ出したんじゃないかなと思うんですけど、こちらQuality First（クオリティファースト）のダーマレーザーVC100。これ私ね以前ご紹介したことあると思います。深掘りの動画撮ったと思うんですよね。4種のビタミンCをナノカプセルした一番ポイントはAPPSって言って肌に浸透性のもので、水溶性のビタミンCと脂溶性のビタミンCの良いところ、水溶性は速攻性で脂溶性はじわじわ効くし奥まで行くって、どっちもいいところを取っている浸透型のこのAPPSを入れてるっていうところと、脂質剤もあって速攻性もあるアスコルビン酸も入れているっていうところで、もちろん水溶性も脂溶性も入れている、どのビタミンCもしっかり入れているよっていうところで行ったんですよ。そしたらなんと新しいのが出てたんですよ。これ以上のものも出ないのかなと思ったら、じゃじゃん、このスーパーVCホワイトマスクっていうのができた。私も違いがわからないと思って、だってこれもビタミンCなのでもね、よく見たらここには集中ケアって書いてあって、私が見つけた新しい奴にはホワイト、生ビタミンC、ここに集中ホワイトって書いてあるんだよ。だから設計としてはこっちは毛穴集中でこっちはあのよりホワイトニングなのかなと思ったんですよね。ただぶっちゃけこの最初に私が前にご紹介したものも、いやかなり毛穴だけじゃなくて、私としては透明感がすごい出るんじゃないかなと思ったんですけれども、じゃあ何が違うのかって思ってちょっとこちらも見てみたら、これもね4種のビタミンCが入っています。さっき言った肌に浸透するAPPSっていうものも入っているし浸透が高いAPPS同じように入っているんですね。あとはビタミンCそのままも入っているし、速攻性のあるビタミンB3、アスコルビン酸マグネシウムって言って水溶性のビタミンCが入っているんですけど、こちらの集中ホワイトにはですね、よりすごいビタミンCが入ってます。それが3-Oエチルアスコルビン酸、通称VCエチルと呼ばれているものなんですね。VCエチルっていうのはいろんなビタミンC誘導体の中でも本当に浸透が早くて浸透が長い、浸透した後にずっと肌に残ってくれてるっていう風に言われているものになります。なので結構クリニックでもVCエチルが何パーセントみたいな化粧品を売ったりもするんですけどもそれがしっかり入っているんですよね。なので全成分見ても、水グリセリンの次に、ナイアシンアミドと入れてるの前も言ったかもしれないですけどナイアシンアミドをあんまり押さないのよね。ここそれも謎なんですけどもナイアシンアミドの次にこのVCエチル、3-Oエチルアスコルビン酸という風に入れているので一番たくさん入れてるはずなんですよ。だから速攻性もありそして持続力もあるビタミンCがたっぷり入れて、プラスアルファなナイアシンアミドも入っているでしょ。だからねビタミンCをずっと肌に乗せておける。もちろんここもビタミンCという意味ではすごいてんこ盛りなんだけれども、より集中して肌に残すことで美白っていうことを出している。プラスアルファなナイアシンアミドも入れてるからねっていうことで相変わらずてんこ盛りだなっていうこのホワイトマスクになるかなと思います。 続いてはこちりSABORY（サボリー）のメディカルブライトニングマスクです。こちらは2種類のビタミンCを入れています。一つがL-アスコルビン酸、水溶性。もう一つがVCIPと言って脂溶性なんですけれどもより浸透が長いっていう風に言われているものを入れています。あともねこれはプラスアルファ有効成分でトラネキサム酸を入れてるの。トラネキサム酸っていうと肌荒れも防止するし美白効果もあるのでよりビタミンCとすごく相性がいいんですよ。だから炎症も抑えながらビタミンCの酸化さえも助けながらっていうような感じなので、肌荒れも抑えるしビタミンCの底上げにもなるっていう意味ではすごくいい組み合わせかなと思います。もう一つ面白いのでパルミチン酸レチノール、要は守りのレチノールも入ってるんですよね。だからビタミンAそしてCそしてビタミンEコフェロールも入っているからお肌の酸化をすごい底上げしますよっていう感じ。だからこれからの季節すごくね紫外線が強くなっているときに紫外線当たっても炎症をブロックしますっていうようなところがすごく多いのかなと思います。これはシートマスクなんですけどオールインワンらしくて、化粧水乳液美容液クリームパックみたいなので、これ1本で終われるっていうところもあるからだからサボリーのだよね。そうよね、そうだわっていうところもあるので、ちょっと疲れた日にこのシートマスクだけして寝てもパルミチン酸レチノールでしょ、ビタミンCでしょ、ビタミンEでしょ、コラーゲンもヒアルロン酸も入ってトラネキサム酸も入ってる、結構オールマイティに使えるんじゃないかなと思う。すごい奴だなぁというふうに思います。 続いてのビタミンCシートマスクはこちら、LULULUN（ルルルン）ハイドラVマスクです。これはね毛穴の目立たない潤いたっぷりの水光肌って書いてあるの。だから美白もそうだけど毛穴もうかなり特化しているのかなというふうに思います。こちらは厳密に言うと2種類あとそれをサポートするビタミンCのペプチドが入っているのでビタミンCとしては大きく言うとざっくりと3つっていう感じになるのかな。一つのビタミンCがアスコルビルグルコシドって言ってこれは水溶性のビタミンCなんですけど美白有効成分としての承認が取れています。あともう一つですねビタミンCでちょっと乾燥するという方もいるのでビタミンCにグリセリンをつけて保湿系のビタミンCと呼ばれている成分があるんですね。それがミリスチルアスコルビン酸グリセシルというものなんですがそれをしっかりと入れています。もう一つはビタミンCのペプチドですね。こちらもビタミンCにペプチドをくっつけることによってこれは浸透を良くするっていうような感じになっています。なのでビタミンC誘導体としては一応2種類になるのかな、物質型のビタミンCと浸透を良くするビタミンCを入れているという感じになっています。こちらもねビタミンEが入っていてトコフェロールが入っているのとこれもねパルミチン酸レチノールが入っているんですよ。だから結構ね保湿をより重視しながらっていうところもあるんですけれども、似てる構造かなと思いきやここにはですねバクチオールっていうのが入っています。皆さんバクチオールって知ってますよね。レチノールと同じような皮膚のターンオーバーを流して肌を改善するんじゃないかっていう植物性のものなのでレチノールみたいに赤みが出たりもしないというものなのでそれがボタニカルレチノールって書いてあるんだけどこれがバクチオールのことです。もう一つこれにもナイアシンアミドが入っているのでナイアシンアミドもより美白ですけれども皮膚のターンオーバーというか肌質改善じゃないですか。だから多分これはビタミンCとしては私自身は少し弱いかなと思うんですけどビタミンCしっかり入ってはいるんだけどそれプラスのパルミチン酸レチノールだったりナイアシンアミドだったりとかバクチオールだったりということで肌自身をふっくらさせるビタミンCで美白もしながら肌をふっくらさせていくということで毛穴っていうことなのかなというふうに思います。 では早速一つ目、ハトムギ美容マスクです。多分これここからファイン限定なのかな。でも結構このハトムギ美容マスク色々見ると思うんですがこれね意外と地味にいろんな成分が入ってるんですよね。まずプラセンタエキスです。ここにもね国産プラセンタエキスって書いてあるんですがプラセンタって何してるかわかんないっていう方もいらっしゃると思うんですが実は肌にとってはですね美白の成分になっています。なのでプラセンタを入れていることによって美白なのかなと。あとハトムギのエキスっていうのはハトムギにもいろいろ種類があってこちらにねハトムギ美容マスクに使っているハトムギがどこのハトムギかはちょっとわからないんですけれども、ハトムギ自体はですね、まあ肌を鎮静させたりとか保湿をするという効果があります。なのでまぁ保湿の効果ですよね。そこにですねグルコシルセラミドってこのセラミド自体は植物から作られているセラミドでまぁもちろん人型のセラミドとかよりはちょっとまあ保湿力は下がるとは思うんですがそちらも入っていますプラスアルファヒアルロン酸ですね。ヒアルロン酸に関してはちょっとね分子量が大きいヒアルロン酸なので浸透というよりは表面にちょっと膜を貼るようなヒアルロン酸が入っています。なのでどちらかというとですね保湿をしっかりするプラスやっぱり角質層に水も入れて置くことで透明感も出すしあとはプラセンタのエキスが入っていることでそれで少しね美白の効果も期待できるんじゃないかなと思います。中身なんですけれども私ね結構ね好きだなぁと思うのはあんまベタベタしていない感じなんですよね。こういう感じでどちらかというと美容液を入れているというよりも水分を入れ込むマスクというような感じになります。なので朝しっかりと角質層に水分を入れて肌を明るくしたいという時にはいいので朝お仕事したりとかしながらやる分にはいいのかなというふうに思います。美容液というよりはもう本当に化粧水をしっかり入れ込むっていうようなローションパックのためのマスクかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちりSABORY（サボリー）の薬用ピタッとマスクWRです。これね私見つけた時ちょっとすごいなっていうふうに思いました。というのも薬用シワ改善って書いてあるわけじゃないですか。ということはシワ改善の有効成分が入っているんですよ。でもちろんあの入っているものはですねナイアシンアミドになります。でナイアシンアミドってすごくね優秀でこの動画を見ている方はよくご存知だと思うんですけれども、シワ改善でもあり美白でもあってでかつその肌荒れ防止成分でもあるのでなんとなくその、レチノールとかニコチンアミドとかで他のねシワ改善のものでちょっと刺激感があるよという方でもしっかりと使うこともできますし、あとはナイアシンアミド自体がですねちょっと皮脂をあのコントロールするところもあるのでちょっと皮脂が多めさんにもいいしでもう一つやっぱりその皮膚のターンオーバーというか皮膚の生まれ変わりも促してくれるのでちょっとね乾燥肌さんにもいいしっていう、ほんと万能選手なんですよね。もちろんそれを入れ込んでいるシートマスクだったりも他社さんからも出ていたりもするんですがなんとこれね1000円以下、確か770円ぐらいだったと思うんですよ。なので1000円でお釣りが来る価格帯でナイアシンアミドをしっかりちゃんとねあの薬用と書いてあるのでしっかりと有効成分として入っているということはパーセンテージもちゃんと入っているということなのでこれを入れてるっていうのがもうほんとすごいなと思いました。それだけじゃないんですよ、ここにはビタミンC、これ水溶性のビタミンC誘導体なんですがそれも入ってます。であともう一つナイアシンアミドってビタミンB3なんですが他のビタミンB群にセピオチンだとかあとはシアノコバラミンとかそういった皮膚の酸化を流してくれるようなビタミンもしっかり入っているんですよね。であとはやっぱりコラーゲンとかヒアルロン酸とかも入っているのでちょっと贅沢すぎないっていうようなシワ改善も叶えるし本当にここに書いてあるように保湿高保湿も叶えるようなそれでいてなんか価格破壊が起こっているようなちょっとすごいなと思うようなシートマスクになります。こっちはねさっきのプラセンタとは違ってちょっとなんか美容液っぽいようなテクスチャーのものになっています。見るとねちょっと中に白っぽく見えるのわかりますかね。どちらかというと本当に美容液を詰めてあるっていうようなものになるのでちょっとねしっとり感というかテクスチャーが少し重たく感じる方もいると思うんですが保湿っていうことをしっかりしたいんだったらいいのかなと思います。でこのねシート結構ね伸びます。こんな感じでなのでなんかほんとこれ最高でいいのかなって思うようなマスクになっています。だから朝でもいいんですけれどもちょっと夜のスペシャルケアとかにも使えるなんかマスクなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちらLULULUN（ルルルン）プレシャスGになります。シートマスクといったらもうるるんすごい有名だと思うんですがその中でも私今回いいなと思ったのがこちらのプレシャスのバランスというタイプのシートマスクになります。でこのプレシャスシリーズ自体が肌のですね水分もそうなんですがやっぱり人間のお肌って水分と油分でできてるじゃないですか。なのでただ油分が多くてもダメなのでこの水分と油分のバランスをちょっと整えるように22歳の肌の皮脂バランスを再現したってこれがちょっと面白いなと思ったんですがその水分と油分のバランスをちょっとね考えたような処方になっています。そこに保湿成分としては3種類の人型セラミドが入っています。でこの人型セラミドですね水溶性レシチンと言ってちょっとね脂質の膜に入れてまあ要は肌に浸透しやすいようなカプセル型のものに入れて入っているんですね。なので皮脂のバランスもそうなんですけれどもやっぱり人型セラミドですね肌の奥に入れるようなことをしてるんじゃないかなというふうに思いますなので結構ね本当に表面だけが潤うっていうより内側からなんかもっちりしたようなイメージになっていきます。であともう一つはですねコーボのベータグルカンっていうものが入っているんですがこのベータグルカン自体も肌のバリア機能を整えてくれるというようなものと すねこれも面白いなぁと思ったんですけれども アセチルヘキサペプチドエイトというものが入っているんですね このアセチルヘキサペプチドエイトってまあ何で有名かっていうとまぁ疑似ボトックス みたいな感じでちょっと肌にね 張り感とかを出すっていうふうに言われていますこちらは良い睡眠を取った後のように 張りとツヤを導く張りツヤ成分というふうに書いてあるんですが ペプチドっていうのはやっぱりお肌自体に本当に何か潤いとか張りとかあとはそう神経の 伝達物質みたいな感じに似ているような作用を起こすペプチドも結構今は見つかっていて その一つがこのアセチルヘキサペプチドエイトになります なので保湿もしっかりするんだけれどもきちっとツヤ感と張り感を出す それでいて割や機能もちょっと強固にしていくというようなものかなと思います でこれねすごくねありがたいなぁと思うのはスティングテスト済みなんですね なのでやっぱりちょっとシートマスクをすると なんか肌が逆にね揺らいじゃうっていうような方の人にも敏感肌だよっていう方にも 安心して使えるテストもしてあるのかなというふうに思います こちらは化粧水をしっかり入れ込んでいるようなシートマスクになっているんですがセラミドですね カプセル状にしているからかテクスチャーはねそんなにベトベトはしてないんですよ 化粧水を入れて入れ込んでいるような感じなのでなんですが 短時間で本当に肌の明るさをアップしてくれるようなもので 結構ねシートもこれも厚めになってます でここもですね結構しっかりと伸びるような形になっています 肌当たりもとってもいいのですごく考えられて作られているなというふうに思います なので私だったらこれはやっぱり朝髪を整えている間とかそういった時にしっかり入れていって 肌のツヤ感とか透明感を出したいなというふうに思います 成分よりもコンセプトがいいなと思ったのがこちらです クリアターンの素肌です これ私70万人記念の時にですねアットコスメに行った時に見つけて購入したものになります ぶっちゃけて言うと中身自体はいたって普通なんですよ普通ってでもダメってわけじゃないんですよ 保湿がしっかりとするようなまあ保湿成分である PPG-10メチルグルコースとかグリセリンとか そういった本当に一般的な保湿成分が入っているものになります 一応ねセージ焼きするとか梅エキスとかっていうような肌環境整えるっていうところも入って いるんですが基本的には保湿をしっかりするっていうのがコンセプトになっているんですね なのでぶっちゃけ中身が飛び抜けてすごいというよりはですねこれに使われているシートが ちょっとすごいなぁと思いましたそれがですねこれに使われているのが便利ゼットというシートになるん ですねでこれっていうのは実はお高めで言うとミノンさんだったりとかそういったの シートマスクに使われていて 敏感肌の人って素材によっては痒くなったりするじゃないですかそういったものを 抑えるような構造をとっているものになるんですね であと少し凹凸がありますで凹凸があるので中の美容成分をちゃんとこう 引っ張っていくというか留めておくような形状にもなるんですであとプラスアルファ パッチテストとかアレルギーテストとかスティングテストとかあとは敏感肌自覚者に 連用テスト済みとか結構ね敏感肌の方に特化したテストをすごいしてるんですよね なのでなんかちょっと可愛らしいパッケージというか比較っぽいんですけれども 中身ももちろん保湿に特化しているんですけれども使っているシートがちゃんと敏感肌 用の方向けだったりとか敏感肌の方に向けてのテストをきちっとしてたりとか それでいて確かこれもね成分だったんですよね そういった意味では毎日安心して使えるものなのかなというふうに思います もちろん中身としても中身も至って普通なんですが逆に言うと毎日使っていきたいっていう方にはいいん じゃないかなと思ってこれもちょっとね あのおまけでご紹介しました では早速一つ目はこちらですアンレーベル Vシートマスクです こちらも きちっと後ろにですね吸い付くようなフィット感 高密着シート便利で採用というふうに書いてあります 開けてみると結構ひたひたですねこんな感じでひたひたっとあるんですけれども こんな感じの シートマスクになっています確かに毛羽立ちは本当に少なそうな感じですね 密着度は結構しっかりこれが端っこなんですけど密着するとどこからがシートマスク でどこからが私の肌かわかんないこれぐらいしっかり 密着してくれていますねちょっと貼っただけですごい ツヤツヤになっているのだからこれパッと見るとすごく薄いので本当にこれで補水 できてるのかなぁ給水ちゃんとされてるのって思うんですけどしっかりこの中に美容液が 入ってるなっていうのがわかります アンレーベルさんで美容液もとっても有名でその中でもこのビタミンC誘導体の美容 液がとても有名だと思うんですがこれはですね高有用性のビタミンC誘導体 ペルフロヘキシルデカンサーアスコルビルっていうものが入っていますこれ 有用性なので結構安定性が高いんですね 肌に浸透する率が結構高いそして持続的にしっかりと美白だったりとかメラニンの生成を抑制したり とか あともう一つ嬉しいのは私みたい少しテカリがちな人は皮脂の分泌をねコントロールするって いうこともあるのでちょっとテカリがちな人 だけれども水分もしっかり補給したいし美白も気になるっていう人にはとってもいいんじゃない というふうに思います 続いてはこちらクリアターン毛穴こまち テカリゲンジマスクですちょっと名前がすごい 光るゲンジならぬテカリゲンジでございますこちらにもですね 表面が凸凹しているコットン生まれのプレミアムな便利で使用というふうに書いて あります 柔らかな肌当たりで保水性や密着性が優れてますというふうに書いてあります 基本的にはベンディンセなので同じだとは思うんですけど結構これもたっぷり コットンとしては同じだと思うんですけど切れ込みとかがちょっと違うのかなぁでも 結構しっかりとこちらは同じ感じです こちらも結構薄でですけれども密着感が同じようにしっかりとある ものになっています そしてこのテカリゲンジの成分なんですが名前はちょっと面白いんですけど実力は かなりありそうですというのも安定型のレチノール誘導体 パルミチン酸レチノールが配合されていてパルミチン酸レチノールって通常の レチノールに比べれば赤みが出ることとかは少ないんですがこのパルミチン酸レチノール 自体が皮脂を少しコントロールしたりということもあります それでこの毛穴を抑えたりテカリを抑えたりということだと思うんですよね もう一つハマメリエキスもですねちょっと皮脂をコントロールするようなこともあったり インナードライになると結構テカリやすいというの皆さんご存知だと思うので 浸透型のヒアルロン酸も入りながら 角層に水分をしっかり入れながらプラス皮脂をコントロールするようなものを入れてるっていう感じ なのでしっかりと引き締めながら毛穴を目立たなくしながら 通常の水分を入れていくっていう感じになっているのでこれはね 女性もそうですけれども男性も結構おすすめなのかなというふうに思います 続いてはこちらクリアターン肌ふっくらアイゾーンマスクです こちらにもですね肌当たりの柔らかい便利ですよというふうに書いてあります こちらはさっきの2つと違ってちょっと小ぶりなんですよね こうやって目元に貼ったりとかあと口元ほうれい線のところに貼ったりとか部分使いができる シートマスクっていうことになりますこれも基本的には同じなんですけれども密着感が しっかりするね特に目元のところってシートマスクでも空いてたりするところ 多いじゃないですかだから二重使いもいいかなと思いました 目元やっといてからの上から別のものっていう感じでも目元ってシートマスクほどしたいんだ けれどもずれちゃうことが多いですかねこれかなりいいかなと思います 形状だけじゃなくて乾燥によるシワを目立たなくするっていうちゃんと高機能評価試験 済みなのでもちろんね乾燥によるものなんですけれども 目元のねちりめんジワとかそういったものにも効果あるよということもわかっているしこれにも レチノール誘導体パルミチン酸レチノール入ってるんですね パルミチン酸レチノールって皮脂を抑えるっていうところもあるんですがそれは あくまでも油が多い場所で目元っていうのはそんなに皮脂があるわけじゃないので逆にこれは 抗酸化だったりとか抗炎症作用の働きがありますから 紫外線とか乾燥でダメージがある目元をちょっとふっくらさせてそして乾燥による シワを改善してくれるという働きがあるんじゃないかなというふうに思います なのでさっきも言ったんですけれどもシートマスク全部するのはちょっとめんどくさいんだ けど目元だけとかシートマスクしてるんだけど目元が結構空いてってそこだけが気になって いるよっていう人にはいいのかなと思います では早速一つ目はこちらリハーバイブライトニングマスクです ここにね敏感肌向けって書いてあるんですけれどもちょっとねその辺も私の中で いろいろ解説していきたいと思います こちらのマスクの特徴はまず4種類のシカですねツボクサエキスが入っています ツボクサエキスっていうのは確かに抗炎症だったり 炎症鎮静させるのでそれで敏感肌向けって書いてあるのかなと思うんですけどちょっと気になったのが次のAHA成分なんですね これはリンゴ酸乳酸グリコール酸みたいな感じでちょっと角質を薄くするような感じ リンゴ酸乳酸とかはあれなんですが化粧品のピーリングあるじゃないですか ピーリングまではいかないんだけれども角質を柔らかくするよみたいなものが入っている なぁと思うんですね 敏感肌の人ってやっぱりこの角層のピーリング系っていうものはあんまり向いてないかなと 特にシートマスクにするときにはそんなに向いてないんじゃないかなと思うんですよ なんですがやっぱりこのAHAの角質を柔らかくする成分が入っているっていうことは透明感がアップすることになります やっぱりどうしても角質が厚くなるとですね新しい細胞が生まれ変わろうとすることができなくなるので くすみはもちろんなんですが皮膚のターンオーバーが低下することによって皮膚って細胞を作る間にですね セラミドといって肌の潤い成分を作りながらいくのでそういった意味で保湿もちょっと 難しくなるので透明感とかしっかりとね保湿感を出したいという時にはこのAHA 入ってすごくいいんじゃないかなとは思っています でもう一つはセラミドがしっかり3種類のセラミドが入っているのとプロポリスエキスだったら ハチミツのエキスも入っているんですね どこのプロポリスなのかどこのハチミツなのかというのがよくわかってないので絶対とは言え ないんですけれどもやっぱりハチミツにはですね抗炎症だったりとかあとはコラーゲン とかエラスチンを増やしたりするとか いろいろ臨床データも出てきているのですごくいいなと思います シカが入っていてセラミドが入っているから敏感肌向けっていう風になっているのかも 知れないんですけれども私的にはどちらかというとこのAHAが入っていてターンオーバーを促す透明感をアップする あともう一つビタミンCの誘導体も入ってるんですね これは美白とかではなく一応製品の抗酸化剤という風に書いてるんでそんなに 多くはないと思うのでなのでどちらかというと透明感ですね プラスアルファプロポリスだったりハチミツだったりセラミドの保湿感でちょっとくすみが気になるんだ けれども敏感肌っていうよりはどっちかっていうと保湿をしたい だけれども透明感も出したいっていうような方にいいのかなと まあしかもシカが入っているので紫外線が当たって炎症とかっていうのも抑えてくれるので そんなに敏感肌というよりは普通肌寄りのくすみケアをしたい人っていう方に向いてるん じゃないかなというふうに思います 続いてはこちらルルルンハイドラブイマスクです こちらはですねルルルンの中でもなんか毛穴の目立たない潤い水光肌にみたいな7種類の ビタミンしっかり入ってますみたいな感じなんですね どれどれって見てみたら確かにすごいんですよ 安定型レチノールパルミチン酸レチノールなんですがそれが入っている ビタミンB パンテノールそしてナイアシンアミドですよね あとボタニカルレチノールっていうこれはですね植物成分なんですけどレチノールと同じ ように ハリをアップさせたり、コラーゲンとかエラスチンを産生してくれるっていうものがあるんです けども それがバクチオールっていう成分なんですねこのバクチオールも入ってるんですよ なのでどっちかというとハリ感とか弾力を出すようなものなんじゃないかなと思います そこにまたビタミンCは3つ入ってるんですよ 通常のビタミンC誘導体のアスコルビルグルコシドって言ってメラニンが黒くなるのちょっと抑えて くれたりとかっていうような効果を期待できるもの もう一つ面白いのがちょっと長いんですけれども アスコルビルメチルカルボニールペンタペプチドー72ペプチドっていうビタミンCなんですがこれ何かっていうとビタミンCにペプチドをくっつけることによって 肌の奥まで浸透させるよっていうような ビタミンCのペプチド複合体みたいな感じに呼ばれることもあるんですがそういったものが入って いますもう一つがミリスチル3-グリセリルアスコルビン酸っていう 脂溶性のビタミンC誘導体って言ってあの有名なAPPS等ですよね水には 油にも溶けやすいペプチドを結合することで浸透というのとはまた別の基準で 浸透よくするっていうことになるのでこれも浸透型のビタミンC誘導体って言ってもいいんじゃないかなと思う ので通常のビタミンC誘導体だけじゃなくてちょっと特殊な浸透がより良いそして 持続するようなビタミンCもしっかり入っているので そういう意味では美白だったりこのビタミンCっていうのは少しね 皮脂のコントロールもするのでやっぱり毛穴系にはいいんじゃないかなと思います ポリソルベート80だったりとかトコフェロールだったりとかどちらかというとその 保湿系もしっかり入っていて まぁ売りはカミツレエキスとか茶葉エキスとかなんですがこちらに書いてあるように毛穴の目立たないというふうには書いてあるんですが毛穴の中でも詰まりっていうよりはたるみ毛穴ですねそういったものがいいんじゃないかなと。あとはちょっと皮脂が多いんだけれどもインナードライになるよみたいな皮脂がちょっとコントロールしながら水分を入れていきたいという人には結構いいシートマスクなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちらピュアレチビタエッセンスマスクです。黄色なのでさっきのあのルルルンと似てるんですけど違うものになりますやっぱりこれもビタミン系で毛穴系って書いてあるんですよね。なんで毛穴系はなんか黄色とかっていう法則があるみたいですね。ビタミンCの黄色みたいなイメージなんですかね。こちらもですねビタミンCの誘導体レチノール誘導体入ってますよみたいな感じ。確かに見た目だけじゃなくて中身も少し似ています。 ただレチノールの誘導体はパルミチン酸レチノールなのでそこは同じなんですけれども、プラスアルファビタミンCの誘導体これはAPPSさっきの入っていたものと似た同じような感じの両親媒性になっています。なんでより浸透力も高いし持続性も高いものになっています。プラスアルファ内屋シアミドが結構入ってるんですよ。多分配合量的には内屋シアミドがしっかり入っているのでどちらかというとそっちの透明感アップの方が期待できるのかなと思います。 あとはグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムだったりとかアラントインが入ってるんですよ。だから抗炎症をすごくしてくれるような感じなんですね。プラスアルファノンコメドジェニックだったりパッチテスト刺激済みだったりもして。こちらはどっちかというともちろん毛穴とかもそうなんですが今日も日焼けしちゃったよとヒリヒリとかしてるわけじゃないんだけれども今日ずっと炎天間にいたから表面じゃなくて肌の奥が慢性的な炎症に行くんじゃないかみたいな。日焼け後のヒリヒリ感があったらダメですよ。だけど日焼けしちゃって今日ちょっとこのままほっとくとシミになるかもみたいな感じの人にはめちゃくちゃいいんじゃないかなと思いますし。逆を言うと今日は外で外出する時間が長くて日差し当たっちゃうかもっていう人朝とかにするのはめちゃめちゃいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちらピュレアークリアエッセンスマスクです。さっきのレチビタエッセンスと同じブランドさんの成分違いっていう風になっていてこちらは乾燥くすみ張り艶ケアって書いてあるんですね。どういうものが入っているかっていうとこれにはちゃんとねナイアシナミドっていう風に書いてあるんですが多分全成分的から見て同じくらいの量で入ってるんじゃないかなというふうに思うんですよね。 プラスアルファここにはガラクトミセス培養液って書いてあります。ガラクトミセス培養液ってあの聞いたことあるって思う方はそうあのピテラもガラクトミセス培養液なんですね。もちろんピテラと同じではないです。ただやっぱりガラクトミセスって発酵性のものが入っていて発酵性のものっていうのはアミノ酸だったりとか多糖類だったりとか肌にすごく保湿だったりとかバリア機能を上げるような成分がしっかり入っているので。そこにやっぱりセラミドヒアルロン酸っていうこれも保湿ですよね。そういった成分ががっつり入っているので頭皮草もちょっと入っているんだけどそこまですごく多く入っている感じじゃないかなというふうに思います。 で実はこれねアルブチンだったりとかアラントインも入っているのでどちらかで炎症でシミができるのを抑えてくれるっていうこともあるのでこれこそナイアシナミドも入っているし保湿もしながら美白もできるみたいな感じなんじゃないかなと思うんですよね。 なんで美白とは有効成分の認証をとってないのでできないと思うんですがどちらかと言うとしっかりと保湿をしながらしっかりと美白ケアをしていく。今の時期もほんと紫外線も当たるしそれによって乾燥もするしみたいな時期にはめちゃめちゃぴったりなシートマスクなんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはこちらクリアターンベターダンスリーピング潤いマスクです。こちらね見てここにねまるで潤い爆弾とか8時間の集中ケアで8時間寝たような潤いみたいに書いてあるんですね。なのでめちゃめちゃこう潤いを押してるんですが本当に保湿保湿みたいな感じの成分がしっかり入っています。 ヒアルロン酸の5倍の保湿力があると言われるサクラン™っていうものが書いてあるんですが水仙地ののりっていうものから取れる成分の一つでここに書いている本当に保湿力がめちゃめちゃ高いっていうふうに言われているものになります。角質自体も柔らかくするしプラスアルファ水も引き込んでずっと離さないみたいなこともあるので浸透もありながら保湿力も高いよっていうものになるんですね。 そこに過水分化ヒアルロン酸ですよね。これがしっかり入っているだと白キクラゲ多糖体というのもですね水仙地のりみたいな感じにしっかりと保湿も多いんですよね。なのでもう水分を引っ張って引っ張ってずっとそこに留めておくみたいなことが多い方。だから水分維持能力っていうのが乾燥肌の人ってやっぱり低下してるんですよね。だからいくら膜を張っても維持する能力が低かったらどんどんどんどん蒸発していっちゃうので入れても入れても乾燥しちゃうという人は維持能力を高めるっていうことが必要なので。この引っ張っていてお水をねあの水分を入れても自分自身も留めるしそしてずっと引っ張っておくことができるこの3つを入れているっていうことは大きいと思います。 セラミドはもちろんなんですが阿弥陀さんが入ることによって細胞間脂質だったりそのうちの人とセラミドを作る能力がアップするので入ってきたお水を逃がさないということもそうなんですが自分自身で潤いを作っていくっていうこともしっかりできるものなのかなと思います。 でなんで8時間寝たようにかっていうとやっぱり水分不足ってもう本当に肌が乾燥するんですよね。肌が乾燥するとちょっとふけて見えるっていうことになるのでしっかりと8分だけでも水分をどんどん入れ込んで拡散に水をこうぎゅぎゅぎゅぎゅっと入れると8時間寝たと同じような感じの潤いですよっていうことはなんとなくわかるかなと思うので。超乾燥肌もしくはこう寝不足でちょっと顔色が悪いよとかあとは今の時期だったらやっぱり本当にエアコンとかの風でこう朝って乾燥したりするじゃないですかその起き抜けの朝のスキンケアの前に使うっていうのはめちゃめちゃいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 ザダーマベストVC100レチノールになります。実はね私は一番これが好きかなと思っていてメイクをする時にメイクの担当さんがシートマスクしてくれることがあるんですよ。その時にはこちらを使ってくれております。こちらはですね6種類の高濃度のビタミンCが配合っていう風に書いてあって3分でお手入れ完了って書いてあるのは多分ですけれども。めちゃめちゃ高濃度入っているからだと思います。浸透圧で高濃度入っているものっていうのは3分ですぐにパッと肌に入る仕組みになっているんですよ。 濃度が高いものは薄いもののところに行くっていうのがあるのでなのでめちゃめちゃ多く入っているんだろうなと思いますこちらはVCっていう風に書いてあるんですけれどもやっぱり一番多いのはナイアシナミドでしょうね。7%ナイアシナミドって書いてありますし全成分の一番上にも水DPGグリセリの次にナイアシナミドっていう風に書いてあるのでこれがまあメイン成分で次にガラクトミセス培養液。これはまあ透明感を出すようなものですね。次にパルミチン酸アスコルビルリン酸ナトリウムってAPPSが入っているのでこれぐらいの濃度入れてくるんだっていうのは確かに高濃度入っているんだろうなというふうに思います。 なのでまあ3分でしっかりと入れていけるっていうのはとっても素晴らしいなぁと思うんですね。あとはグリシンとかアラニン、セリン、バリン、プロリン、トレオニン、イソロイシンっていうアミノ酸系も入っているんですね。アミノ酸っていうのは肌の構成成分の一つなので肌の中土台をしっかりしてくれるっていうところもあるのでそこも素晴らしいなと思います。 ヒト型セラミドも3種類しっかり入ってるね。保湿っていう意味もとてもいいのかなと。一応ねレチノールって書いてあるのでパルミチン酸レチノールとレチノールの誘導体が入っていますなのでまあ純粋レチノールではないんですけどパルミチン酸レチノールっていうのはある程度肌に入れておくことで紫外線から守ってくれたりとかレチノールにお肌の中で変わってくれるのでそういった意味で私はパルミチン酸レチノールでいいんじゃないかなと思います。 あとで面白いのはバクチオールも入ってるんですね。植物成分のレチノールって言われているものなのでそこが入ってるのはいいかなというふうに思います。なので本当てんこ盛り。防腐剤が入っていないので私は開けたら早めに使い切るようにしていますなんかもったいないからって言ってやるよりは1日おきでもいいので毎日できるねお肌の人はやってもいいですし1日おきとか2日おきとかでパパッと使い切る方がいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてなんですがこちらクオリティファーストダーマレーザースペクターVCマックスマスクです。こちらから7枚になりますまあまあ重いですね。あとで全部のどれぐらいの容量なのかちょっと測ってみたいなと思うんですけど結構重いですね。さっきのやつが毛穴くすみを始め様々な悩みを全方位でケアを考えたシリーズの最高峰マスクって書いてあるのでこっちはですね毛穴ざらつきを始め様々な肌悩みに働きかけます。ざらつきが加わったぐらいで様々なは一緒ですね。 ただまあ見ていると結構に似てはいるんですけれどもさっきの黄色の方はナイアシナミドが7%だったんですがこっちのスーパー高濃度VC100のやつはのナイアシナミドが10%になっています。 面白いのはこっちがAPPSが一番最初に入ってたんですけれどもこっちはですね水DPGナイアシナミドグリセリその次アスコルビン酸っていうピュアなビタミンCがしっかりと入ってきてるんですよね。APPSどっちかというとハリ感とかなんですよ。なのでこっちの方はパルミチン酸レチノールとかバクチオールも入っているのでもちろん毛穴もそうなんですけどもハリ感も出していきたいということだと思うんですがこっちはもう毛穴ですね。 それを物語るように肌樹皮エキスっていうのも入ってるんですね。これもどちらかというと毛穴を引き締めるような成分も入っています。こちらにはね水溶性レチノールって言ってレチノールの誘導体なんですけれどもほぼほぼ肌に刺激がないようなレチノールも一応入ってはいるのでハリ感をそこで出してきてるのかなと。 でもやっぱり一番はアスコルビン酸ピュアなビタミンCをしっかり入れることによってキュッと毛穴を引き締めていく。あとナイアシナミドもこれぐらい高濃度入っていると皮脂が多い人を少しね抑制してくれるんですよ。ナイアシナミドってなのでナイアシナミドが10%も入っているとそういう引き締めということもすごくできるのでそういった意味では毛穴がめちゃめちゃ気になっていてざらつきとかも気になっているっていう人にはいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 ここにはやっぱりナノカプセル採用っていうふうに書いてあるんですよね。さっきのやつには書いてないのでこっちはめちゃめちゃ高濃度だと思うんですよ。高濃度のものを浸透圧でギュッと入れていく感じ。こっちはある程度もちろん高濃度でもあるんですけれども多重性のナノカプセルでもっと角層の奥まで浸透していくっていうような感じなんじゃないかなと思います。なのでより毛穴とかに行きたい人はこっちかなというふうに思います。 次にですねこちらクオリティファーストダーマレーザーVCホワイト100ですね。こっちはですねさっきの2つが毛穴とかハリ感なんですけど透明感くすみっていうふうに書いてあります。 エネルギーとともに気になる部分を集中ケアできるホワイトマスク肌にうるわたり透明感のある肌へ導きますって書いてあるんですけれどもやっぱり一番最初に書いてあるのはナイアシナミドなんですよね。次に来るのが今まではこっちがピュアビタミンCこっちがAPPSだったのに加えてこっちはサンオンエチルアスコルビン酸っていうビタミンCの誘導体が入っています。 透明感っていう意味はこれなんだろうなっていうふうに思います。というのもこのサンオンエチルアスコルビン酸っていうのはビタミンCにエチレンっていうものをくっつけているビタミンCの誘導体になるんですね。その他のビタミンCの誘導体と違ってそのまま肌に入った時にパッと美白の有効性を出すことができるっていうふうに言われているのが特徴で。なので速攻性がある美白ができるのがこのサンオンエチルアスコルビン酸なんですよ。 水溶性のビタミンCなんですけれども速攻性があるっていうものになるのでそれが一番多くビタミンCの中では入っているのでそれで透明感くすみっていうふうになっているんだと思います。 その他にもパルミチン酸アスコルビン酸ナトリウムっていうAPPSであるゆっくり行くものもアスコルビン酸、リン酸アスコルビルマグネシウムっていう4種類のビタミンCが入っているので速攻性もありながらゆっくりゆっくり入っていくようなビタミンCもあるのでこれがやっぱり透明感というものを打ち出している一番の要因なんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 こちらにもセラミドもヒト型セラミドが1種類か入っているので保湿感っていうのもしっかりと担保できるんじゃないかなと思います。なのでより速攻で透明感を出したいという人はこっちかもしれないですね。 クオリティーファーストダーマレーザースーパーNMF100です。これは最近いろ んなところでアンチエイジングの要だって書いてあるNMNっていうのが入っています。全成分では水、DPG、ナイアシンアミド、グリセリンでもちろんナイアシンアミドっていうのが一番ベースにメイン成分だと思うんですけど、その次にニコチン酸アミド、モノヌクレオチドっていうNMNが入っているんですよね。NMNって一応皮膚に塗るとアンチエイジング効果があってシミとかシワとかの老化を予防するみたいに書いてあるんですけど、あんまり実は基礎がよく分かっていないのが現実なんですよね。なんで肌に効くのかっていうのはあんまり正直分かってないです。 ただ一昨年か静岡大学の多分研究チームだったと思うんですけれども、その研究チームがこのNMNを酸性する乳酸菌が人のヒアルロン酸の産生を促進するっていうようなデータを出しているのは見たことがあるので、ただそれはNMNをそのまんま塗ったんじゃなくてそれを産生する乳酸菌っていうものだったと思うので、正直私はNMNを肌に塗ってどうこうっていうのはちょっとよく分かってないです。悪くはないと思うんですけれども、それが本当に果たして肌にどうなのかなっていうのは正直分かんないなっていうのは思います。 なのでこれはナイアシンアミドがベースにあってプラスセラミドとかも人型セラミドが入っているのでセラミドが補給できるよっていうやつかなと思うので、一番私の中ではこれを推しポイントっていうのはちょっと難しかったかなと思います。ごめんなさい。 最後ですねがこちらです。クオリティーファーストダーマレーザースーパーナイアシンアミドプラスアゼライン酸です。ここにリミテッドバージョンって書いてあるんですけれども、ドンキホーテの限定だったんですよ。去年の8月だったかなに出ていてでも一瞬で完売しちゃったらしくて、すいませんこれちょっと高額で買っちゃいました。この企画をやろうと思って、ただ2月にこのクオリティーファーストさんからアゼライン酸シリーズが出るって書いてあったので、多分これに似てるんじゃないかなっていう風な感じでちょっとこれを深掘りします。 こちらにはですねやっぱりなんといってもアゼライン酸ですよね。がしっかり入ってるっていうのがすごいです。アゼライン酸っていうのは皮脂の吸着を抑えたりとか毛穴の開きを抑えたりとか肌荒れとかの時にもすごくいいので、アゼライン酸をしっかり入っているシートマスクっていうのは私初めて見たのでそういう意味では本当に素晴らしいなと思います。一番機能性として多いのはナイアシンアミドですね。その次になぜかこれもニコチン酸アミドモノヌクレオチドっていうNMNが入ってるんだけど、多分この2つで一緒に出たからだと思うんですけどアゼライン酸入りのものには入ってるのかな。どうなんだろう。ちょっとその辺はわかんないですまだ。その次にアゼライン酸なので結構しっかり入ってるのかなっていう風に思います。 セラミドも入っているので、どちらかというと揺らいでる時には本当はシートマスク使ってほしくないんだけれども、揺らぐ前というか肌の土台をしっかりとさせたいなっていう時とナイアシンアミドも、多分これもしっかりとパーセンテージ的には入ってると思うので、どちらかというと私は毛穴も開いてるんだけれどもちょっと皮脂も出てるんだけれどもそれによって肌が揺らぎやすくなってる。痒みとかじゃないんだけど、なんか赤みとかが出てでもなんかニキビも出てて部分的には乾燥してるんだよねみたいなインナードライの人には、このナイアシンアミドとアゼライン酸のミックスっていうのはめちゃめちゃいい組み合わせだと思うのでそうしてほしいなと思うのは、別にこのNMNはいらないから2月のやつはナイアシンアミドとアゼライン酸がもう少し前の方にね合ってくれるといいのかなと思いますし、セラミドもヒト型セラミドが一種類だけなのできればヒト型セラミドはもうちょっと入ってほしいなっていう、これもう出来上がっちゃってると思うのででもそうだったらいいなっていう私のつぶやきでした。 まず一つ目がこちら、ルルルンのですねツヤ肌管理マスク肌荒れプラス皮脂対策というアイテムになります。ルルルンは化粧水タイプのシートマスクですね。なので毎日使ってもいいですよみたいなアイテムで化粧水をつけるのと同じような感じで使っていただきたいんですが、こちらにはポイントが2つあるんですよ。まず一つがアゼライン酸の誘導体というものが入っているということ。もう一つがですねマンデル酸というピーリング系のものが入っているというものになります。 まずアゼライン酸の誘導体なんですけれども、アゼライン酸最近流行ってますよね。例えば海外ではニキビ治療とかにも実はアゼライン酸というものは使ったりするんですね。日本では治療に使う認可が下りてないので私たちは自費で出したりすることがあるんですけれども、植物からできているというところもあって、そんなに刺激も少なくってかつ皮脂を抑制したりとかニキビの赤みを抑えたりとか、特にもう脂性肌の人には、ぴったりなアイテムなんですけれども、実はアゼライン酸というのは油に溶けやすい性質を持っているんですよ。だから結構アゼライン酸が入っているものってクリームだったり美容液でもちょっと濃厚だったりするんですよね。 でもさっきから言っているようにアゼライン酸ってニキビの治療に使われているとか皮脂を抑制したいというところなので、ベースの基材が油が多いとそれが負担になるというところもあるので、お水にも溶けやすいようにしたのがアゼライン酸の誘導体になります。こちらに入っているアゼライン酸の誘導体というのがアゼロイル・ジ・グリシンというアゼライン酸の誘導体になります。これはアゼライン酸にグリシンというものをくっつけているので、皮脂の抑制だったりとか高炎症だったりとかニキビの抑制みたいのもあるんですが、もう一つメラニンの産生を抑えるというところもあるんですね。 なのでニキビ跡みたいな茶色っぽくなったようなものだったりもアプローチしてくれるんじゃないかなというところがあります。なのでアゼライン酸の誘導体にすることによって化粧水タイプのシートマスクにしっかり入ることができるんじゃないかなと思うので、そういう意味では肌荒れとか皮脂対策という風に書いてあるので、皮脂テカ対策に水分をしっかり各層に入れつつアゼライン酸とかで皮脂の抑制というのは結構嬉しいんじゃないかなという風に思います。 もう一つがマンデル酸なんですね。このマンデル酸というのも皮脂が気になっている方には、すごくぴったりな成分になります。マンデル酸というのはマイルドAHAという風にも呼ばれています。なんでマイルドかというとですね、AHAというと例えばサリチル酸とかグリコール酸とかピーリング系のものをパッとイメージする方多いと思うんですが、そういったものに比べて分子量がすごく大きいんですね。どういうことかというとゆっくりゆっくり浸透していくというものになります。なので肌に急に浸透して負担をかけるというのはなくて余分な各層を少しずつ薄くしていくというような作用があるので、こういうシートマスクに入っているのは、とてもいいんじゃないかなと思いますし、ニキビの抗菌というものにもいいので、もちろんこれを使ったらニキビが治るというわけではないんですが、多分これ一番多いのはナイアシンアミドなので、ナイアシンアミド自体も高濃度で入っていると皮脂を抑制するとか肌荒れ防止というところもあるので、ナイアシンアミドとアゼライン酸の誘導体そしてマンデル酸というもので、よりお肌な肌荒れというものを抑えていってツヤ感だったりとかハリ感を出していくという、私みたいな脂性肌で水分は入れたいんだけれども余計な油分は入れたくないみたいな人には、すごくぴったりなアイテムになっております。 続いてはこちら、ザ・ブラックデイリーシートマスクになります。デイリーマスクと書いてあってどちらかというと美容成分はしっかり入っているんですが、テクスチャーとかはですね化粧水タイプによっているんじゃないかなと思います。説明書を読んでも普通だったら化粧水を塗ってから使ってくださいみたいにも書いてあるんですが、急いでる時は化粧水を省いてこれだけでもいいですっていう風に書いてあるってことは化粧水タイプになっているんじゃないかなという風に思います。 元々ファスっていうのは黒ゴマ発酵エキスっていうものが入っていてそのローションをシートマスクにしただけなのかなと思った。それだけって言ったら怒られるんですけどこちらにはですねもうエイジングケアに欠かせないものがすごいギュッと入っているんですよ。それがグルタチオンそしてビタミンCの誘導体ナリゲニンっていう成分になります。ファスは今回何にアプローチしているかっていうと炎症のもとである活性酸素をどれだけ抑えるかっていうところにフォーカスを置いているんですね。 私たちっていうのは生きてるだけで活性酸素が生み出されて活性酸素っていうのが肌に細かい炎症を起こしているので、どうにかしてこの活性酸素を抑えようというようなことをいろんなスキンケアでやるんですが、活性酸素って一言で言ってもいろんな種類の活性酸素があります。主なものはスーパーオキシドだったりとか過酸化水素、ヒドロキシラジカル、一重項酸素っていうものがあってだいたいこの4つを抑えればですね活性酸素って抑えられるって言われてるんですが、1つの成分で全部抑えるっていうことは実はなかなか難しくてこの4つの活性酸素を抑えるのが黒ゴマ発酵エキスだったりもするんですが、そこに発酵で得られるナリゲニンっていうものを入れてナリゲニン自体は元からあるんですけれどもすっごい少量でめちゃくちゃ高いんですよ。でも今回この発酵の技術でナリゲニンっていうものを多く作ることができたので一緒に入れることで活性酸素を抑えることによって肌の慢性炎症を抑えていこうということができるんですね。 究極のエイジングケアができるシートマスクなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。なので今までのシートマスクよりはもちろん高めなんですが、私ぐらいお姉さん世代で紫外線すごい当たるとかストレス多いっていうような方には、めちゃくちゃいいシートマスクなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today's video is a sheet mask roundup. Since I've introduced so many sheet masks before, this video lets you see them all at once, so please enjoy it until the end. Well, let me start with the first one right away, and I pulled out two, but I think maybe because this manufacturer went viral with this Vitamin C, they released it in various places. This is the Quality First Derma Laser VC100. I think I've mentioned this before. I think I made a deep dive video on it. Four types of Vitamin C are encapsulated in nanocapsules. The biggest point is what they call APPS, which is permeable to the skin. It combines the benefits of water-soluble Vitamin C and fat-soluble Vitamin C. Water-soluble acts quickly, and fat-soluble works gradually and penetrates deeply. They took the best of both worlds and included this penetrating APPS, and it also contains lipid agents for immediate effects and ascorbic acid. So of course, it contains both water-soluble and fat-soluble, and all types of Vitamin C are properly included. Then amazingly, a new one came out. I thought nothing better would come out, but surprise, this Super VC White Mask was created. I also couldn't understand the difference because it's also Vitamin C, but looking closely, this one says concentrated care, and the new one I found says white, fresh Vitamin C, and says concentrated white. So in terms of design, I thought this one is pore-focused and the other is more whitening. But honestly, the one I introduced earlier, not just pores, I think gives really good clarity. But what's the difference, I thought, so I looked at this one too, and it also contains 4 types of Vitamin C. The APPS I mentioned that penetrates into skin is included, and the APPS with high penetration is also included similarly. Also, Vitamin C itself is included, and B3 Vitamin, ascorbic acid magnesium, which is water-soluble Vitamin C is included. But in this concentrated white, they include a really powerful Vitamin C. That's 3-O ethyl ascorbic acid, commonly called VC ethyl. VC ethyl is said to penetrate quickly among various Vitamin C derivatives and penetrates for a long time, staying on the skin for a long time. So clinics also sell cosmetics with a certain percentage of VC ethyl. And it's properly included. So looking at all ingredients, after water and glycerin, niacinamide is included, which I might have mentioned before, but niacinamide isn't emphasized much here. That's also mysterious, but after niacinamide, they include this VC ethyl, 3-O ethyl ascorbic acid, so it should be the most abundant. So it has both quick-acting and lasting power, loaded with Vitamin C, plus additional niacinamide. So they keep Vitamin C on your skin for a long time. While this is also packed with Vitamin C, by concentrating it on the skin, it achieves whitening. And with additional niacinamide included, it's still loaded, which is what this white mask is like. Next is SABORY's Medicated Brightening Mask. This includes 2 types of Vitamin C. One is L-ascorbic acid, water-soluble. The other is VCIP, which is fat-soluble and is said to have longer penetration. And this also includes the bonus active ingredient tranexamic acid. Tranexamic acid both prevents skin irritation and has whitening effects, so it pairs really well with Vitamin C. So it suppresses inflammation while supporting Vitamin C's anti-oxidation, so it both prevents skin irritation and supports Vitamin C, which I think is a really good combination. Another interesting thing is it also contains palmitic acid retinol, or defensive retinol. So it has Vitamin A and C and Vitamin E tocopherol, really boosting your skin's anti-oxidation. So with strong UV coming this season, even when exposed to UV, it blocks inflammation, which I think is really significant. This is a sheet mask but it's supposedly all-in-one like toner, lotion, essence, cream, and pack, so you can finish with just this one. That's why it's SABORY, right? Yeah, that's right, exactly, so even on a tired day, if you just use this sheet mask and sleep, with palmitic acid retinol, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, collagen, hyaluronic acid, and tranexamic acid all included, I think you can use it pretty versatilely. I think it's pretty amazing. Next Vitamin C sheet mask is LULULUN Hydra V Mask. As it says, pores less noticeable with plenty of moisture for water-light skin. So not just whitening but also quite focused on pores. Strictly speaking, it's 2 types plus supporting Vitamin C peptides, so with Vitamin C, roughly speaking it's like 3 types. One Vitamin C is called ascorbyl glucoside, which is water-soluble Vitamin C that has been approved as a whitening active ingredient. Another thing is Vitamin C can be a bit drying for some people, so they attach glycerin to Vitamin C to create a moisturizing Vitamin C component. That's myristoyl ascorbic acid glyceryl. Another is Vitamin C peptide. By attaching peptide to Vitamin C, it improves penetration. So as Vitamin C derivatives, it's roughly 2 types, water-soluble Vitamin C and penetration-enhancing Vitamin C. This also contains Vitamin E and tocopherol, and it also contains palmitic acid retinol. So while emphasizing moisturizing, you'd think it has a similar structure, but this includes bakuchiol. You all know bakuchiol, right? It's a plant-derived ingredient that supposedly improves skin like retinol does for turnover, without the redness of retinol. It's written as botanical retinol, which is bakuchiol. One more thing, it also contains niacinamide, which is also more whitening but improves skin turnover and texture. So I personally think the Vitamin C is a bit weaker, though Vitamin C is properly included, but with additional palmitic acid retinol, niacinamide, and bakuchiol, it plumps the skin, applying Vitamin C for whitening while plumping the skin, which is probably the pore aspect. Alright, the first one is Hatomugi Beauty Mask. Maybe this is limited to Fine stores. But when I see this Hatomugi Beauty Mask around, it surprisingly contains various ingredients. First is placenta extract. It says domestic placenta extract here. You might not know what placenta does, but for skin it's actually a whitening ingredient. So by including placenta, it has whitening. And hatomugi extract, hatomugi has many types, and I'm not sure which hatomugi they use in the Hatomugi Beauty Mask, but hatomugi itself has the effect of soothing skin and moisturizing. So it's a moisturizing effect. Plus glucosyl ceramide, this ceramide itself is made from plants, so while human-type ceramide probably has slightly less moisturizing power, it's also included. Plus hyaluronic acid. With hyaluronic acid, it's a larger molecular weight, so rather than penetrating, it's hyaluronic acid that creates a membrane on the surface. So it's more about proper moisturizing, plus by getting water into the stratum corneum, it gives clarity, and with placenta extract included, it's expecting some whitening effect. About the contents, I quite like that it's not too sticky. Like this, rather than putting in essence, it's more like a mask that infuses water. So if you want to properly get water into your stratum corneum in the morning and brighten your skin, it's good, so it's fine to use it while doing morning chores. Rather than essence, it's really more of a toner that properly infuses like a lotion pack mask. Next is SABORY's Medicated Pita Mask WR. When I found this, I thought it was pretty amazing. Because it says medicated wrinkle improvement, right? That means it contains an active ingredient for wrinkle improvement. And what's included is niacinamide. And niacinamide is really excellent, which I think viewers of this video are already well aware of. It's both wrinkle improvement and whitening and also a skin irritation prevention ingredient, so rather than retinol or niacinamide, those other wrinkle improvement products that have slight irritation, you can properly use this too. And niacinamide itself also controls sebum a bit, so it's good for slightly oily skin types, and again, it promotes skin turnover and cellular renewal, so it's good for dry skin types. It's really a versatile player. Of course, sheet masks containing it are also sold by other companies, but get this—it's under 1,000 yen, I think it was about 770 yen. So in the under 1,000 yen price range with niacinamide properly included, and it says medicated so it's properly included as an active ingredient meaning the percentage is proper, that it includes this is really amazing. That's not all, it also includes Vitamin C, a water-soluble Vitamin C derivative. And one more thing, niacinamide is Vitamin B3, but other B vitamins like biotin and cyanocobalamin, vitamins that address skin oxidation are properly included. And of course it also contains collagen and hyaluronic acid, so not too extravagant, achieving wrinkle improvement and really as written here, high moisture, achieving that while somehow having a price-breaking sheet mask. This one unlike the placenta before has a bit more essence-like texture. Looking closely, you can see it looks a bit white inside, right? Rather than really infusing essence, it's really more like loaded essence, so some might feel it's a bit moisturizing or heavy in texture, but if you want to really focus on moisturizing it's good. And this sheet has quite a bit of stretch. Like this, so it's like it's the best mask. So morning is fine but it could also be used for nighttime special care, I think. Next is LULULUN Precious G. When you say sheet mask, LULULUN is really famous, but among them what I liked this time is this Precious Balance type sheet mask. And the Precious series itself is about the water and skin moisture, right? Your skin is made of water and oil. So just having a lot of oil won't work, and this formulation considers the balance of water and oil. They reproduced the oil balance of 22-year-old skin, which I found interesting, so it's a formula that considers water and oil balance. For moisturizing ingredients, it contains 3 types of human-type ceramides. These human-type ceramides, with liposomal delivery, meaning they're encapsulated in a lipid membrane to be easily absorbed by skin. So besides oil balance, with human-type ceramides really going deep into skin, I think it creates a plump feeling from inside rather than just surface moisture. And one more thing is the yeast-derived beta-glucan included, which helps restore your skin's barrier function. This is interesting too, I thought, because it contains something called acetyl hexapeptide-8. Acetyl hexapeptide-8 is famous for what reason? Well, it's kind of like pseudo-Botox, you know, it's said to give the skin firmness and such. It says this is a firming and radiance ingredient that provides firmness and radiance as if you've had a good night's sleep. Peptides, after all, on your skin itself, truly provide hydration and firmness and, you know, work in a way that resembles neurotransmitters. Quite a few peptides are being discovered these days, and one of them is this acetyl hexapeptide-8. So it provides hydration but also gives clear radiance and firmness, and it also strengthens the skin barrier somewhat. And I find this really appreciated because it's tested for stinging, you see. So when you use a sheet mask, if your skin gets a little shaky, or if you have sensitive skin, you can use it with peace of mind because these tests have been done. This is a sheet mask that really incorporates a toner. Ceramides are in it. Perhaps because they're in capsule form, the texture isn't that sticky. It's like a toner is incorporated, but in a short time it really boosts skin brightness. The sheet is quite thick on this one too. And here as well, it stretches quite firmly. The feel on the skin is really nice, so you can see it's made with a lot of thought. So for me, I'd want to use this seriously while I'm doing my hair in the morning or such times to bring out my skin's radiance and clarity. What I found good about this one was the concept more than the ingredients. Here it is, Clear Turn's bare skin. I found and purchased this when I went to @cosme when they were celebrating their 700,000 person milestone. To be honest, the contents itself are pretty standard. Standard doesn't mean bad though. It has proper moisturizing, with moisturizing ingredients like PPG-10 methylglucose and glycerin, really typical moisturizing ingredients. It also includes sage extract or plum extract to help balance the skin environment, but basically the concept is to moisturize well. So honestly, rather than the contents being exceptionally amazing, I thought the sheet they use is pretty amazing. What they use is a non-woven sheet, and this is actually used in higher-end sheet masks like Minon. People with sensitive skin can get itchy depending on the material, right? It has a structure to prevent such things. And it has a slight texture, and because of this texture, it keeps the beauty serum inside and holds it in place. Plus, it's tested for patch tests, allergy tests, stinging tests, and continuous use tests for people who identify as having sensitive skin. They really do a lot of testing specifically tailored to sensitive skin. So even though it has a kind of cute package, the contents of course are focused on moisturizing, but the sheet they use is really meant for sensitive skin or undergoes proper testing for sensitive skin. And this also has good ingredients, so in that sense, I think it's something you can use safely every day. Of course the contents are pretty standard, but conversely, if you want to use it daily, I think it's good. So I introduced this as a bonus as well. So the first one is this: UNLABEL V Sheet Mask. This also has written on it that it has a clinging fit on the back. High adhesion sheet non-woven adopted. When you open it, it's quite saturated like this, and it's this kind of sheet mask. Certainly there doesn't seem to be much fraying at all. The adhesion is quite firm. This is the edge, but when it adheres, you can't tell where the sheet mask ends and where my skin begins—it adheres that firmly. Just putting it on and it's already so glossy. At first glance it's so thin that you wonder if it can really replenish water, if it's really absorbing properly, but you can definitely tell there's beauty serum in there. UNLABEL's serums are very famous, and among them I think the vitamin C derivative serum is especially famous. This one has a highly bioavailable vitamin C derivative called perflohexyl decanesorbic acid. Since it's bioavailable, it has pretty high stability. It penetrates the skin at a pretty high rate and continuously provides whitening effects and suppresses melanin production. Another nice thing is that for people like me who are a bit oily, it also helps control sebum secretion. So for someone who tends to be oily but wants to properly hydrate and is concerned about whitening, I think this is really good. Next, here's Clear Turn Pore Komachi Tekarigen Mask. The name is quite something—shining Genji rather than tekarigen! This also says the surface has a textured cotton-born premium non-woven used. It says soft skin feel with excellent water retention and adhesion. Basically since it's non-woven, I think it's the same, but it seems quite thick. As a cotton-based non-woven it's the same I think, but maybe the slits or something are different? But it's quite firm like the other one too. This also seems quite thin but has strong adhesion just like the other. And about the tekarigen ingredients, the name is a bit funny, but the actual performance seems quite strong. It contains a stable retinol derivative, retinyl palmitate. Retinyl palmitate causes less redness compared to regular retinol, but retinyl palmitate itself also controls sebum somewhat. And that's for suppressing pores and reducing oiliness, I think. Also witch hazel extract helps control sebum somewhat. And since everyone knows that dehydration tends to increase oiliness, it includes hydrating hyaluronic acid that penetrates into the stratum corneum while controlling sebum. So it firms while making pores less noticeable while hydrating normally. I think this is recommended not just for women but also for men. Next is this: Clear Turn Plump Eye Zone Mask. This also says it has a soft, gentle non-woven. This is a bit smaller than the previous two. You can apply it to the eye area like this or around the mouth and nasolabial folds—it's a sheet mask for spot treatment. This is basically the same but the adhesion is really firm. Especially around the eyes, sheet masks often don't adhere properly there. So double application might be good. After applying to the eyes, applying something else on top—that kind of thing. The eye area is where you want sheet mask treatment but it often shifts. I thought this is pretty good. Not just the shape, but it has proper high-efficacy evaluation testing that dullness from dehydration becomes less noticeable. Of course it's about dehydration-related concerns, but fine wrinkles around the eyes and such are known to benefit from it too. And this also contains a retinol derivative, retinyl palmitate. Retinyl palmitate has the effect of suppressing sebum, but that's specifically in areas with more oil. The eye area doesn't have that much sebum, so on the contrary, this has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. So it plumps the eye area that's been damaged by UV and dryness and improves wrinkles from dehydration. So as I said before, if doing a full sheet mask is bothersome, or you're already using a sheet mask but the eye area doesn't adhere well and that's your only concern, I think this is good. So first up is Reherbuy Brightening Mask. It says here it's for sensitive skin, but I do want to explain various things about that myself. The characteristic of this mask first is it contains 4 types of cica—centella asiatica extract is in it. Centella asiatica extract is known for anti-inflammatory and calming inflammation, so maybe that's why it says it's for sensitive skin. But what caught my attention is the next AHA ingredient. These are like lactic acid, glycolic acid, and such—they soften the stratum corneum a bit. Lactic acid and such are chemical peeling-type things, right? It doesn't go as far as peeling but it's like it softens the cuticle. I think there's something in it like that. People with sensitive skin probably aren't that suited to chemical exfoliation of the stratum corneum. Especially with sheet masks, I don't think it's that suited. But the fact that this AHA that softens the cuticle is included means radiance will increase. If the stratum corneum gets too thick, new cells can't regenerate, so of course there's dullness, but as the skin's turnover decreases, while making cells, ceramides are produced that create skin's moisturizing components, so moisturizing becomes a bit difficult. So when you want to bring out clarity and good moisturizing feel, having this AHA is really good I think. And another thing is that 3 types of ceramides are firmly included, plus propolis extract and honey extract are in it too. I don't know exactly which propolis or which honey, so I can't say for certain. But honey really does have anti-inflammatory effects and increases collagen and elastin production and such. Various clinical data are coming out, so I think it's really good. Maybe it says it's for sensitive skin because cica is included and ceramides are included. But personally, I think the AHA that promotes turnover and boosts radiance is more the point. And another vitamin C derivative is included too. It's not for whitening exactly, but it says it's an antioxidant in the product, so I don't think there's much. So it's more about radiance really. Plus the moisturizing feel from propolis, honey, and ceramides. If you're a bit concerned about dullness but rather than sensitive skin, you want to moisturize and also want radiance, I think that's who this is good for. And since cica is included, it suppresses inflammation from UV exposure too. So rather than really sensitive skin, I think it suits people who want dullness care more toward normal skin. Next is Lululun Hydra B Mask. This is in the Lululun line, something like non-visible pores, plump, water-glow skin, with 7 types of vitamins firmly included, that kind of thing. Let me check it out—it's certainly amazing. Stable retinol, retinyl palmitate is included. Vitamin B, panthenol, and niacinamide, right? And botanical retinol—this is a plant-based ingredient, but like retinol it increases firmness and produces collagen and elastin. That's the ingredient called bakuchiol. This is included too. So I think it's more for providing firmness and elasticity. And there are 3 types of vitamin C in it too. Regular vitamin C derivative ascorbyl glucoside—it suppresses melanin blackening and such, that kind of effect you can expect. Another interesting one is quite long—ascorbyl methyl carbonyl pentapeptide-72 peptide—it's a vitamin C. What this is is by attaching a peptide to vitamin C, it penetrates deep into the skin—it's sometimes called a vitamin C peptide complex or such, so it contains things like that. Another is myristyl 3-glyceryl ascorbic acid—a fat-soluble vitamin C derivative, like the famous APPS, right? Being soluble in both water and oil, bonding peptides makes it penetrate well by a different standard, so this too could be called a penetrating vitamin C derivative. So rather than just regular vitamin C derivative, with special better penetration and sustained vitamin C firmly included. In that sense for whitening and vitamin C also controls sebum a bit, so I think it's good for pore-related concerns. Polysorbate 80 and tocopherol and such tend to include solid moisturizing ingredients. Well, the appeal is chamomile extract and tea leaf extract, but as written here, it says pores are less noticeable. However, among pore concerns, rather than clogged pores, I think it's sagging pores. And then, if you have a bit of excess sebum but tend toward inner dryness and want to control oil while adding moisture, this is quite a good sheet mask, I think. Next up is Pure Retivita Essence Mask. It's yellow like that Lululun from earlier, but it's a different product. This is also vitamin-based and says pore-targeted, so there seems to be a rule where pore-targeted products are yellow. It's probably like the yellow of vitamin C. This also contains vitamin C derivatives and retinol derivatives. Indeed, not just visually but the contents are somewhat similar too. The retinol derivative is retinyl palmitate, so that's the same, but additionally, it has vitamin C derivative—this is APPS, similar to what was in the previous one with similar water-binding properties. So it has even better penetration and longer-lasting effects. Plus, it contains quite a bit of niacinamide. I think based on the amount, niacinamide is really well-included, so rather than the vitamin C, I think you can expect more brightness enhancement. Then it has dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and allantoin, so it's very anti-inflammatory. Plus it's non-comedogenic and patch-test irritancy-tested. This one, while of course addressing pores and such, is rather suited for when you've gotten sunburned today—not with stinging exactly, but when you've been in intense sun all day and there might be chronic inflammation deep in your skin rather than on the surface. If you have post-sun stinging, that's not good. But if you've gotten sunburned and think leaving it as is might cause spots, I think this is perfect. Conversely, for people who'll be outside for a long time and might get sun exposure, I think using it in the morning is great. Next is Pure Clear Essence Mask. This is from the same brand as the Retivita Essence, just with different ingredients. This says it addresses dryness, dullness, firmness and radiance. What's in it is that it has niacinamide clearly written, and I think based on all ingredients it's included in similar amounts. Plus, it has Galactomyces ferment filtrate written here. For those who've heard of Galactomyces ferment filtrate, yes, Pitera is also Galactomyces ferment filtrate. Of course it's not the same as Pitera. But Galactomyces is a fermented ingredient, and fermented ingredients contain amino acids and polysaccharides, so they have components that really boost skin moisture and barrier function. Combined with ceramide and hyaluronic acid—which are also moisturizing—these ingredients are packed in, so while there's a bit of beet extract, it doesn't seem to be in huge amounts. Interestingly, it also has arbutin and allantoin, so it suppresses both inflammation and spot formation. So this one has niacinamide and provides both moisturization and skin brightening effects. While it doesn't have official whitening efficacy certification, it really provides solid moisturization along with skin brightening care. This season with UV exposure and resulting dryness, I think this is a perfect sheet mask. Next is Clear Turn Better Dance Sleeping Moisture Mask. Looking at this, it says "moisture bomb" and "8-hour intensive care with the moisture of sleeping for 8 hours." So it really emphasizes moisture, and indeed the moisturizing ingredients are well-included. It mentions Sakuran™ which is said to have 5 times the moisturizing power of hyaluronic acid. This is extracted from red algae and is said to have tremendously high moisturizing power. It softens the stratum corneum and draws in water while holding it there, so there's penetration plus high moisture retention. Combined with cross-linked hyaluronic acid—which is well-included—and white fungus polysaccharides, which like red algae provide strong moisturization. So for people who tend to have moisture drawn and pulled away constantly, water-retention ability tends to be low in dry skin. So even if you apply a mask, if retention ability is low, moisture just evaporates, so even adding more moisture doesn't help. For people like this who experience continuing dryness, improving retention ability is necessary. The fact that it pulls and holds water, both retaining moisture that enters and continuously holding it, plus the ability to create moisture internally—having these three is significant. Of course there's ceramide, but adding panthenol boosts skin's ability to create interstices and ceramides, so not only does it prevent loss of entering water, it also actively generates moisture. The "8 hours of sleep" messaging comes from how moisture deficiency really dries skin. When skin is dry, it looks flaky. So by thoroughly adding moisture for even 8 minutes, pressing water deep into the stratum corneum, you get equivalent moisture to 8 hours of sleep. So I think this is ideal for very dry skin, or when you're sleep-deprived and look poorly, or this season when AC drying affects you in the morning. Using it before morning skincare is great. There's Za The Derma Best VC100 Retinol. Actually, I think I like this one best. When I do makeup, my makeup artist sometimes puts on a sheet mask, and they use this one. This is formulated with 6 types of high-concentration vitamin C, and it says 3-minute care completion, probably because it has really high concentrations. High-concentration ingredients penetrate skin rapidly in 3 minutes via osmotic pressure. Since high concentrations move to low-concentration areas, it must contain a lot. It's labeled VC, but the most abundant ingredient is probably niacinamide. It says 7% niacinamide, and in the ingredient list it's listed right after water, DPG, and glycerin, so this is the main component. Next is Galactomyces ferment filtrate, which adds brightness. Then sodium ascorbyl phosphate (APPS) is included, so having this concentration suggests high overall concentration. So being able to absorb everything in 3 minutes is wonderful. It also contains amino acids like glycine, alanine, serine, valine, proline, threonine, and isoleucine. Amino acids are components of skin structure, so they strengthen skin's foundation. There are also 3 types of human-type ceramides, which provide excellent moisturization. It lists retinol, so retinyl palmitate and retinol derivatives are included. While not pure retinol, retinyl palmitate protects from UV when applied to skin and converts to retinol in skin, so I think retinyl palmitate is fine. Interestingly, it also contains bakuchiol, which is called plant-derived retinol, so that's great. So it's truly packed. Since it contains no preservatives, I use it up quickly after opening. Rather than keeping it for later, I'd suggest using it every other day or every few days to use it up quickly. Next is Quality First Dermalaser Specter VC Max Mask. From here it's 7 sheets—pretty heavy. I'd like to measure the capacity of all of them later, but it's quite heavy. The previous one was described as the flagship mask of a series addressing pores and dullness with comprehensive care, so this one targets pore roughness and various skin concerns. It's basically the same as before with roughness added. Though they're quite similar, the yellow one had 7% niacinamide, but this Super High-Concentration VC100 has 10% niacinamide. Interestingly, the yellow one had APPS first, but this one has water, DPG, niacinamide, glycerin, then pure ascorbic acid (vitamin C) entering. APPS is more of a firmness-booster. So this one with retinyl palmitate and bakuchiol also targets firmness of course, but this one really focuses on pores. Accordingly, it includes skin bark extract, which has pore-tightening components. It has water-soluble retinol, a retinol derivative that's basically non-irritating. So firmness comes from there too. But really, the main thing is pure ascorbic acid vitamin C tightening pores. Niacinamide at this high concentration also slightly suppresses sebum in oily-prone people. With 10% niacinamide, tightening effects are strong, so for people very concerned about pores and roughness, I think this is good. It notably says "nanocapsule technology." Since the previous didn't mention this, this is probably much higher concentration. High-concentration via osmotic pressure enters firmly. This one is also high-concentration but with multi-lamellar nanocapsules penetrating deeper into the stratum corneum. So for people who really want to target pores, this one seems better. Next is Quality First Dermalaser VC White 100. While the previous two targeted pores and firmness, this targets brightness and dullness. It says "concentrate care for problem areas with the white mask, guiding skin to luminous clarity." The first-listed ingredient is definitely niacinamide. Previously we had pure vitamin C here and APPS there, but here we have sodium ethylascorbyl ether—a vitamin C derivative. I think this brightness comes from this. This sodium ethylascorbyl ether is vitamin C with ethylene attached, and unlike other vitamin C derivatives, it can immediately show whitening efficacy when absorbed. That's its feature—this type provides fast-acting brightening. It's water-soluble vitamin C with fast-acting properties, so having the most of this vitamin C type explains the brightness and dullness targeting. It also has sodium ascorbyl phosphate (APPS, the slow-acting type), and ascorbic acid and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate—4 types of vitamin C total. So with fast-acting types and slow-absorbing types both present, this is likely the main brightness driver. It also has human-type ceramide for solid moisturization benefits. So for those wanting faster brightness results, this might be the one. Quality First Dermalaser Super NMF 100. This is recent... And NMN, which is written as the key to anti-aging, is included. In terms of all ingredients, water, DPG, niacinamide, and glycerin, of course niacinamide is probably the main ingredient at the base, but next nicotinamide, mononucleotide, which is NMN, is included. NMN, when applied to the skin, supposedly has anti-aging effects and prevents aging like spots and wrinkles, but honestly, the basic science isn't well understood. I honestly don't know why it works on the skin. But I heard that a research team from Shizuoka University, maybe about two years ago, published data showing that lactic acid bacteria that produce NMN promote hyaluronic acid production in humans. However, I think they didn't just apply NMN directly but rather used lactic acid bacteria that produce it. So honestly, I don't really understand how applying NMN to the skin works. I don't think it's bad, but I honestly can't say whether it's really effective for the skin. So this has niacinamide as its base, and it also contains human-type ceramides, so I think it's the type that replenishes ceramides. In my opinion, it was a bit difficult to highlight this as my recommended point. I apologize. Finally, we have this one. Quality First Derma Laser Super Niacinamide Plus Azelaic Acid. It says Limited Version here, and it was a Donki Hote exclusive. I think it came out last August, but it sold out instantly. I bought it at quite a high price. Because I wanted to do this project. However, Quality First will be releasing an Azelaic Acid series in February, so I think it might be similar. Let me dive deeper into this. What's really impressive about this is, of course, azelaic acid is solidly included. Azelaic acid suppresses sebum adhesion, reduces pore opening, and is great for skin irritation too. So I was shocked to see a sheet mask with solid azelaic acid content for the first time. In that sense, I think it's really wonderful. The highest functional ingredient is niacinamide. Next, strangely, this also has nicotinamide mononucleotide, which is NMN. I think they probably came out together in a set, but I'm not sure if azelaic acid products have it. I don't know yet. Then azelaic acid, so I think it's included pretty solidly. Ceramides are also included, so honestly, I don't really recommend using sheet masks when your skin is sensitive. Rather, it's for when your skin barrier is unstable before becoming reactive, and you want to solidify your skin's foundation. And niacinamide too, I think this is also included at decent percentages. So in my opinion, if your pores are open and you're producing some sebum, and because of that your skin becomes easily reactive—not itchy, but there's some redness, and you're also getting breakouts, but some areas are dry—in other words, if you have combination/dehydrated skin, this mix of niacinamide and azelaic acid is a really great combination. So what I wish is that this NMN weren't necessary. I hope the February version has niacinamide and azelaic acid positioned higher up. And the ceramides are only one type of human-type ceramide, so ideally I'd want a bit more human-type ceramides. But I think this is already finalized, so this is just my wish. First is this one. Lululun's Glossy Skin Management Mask Skin Irritation Plus Sebum Control product. Lululun is a lotion-type sheet mask, so you can use it every day. It's the kind of product where you're meant to use it like applying toner. And this has two key points. First, it contains an azelaic acid derivative. Second, it contains mandelic acid, which is a peeling ingredient. First, about the azelaic acid derivative. Azelaic acid has been trending recently, right? For example, overseas, azelaic acid is actually used for acne treatment. In Japan, medical approval for treatment use hasn't been granted, so we sometimes purchase it at our own expense. But since it comes from plants, it has low irritation, and it suppresses sebum and reduces acne redness. It's perfect for oily skin types. But actually, azelaic acid has a property of being oil-soluble. So most products containing azelaic acid like creams or enriched serums tend to be heavy. But as I've been saying, azelaic acid is used in acne treatment and sebum suppression, so if the base formula is oil-rich, that becomes a burden. So they made it soluble in water too, creating an azelaic acid derivative. The azelaic acid derivative in this is called Azeloyldiaglycin, which is an azelaic acid derivative. By attaching glycine to azelaic acid, it provides sebum suppression, anti-inflammation, and acne suppression. But it also suppresses melanin production. So it might also help with acne scars that have turned brownish. By converting it to an azelaic acid derivative, it can be properly incorporated into lotion-type sheet masks. So in that sense, since it says skin irritation and sebum control, providing water to dehydrated oily skin while also suppressing sebum with azelaic acid is really nice. The other key ingredient is mandelic acid. Mandelic acid is also a perfect ingredient for those concerned about sebum. Mandelic acid is also called Mild AHA. Why mild? Because when people hear AHA, they usually think of salicylic acid or glycolic acid peeling agents. But compared to those, mandelic acid has a much larger molecular size. This means it penetrates slowly. So rather than penetrating the skin suddenly and causing stress, it gradually thins excess stratum corneum. So having this in a sheet mask is really good. It's also great for acne's antibacterial properties. Of course, using this won't cure acne, but I think niacinamide is the most abundant ingredient here. Niacinamide at high concentration also suppresses sebum and prevents skin irritation. So niacinamide, the azelaic acid derivative, and mandelic acid together suppress problematic skin irritation and bring out glossiness and firmness. For someone like me with oily skin who wants hydration but not extra oils, this is a perfect product. Next is this. The Black Daily Sheet Mask. It says Daily Mask and the beauty ingredients are solid, but the texture is more lotion-type oriented. The instructions even say normally apply toner first, but if you're in a hurry, you can skip the toner and just use this. So I think this is lotion-type. The original Fas contains black sesame fermentation extract. I thought they just made lotion from that into a sheet mask—though saying "just" might upset someone. But this one has anti-aging essentials packed tightly. That's glutathione, vitamin C derivatives, and naringenin. I think that's really amazing. First, glutathione mainly supports vitamin C rather than being effective on its own. So having three types of vitamin C plus glutathione brings out white jade skincare whitening. W377 is also in this, which is a whitening ingredient. W377 was created based on polyphenols derived from European red pine. Since it's a polyphenol with strong antioxidant action, it suppresses melanin production. It's used by brands like SeeeLabo and Tuvelure—it's an edgy ingredient not commonly used. There are various theories, but it's said to have whitening effects rivaling hydroquinone. But hydroquinone can cause irritation, while W377 doesn't, so you can use it safely. So by including W377, you get that translucent feeling. They also added niacinamide. With vitamin C, glutathione, and niacinamide—these three together keep reduction enzymes working in the skin, so the whitening effect keeps cycling. That alone would be amazing, but they added 10 types of peptides. There are peptides like this, but I think the image is that they maintain skin moisture. Most of the 10 types of peptides act on fibroblasts or increase firmness and radiance. First, there's something called Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, which is said to suppress inflammatory cytokines like IL-6 and reduce inflammation. Peptides that increase the synthesis of collagen and elastin. And second is Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, which involves an enzyme called MMP that breaks down collagen. This is a peptide said to inhibit that enzyme. It promotes collagen synthesis without breaking it down, creating a feeling of firmness. There's another one called Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, which acts on fibroblasts to promote collagen synthesis. And Hexacarboxydimethyl Dipeptide-12 is said to activate autophagy. Then there's Acetyl Dipeptide-1 Cetyl, Palmitoyl Peptide-1, which also acts on fibroblasts and is a peptide that increases firmness. And there's also this long one called Cinnamoyl Aminobenzyl Benzoyl Sulfonyl D-Seryl Homophenylalanine Amide, which is said to increase barrier function by inhibiting leukine esterase and plasmin, suppressing skin discomfort. And finally, Diacetyl Dipeptide Aminopropionyl Benzyl Amide, also called Botox-like, works by affecting the acetylcholine receptors involved in muscle movement during facial expressions, preventing wrinkles. Since it's found in expensive serums, I thought it was quite sophisticated. There's also attention to the sheet itself. What's interesting is that sheet masks don't always fit perfectly everywhere, but with unique cuts, they adhere perfectly. So Saborino has these carefully designed features. I also think there's a jasmine-like scent, so when used at night, it creates a relaxing aroma. Next is this one: Perfect One Focus VC Charge Smooth Mask. This is written as intensive care for pore concerns in 5 minutes. By the way, the previous one was charged in 3 minutes. Both also shouldn't be done for too long because it can damage skin barrier function, so I've done a video questioning whether sheet masks are really good, but I've mentioned several times that long periods are risky. So I really wanted it kept under 10 minutes, and I think it's great that Saborino is 3 minutes and Perfect One is 5 minutes. But it's not just that—the ingredients are also great. While Saborino is whitening, this one is pores as written on the back. After all, pores are chronically noticeable, right? The concept is to make them smaller with vitamins. What's in it? Water-soluble, fast-acting Vitamin C derivatives, APPS which is fat-soluble Vitamin C, and Niacinamide. Niacinamide itself suppresses sebum secretion somewhat, so it has the image of making pores smaller, approaching pores. And there's fat-soluble Tetrahexyldecanoic Acid Ascorbyl and other components, Bisglyceryl Ascorbic Acid, Oxidized Ascorbic Acid. They've nicely combined water-soluble, fat-soluble, and amphiphilic versions to include solid Vitamin C. Niacinamide is also included, and it has 10 types of Vitamin C. Normally, that alone would make a sheet mask work, but it also includes Azelaic Acid to suppress sebum and Glutathione to support Vitamin C. And what's really interesting is Glycyl Glycine. When there's excess sebum, it causes inflammation and prevents pores from becoming mortar-shaped—it has that suppressing ingredient. So it's not just using Vitamin C to shrink pores small, it also has ingredients to care for mortar-shaped pores. Just this feels like it would be effective on pores, right? But Perfect One not only adheres to the skin, it incorporates special technology to make it penetrate more. That's Ferulic Acid. Between cells, there are things called tight junctions that act like passages. When tight junctions relax, ingredients can enter. There's a technique using this called iontophoresis, so it relaxes tight junctions to get ingredients into the skin. For example, to boost penetration like iontophoresis, by including Ferulic Acid, it momentarily weakens tight junctions and promotes penetration. Isn't that amazing? So Ferulic Acid slightly loosens tight junctions and creates pathways for beauty ingredients. They include ingredients while using that, so Perfect One is incredibly sophisticated. The sheet is also interesting. It's super saturated but thin. The back side is pretty transparent, isn't it? Usually they don't show through much, but this one does quite a bit. It's thin but the fit is good. This is comfortable too and maintains moisture. The scent is nice—citrus. I thought it might not hold up because it's thin, but that's not the case at all. It fits quite well, and in 5 minutes, it gets active ingredients into the skin. So if you want pore care, please definitely check it out. Finally, these two: Sana Namerakahonpo Medicinal Wrinkle Essence Mask White and Sana Namerakahonpo Moist Essence Mask. Surprisingly, sheet masks are being released from Namerakahonpo. This one is for wrinkle improvement. This one is for moisture. Since the ingredients are different, I want to go through each one. This one can be done in 7 minutes. This is also under 10 minutes, which is great. So what's in this? The active ingredient is Niacinamide. For wrinkle improvement. There's also Pure Retinol and Allantoin, but what's really amazing is that Sana Namerakahonpo uses soy milk ferment liquid. It's a soy milk ferment liquid using Tamahomaire. This Tamahomaire is the key point. It uses a soybean called Tamahomaire, which contains isoflavones that work on cells to increase collagen and elastin. So while it wants to increase firmness with Niacinamide, as a unique ingredient, they include Tamahomaire soy milk ferment liquid with lots of soybeans to further increase firmness. That's the image for Wrinkle Essence White Mask. And then there's Moist Essence Mask. As moisturizing ingredients, there's Glycerol Glucoside, Panthenol, Ectoin, Glycyrrhizic Acid Dipotassium, and Allantoin, but this one uses domestically-grown Fukuyutaka soybean milk that's separated and refined to extract high-concentration soy milk isoflavones. The one they use here is different. Fukuyutaka contains a component called Malonyl Genistein that is said to work on the basal membrane.
