【プチプラ洗顔対決】ニベア vs センカ vs ビオレ、友利新が使うのはこの洗顔です！

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はプチプラでもう有名なこの2つですね、使うならどっちということでやっていきたいと思います。どちらも毛穴に対していいですよっていう訴求があるプチプラの代表的な洗顔だと思うんですが、私が使うならどっちっていう目線と、こういうタイプにはこの洗顔がいいですよということをお伝えしていますので、気になる方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。 では早速まずはこちら、センカ プレミアムパーフェクトウォッシュクリア。これはね、結構すごいなと思うんですよ。パーフェクトウォッシュ自体も皆さん使ったことない人多分いないぐらい本当にポピュラーだと思うんですよ、これの水色バージョン。センカっていうとミクロ泡って言って、本当にしっかりと泡が細かくて、この細かいミクロの泡を立てることによって毛穴の汚れを落としていきますよっていうコンセプトなんですよ。泡自体が細かいというところでしっかりと毛穴かなと思ったら、なんとこれ医薬部外品で、薬用成分何を入れているかっていうとサリチル酸を入れているんですね。プチプラでサリチル酸を入れているっていうのは結構レアなんじゃないかなと思います。 というのも、このサリチル酸っていうのは医療でも使うピーリング剤なんですが、ピーリング剤の中でも2種類あって、AHAっていうよくあるグリコール酸っていうものと、このサリチル酸が属しているBHAっていうものがあるんですが、AHAはどちらかというとお水に溶けやすいですね。こちらに入っているBHAの中のサリチル酸っていうのは油に溶けやすいんですよ。お顔に皮脂が多かったりとか角栓っていうのも油とタンパク質でできてますよね、そういったところに浸透しやすいんですね。プラスアルファはこのニキビの殺菌だったりっていうところにもなるので、皮脂が多い人に使うとか、ニキビが多い人に使うんだったら、同じピーリング剤の中でもやっぱりサリチル酸を使うっていうことは私たち皮膚科医の中では常識なんですよ。一方、グリコール酸とかはニキビもそうですけれども、くすみケア用になっていくので、本当にニキビとか黒ずみがすっごい気になるっていうと、やっぱりサリチル酸を使うんですよ。 そういうと、サリチル酸強いのかなって思うかもしれないんですが、サリチル酸自体は敏感肌の人にも大丈夫ですよっていうぐらい安心の酸になってくるので、角質ケア、くすみケア、ニキビ予防って書いてあるのは、薬用成分にサリチル酸が入っているからだなというふうに思います。洗浄剤は石鹸系の洗浄剤なんですね。石鹸系っていうとなんか肌にちょっと優しいイメージがあるんですが、どちらかというと洗浄力は中間からちょっとやや高めで、しっかりと皮脂を取っていくっていうような感じになります。ちゃんと角質ケアもするし、洗浄剤としてもしっかりとした洗浄剤があるので、ニキビが結構多いとか、皮脂テカだっていう人だったりとか、毛穴の黒ずみがめちゃくちゃ気になるっていう人にはかなり素晴らしい洗顔じゃないかなと思います。プラスアルファはミクロの泡で汚れも取ってくれますし、本当にふわふわの泡なので摩擦にもなりづらいかなと思います。 サリチル酸自体は敏感な人にも使えますし、パーセンテージはだいたいこういう化粧品に入っているので0.2%がマックスになるので、皮が剥けるとか赤くなるっていうところはないので、毎日使っても安心だとは思うんですが、念のため乾燥肌だよとかっていう人は毎日じゃなくて週に何回かっていう方がいいかなとは思いますし、だけれどもニキビがあるとか、ニキビ予防したいとか、毛穴の黒ずみが本当にあるとかっていう皮脂テカの人には、もう素晴らしいなと思います。だから私が今でこそニキビできなくなりましたけれども、学生の頃に出会いたかった洗顔かなというふうに思います。 続いてこちら、ニベア 2ウェイ美容洗顔なんですが、これはですね、洗顔にもなるんですけれども、洗顔フォームをそのまんまTゾーンとか顎とかざらつきが気になるところに塗ってパックのようにも使えるっていうところでかなりバズっている洗顔かなと思います。洗浄剤は石鹸系とアミノ酸系がどっちも入っているので、パーフェクトウォッシュに比べたら中間からやや優しい面になっています。こちらは薬用ではないので、どういうふうに毛穴の汚れをとっているかっていうとですね、クレイですね、泥の成分になります。ちょっとね出してみるとほんのり色がついていてちょっとグレーなんですよ。いわゆるクレイ成分が入っていることによってこの色がついていると思います。クレイっていうのは皮脂だったりを吸着してくれる、表面にあるものを吸ってくれるっていう感覚なんですよ。余分なものだけを吸着するので、乾燥肌だったりとかそこまで皮脂テカじゃない人っていうのにもクレイは優しく使えるアイテムになっています。 あと保湿の成分がしっかり入っているんですよね。例えばグリセリンだったりとかトレハロースだったりとか、ホホバ種子エキスだったりとか、洗顔をした後にキメが乱れてしまって毛穴が目立つっていう人にもちょっと寄り添っているのかなっていうふうには思います。ぶっちゃけこれはニキビが気になっているとか、毛穴に角栓がしっかり詰まっていてそれをしっかり取りたいっていう人にはもしかしたらちょっと物足りないのかなっていうふうに思っちゃうんですよね。ただ皮脂がすごく困っている人と、毛穴の中にもねすっごい皮脂テカの毛穴詰まりの人と、なんとなくくすみがあってなんとなく毛穴って言われたら気になるみたいな、両方いらっしゃると思うんですよ。なので皮脂テカの人でニキビが気になる人がこれを使うと、ちょっと物足りなくなってしまうし、泡立ちで使うというよりはTゾーンに乗せてパックとして使うっていう方がいいのかなというふうに思います。 ニベアといえば花王系なので、花王系のもので角栓を落としたいよって言うんだったら、私はこっちですね、ビオレの角栓崩壊洗顔技術、生クリーム泡って書いてあるこちらの方がより毛穴の角栓にはいいんじゃないかなと思います。これは花王しか持っていない角栓崩壊技術って言って、角栓を内側から溶かしていくトロメタミンっていう成分があるんですが、それがしっかり入っているんですね。トロメタミンっていうのはビオレの泡立たないおうちでエステシリーズにも入っているんですけれども、それだと泡立たないジェルタイプなので顔を洗った気がしないっていう人も結構いたんですよ。でもこれは泡で出てくるタイプになっています。泡のベースが石鹸系みたいにしっかりごっそり取るんではなくて、アミノ酸系のベースにトロメタミンが入っているんですよね。ベースは優しいんだけれども内側から角栓を崩壊していくっていうのが入っているので、こっちの方がより角栓っていう意味にはいいし、泡で出てくるので角栓が気になるところにちょっと泡パックみたいにするのもいいのかなとは思います。 この角栓崩壊技術が入っているの、デパコスにも入っているんですよ。例えばエストだったりとかルナソルだったりとかにも入っているんですが、全部なんかジェルタイプなんですよね。唯一これが泡で出てくるタイプなので、泡で洗った方が洗った感じがするっていう方もいるので、こっちの方が洗顔としてもすごく優秀なんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 まとめると、こちらのセンカ プレミアムパーフェクトウォッシュクリアの方は、本当にニキビに悩んでたりとか、毛穴の黒ずみに悩んでいる皮脂テカさんにはもう本当に素晴らしい洗顔だと思います。こちらニベアの方はですね、どちらかというとくすみとかニキビがすごいとか皮脂テカっていうよりは、ざらつきが気になるとかっていう人にはすごくいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。洗浄力もそこまで強くもないですし、保湿成分もしっかり入ってますから洗い上がりはさっぱりというよりはしっとりっていうようなイメージになります。ただ肌には優しいんだけど角栓はしっかり落としたいよって言うんだったら、ビオレの角栓崩壊技術の生クリーム泡、これを使って、洗浄剤としてはそこまで強くないんですけども角栓にピンポイントでアプローチできるような成分が入っているので、敏感肌だったりとか乾燥肌の人でも角栓にアプローチできるっていうのはとてもおすすめになりますので、角栓もアプローチしたいんだけどそこまで皮脂テカじゃないよっていうのだったら、こちらのビオレがいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。洗顔は本当に毎日使うものになるし、毛穴でもベースが皮脂テカでニキビができるような毛穴悩みの人なのか、くすみとか毛穴って言っても皮脂テカではないんですよっていう人なのか、使うアイテムが変わってくると思うので、ぜひ参考にしていただけると嬉しいです。 はい、ということで今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。このチャンネルではこのように化粧品の解説をしていますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。あと毎週火曜日にはですね、メンバーシップ限定のライブを配信しています。そこではですね、本当に最新情報だったりとか、そこでしか話せないようなことを話しておりますので、月額90円にはなりますけれども、ぜひメンバーシップも入っていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう、さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I want to compare these two famous drugstore products and discuss which one I would use. Both are representative affordable cleansers marketed as being good for pores, but I'll share which one I would personally choose and which type of skin each one is best suited for, so please watch until the end if you're interested. Let's start with the Senka Premium Perfect Wash Clear. This one is actually quite impressive. The original Perfect Wash is so popular that probably almost everyone has used it at some point, and this is the light blue version. Senka is known for its 'micro bubbles' concept, where the fine, dense foam helps remove dirt from pores. Just from the fine foam, I thought it would be good for pores, but surprisingly, this is a quasi-drug containing salicylic acid as its medicinal ingredient. It's quite rare for an affordable cleanser to contain salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is a peeling agent also used in medical settings. Among peeling agents, there are two main types: AHA, like the common glycolic acid, and BHA, to which salicylic acid belongs. AHA tends to be more water-soluble, while the salicylic acid (BHA) in this product is oil-soluble. Since facial sebum and comedones (blackheads/whiteheads) are made of oil and protein, it penetrates these areas easily. Additionally, it has antibacterial properties against acne, so if you want to use it for oily skin or frequent acne, using salicylic acid among peeling agents is common knowledge among us dermatologists. Glycolic acid, on the other hand, tends to be used more for dullness care as well as acne, so if you're really concerned about acne or blackheads, salicylic acid is the way to go. You might think salicylic acid sounds strong, but it's actually gentle enough to be safe even for sensitive skin, so when you see 'exfoliating care,' 'dullness care,' or 'acne prevention' written on a product, it's likely because of the salicylic acid as the medicinal ingredient. The cleansing agent is soap-based. Soap-based cleansers tend to give an impression of being gentle on the skin, but this one actually has a medium-to-slightly-high cleansing power, thoroughly removing sebum. Since it provides proper exfoliating care as well as strong cleansing power, I think this is an excellent cleanser for people with frequent acne, oily/shiny skin, or people really concerned about blackheads in their pores. Additionally, the micro bubbles help remove dirt, and since the foam is so fluffy, it's less likely to cause friction. Salicylic acid itself can be used even by sensitive skin types, and the concentration in these kinds of cosmetics is typically capped at around 0.2%, so there's no risk of peeling or redness, making it safe for daily use. However, just to be safe, if you have dry skin, I'd recommend using it a few times a week rather than daily. But if you have acne, want to prevent acne, or are really bothered by blackheads and oily skin, this is wonderful. I wish I had encountered this cleanser back when I was a student, even though I don't get acne anymore now. Next is the Nivea 2-Way Beauty Wash. This one can be used as a regular cleanser, but it's gone viral because you can also apply the foam directly onto areas like the T-zone or chin where roughness is a concern, and use it like a pack. The cleansing agents include both soap-based and amino acid-based components, so compared to Perfect Wash, it's on the gentler side, from medium to slightly gentle. This one is not medicated, so instead, it removes pore dirt using clay. When you dispense it, you can see it has a faint grayish tint, which comes from the clay ingredient. Clay works by adsorbing sebum and other substances on the skin's surface, absorbing only the excess, so it can be used gently even by people with dry skin or those who don't have particularly oily/shiny skin. It also contains solid moisturizing ingredients, such as glycerin, trehalose, and jojoba seed extract, which seems to cater to people whose skin texture becomes rough and pores become more noticeable after cleansing. Honestly, if you're really concerned about acne or want to thoroughly remove comedones clogging your pores, this might feel a bit insufficient. But I think there are two types of people: those who are really struggling with sebum and clogged, oily pores, and those who have some dullness and feel somewhat concerned about their pores in general. So if someone with oily skin and acne concerns uses this, it might feel lacking, and rather than using it as a regular lathering cleanser, I think it's better used as a mask applied to the T-zone. Since Nivea is part of the Kao group, if you want something from Kao that specifically targets comedones, I would recommend Biore's Comedone-Dissolving Cleansing Technology Whipped Cream Foam, which I think is better for pore/comedone concerns. This contains an ingredient called Tromethamine, a technology unique to Kao that dissolves comedones from the inside. Tromethamine is also found in Biore's non-foaming Home Esthetic series, but since that's a gel type that doesn't foam, many people felt like they weren't really washing their face. This product, however, comes out as foam. The base of the foam isn't soap-based, which would strip away everything thoroughly; instead, it's an amino-acid-based foam containing tromethamine. So while the base is gentle, it still breaks down comedones from within, making this better in terms of targeting comedones specifically, and since it comes out as foam, you could even use it like a foam pack on areas where you're concerned about comedones. This comedone-dissolving technology is also found in some department store cosmetics brands, like Est or Lunasol, but those are all gel types. This is the only one that comes out as foam, so for those who feel more satisfied washing with foam, I think this is an excellent cleanser as well. To summarize, the Senka Premium Perfect Wash Clear is truly wonderful for those struggling with acne or blackheads with oily/shiny skin. The Nivea one, on the other hand, is better suited for people who are more concerned about roughness rather than severe dullness, acne, or oily skin. Its cleansing power isn't that strong, and since it contains solid moisturizing ingredients, the finish tends to feel more moisturized than refreshing. However, if you want something gentle on the skin but still effective at removing comedones, I recommend Biore's Comedone-Dissolving Whipped Cream Foam. While its cleansing power isn't that strong, it contains ingredients that specifically target comedones, making it a great option even for sensitive or dry skin types who want to address comedones. So if you want to target comedones but don't have particularly oily/shiny skin, I think this Biore product would be a good choice. So, what did you think?
