【2月愛用品】女医友利新が今、お気に入りのスキンケアから食べ物まで全部紹介します✨️

みなさんこんにちは。友利新です。今日は2月出会ってよかったものです。 2月はスキンケアも新しいものが出たり、美白のものが出たりとか、メイクアップ用品もたくさん出ましたよね。新発売で深掘りしたものもあれば、そうじゃないもの、便利ものだったりとか、コンビニで見つけて箱買いしちゃったお菓子だったりとか、ご紹介していきますので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 スキンケアからなんですが、スキンケアは本当にたくさん出たんですが、性能的にも使い心地的にもと思ったのが、やっぱり資生堂のブランド、エリクシールですよね。化粧水と乳液が今回新しく出たんですが、ローションがめちゃくちゃいいなと思いました。深掘りもしたんですが、一般的に売るものでは初めて、4MSKとトラネキサム酸が一緒になっているんですよ。今まではナビジョンという医療機関向けのものには4MSKとトラネキサム酸が一緒になったシリーズはあったんですけれども、一般向けに売られるものはこれが初めて。プラスアルファでコラーゲンケア成分が入っているので、テクノロジー的にもいいなと思ってたんですね。ナビジョンは基底膜ケアなので、ふっくら感というよりは張り感という感じなんですが、今回のエリクシールはなんかね、みずみずしさとふっくら感が結構あるんですよね。久しぶりに速攻性を感じる化粧水だなと思いました。赤みが気になっているので、全体的にトーンをアップさせたいなと思ったので、3分の1くらいの量で使っています。 あとは美白だとクレ・ド・ポー ボーテなんですよね。今年は多分ベスコスもクレ・ド・ポー ボーテかコスメデコルテのものになるかなと思うんですが、エリクシールを使っているのでクレ・ド・ポー ボーテで同じシリーズでいきたいなと思って2月はこれを使っているんですが、4MSKが高濃度で入っているんですよね。高濃度で入れていても劣化させてしまっていたものをどうやって肌に入れるかというところになるので、毛穴も気になる方にも個人的にいいなと思っているんですよね。ただお値段が本当に可愛くないんですよね。そこだけかなと思うんですけど、テクノロジーとこの2つを合わせた時の透明感がすごくいいなと思ったので、最近のお気に入りでございます。 美容液はもう2つご紹介したいんですが、ライスフォースのリペアコンセントレーション。顔洗ってすぐつけるタイプで、ライスパワーナンバー11とライスパワーナンバー7が入っています。ライスパワーナンバー11はいつも言うんですけど、基底膜ではコラーゲンの産生を増やしてケアをして、表皮ではヒアルロン酸の産生とかなので、全体的にいいよっていうイメージ。首とかそういったところに使っております。ライスパワーナンバー7は油分が少ない人には油分を出させるっていうところになるので、ところどころ油が多いけど、ところどころ乾燥するっていう感じなので、使いやすいものかなと思います。顔洗ってすぐつけても、次の化粧品の浸透もよくしてくれるような感じで、邪魔をしないというか、結構使っています。 もう1つこれもソフィーナの角層シンクロチューナー。私は朝これを使って、夜こっちを使ってるっていう感じにしてます。C1、C2って書いてあって、同じシンクロチューナーなんですけれども、タイプがあります。どうやってやるかっていうと、私が以前CEATECっていうところで、花王さんのRNA技術の研究プロジェクトみたいなものを取材したときに、RNAの技術をご説明したと思うんですけど、RNA技術を使ったC1、C2モデルというものからできた美容液なんですよ。皮脂の中からRNAっていうものを抽出することを花王さんができてるんですね。RNAっていうのはDNAと違って、DNAはもともともう変わらない、私たちのコアな部分なんですが、RNAは状態によってどんどん変わるんですよ。常に指示書みたいなのが出てるのが、それがRNAで、油取り紙みたいなもので皮脂を取って、その皮脂の中からRNAを導出するっていうことを花王さんがしてるんですね。なので今の状態プラスアルファ、それに必要な指示が出てるっていうのが分かるんですよ。データを蓄積したらC1、C2っていうタイプに分かれていて、C1タイプ、C2タイプで両方出てるんですよ。どうやって分かるかっていうと、@cosmeで自分のスマホでそのアプリから写真を撮って、C1タイプなのかC2タイプなのか分かるんですよ。これが1ヶ月ごとにやっていくと蓄積されるんですね。肌年齢30何歳とかでテンション上がるんですけど、今あなたにはC2がいいですよとか、C1がいいですよって。私はずっと測っててまだずっとC2なんですよね。なのでC2タイプを使わせてもらっています。すごい良いのは、個包装になってるんですよ。旅行の時とかはこの個包装だから、飛行機なりにこれだけ持っていくってこともできるので結構楽かなと思ってます。いつか私がC1になる日が来るのか、毎月見ていきたいなと思っています。心なしかやっぱり整ってきているのか、肌も揺らぎにくいのかなというふうに思います。 最後にこれですね。ドクターKのABCGプレミアムクリームTAになります。今までもドクターKさんってクリーム出してたんですけれども、リニューアルしてトラネキサム酸がメインになってます。トラネキサム酸ってクリームに入れた方が高濃度入るのかなとは思うんですけれども、ビタミンA、B、Cをしっかりと配合して、肌の炎症があることによってエイジングが進むので、炎症を抑えてあげるっていうのがドクターKさんの考え方なので、ビタミンカクテルも入っている上にトラネキサム酸も入っているっていうイメージなんですね。トラネキサム酸って本当にバリア機能を整えてくれるし、美白もできるし、赤みを抑えてくれる効果が私は高いなと思っていて、私の肌はどちらかというと赤黒い感じの肌なんですが、このクリーム使ってからは赤さと茶色さが抑えられてきているイメージがあって、なんか肌がフラットになった感じがするんですよね。クリームって私もうずっと言ってますけど苦手なんですが、ドクターKさんって毛穴だったりニキビだったりの治療で有名な青山皮膚科の神山先生が作られたブランドなので、毛穴とかニキビとか要は私みたいな乾燥肌さんに寄り添ったブランドなんですよね。クリームも全然重たくなくて、むしろちゅるっとしたような後肌にしてくれるので、朝使ってメイクしてもいい意味で膜を張ってくれるような後肌になっているので、メイクのノリもめちゃくちゃいい気がするんですよね。クリームなんですけれども、私みたいな乾燥肌でもいいし、茶色だったり赤みだったりが気になる方にも引いていく。トラネキサム酸というものの相性が私にはいいのかなと思って、そのシリーズで今は攻めてみています。 ボディケアなんですが、ヘレナ ルビンスタインのボディクリームになります。ヘレナといえば黒いリプラスティシリーズのクリームが、プロキシレンがグループ内で一番入っていると思うんですよね。プロキシレンって何かというと、ロレアルグループが特許を持っていた成分で、肌の骨格であるグリコサミノグリカンというものを増やしてくれるんですね。ムチッとした肌にしてくれるんですよ。クリームだけでもいいんですが、それがボディにも入っているので、やっぱり大人になると細くなるというよりは皮膚が薄くなっていく感じ。だから首元だったりデコルテのあたりはすごくいいなと思います。それだけじゃなくて、リポカタリストプロっていう成分が入っていて、脂肪が多いところは脂肪を燃焼促進させてくれるみたいなのもあるんですよね。セルライトが気になるお尻のあたりとかにも皮膚自体は厚くなるんだけれども、むくみとかも良くなっていくっていうような感じなので、触った時のスベスベ感はそうなんですけど、引き締まりながら皮膚は厚くなっていくっていう、いろんな美味しいとこどりのボディクリームになります。これもね、お値段が可愛くはないんですけど、48歳女優ともなると、ボディケアにこれくらいかけたいなっていう感じはございまして、使わせていただいております。 メイクなんですが、今日もそのアイテムでメイクしたんですが、こちらです。ルナソルのアイカラーレーション18番。17と18の中で、どっちも使うんですけど、18が一番出番が多いかなと思っていて、黄色っぽい感じに見えるんですが、青みピンクも実は少し入っていて、グレーのような茶色のような、ここをアイホールに全体的に塗って、締めをこの下でやるっていうのが、最近の私のマイブームというか、鈴木さんって私がいつもメイクしてもらっているメイクさんも同じものを持っていて、撮影の時だったりテレビに出る時にも使い分けてくださるので、私も同じものを持っているんですけれども、やっぱり自分の中でもメイクしやすいかなという風に思っております。 これはもう有名になったからあれだと思うんですが、リフコから新色が出ました。白のやつは肌に溶け込むと透明な感じになって、真っ白になるわけじゃなくて、ツヤを出してくれるんですけれども、これはそのベージュバージョンなんですよね。肌をフラットに見せてくれるようなイメージですかね。時間が経ってくると皮脂が出て毛穴が気になるところにこれを塗ると、毛穴が均一に光で飛ばしてくれてるっていう感じになるので、毛穴を目立たさなくするっていうイメージ。すごく名品だなともすでに思っております。 あとはチークなんですが、やっぱりNARSのチーク使ってたんですが、今期でいうとブラッシュN903番。前も同じようなピンクを使っていたんですが、落ち着いたコーラルピンクっていう感じで、そうしたら目の下が薄いので、ここにちょっと入れながらグラデーションを作るようにすると、目の下の色素が目立つようなところにもつながって、チークだけが浮くっていうところもないので、使えるお色かなというふうに思っています。 あとリップなんですが、こじはるちゃんのHaリップ2からリップグロスが出たので、こじはるちゃんからいただきました。こんな可愛いクリアーなやつと、あと01番のリッチローズとレディーレッドがあるんですが、最初はレディーレッドが一番いいかなと思ったんですが、リッチローズですかね。これは普段使いにめちゃめちゃよくって重ねたんですけれども、ローズなんだけれども赤みもあるんですよね。すごくツヤ感も出るし、だからといってベタベタ感はないので、立体的なツヤになるのかなというふうに思います。あと塗りやすいんですよね。アプリケーターがすごく唇にフィットするんですよ。先端がちょっと尖ってるので描きやすい。ケア成分も入っているので、塗りながら唇の縦じわだったりとか、しぼみ感だったりとかが気になるところもケアしてくれるっていう、嬉しいグロスになってます。見た目も可愛いしね。3本ある中でも01番のリッチローズを愛用しています。 可愛いのがありまして、1つがRMKのデューイメルティリップカラー12番ですね。可愛くないですか?ローズレッドみたいな感じで、青みが入っている赤。RMKとHaリップ2も結構合うんですよね。もう1つがSUQQUのモイスチャーグレイズリップスティックの109番。ピンクベージュ、ナチュラルベージュピンクです。これは普段使いの白衣の時の診察の時によく塗っているかなっていう感じ。あとはやっぱりお出かけで黒いジャケットとかを着た時に塗るっていう感じ。この2つを最近は愛用しています。 そして、こじはるちゃんがやっているロジアっていう下着のブランドのババシャツでございます。なんでこのロジアのババシャツがいいかっていうと、ボートネックなんですよ。開いたようなお洋服を着る時、でも寒さはやっぱりおババを着たい。だけれどもここから見えちゃうじゃないですか。おしゃれでボートネックのものを着ても寒さはしのげるっていう。これすごくないですか?これ見た時に絶対私のために開発されたのかなと思うぐらい。黒と白いインナーとかでも大丈夫なようにベージュも購入させていただいております。もう1つ別バージョンがあってこういう感じになるんですよ。ドレスとか着る時ですね。ドレスは着たい、デコルテはがっつり開く。でも寒がりっていう人にも大丈夫なように。これだとレースが見えないんですけど、ちょっとぐらい見えても大丈夫な感じですごくよく考えられているなと思って。脇の部分とかにも汗パッドもしっかりついているのでありがたいなと。おしゃれなブランドからババシャツが出るのは私の中では大歓迎なので嬉しい発見でございました。 続いておやつなんですが、インスタにも載せたんですけれども、ローソンに置かれているもち麦満腹バーって言って、勤めているクリニックの目の前にローソンがあるんですけどそこで見つけたんですよ。最初見つけたのは16雑穀プラスっていうのとごま塩が普通に売ってて買ってみたらすっごく美味しくて、調べたらおはぎバージョンだったりとか焼きおにぎり、タイとホタテの出汁仕立て、キーマカレーなんですよ。これ何?って思うかもしれないんですけどもち麦なんですよ。おにぎりでもないし、お餅でもない。ちゃんとしょっぱいというか、ご飯なんですよ。小腹が空いてる、だけれども体にいいもの食べたいっていう時にはすごくいい。もち麦だから発酵性の食物繊維じゃないですか。特にこの16雑穀プラスはもち麦だけじゃなくてトウモロコシ、ヒエ、アワ、キビ、発芽玄米、アマランサス、キヌア、タカキビ、ハトムギ、食物繊維2.8gですよ。おはぎはもち玄米と小豆だけなのでこれも食物繊維2.2gも入ってますし、おはぎだからあんこがめちゃくちゃ美味しいので、消費期限が結構長いんですよ。半年以上あるのでカバンに入れといて非常食とかにも結構いいんじゃないかなと思って、私はAmazonで箱買いをして携帯して食べる感じにしてます。考えた人天才だと私は思ってます。 Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'm sharing the products I discovered and loved in February. In February, a lot of new skincare products came out, including whitening items, and a lot of makeup products were released too. I'll introduce some new releases that I dug deep into, as well as some other things—convenient items, and even snacks I found at the convenience store and bought in bulk. Please watch until the end. Starting with skincare, so many things came out this month, but the one I thought was great both in terms of performance and texture was definitely Shiseido's brand, Elixir. Both a lotion and an emulsion were newly released this time, and the lotion is amazingly good. I did an in-depth review, but for the first time in a product sold to the general public, it combines 4MSK and tranexamic acid. Until now, only NAVISION, a brand for medical institutions, had a line combining 4MSK and tranexamic acid, but this is the first time it's been available for general sale. On top of that, it also contains collagen care ingredients, so I thought it was great in terms of technology too. NAVISION focuses on basement membrane care, so it's more about firmness than plumpness, but this new Elixir has quite a lot of both moisture and plumpness. It's been a while since I felt such immediate effects from a lotion. Since I'm concerned about redness and want to brighten my overall tone, I've been using about a third of the amount. As for whitening, it's Clé de Peau Beauté. I think this year's best cosmetics award will probably go to either Clé de Peau Beauté or Cosme Decorte, but since I'm using Elixir, I wanted to go with the same brand line, so I've been using this in February. It contains a high concentration of 4MSK. Even when a high concentration is included, the challenge is how to actually get it into the skin without it degrading, so I think it's also good for people concerned about pores. The only downside is that the price isn't exactly cute. But considering the technology and the clarity you get when combining these two products, it's become one of my recent favorites. For serums, I want to introduce two more. First, Riceforce's Repair Concentrate. It's the type you apply right after washing your face, and it contains Rice Power No. 11 and Rice Power No. 7. As I always say, Rice Power No. 11 increases collagen production in the basement membrane for care, and increases hyaluronic acid production in the epidermis, so overall it gives a good impression. I use it on areas like my neck. Rice Power No. 7 helps bring out oil for people who don't have enough, so it's easy to use for people whose skin is oily in some areas but dry in others. Even applying it right after washing your face, it doesn't interfere with the absorption of the next skincare product—it works well together, so I use it a lot. The other one is Sofina's Stratum Corneum Synchro Tuner. I use this one in the morning, and another one at night. There's C1 and C2 written on them—they're the same Synchro Tuner, but there are different types. How this works is, when I once did a report at CEATEC on Kao's RNA technology research project, I explained the RNA technology, right? Kao is able to extract something called RNA from sebum. Unlike DNA, which is our core, unchanging part, RNA constantly changes according to our condition. It's like an instruction sheet that's always being issued, and that's RNA—they take sebum using something like oil-blotting paper, and then extract RNA from that sebum. So you can find out what instructions are currently being issued for your skin's condition. Once the data accumulates, it's divided into types C1 and C2, and both types are sold. How do you find out which type you are? You take a photo of yourself using the @cosme app, and it tells you whether you're C1 or C2. If you do this every month, the data accumulates. It's exciting seeing your skin age as something like 30-something, and it tells you C2 is good for you now, or C1 is good for you now. I've been measuring continuously and I'm still consistently C2, so I use the C2 type. What's really great is that it comes in individually wrapped packets. When traveling, I can just bring these individually wrapped ones on the plane, so it's quite convenient. I want to keep checking every month to see if the day comes when I become a C1. I do feel like my skin is somehow getting more balanced and less prone to fluctuation. Lastly, this one: Dr. K's ABCG Premium Cream TA. Dr. K has released creams before, but this one was renewed with tranexamic acid as the main ingredient. I think tranexamic acid can be included at a higher concentration in a cream. It also contains a solid formulation of vitamins A, B, and C. Dr. K's philosophy is that inflammation in the skin accelerates aging, so you need to suppress inflammation—hence it contains a vitamin cocktail plus tranexamic acid. I think tranexamic acid really does regulate the skin's barrier function, provides whitening effects, and is highly effective at suppressing redness. My skin tends to be somewhat reddish-dark, but since using this cream, both the redness and the brownish tone have been suppressed, and my skin feels more flat overall. I've always said I'm not a fan of creams, but Dr. K is a brand created by Dr. Kamiyama of Aoyama Dermatology, who is famous for treating pores and acne—so it's a brand tailored to people like me with dry, sensitive skin, prone to pores and acne. The cream isn't heavy at all; rather it leaves a smooth, almost gel-like finish on the skin, so when I use it in the morning and apply makeup, it creates a nice film-like finish that actually helps makeup adhere better. This cream works well whether you have dry skin like mine, or if you're concerned about brownish tones or redness, as it helps reduce them. I feel like tranexamic acid suits me well, so I'm currently focusing on this line. For body care, it's Helena Rubinstein's body cream. Speaking of Helena, I believe the black Re-Plasty line cream contains the highest concentration of Pro-Xylane within the group. What is Pro-Xylane? It's an ingredient patented by L'Oréal Group that increases glycosaminoglycans, which form the skin's structural framework, giving the skin a plump texture. The cream alone is great, but this same ingredient is also included in the body cream. As we get older, it's less about getting thinner and more about the skin becoming thinner, so this is especially good for areas like the neck and décolleté. Not only that, it also contains an ingredient called Lipo-Catalyst Pro, which promotes fat burning in areas with more fat. For areas prone to cellulite like the buttocks, it thickens the skin while also improving swelling, so along with the smooth texture you feel when touching it, it firms up the skin while making it thicker—it's a body cream with all sorts of great benefits combined. This one isn't cheap either, but as a 48-year-old actress, I feel like I want to invest this much in body care, so I use it. Now for makeup—I actually used these items for today's makeup. This is Lunasol's Eye Color Ration in shade 18. Between 17 and 18, I use both, but I use 18 most often. It looks yellowish, but it actually has a hint of blue-pink in it too—somewhere between gray and brown. I apply this all over the eyelid area, and then add definition below with darker shades—that's been my recent go-to method. Suzuki-san, the makeup artist who always does my makeup, also has the same palette, and uses it differently for shoots or TV appearances, so I have the same one—I think it's easy for me to apply myself too. This one has already become famous, so I think many of you know it, but Refa released a new shade. The white one blends into the skin to create a transparent look—it doesn't turn the skin completely white, but gives it a glow. This is the beige version. It gives the impression of making the skin look flatter. As time passes and sebum comes out, making pores more noticeable, applying this makes the pores blend in evenly by diffusing light, so it gives the impression of minimizing pore visibility. I already think it's a fantastic product. As for cheek color, I've been using NARS blush, and this season it's Blush in shade N903. I had used a similar pink before, but this one is a more subdued coral pink. Since the area under my eyes is thin, I apply a bit there too to create a gradient, which helps blend the pigmentation under my eyes, so the blush doesn't look like it's just floating on its own—I think it's a very usable shade. As for lips, Kojiharu-chan's Ha Lip 2 line released a lip gloss, and she gave me some. There's this cute clear one, plus shade 01 Rich Rose and Lady Red. At first I thought Lady Red would be the best, but I ended up liking Rich Rose more. It's great for everyday use, and when layered, it's rose-toned but also has some red in it. It gives a lot of shine, but without feeling sticky, giving a three-dimensional glossy finish. It's also easy to apply—the applicator fits the lips really well. The tip is slightly pointed, making it easy to define the lip line. It also contains care ingredients, so while applying, it helps care for vertical lip lines and any sagging you might be concerned about—it's a lovely gloss. It also looks cute. Out of the three shades, I use shade 01 Rich Rose the most. There are some other cute ones too—one is RMK's Dewy Melty Lip Color in shade 12. Isn't it cute? It's like a rose red, a red with a hint of blue in it. RMK and Ha Lip 2 actually pair really well together. The other one is SUQQU's Moisture Glaze Lipstick in shade 109—a pink-beige, natural beige-pink. I often wear this one during consultations when I'm in my white coat. And I wear the other one when going out, like when wearing a black jacket. I've been using these two lately. And then there's this camisole/undershirt from Rojia, the underwear brand run by Kojiharu-chan. What makes this Rojia undershirt so great is that it has a boat neck. When wearing clothes with an open neckline, you still want to wear an undershirt to stay warm, but then it would show, right? This stylish boat-neck design lets you stay warm without it showing. Isn't that amazing? When I saw this, I thought it must have been developed just for me. I bought the beige version too, so it works whether I'm wearing black or white outerwear. There's also another version like this—for when you wear a dress, when you want your décolleté to be fully open but you're still a cold-natured person, this design ensures the lace doesn't show, or even if it shows a little, it's fine—it's really well thought out. It also has sweat pads properly placed under the arms, which I really appreciate. I love it when a stylish brand releases undershirts like this—it was such a happy discovery. Next, for snacks—I posted this on Instagram too—it's the Mochi Barley Full Bar sold at Lawson. There's a Lawson right in front of the clinic where I work, and that's where I found it. The first ones I found were the 16 Grains Plus and the plain sesame salt version, and when I tried them, they were so delicious. When I looked into it, I found there are more flavors too, like an ohagi version, grilled rice ball, Thai-style with bonito and scallop dashi, and keema curry flavor. You might wonder what this even is, but it's made of mochi barley. It's not quite a rice ball, and not quite mochi either—it's properly savory, like an actual meal. When you're a little hungry but want to eat something good for your body, this is great. Since it's mochi barley, it's rich in fermentable dietary fiber. Especially the 16 Grains Plus version contains not just mochi barley but also corn, millet, foxtail millet, proso millet, sprouted brown rice, amaranth, quinoa, sorghum, and pearl barley—2.8g of dietary fiber! The ohagi version is just mochi glutinous rice and red bean paste, but even that has 2.2g of fiber, and since it's ohagi, the red bean paste is really delicious. The expiration date is quite long too—more than six months—so I think it's great to keep in your bag as an emergency snack. I bought a whole box on Amazon and carry them around to eat.
