【高市総理へ】日本初の女性首相が誕生した今、友利新が伝えたいこと。

Ms. Takaichi just became Prime Minister, right? Yes, Japan's first female Prime Minister. Not about politics, but since this is a special occasion, I thought it would be nice for you, sensei, to give some advice to Japan's first female Prime Minister. With all the travel and everything, I imagine she must be quite tired, but since she's the face of Japan, I thought some skincare advice might be nice. From me to the Prime Minister? Please don't get angry in the comments section about this—it might be presumptuous, but... It's true she probably spends a lot of time on planes and might not get much sleep. She did say she's throwing away work-life balance to work hard for us, so I thought the least I could do is offer some skincare advice to help her keep doing great work for Japan. So, with all due respect, I'd like to offer some advice on my own. First of all, when you're sleep-deprived, one problem is that your skin's barrier function declines. This makes you more prone to dryness, and external irritants can more easily cause inflammation. So I think something that helps maintain barrier function while you sleep would be ideal. Cosme Decorte's Liposome Night Cream has the catchphrase of strengthening barrier function as if you'd slept three extra hours, so I think that would be fantastic for her. Also, I heard Prime Minister Takaichi has rheumatoid arthritis. With rheumatism, the immune system goes out of control. Until now, treatment involved suppressing it with things like steroids, but the Nobel Prize that a Japanese researcher won this year was about regulatory T cells—discovering that the immune system doesn't just actively attack things, but also has immune cells that suppress that attack. This discovery dramatically changed rheumatoid arthritis treatment, leading to the development of biologic drugs. I think Prime Minister Takaichi is probably someone who has experienced this history firsthand more than anyone. For a Prime Minister like that, I'd love for her to use a serum incorporating cutting-edge immunology research—and that's Artemium. Artemium focuses on memory T cells within immune cells. Until now, we thought these cells simply remembered past irritants and attacked them again if they returned. But it turns out they actually target and eliminate aging cells specifically, like a sniper—so they don't cause inflammation elsewhere. That's the new Artemium formula. Discovering that aging itself can be suppressed through immunity—I think Prime Minister Takaichi would find that really exciting. I'd love for her to try it. Also, she'll probably be traveling a lot. Airplanes are incredibly drying, right? The place that's just as dry as an airplane is the desert. A product that achieved perfect hydration even in the desert is Est's The Lotion. They only used that lotion and tested whether the skin would stay hydrated. If it had dried out, that would have been a disaster! If she kept those at home, even on days when removing makeup feels like a hassle, those would work perfectly. Since she's the first female Prime Minister, I wonder what will happen with makeup artists and such. That's exactly why I'd like to introduce this—there are so many skin-friendly foundations out there now. For example, Shiseido's foundation incorporates pigment into a serum base, which is great. If she's doing full makeup, I'd want her to use serum-type foundations like that. But when heading to the government plane, she might not want full makeup, yet still want to cover up uneven skin tone and use some foundation, right? Exactly. Because she can't be seen without makeup at all. There are probably always meetings happening on the government plane. Being told to go bare-faced in that situation would be uncomfortable for any woman. But if she's wearing foundation, it can get cakey, making her want to take it off at some point. In that case, I'd recommend SUQQU's newly renewed serum foundation this season. Actually, calling it a serum foundation doesn't do it justice—it's more like a beauty cream that happens to have color. I actually tried it myself recently when traveling abroad, and I ended up sleeping for about 11 hours. But my skin didn't dry out at all. If she uses this, it will thoroughly cover any uneven skin tone too. Also, for lips—if they tend to get chapped, there's Aqua Lipcare Rouge from Acseine. It contains ingredients that prevent chapping, and works somewhat like moist wound healing, suppressing moisture evaporation while providing care. So even with continuous lip color application, lips won't easily become chapped. I think that would be great too. Everything I introduced today happens to be Japanese brands—and it just shows how amazing the R&D capabilities of Japanese cosmetics companies are. Maybe this could inspire someone to think about promoting this more to the world. The reason I started this YouTube channel was because I wanted to spread Japanese cosmetics not just within Japan, but to the whole world if possible. So if what I said today somehow reaches the Prime Minister, and she thinks 'Wow, Japanese cosmetics R&D is amazing,' there's a possibility the government could offer some kind of backing—that's something I found myself thinking as I talked. If this message somehow reaches someone connected to her, I hope, with the sincere wish that Japan as a nation could support this given how wonderful Japanese cosmetics R&D truly is. And also, with a wish to celebrate the fact that this is happening thanks to a woman's leadership, I hope this video reaches her. So, what did you think?
