薬局で買えるテカリ防止コスメを5つご紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、トモリアラダです。今日は、毛穴やベタつきが気になる方に絶対手に取ってほしい、ドラッグストアで購入できるコスメを5つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 この動画内で何度もお伝えしていますが、私は45歳で、本当に皮脂によるテカりや毛穴に悩んでいます。もちろんクリニックでもいろいろな施術を行いますが、やはりスキンケアでしっかりと整えていくことが大事です。今日は私も愛用していて、この春夏にテカりが気になる方におすすめのアイテムをご紹介していきます。 **1つ目：カルテHD バランシングケアローション** こちらは、ローション、ミルク、バランスケアゲルの3種類が発売されています。カルテさんといえば、乾燥肌の方向けにヘパリンが配合されているブランドですが、今回は「乾燥もするけれど、ベタつきや毛穴も気になる」という方向けに、3月に新発売されました。 皮脂テカりの人でも、部分的に乾燥することがあり、いわゆる「インナードライ」という状態の方は多いです。皮脂は出ているのに内側は乾燥している、ということに気づいていない方も多く、保湿をすすめても「ベタベタするのは嫌」とさっぱりタイプを選んでしまい、結局皮脂テカりも改善されず、内側はパサついたまま、ということもよくあります。 私はいつも「自分に合った保湿を。水分が必要なのか油分が必要なのかを見極めましょう」とお伝えしていますが、「それが難しい」という方には、こちらがおすすめです。 ベースには従来の乾燥肌用ヘパリンが配合されています。ヘパリンは油分が多いわけではないので、皮脂テカりの方にも適していますが、そこに皮脂テカりに効果的な、皮脂分泌抑制作用のあるビタミンB6誘導体が配合されています。この成分は古くから皮脂分泌を抑制する効果が知られており、最近では抗酸化作用があることも認められています。 もう一つ、「Nオクタノイルグリシン」という成分も配合されています。これは皮脂分泌だけでなく、ニキビ菌の増殖を抑制する成分です。5αリダクターゼという酵素を抑制することで皮脂分泌を低下させ、さらにニキビ菌も抑制するため、皮脂が多くニキビができやすい方にも良いと思います。 もう一つは「ゼニアオイエキス」です。これは皮脂の酸化を抑制する成分で、毛穴の黒ずみや肌のくすみといったトラブルの改善が期待できます。 毛穴やベタつきが気になるけれど、何を使っても改善されず、内側はカサついている気がする、という方は、化粧水・乳液・ゲルを全て使うのも良いですし、私は化粧水だけでも十分だと感じたので、まずは化粧水から試してみるのも良いと思います。 **2つ目：豆乳イソフラボン 濃密ミクロ泡洗顔** 「毛穴すっきりつるーん」というポップが付いており、3月にリニューアルしたばかりの商品です。 豆乳イソフラボン配合で、国産大豆「ふくよたか」が使用されていますが、洗顔料なのでイソフラボンの成分よりも、配合されている洗浄剤に注目したいところです。ベースは石けん系で、しっかりさっぱりと洗い上げてくれます。また、泡がとても細かく、泡が細かいほど皮脂を吸着しやすいというメリットもあります。 もう一つのポイントは「デシルグルコシド」という成分です。これはグルコシル系の洗浄剤で、肌表面の皮脂やシリコン剤などをしっかり洗い流してくれる、毛穴の洗浄にとても優秀な成分です。この成分をしっかり配合することで、毛穴にフォーカスしてしっかり洗い上げる設計になっていると思います。 セラミドも配合されているので、多少の潤いを残しつつ、毛穴の奥までさっぱり洗い上げたい方にはぴったりです。泡もプチプラとは思えないほど濃密で、毛穴の中からすっきりさせたい方におすすめです。 **3つ目：毛穴こまち テカリ源氏** 名前が本当に秀逸ですよね。「光る源氏」ならぬ「テカリ源氏」ですから。 毛穴の引き締め成分として、パルミチン酸レチノールが配合されています。パルミチン酸レチノールというとシワ改善のイメージがありますが、実は皮脂を抑制する効果もあるんです。さらにハマメリスエキス、緑茶エキスも毛穴引き締め効果があり、水分をしっかり入れるために低分子ヒアルロン酸も配合されています。 角層にしっかり水分を入れつつ皮脂を抑制する、つまり内側をふっくらさせながら毛穴を目立たなくする、という効果が期待できます。内側は乾燥しているけれど毛穴が気になる、という方のニーズに応える商品だと感じました。 フェイスマスクなので、朝時間がないときにパッと使って出かければ、角層に水分が入りテカりも気にならなくなると思います。 **4つ目：マキアージュ ドラマティックスキンセンサーベース ネオ** 私はラベンダーを愛用していますが、他にヌーディベージュというお色もあります。 「これはスキンケアではなくメイクでは」と思われる方、その通りです。マキアージュの下地なので、スキンケアというよりメイクアップ用品です。もともと皮脂吸着パウダーが配合されており化粧崩れに強い下地ですが、注目したいのは「グリシルグリシン」という成分です。 グリシルグリシンはもともと資生堂が開発した成分で、現在は他社でも使用可能になっています。すり鉢状の毛穴——皮脂が酸化して炎症を起こし、皮膚が溶けてすり鉢状にへこんでしまう毛穴——を抑える効果があります。 これが配合されているので、メイクをしながら毛穴ケアができる優秀な化粧下地です。全顔に塗ると乾燥することもあるので、すり鉢毛穴が気になる部分だけ部分的に使うのも良いと思います。 **5つ目：コーセー メイクキープパウダー** これは本当にすごいパウダーです。粉をしっかりつけたものを水の中に入れてみます。水につけているのに、粉が水を弾いているんです。見てください、ここ、粉が水を弾いているのが分かりますか？多少濡れているところもありますが、全体的に粉が水を弾いています。 こちらには特殊な粉体が2種類配合されているそうです。1つは、テフロン加工のフライパンのように油や水を弾く加工が施された粉体。もう1つは滑りが良くなる加工が施された粉体です。肌なじみが良く滑りも良いのに、油や水をしっかり弾いてくれる粉体が配合されているため、皮脂が出てもそれを弾いて化粧崩れを防いでくれます。まさに魔法の粉です。 部分的にテカる方は部分的に塗るのがおすすめです。特に前髪がある方は、前髪部分に塗っておくと1日中サラサラになりますし、マスクをする機会がある方は、鼻や小鼻のあたりに塗っておくと化粧崩れが少なくなると思います。 いかがでしたか？これからテカりや毛穴が気になる季節になってくると思うので、ぜひ近くのドラッグストアで探してみてください。今日も最後まで動画を見ていただいてありがとうございました。 皆さんが使っている毛穴・テカり防止コスメで他にもおすすめがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。また、今日ご紹介したアイテムを使っている方がいれば、使用感や効果についてもぜひコメントで教えてください。 では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Today I want to introduce 5 cosmetics available at drugstores that I absolutely recommend for anyone concerned about pores or oiliness, so please watch until the end. As I've mentioned many times in this channel, I'm 45 years old and really struggle with oily shine and pores. Of course, I do various treatments at the clinic, but properly balancing the skin through skincare is also essential. Today I'll introduce items that I personally use and love, perfect for anyone dealing with shine this spring and summer. **1. Karte HD Balancing Care Lotion** This comes in three versions: lotion, milk, and balancing care gel. Karte is known for products containing heparin aimed at dry skin, but this one, newly released in March, is designed for people who experience dryness but are also concerned about oiliness and pores. Even those with oily, shiny skin can experience localized dryness—a condition often called "inner dry skin." Many people don't realize that even though their skin produces oil, it's dry underneath. When told to moisturize, they avoid it because they don't want stickiness and opt for lighter products instead, but this often fails to improve oiliness while leaving the skin feeling dry underneath. I always tell people to find the right moisturizer for their skin—figuring out whether they need more water or more oil—but for those who find that difficult, this product is a great option. The base still contains the classic heparin for dry skin. Since heparin isn't particularly oily, it works well even for oily, shiny skin. Additionally, this product includes a vitamin B6 derivative known for suppressing sebum production. This ingredient has long been recognized for controlling oil production, and recently it's also been found to have antioxidant properties. Another ingredient, N-octanoyl glycine (a bit of a mouthful!), helps suppress not only sebum production but also the growth of acne-causing bacteria. It works by inhibiting the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, which reduces sebum secretion, while also controlling acne bacteria—great for those prone to breakouts due to excess oil. The product also contains mallow extract, which helps prevent oil oxidation, potentially improving issues like blackheads and dullness. For those bothered by pores and oiliness but who feel dry underneath no matter what they try, using the lotion, milk, and gel together works well. Personally, I found the lotion alone made a noticeable difference, so starting with just that is also a great option. **2. Soy Isoflavone Rich Micro-Foam Face Wash** This product, labeled with "clean, smooth pores," was newly renewed in March. It contains soy isoflavones from a Japanese soybean variety called "Fukuyutaka," but since it's a cleanser, the cleansing agents matter more than the isoflavone content itself. The base is soap-based, providing a thorough, refreshing cleanse. The foam is also very fine—finer foam tends to better absorb excess sebum. Another key point is the inclusion of decyl glucoside, a glucosyl-based cleansing agent known for effectively removing sebum and silicone residue from the skin's surface—excellent for pore cleansing. Its inclusion suggests this product is specifically designed with pore care in mind. It also contains ceramide, so while it cleanses thoroughly, it retains some moisture. If you want a deep pore cleanse with a refreshing finish, this is a great option. The foam itself is impressively rich for a drugstore product—perfect for anyone wanting to cleanse deep within their pores. **3. Kesikoma Machi Tekari Genji** The name is brilliant—a play on "Hikaru Genji" (Shining Genji) turned into "Tekari Genji" (Shiny Genji). This contains retinyl palmitate as a pore-tightening ingredient. While retinyl palmitate is often associated with wrinkle improvement, it also has sebum-suppressing effects. It's paired with witch hazel extract and green tea extract, both known for tightening pores, along with low-molecular hyaluronic acid to deliver moisture. The idea is to hydrate the stratum corneum while suppressing sebum—plumping up the skin from within while minimizing the appearance of pores. This seems designed for people whose skin feels dry inside but who are still bothered by visible pores. Since it's a sheet mask, using it quickly in the morning when you're short on time can hydrate the skin enough to reduce shine throughout the day. **4. Maquillage Dramatic Skin Sensor Base Neo** I personally use the lavender shade, though there's also a nude beige option. Some of you might say, "Isn't this makeup, not skincare?" And you'd be right—it's a Maquillage makeup base rather than a skincare product. It originally contains sebum-absorbing powder for long-lasting makeup, but the key ingredient here is glycyrrhizinate—actually, glycylglycine. Glycylglycine was originally developed by Shiseido and is now used by other companies as well. It helps prevent the formation of "crater pores"—pores that become sunken due to inflammation from oxidized sebum breaking down the skin. Because this ingredient is included, you can care for your pores even while doing your makeup—a wonderful multi-tasking base. Since applying it all over might cause dryness for some, applying it only to areas with visible crater pores works well too. **5. Kosé Makeup Keep Powder** This is truly an amazing powder. Let me show you—I've applied the powder heavily and I'm going to put it into water. Even though it's submerged in water, look—the powder is repelling the water! Can you see that? Even though this area is a bit wet, the powder is clearly resisting the water. Apparently, this contains two types of specialized powder particles. One is inspired by Teflon coating technology—like the non-stick coating on frying pans that repels oil without needing extra oil—applied to repel both water and oil. The other powder particle is processed to enhance smooth application. Because of this combination—smooth application with water and oil repellency—when applied to the skin, it repels sebum as it's produced, preventing makeup breakdown. This truly is magical powder that eliminates unwanted shine. Of course, if you only experience shine in specific areas, you can apply it just there. For example, since I have bangs, they tend to get greasy and stick to my forehead—applying this powder there keeps my hair smooth all day. Also, since masks are no longer mandatory but I still wear one constantly at the clinic, sweating around the nose and cheeks has become an issue in warmer weather. Applying this to the nose and surrounding areas helps reduce makeup smudging significantly. So, how did you like today's recommendations?
