皆さんこんにちは、皮膚科医の友利新です。 2026年春夏には「これいいじゃない」っていう拭き取り化粧水が出てきているので、今日は皆さんに拭き取り化粧水がこんなに進化していますよということで、2つご紹介したいと思います。拭き取り化粧水というのが肌に負担をかける、肌を削るっていう常識が変わるかもしれないので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 では早速、今日は2つの拭き取り化粧水をご紹介したいと思います。まず1つ目が「乾燥さん 薬用水分ふきとりエッセンス」。化粧水と言いながらも、もう美容液になっています。そしてもう1つが「SUISAI（スイサイ）のリファイニングトナー」。拭き取り用化粧水なんですけれども、毛穴磨き美容水とも書いてあるんですよ。 この2つがどんな風に素晴らしいのか、そしてどんな人に向いているのかというのを深掘りしていきたいと思います。 ではまず1つ目が、この「乾燥さん 薬用水分ふきとりエッセンス」なんですが、まさにインナードライの人に向いてるなというのが、この拭き取り美容液になっています。 インナードライの人っていうのは、水分も欲しいんですよ、乾燥してるから。でも皮脂っていうものが一番出ちゃう。で、皮脂が出ることによって炎症も起こっちゃう。そうするとまたバリア機能が低下してしまって、乾燥が起こって、また皮脂が多くなってしまうというスパイラルになってるんですよね。 でもそれを従来の拭き取りのものでアプローチしちゃうと、また炎症が起こってしまうので、そういったインナードライの人には、そもそも拭き取りっていうのはあまりお勧めしてなかったんですが、この水分美容液はそれをちょっと変えてくれるような拭き取り美容液なんですよね。 そもそもやっぱりインナードライの人っていうのは炎症がベースにあるんですよ。だからまず炎症をしっかり抑えて、乾燥でちょっとまばらになっている角層を水分で浮かしていくっていうような感じになります。 なので有効成分はグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが入っています。これでまずは肌の炎症をしっかりと抑えるっていうところなんですね。あと見ていただくと、これね、厚膜の美容液になっています。この厚膜のこの美容液がしっかりと潤いを入れて、その成分をしっかり入れて、余分なものをちょっと取るっていう感じ。なので今までの化粧水っていうよりは、本当に厚膜のトロトロとした美容液で、カサついたものだけ上滑りさせて取るっていうようなイメージになります。 でもこれだけじゃないんですよ。炎症を止めるグリチルリチン酸だけじゃなくてパンテノールも入っています。パンテノールっていうのは肌の修復だったりキメを整えて、バリア機能をサポートする成分なんですね。なので肌がちょっと荒れている時とかにはすごく入れたい成分にもなっています。 そしてあとはアミノ酸も入っています。これはバリア機能の要でもある天然保湿因子の元にもなっているので、拭き取りなんですけどバリア機能をアップさせるっていうような形になってるんですよね。 これだけでもすごいんですけど、もうこれはちょっと参ったなと思う成分がもう1つ入っています。それが10-ヒドロキシデカン酸という成分になります。これ、なんか単純には「毛穴を引き締める成分ですよ」みたいな感じでさらっと書いてあるんですけれども、役割がちょっともっと深いんですよね。その役割が何かというと、皮脂のバランスを整えるっていうところになります。 皮脂って過剰にあるとやっぱり肌に炎症も起こしちゃうので、そうするとまた肌に炎症が起こってバリア機能低下してというふうのスパイラルになります。なのでバリア機能は整えて、肌の中で自分で水分を維持できるようにしながら、皮脂は抑えなくちゃいけないんですよね。この皮脂を抑えるっていうのを、この10-ヒドロキシデカン酸というものがやってくれています。皮脂栓に働きかけて過剰な皮脂の分泌を抑えるんですよ。でもこれ過剰な分だけなので、通常であればそんなに抑えないんですよね。だからこそ、またバリア機能がちゃんと整った後には、必要な油分っていうのは保たれるっていうところになります。 インナードライの人が水分はちゃんと守る、だけど皮脂は抑えるっていうところと、とろっとしたテクスチャーの美容液なので、それで余分なこの角質は浮き上がらせて取っていって、バリア機能を整えるように炎症を沈めて、肌の水分保持力を上げる働きも増やす。プラスアルファ、また炎症の元である皮脂は抑えるっていう、かなり守りと回復のバランスが保たれている。なのでインナードライの人にはめちゃくちゃいい拭き取りの美容液かなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、「SUISAI（スイサイ）のリファイニングトナー」になります。ここにちゃんと「毛穴磨き美容水」って書いてあるんですよね。毛穴を磨くってすごいキャッチーですよね。 じゃあこれ、どうやって毛穴を磨いてるかというと、SUISAIはカネボウなんですが、カネボウは花王グループなので、花王グループが誇る角栓崩壊の成分である「トロメタミン」が入っています。角栓というのはいつもお話しするんですけれども、古い角質と皮脂が混ざり合ってガチガチになっているんですよね。それを取っていくためには、中のやっぱりタンパク質も溶かしていかなきゃいけないんですよ。このトロメタミンというものはアルカリ性の性質を持っているので、角栓の内側までしっかり浸透していって、内側からパーンと崩壊させて壊してしまうっていうような働きがあります。 このトロメタミンが入っていると、なんか全部が取り除かれてしまって乾燥するんじゃないかって思うかもしれないんですが、潤いを残す洗濯技術っていうのも入っています。それがスーパーオキシドジスムターゼとか、あとはグリセリンとかアンズエキスでできている複合体になります。角栓をトロメタミンで崩壊させた後に、この3つの複合体が肌に潤いをやっぱり与えてくれるんですよね。毛穴の中にある角栓はトロメタミンでしっかり出すんだけれども、表面には潤いを残すっていうような形になります。 あとはこの3つの複合体が、次に使う保湿の成分の導入を高めてくれるという働きもあるんですね。なので角栓は取りたいんだけれども、あんまり乾燥させたくないし、次に行く化粧水の浸透も良くしたいっていう方には、すごくいい拭き取りのものかなと思います。 ただこれはやっぱりトナーになっていて、乾燥さんは厚膜だったんですけども、SUISAIはこういう液体になっているので、やっぱりやめてもらいたいのはこうやってゴシゴシすることですよね。ゴシゴシしたら、いくらこの保湿の成分があったとしても、やっぱり摩擦になってしまうので、とはいってもちょっとねぬるっとした滑りがめちゃくちゃいい化粧水にはなっているので、ゴシゴシじゃなくて本当に優しく撫でるだけで拭き取りができるっていうテクスチャーにはなっているので、撫でるような感じでやってあげると、普通に拭き取りって言わなければ、保湿の美容液とか化粧水と思うぐらいの本当に保湿力も高いものなので、さっき言ったみたいに毛穴、角栓は気になるんだけれども保湿もしたい、次の化粧水の導入美容液も一緒に兼ねたいっていう人には、すごくいい拭き取りの化粧水かなというふうに思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。やっぱり拭き取りって言うとね、昨今の摩擦レスでなんか日の目を見なかったかなと思うんですが、もちろん摩擦はNGなので、その摩擦っていうところは各社さん、そこはしっかりとしないように厚膜にするのか、滑りを良くするのかっていうところと、今までのスースーして取り去るだけではなくて、きちっとなぜそういうふうに拭き取りが必要なのか、乾燥さんだったらインナードライの人に、そしてSUISAIだったらやっぱり角栓が気になる人にっていう、ちゃんとターゲットを絞ってその方に向けての拭き取りっていうものが出てきているのが、すごく面白いなというふうに思いました。 自分のお肌質にこれ合うなと思う方は、ぜひチェックしてみていただけるといいかなと思います。 はい、ということで今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。このチャンネルではこのように美容や健康についてしっかりと発信していきますので、よかったらチャンネル登録と高評価ボタンをよろしくお願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, I'm dermatologist Arata Tomori. For spring/summer 2026, some really impressive wipe-off lotions have come out, so today I want to introduce two of them to show you just how much wipe-off lotions have evolved. The common belief that wipe-off lotions burden or scrape the skin might be about to change, so please watch until the end. Today I'll introduce two wipe-off lotions. The first is "Kansosan Medicated Moisture Wipe-off Essence" — although it's called a lotion, it's actually more like a serum. The second is "SUISAI Refining Toner," which is a wipe-off lotion, but it's also labeled as a "pore-polishing beauty water." Let's dig into what makes these two products great, and who they're suited for. First, the "Kansosan Medicated Moisture Wipe-off Essence" is especially suited for people with inner-dry skin. People with inner-dry skin want moisture because their skin is dry, but sebum is what tends to come out the most. When sebum increases, it causes inflammation, which weakens the barrier function, leading to dryness, which then causes even more sebum — a vicious spiral. If you approach this with a conventional wipe-off product, it can cause more inflammation, so wipe-off products haven't generally been recommended for inner-dry skin. But this moisture serum is a wipe-off essence that changes that. Fundamentally, people with inner-dry skin have inflammation as a base issue. So the approach is to first calm the inflammation, then use moisture to lift away the uneven, dry stratum corneum. The active ingredient is dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which firmly suppresses skin inflammation. Also, as you can see, this is a thick, rich serum. This dense serum delivers moisture and its ingredients deeply while gently removing excess buildup. So rather than a typical lotion, think of it as a thick, syrupy serum that only lifts away flaky bits without harsh rubbing. But that's not all — besides the inflammation-calming glycyrrhizinate, it also contains panthenol. Panthenol repairs the skin, refines texture, and supports barrier function, making it a great ingredient for when skin is irritated. It also contains amino acids, which are building blocks of natural moisturizing factor (NMF), a key part of barrier function — so even as a wipe-off product, it actually boosts barrier function. That alone would be impressive, but there's one more ingredient that really got me — 10-hydroxydecanoic acid. It's often described simply as "a pore-tightening ingredient," but its role goes much deeper: it balances sebum production. Excess sebum causes skin inflammation, which again leads to weakened barrier function — the same spiral. So you need to strengthen the barrier so skin can retain its own moisture, while also controlling sebum. This is where 10-hydroxydecanoic acid comes in — it acts on the sebaceous ducts to suppress excess sebum secretion. But since it only targets the excess, normal sebum production isn't overly suppressed. Once the barrier function is restored, the necessary oils are still maintained. So overall: for inner-dry skin, this protects moisture while controlling sebum, and thanks to its syrupy texture, it lifts away excess dead skin cells, calms inflammation to restore barrier function, boosts the skin's moisture-retention ability, and on top of that, suppresses the sebum that causes inflammation. It strikes a great balance between protection and recovery, making it an excellent wipe-off serum for people with inner-dry skin. Next is the "SUISAI Refining Toner." It's labeled as a "pore-polishing beauty water" — "polishing pores" is quite a catchy phrase. So how does it polish pores? SUISAI is a Kanebo brand, and Kanebo is part of the Kao Group, so it contains tromethamine, an ingredient Kao Group is known for that breaks down keratin plugs. As I always explain, keratin plugs are formed when old dead skin cells mix with sebum and harden. To remove them, you need to dissolve the proteins inside. Tromethamine is alkaline, so it penetrates deep into the plug and breaks it apart from the inside. You might think that with tromethamine removing everything, your skin would end up dry, but the formula also includes moisture-retaining technology — a complex of superoxide dismutase, glycerin, and apricot extract. After tromethamine breaks down the keratin plug, this trio of ingredients restores moisture to the skin. So the plug inside the pore is cleared out by tromethamine, while the surface retains moisture. This trio also helps enhance the penetration of the moisturizing ingredients you apply afterward. So for those who want to clear out keratin plugs without over-drying their skin, and who also want better absorption of the lotion that follows, this is a great wipe-off product. That said, this is a toner — a liquid, unlike the thick texture of Kansosan. So what you want to avoid is rubbing your skin harshly like this. No matter how much moisturizing ingredient is in there, rubbing like that still causes friction. That said, this lotion has an incredibly smooth, slippery texture, so it's designed to be wiped off with just a gentle stroking motion rather than scrubbing. If you use it gently like that, it feels just as moisturizing as a regular moisturizing serum or lotion — you'd hardly even think of it as a "wipe-off" product. So for people who are concerned about pores and keratin plugs but also want hydration, and who want it to double as a booster for the next step's absorption, this is a fantastic wipe-off lotion. So, what did you think? When people hear "wipe-off," they might think it's fallen out of favor these days given the focus on friction-free skincare. But of course, friction is a no-go, so each brand is making sure to address that — either through a thick, rich texture or by improving slip. And beyond just the old "wipe and remove" approach, these products clearly define why wiping is necessary: Kansosan targets people with inner-dry skin, and SUISAI targets people concerned about keratin plugs.
