乾燥肌/敏感肌向けに5,000円以内でスキンケア商品を選んでみた！【 @smishow01 さんコラボ第二弾】

みなさんこんにちは！内科皮膚科医の友利新です。今日はスミショーさんコラボ第2弾です！ スミショーさんが来てるからギュッとやっちゃおうと思って、無理をお願いして、ちょっと一つ企画をさせていただこうと思って やっぱりみなさん私もスミショーさんもそうですけれども、やっぱりいろんな化粧品のレビューをしているので、対決ではないですけれども 今回、私のチャンネルでは乾燥肌の人に向けて、私とスミショーさんの目線から、それも5000円以内でクレンジング、洗顔、保湿系まで完結させるというものを それぞれどういったものを出してくるかなという対決をして、スミショーさんのチャンネルでは今度はオイリー肌でやりますので そこはそこで見ていただきたいなと思うんですけど、私のチャンネルでは乾燥肌というか敏感肌の方向けの化粧品をどんどん出していこうと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。よろしくお願いします。 では早速、スミショー×友利新、敏感・乾燥肌向けのクレンジング せーの、ジャジャーン！ 結構高そうなやつ出してきましたね。 これが結構今回の肝というか 5000円ですよ、大丈夫？超えてない？ 大丈夫です、ギリギリ、ギリギリ抑えました。 じゃあちょっとスミショーさんのやつから これはですね、アテニアっていうブランドがあって、一番いいのが、結構ダブルクレンジングっていうのはやられてる方多いと思うんですけど これはダブルクレンジング不要タイプのオイルクレンジングなんですね。 だから落ちも結構いいですし、洗顔も気になる人はやってもいいと思うんですけど、別にそこまで気にならない人はやらなくてもいいっていうので、洗う回数を減らせるっていうので、ダブルクレンジング不要というのを選びました。 で、なかなかそういうのって安いのにないので、もうちょっと価格上げないとってことでちょっとここまで行ったんですけど、 これいくらですか？ これがですね、税抜きで1700円ですね。 私、これ2本目なんですけど、家でも普通に妻と私で使ってて、使い心地いいですね、これ。 メイクも普通に落ちるし、ウォータープルーフのタイプのものも結構スルッと落ちますし、いいです、これは。 スミショーさん、私が言いたいこと全部言ったから私もいいかなと思うんですけど、乾燥肌の人って洗う回数少なくしたいじゃないですか、だからダブルクレンジングがいらないっていうのと、 あと私はやっぱりよく言うのは摩擦してほしくないので、で、なんか敏感だとクリームタイプとかね、そういうことを選びがちかなと思って、くっそー、選んじゃダメー。 と思ったんですけど、私もできれば本当にオイルクレンジングで手早く洗ってほしいっていうことと、 私は他のもので値段的なものも考えて、私はマツキヨオリジナルのトリートメントクレンジングオイルにしました。 これ迷ったんです。結構これもいいですよね。同じような感じというか、もちろんアテニアの方が全然いいものを使ってらっしゃると思うんですけども、 これリピチュアって言って保湿成分が入っているんですけども、結局洗い流すんで、でもどっちもクレンジングダブル洗顔いらないし、オイルだし、 これ実は私も使ったことあるんですけど、どっちも洗った感、洗い上がりがそこまでオイルクレンジングの突っ張り感、あんまないですよね。 そうですね、そこが結構お気に入りですね。 なんかちょっと愛、譲るものを感じる。嬉しい。ということでじゃあ置いておきましょうか。 じゃあということはダブル洗顔はいらないから洗顔はいらないってことでいいですね。 はい、じゃあ次は化粧水いきます。 じゃあ、せーの、じゃん！ほら、絶対そう思った。 私ね、絶対そう思ったから一応持ってきたんですよ。持ってきたの。持ってきたけど、 そう、化粧水でしょ？ これ実は乳液なんですね。乳液を化粧水側にいっちゃおうっていうタイプですね。 そっちね、そう思ったからね、持ってきてます。 私ね、スミショーさんの動画を隅々まで見て、かなと思ったから、それと被るから、 私も持ってきたんですけど、あえてこれ置いておきます。 はい、じゃあスミショーさん、よろしくお願いします。 私が選んだのがこのカルテヒルドイドの化粧水じゃなくて保湿乳液の方を選びました。 化粧水じゃなくてあえて乳液なのは？ そうですね、やっぱり油分の補給っていうのをしたいので、水分も補給したいっていう方もいると思うんですけど、 化粧水と乳液ってほとんど水分にも変わらないですし、 これで正直、まかなえるっちゃまかなえるんですよね。 化粧水乳液ってやる方がいいっていう方は、その方が保湿力も高まると思うので、 それはいいと思うんですけど、ちょっとこの5000円以内っていうところで納めるとなると、 そう、5000円でこれね、私が設定した意地悪なんですけど、自分で苦しめられるっていう。 結構これ厳しいところですね。 厳しかったですよね。 1000円くらい？ そうですね、1800円くらいですかね。 そうですよね。 あ、そうですよね。 これで3500円くらいですかね。 そうそう。 はい。 というところで、化粧水代わりに乳液っていうのは全然アリだと思いますので、 これを選びました。 これが成分的には有名なヘパリン類似物質っていうのが入っていて、 これが普通の保湿成分とはちょっと違くて、 お肌の角質層のラメラ機能とかを整えたりとか、 そういうのがあって、バリア機能を改善するっていうのが期待できるので、 はい、これを選びました。 私もそう言いたかったんですけど、 絶対、絶対かくると思ったんで、 私はこちらです。 SHISEIDO イハダ薬用ローションしっとりタイプにしました。 で、これはSHISEIDOさんの商品になるんですけれども、 これのいいところは、ワセリンなんですよ。 ああ、いいですね。 ワセリンってご存知だと思います。 高純度のワセリンってすごく保湿力、ラッピング効果しっかりしているので、 その防生性のワセリンを入れているっていうのが、 ポイントのローションになるのと、 もう一つアラントインとグリチルリチン酸も入っていて、 抗炎症っていうこともあるので、 これってSHISEIDOさんの独自の技術だと思うんですけど、 酸化脂質の成分量をアップさせるような成分が入っているんですよね。 アクアシナジーっていうのが。 こっち行きたかったなと思うんですけど、 カルテヒルドイドに行きたいなと思ったんですけど、 私はあえてイハダを、 女性でも乳液一本でもいいなと思ったんですけど、 パシャパシャしたい。 あなたへ。ということで、 イハダにしました。 これ、いくらぐらいですか？ 1500円です。 結構良くないですか？1500円。 そうですね。 これで、 2200円くらいです。 ということで、 置きますか。 じゃあ続いて。 無印の敏感肌薬用美白クリームですね。 無印？ はい。無印選びました。 私ね、無印あんま知らないんですよ。 良いんですか？ 美白って書いてるんですけど、 乾燥肌の方にもおすすめの成分も入ってて、 どんな成分ですか？ 基本は、 敏感肌美白なので、 有効成分としてビタミンCグルコシドっていうものと、 美白系ですね。 あと、抗炎症で、 グリチルリチン酸ジカリウム、 肌荒れ防止成分とか入ってるんですけど、 それプラス、 美白ラインっていうのは最近リニューアルされて、 ユーカリエキスとかっていう新しいのが入ってるんですね。 ユーカリエキスっていうのが、 肌のバリア機能に関係している、 タイトジャンクションっていうのがあるんですけど、 それを、 しっかりさせてくれるっていう成分が入ってて、 はい。 なので、こちらをちょっと選びました。 これ、いくらですか？ これがですね、税込みで 1390円なので、 じゃあ、まあ、ぴったりぐらいですね。 そうですね。税抜きで、 4700円ぐらいですかね。 すごい！ 4763円ぐらい。 めっちゃぴったり！ 考え抜いた感じ。 私が勝手にやった罰ゲームなんですけど、 結構大変ですよね。 大変ですよね。端数が出ちゃうんで。 ちょっと次は、 まあ、でも5000円ちょっと一番リアルですよね。 そうですね。使いやすい価格帯です。 そうですね。 で、私は、 すごい迷ったんですよね。 スミショーさんが、絶対ヒルドイド持ってくると思ったけど、 ヒルドイドにしようか、 今でも迷ってるんですけど、 ちょっと2つ喋らせてください。 どっちかです。 私もクレンジングは、 1個だけにして、 化粧水で保湿をして、 で、スミショーさんが絶対、 化粧水だと思ったのに、 だから乳液入れようと思ったのに、 乳液出してきちゃったから、 というのもあるんですが、 このイハダの薬用バームは、 この化粧水とも一緒なんですけれども、 防生性のワセリンを使ってるんですよ。 ワセリンってね、 もちろん、 水分が蒸発しているのを守ったりとか、 バリア機能の一番の 最後の要の役割をしてくれているので、 すごくいいんですね。 プラス、これね、 ニキビの元ができにくい、 処方になっているんですよ。 だから、今ってマスクして、 乾燥というか肌荒れもするけど、 ニキビもできやすいよっていう人もいらっしゃって、 私もともとすごいニキビ肌なので、 それは結構気にするので、 そういう意味で、 このイハダのバームいいなと思ったので、 敏感肌というか、 乾燥肌の人にと思ったんですけど、 1個だけちょっと 難点というか、 やっぱりバームなんですよね。 クリームっぽいバームなんですよ。 こんな感じで。 クリームっぽいけど、やっぱりバームなんですよ。 ワセリンだから。 どうぞ。 ちょっとバームでしょ。 バームですね。 だから、好き嫌いが あるというか、 ベタベタしたくないなという人は、 少し あるかなと思ったので、 かぶるけど、 このカルテヒルドイドの モイスチュアルもあるじゃん。乳液の方ですね。 クリームは高かったから、 ちょっと手が出せない。5,000円以内では ちょっと収まらなかったので、 私は乳液、カルテヒルドイドには すみません。 クッションペーパーに乳液が入っているので、 乾燥肌の人には 使ってほしいものだから、どうしても 入れておきたいなと思ったので、 このイハダのテクスチャーがあんまり 好きじゃないよっていう方、 これは抜群に ちょっと嫌だなっていう方、 苦手だなっていう方は、 このエマルジョンがいいかなと思って、 どっちかです。どっちか選んで、 こっちでも5,000円以内になるし、 こっちをしても 5,000円以内になるように 思いました。 ということで、ちょっとこれは 乗せておく？ 怒られるかな？ でもこんな感じで。 でも似てますよね。 そう考えると。 考え方が 相通ずるものを感じるっていうか、 あんまり洗いすぎない、 ダブル洗顔しない、 ちゃんと保湿をして、 膜を貼るっていうことまで やっているので、 でも5,000円大変でしたね。 5,000円は大変でした。 ごめんなさい。 考えるのがめちゃくちゃ楽しいですね。 逆に5,000円縛りがあった方が、 ポケモンじゃないですけど、 自分たちのスタメンを決めていくみたいな感じで。 ちょっと面白かったですね。 これありですか？ 本当に嬉しい。 スミショーさんにもお墨付きをいただいて、 この企画ちょっと嬉しいなと思います。 なので、今回私のチャンネルでは 敏感肌、乾燥肌さん向けなんですが、 スミショーさんのチャンネルでは、 ニキビとか皮脂分泌が 活発な人向けのものを 5,000円以内で 私たちがまた選んでますので、 よかったらスミショーさんのチャンネルも チェックしてみてください。 本当に今日はありがとうございました。 スミショーさんのチャンネルでお会いしましょう。 さようなら。 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

Since Sumisho-san is here, I wanted to do something special, so I asked for a bit of an unreasonable favor and planned a little project. As you all know, both Sumisho-san and I review various cosmetics, so although it's not exactly a competition, this time, on my channel, from both Sumisho-san's and my perspective, we're completing a full skincare routine for people with dry skin—cleansing, face wash, and moisturizing—all within 5,000 yen. We're competing to see what kind of products each of us brings, and on Sumisho-san's channel, this time it'll be for oily skin, so please check that out too. Alright, let's get started right away—Sumisho x Arata Tomori, cleansers for sensitive/dry skin. Ready, go—ta-da! You brought out something that looks pretty expensive. This is actually kind of the key point this time. It's supposed to be within 5,000 yen, are you okay? Didn't go over? I'm fine, just barely, barely kept it under. Alright, let's start with Sumisho-san's. This is from a brand called Attenir, and the best thing about it is that many people do double cleansing, right? This is an oil cleanser type that doesn't require double cleansing. So it removes makeup well, and if you're concerned about face washing you can still do it, but if you're not that concerned, you don't have to, so it reduces the number of times you wash—that's why I chose the no-double-cleansing type. And products like that aren't usually cheap, so I had to raise the price a bit to get here. How much is this? This one is 1,700 yen before tax. This is my second bottle, and I use it normally at home with my wife—it feels really nice to use. It removes makeup normally, and even waterproof types come off pretty smoothly. This is good. Sumisho-san, you said everything I wanted to say, so I think I'm good, but people with dry skin want to reduce the number of times they wash, so no double cleansing is needed, and also I always say I don't want friction, so with sensitive skin people tend to choose cream types and such—darn, I can't choose that! I thought that, but I also wanted something that could be washed quickly with an oil cleanser, so considering the price as well, I chose Matsukiyo Original Treatment Cleansing Oil. I was torn on this one. This is pretty good too, isn't it? It's similar—of course Attenir's product is probably better overall, but this one has a moisturizing ingredient called Lipidure, but in the end it gets washed off anyway. Both don't require double face washing, and both are oils, and actually I've used both, and neither leaves that tight, dry feeling you sometimes get with oil cleansers after washing, right? Right, that's one of my favorite things about it. I feel like there's a sense of kindred spirit here. I'm happy. So, let's set this aside then. So that means double cleansing isn't needed, so face wash isn't needed either, right? Yes, next let's move on to lotion/toner. Alright, ready, go—tada! See, I knew you'd bring that. I knew you'd definitely think that, so I brought this just in case. I brought it, but, yeah, isn't this a toner? Actually, this is a milky lotion. It's the type where the milky lotion takes the place of the toner. That's the one—I thought you'd bring that, so I brought it too. I watched Sumisho-san's videos thoroughly and thought this might overlap, so I brought it too, but I'll intentionally set this aside. Alright, Sumisho-san, please go ahead. What I chose is this Curel Hirudoid moisturizing emulsion, not the toner. Why did you choose emulsion instead of toner? Well, I wanted to supply oil as well as water content, and while there are people who want to supply moisture too, toner and emulsion are almost the same in terms of water content, so honestly, this alone can cover it. For people who prefer using both toner and emulsion, that would increase moisturizing power more, so that's fine too, but when trying to keep it within 5,000 yen, yeah, this 5,000 yen limit was a mean rule I set myself, and now I'm suffering from it. This is pretty tough, isn't it? It was tough. Around 1,000 yen? Well, it's about 1,800 yen. I see. Ah, I see. So this brings it to about 3,500 yen. Exactly. Yes. So, using emulsion instead of toner is totally fine, so I chose this. Ingredient-wise, it contains a well-known ingredient called heparinoid, which is a bit different from normal moisturizing ingredients— it helps regulate the lamellar structure of the skin's stratum corneum, and it's expected to improve barrier function, so that's why I chose this. I wanted to say the same thing, but I knew you'd bring that for sure, so I brought this instead. I chose the SHISEIDO IHADA medicated lotion, moisturizing type. This is a SHISEIDO product, and the good thing about it is that it contains petrolatum. Oh, that's nice. You probably know about petrolatum. High-purity petrolatum has excellent moisturizing power and wrapping effect, so the point of this lotion is that it contains fermented petrolatum, and also it contains allantoin and glycyrrhizinic acid, which have anti-inflammatory properties. This is probably SHISEIDO's original technology, an ingredient that increases the amount of ceramide-related lipids— it's called Aqua Synergy. I wanted to go with this one, I wanted to go with Curel Hirudoid, but I intentionally chose IHADA instead. I thought using just emulsion would be fine even for women, but I wanted something splashy to use. So, for you—that's why I chose IHADA. How much is this? It's 1,500 yen. That's pretty good, isn't it? 1,500 yen. Right. So with this, it comes to about 2,200 yen. So, shall we set this aside too. Alright, moving on. MUJI's sensitive skin medicated whitening cream. MUJI? Yes. I chose MUJI. I don't really know much about MUJI. Is it good? It says whitening, but it also contains ingredients recommended for dry skin. What kind of ingredients? Basically, since it's for sensitive skin whitening, it contains vitamin C glucoside as an active ingredient, which is whitening-related. Also, for anti-inflammation, it has dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, an ingredient that prevents skin roughness, and in addition, the whitening line was recently renewed, and it now contains a new ingredient called eucalyptus extract. Eucalyptus extract is related to the skin's barrier function— there's something called tight junctions, and this ingredient helps strengthen that. Yes. So that's why I chose this one. How much is this? This one is 1,390 yen tax included, so that brings us pretty much exactly to the limit. Right, before tax, it's about 4,700 yen. Amazing! About 4,763 yen. So exact! Looks like you thought it through carefully. This was a punishment game I set for myself, but it's pretty tough, isn't it? It's tough because of the fractions. Next, well, but 5,000 yen is probably the most realistic price range. Right, it's an easy-to-use price range. Right. So, I was really torn. I thought you'd definitely bring Hirudoid, and I'm still torn on whether to go with Hirudoid myself, so let me talk about two options. It's one or the other. For cleansing too, I kept it to just one product, and moisturized with toner, and since I thought you'd definitely bring toner, so I thought about adding emulsion, but you brought emulsion instead, so that's part of the reason too. This IHADA medicated balm also uses fermented petrolatum, just like the toner. As for petrolatum, of course, it protects against moisture evaporation, and plays the role of the final key piece of barrier function, so it's really great. On top of that, it's formulated to prevent the formation of acne-causing elements, so considering that these days people wear masks, and experience dryness or skin roughness, but also acne breakouts, and since I originally had very acne-prone skin myself, I care about that quite a bit, so in that sense, I thought this IHADA balm was great, for sensitive or dry skin people. But there's one small downside— it is, after all, a balm. It's a cream-like balm. Like this. It looks cream-like, but it's still a balm. Because it's petrolatum-based. Go ahead. It's kind of a balm, right? It is a balm. So, likes and dislikes might vary— for people who don't want stickiness, there might be a bit of an issue, so even though it overlaps, there's also this Curel Hirudoid Moisture emulsion— the emulsion version. The cream was too expensive, so I couldn't quite fit it within 5,000 yen, so for the emulsion, Curel Hirudoid, I apologize. Since the emulsion is included in the cushioned packaging, I really wanted to include it for people with dry skin, so for those who don't really like the texture of IHADA, for those who really dislike it, or find it hard to use, I thought this emulsion would be good. So it's either one or the other. Choose either one, and both options come within 5,000 yen, both ways work within the 5,000 yen budget. I thought about it that way. So, should I put this on display too? Will I get scolded? But anyway, like this. But they're similar, aren't they? When you think about it. Our thinking seems to align in a way— not washing too much, no double cleansing, moisturizing properly, and even applying a protective film— we're doing all of that. But 5,000 yen was tough, wasn't it? 5,000 yen was tough. I'm sorry. Thinking about this was so much fun. Actually, having the 5,000 yen limit made it like deciding your starting lineup, like in Pokémon. It was pretty interesting. Is this okay? I'm really happy.
