結構しっかり重ねた方がいいと思いますね 日頃の疑問です ファンデーションにSPFが入っている時その前の日焼け止めは必要です なぜかというとSPFっていうのは1平方センチメートルあたりに 2ミリグラムをのせた量なので SPF薄く塗ったらSPFは薄まるというか弱まると思ってください なのでファンデーションってそこまでしっかり塗らないじゃないですか だからそういう意味ではしっかりと塗らないといけないので ファンデーションに入っているSPFはとりあえず無視してください 50代後半エラあたりの脂肪溶解注射を 50代ぐらいになっての脂肪は結構大事かなと思うので 脂肪がなくなった時にタレタレしないかな 毎朝飲むおすすめのサプリ 私はアクティブサプリを飲んでいて 今はAプラスDとビオチンを飲んでるんですよね やっぱりあまり日に当たらないからAプラスDと あとは最近髪の毛と爪がパサつくから それとかだと下地ではないんだけど 日焼け止め兼下地だから そのトーンアップのクリアが いいと思いますラロッシュの 3いいですね ちょっと比較してどうですか スックのお粉か スックのお粉はもうちょっと ラベンダーよりかな どっちかというと こっちのがピンクっぽい色ですね コスメデコルテのパウダー使っています メイクが全然崩れない わかる本当そう 下地ね 私日焼け止めを塗ってすぐ But for sagging, honestly, clinic treatments are best - either surgical procedures or treatments like thermage with RF machines to tighten the undereye area. Not necessarily ion introduction, but we have mesoNA and similar delivery systems at my clinic. Those types of introductions would be good. You can use Shiseido's control essence and Obagi C serum together, but since they're similar, either one works. For cleansing sheets, I have used Cle de Peau beauty's sheet masks, but honestly, I only really use sheet-type cleansers in emergency situations - like when you can't access water. I don't use them regularly. For 30s sensitive skin looking for hydration and firmness in toner... Well, what does 'beautiful skin' even mean? Preventing dark spots? Or dealing with dryness?
