デパコス並みに効果があるプチプラのオールインワン化粧品を3つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、ともにあらだです。今日はデパコス並みのオールインワン化粧品を3つご紹介したいので、最後までご覧ください。 今年は本当に寒いですよね。寒さに比例して乾燥もひどいなと感じています。もちろんいろいろなスキンケアもしたいのですが、疲れ果てて眠いというときにオールインワンは本当に便利です。オールインワンというと昔は「仕方なく使うもの」というイメージでしたが、今はプチプラでも「これデパコス並みじゃない？」と思うような、潤い成分がたっぷり入ったオールインワン化粧品が続々と発売されています。今日はそちらをしっかり解説していきたいと思います。 1つ目はこちら、グレースワン 薬用リペアジェルEXです。 中身は赤みがかった色で、動かすととろっとしたジェルクリームです。肌にのせてみると結構クリームタイプで、伸びも良いです。ジェルと書いてありますが、どちらかというとこっくりしたクリームのようなテクスチャーです。塗ったところと塗っていないところを比べると、ベタつきはしないもののスーッと入っていき、ちゃんと膜も張ってくれるようなクリームタイプのオールインワンです。 このグレースワン薬用リペアジェルがすごいのは、プチプラなのにきちんと「抗シワ試験」をしている点です。これを使うとシワが軽減されるという評価試験をクリアしていて、パッケージにも「乾燥小じわを目立たせない、高濃度評価試験済み」と書かれています。これはデパコスの商品ではよく行われる試験で、コストもかかるものなので、これを実施しているのは評価が高いポイントだと思います。 乾燥小じわに効果があるということは、当然潤い成分がしっかり入っているということで、3種類のコラーゲン、3種類のヒアルロン酸、そしてエラスチンが配合されています。コラーゲンもヒアルロン酸も分子量が大きいものが多いのですが、3種類入っているということは分子量を変えて配合していると考えられます。表面に効くもの、内側に効くもの、奥まで届くものというように段階を踏んでいるので、保湿効果が高いのではないかと思います。 さらに抗炎症という意味では、アスタキサンチンが配合されています。アスタキサンチン自体も強力な抗酸化作用があるので、紫外線による炎症や乾燥による炎症を抑える効果が期待できます。 もう一つ私が良いなと思ったのは、私の大好きなビタミンA誘導体、レチノール誘導体が入っていることです。それがパルミチン酸レチノールです。ビタミンAの誘導体で、レチノールはシワ改善が謳える成分として有名ですが、効果が高い分、赤みや皮むけといった「A反応」が起こることがあります。パルミチン酸レチノールは活性がやや穏やかですが、長期間使うことで皮膚の水分量を上げてくれる効果が期待できます。すぐに効果が出るというよりは、何ヶ月も使ううちに肌の水分量を上げてくれる、内側からパーンと張ったようなお肌にしてくれるイメージです。 私もこのパルミチン酸レチノールが入っているとつい使いたくなってしまいます。乾燥小じわを目立たせないという評価も取れていて、コラーゲンやヒアルロン酸、エラスチンといったベタな保湿成分も種類を変えて配合し、さらに微細な炎症を抑える成分、そして私の大好きなパルミチン酸レチノールも入っている。本当にデパコス級のオールインワンだと思うので、気になる方はぜひ試してみてください。 続いては、最近トレンドでもある日本酒からできているオールインワンです。日本酒の2大巨頭が出してきているもので、日本酒を使うという発想は同じですが、それぞれの日本酒の良いところを活かしているので、2つまとめてご紹介したいと思います。 それがこちら。白鶴 薬用大吟醸のうるおいクリームと、菊正宗 米と発酵 オールインワンジェルです。 白鶴と菊正宗、日本酒に詳しくない方でも聞いたことがあるくらい、2大巨頭と言っても過言ではない日本酒ブランドだと思います。調べてみたところ、どちらも神戸の灘という、日本酒造りが盛んな場所にあるブランドで、元々は同じ一族から分かれていったブランドなのだそうです。全く関係ない話ですが、東大に多く合格することで知られる「灘中学・灘校」を作ったのも、このブランドに関わる方々だとウィキペディアか何かで見ました。（間違っていたらすみません。） それくらい昔からある、日本酒に詳しくない私でも間違いなく美味しいと分かるブランドですが、何がトレンドかというと、最近は発酵技術が注目されているんです。発酵すると旨味が出ておいしくなるイメージがありますよね。お米を発酵させて作るのが日本酒です。だから元々発酵技術は日本酒メーカーさんのお家芸のようなもので、そのおいしいお酒を作る技術を化粧品に応用しているわけです。 発酵すると旨味が出るというのは、アミノ酸ができているということです。アミノ酸は実は肌にもとても良い効果があり、肌のバリア機能を改善してくれたり、分子量がとても小さいので、タンパク質を小さくしたものがアミノ酸ということもあり、角質層に入り込んで保湿力を高めてくれます。あとは表皮の細胞のターンオーバーを促してくれたり、コラーゲンの生成を促してくれたりと、アミノ酸は食べたり飲んだりするだけでなく、お肌にもとても良い成分です。 こちらの菊正宗 米と発酵 オールインワンジェルには、菊正宗を作るときに使う米発酵エキスが配合されています。この米発酵エキスにも多くのアミノ酸が含まれていますが、それだけでなく、アルギニンやロイシン、グリシン、アスパラギン酸といった、化粧品によく使われるアミノ酸もたっぷり配合されています。つまり自社で作り出している秘伝の米発酵エキス由来のアミノ酸だけでなく、化粧品に配合されるようなアミノ酸も加えているということです。 その他には豆乳発酵液、そして面白いのがサッカロミセス培養溶解質液というものが入っています。これは酵母を発酵させたもので、これ自体もエラスチンの生成を促したり、NMF（天然保湿因子）に構造が似ているため、しっかり保湿してくれるタイプの成分です。 この菊正宗のオールインワンジェルはこんな感じで、触るとプルプルしていて、取ると寒天のようにプルプルしています。肌にのせると気持ち良く、スーッと入っていくオールインワンです。日本酒というと香りがするのかなと思いましたが、無香料です。 面白いのはビタミンC誘導体も入っていることです。米発酵エキスなどで保湿効果はしっかりありますが、2種類のビタミンC誘導体が配合されていることで、美白効果も期待できます。ビタミンC自体もコラーゲンやエラスチンの生成を促してくれる効果が期待できるので、美白よりで、プラス保湿してふっくらさせたいという方には、この菊正宗のオールインワンジェルが良いかなと思います。 そしてもう一つの巨頭、白鶴 こだわりの大吟醸を使ったうるおいクリームですが、これは実は医薬部外品です。なぜ医薬部外品を取っているかというと、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが配合されているからです。グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムには炎症を抑える効果があるので、乾燥して炎症が起こりそうな方にはとても良い成分だと思います。 こちらももちろん大吟醸を作るときに使う米発酵エキスが入っているので、アミノ酸がたっぷりで保湿成分もしっかり含まれています。それだけでなくヒアルロン酸や、血流を促進して肌の水分量を上げてくれるビタミンEも配合されていて、さらにヨクイニンエキスというものも入っています。ヨクイニンというとイボの改善などに使われる漢方薬の一つですが、正直これでイボが治るということでは全くありません。ただヨクイニンは抗炎症成分の一つでもあるので、そういった意味では肌が炎症に傾きそうなときにしっかり使って潤いを与えながら、肌をふっくらさせてくれるジェルクリームだと思います。 テクスチャーはこんな感じで、菊正宗のものと似ていますが、こちらの方がよりみずみずしいイメージです。こちらもスーッと入り込んでいくので、全身に塗りたくなるようなジェルクリームです。白鶴さんの方ももちろんお酒の香りがするわけではなく無香料なので、そういう意味でも敏感肌の方にも良いのではないかと思います。 どのブランドも独自性を出していますよね。今日ご紹介したグレースワン、菊正宗さんのオールインワンジェル、白鶴さんのジェルクリーム、どれもデパコス並みに保湿力やこだわりの成分が配合されているので、オールインワンは「なんとなく仕方なく使うもの」ではなく、「これを使いたい」「これで肌が本当にふっくらする」と思えるような、指名買いしたくなるものばかりだったと思います。よかったら皆さんもチェックしてみてください。 いかがでしたか？このチャンネルではこのように化粧品の解説や、美容・健康について皆さんに分かりやすく解説しています。よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Tomo Arada. Today I want to introduce three all-in-one cosmetics that perform as well as department store brands, so please watch until the end. It's really cold this year, isn't it? In proportion to the cold, I feel like the dryness has also gotten worse. Of course I want to do various skincare routines, but when you're exhausted and sleepy, all-in-one products are truly convenient. All-in-ones used to have an image of being something you'd "reluctantly use," but now there are drugstore-priced products coming out one after another that make you think "isn't this as good as a department store brand?" packed with moisturizing ingredients. Today I want to explain these thoroughly. The first one is this: Grace One Medicated Repair Gel EX. The contents have a reddish tint, and when you move it around it's a runny gel cream. When you put it on your skin, it's quite a cream type and spreads well. It says "gel," but it's more of a rich cream-like texture. Comparing the area with it applied to the area without, it's not sticky but sinks in smoothly while still forming a proper film on the skin—it's an all-in-one that's cream type. What's amazing about this Grace One Medicated Repair Gel is that despite being drugstore-priced, it has properly undergone an "anti-wrinkle test." This means it has passed an evaluation test proving that using it reduces wrinkles, and the package states "tested and evaluated at high concentration to make dry fine lines less noticeable." This kind of test is often done for department store cosmetics because it's costly, so the fact that they've done this is a point of high evaluation in my opinion. The fact that it's effective on dry fine lines naturally means it's packed with moisturizing ingredients—3 types of collagen, 3 types of hyaluronic acid, and elastin are included. Both collagen and hyaluronic acid tend to have large molecular weights, but having 3 types suggests they've varied the molecular weights. It seems designed to work in stages—something that works on the surface, something for the inner layers, and something that reaches deep down—so I think the moisturizing effect is high. Additionally, for anti-inflammatory purposes, astaxanthin is included. Astaxanthin itself has powerful antioxidant properties, so it's expected to suppress inflammation caused by UV rays and inflammation caused by dryness. Another thing I really liked is that it contains my favorite vitamin A derivative, a retinol derivative—retinyl palmitate. It's a vitamin A derivative, and retinol is famous for being able to claim wrinkle improvement effects, but the higher the effectiveness, the more likely you are to get a "retinol reaction" like redness or peeling. Retinyl palmitate is somewhat gentler in activity, but with long-term use, it's expected to raise the skin's moisture content. So rather than instant results, it's expected to raise skin moisture over months of use, giving an image of plump, hydrated skin from within. Whenever retinyl palmitate is included, I can't help but want to use it. Given that it has passed evaluation for making dry fine lines less noticeable, contains varied types of classic moisturizing ingredients like collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin, plus ingredients that suppress minor inflammation, and my beloved retinyl palmitate—I really think this is a department-store-level all-in-one, so if you're interested, please give it a try. Next up is an all-in-one made from sake, which is quite trendy right now. It's from the two giants of Japanese sake, and while the concept of using sake is the same, each brings out the best qualities of their respective sake, so I want to introduce both together. Here they are: Hakutsuru Medicated Daiginjo Moisture Cream and Kikumasamune Rice and Fermentation All-in-One Gel. Hakutsuru and Kikumasamune—even people who aren't familiar with sake have definitely heard of these, and I think it's no exaggeration to call them the two giants of Japanese sake brands. I looked into it a bit, and interestingly, both are located in an area of Kobe called Nada, which is apparently a place where sake brewing is very active. Originally, both brands stemmed from the same family and later split into two. Also, completely unrelated, but I read on Wikipedia or somewhere that the people connected to these brands were also the ones who founded Nada Junior High and High School, famous for having many students get into the University of Tokyo. (Sorry if that's wrong.) Even someone like me who knows nothing about sake can tell these are brands with that much history, and definitely make delicious products. So what's trending? Fermentation technology is currently in the spotlight. When something ferments, umami is produced and it becomes more delicious, right? Sake is made by fermenting rice. So fermentation technology was originally something sake makers were skilled at, like their forte, and they're now applying that skill of making delicious sake to cosmetics. When fermentation produces umami, what's actually being created is amino acids. Amino acids actually have great effects on the skin too—they improve the skin's barrier function, and because amino acids have very small molecular weight (since amino acids are essentially very small pieces of protein), they penetrate the stratum corneum and enhance moisturizing power. They also promote turnover of epidermal cells and promote collagen synthesis. Amino acids really have many benefits for the skin beyond just eating or drinking them. This Kikumasamune Rice and Fermentation All-in-One Gel contains rice fermentation extract, the same one used to make Kikumasamune sake. This rice fermentation extract contains many amino acids, but beyond that, it also contains arginine, leucine, glycine, aspartic acid, and other amino acids commonly used in cosmetics. So it's not just amino acids from their proprietary "secret sauce" rice fermentation extract, but also amino acids typically added to cosmetic formulations. Other ingredients include soy milk fermentation liquid, and interestingly, something called Saccharomyces culture lysate filtrate. This is made from fermented yeast, and it itself is expected to promote elastin synthesis and, due to its structural similarity to NMF (natural moisturizing factor), provide solid moisturizing effects. This Kikumasamune all-in-one gel looks like this—when you touch it, it's jiggly and plump, and when you scoop it out, it's bouncy like agar jelly. It feels great on the skin and sinks in smoothly, this all-in-one. I thought sake products might have a scent, but it's actually fragrance-free. What's interesting is that it also contains vitamin C derivatives. While rice fermentation extract provides plenty of moisturizing effect, the inclusion of two types of vitamin C derivatives also offers whitening effects. Vitamin C itself is also expected to promote collagen and elastin synthesis, so if you're leaning toward whitening while also wanting extra moisture and plumpness, this Kikumasamune all-in-one gel would be a good choice. Now for the other giant—Hakutsuru's Moisture Cream using their prized Daiginjo sake—this is actually classified as a quasi-drug. The reason it qualifies as a quasi-drug is because it contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate has anti-inflammatory effects, so I think it's a great ingredient for those whose skin tends toward inflammation from dryness. This one, of course, also contains rice fermentation extract used in making Daiginjo sake, so it's packed with amino acids and has solid moisturizing ingredients. Beyond that, it also contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin E, which promotes blood flow and raises skin moisture content, plus something called Coix seed extract (Job's tears extract). Coix seed is one of the herbal medicine ingredients used for improving things like warts, but to be clear, this definitely won't cure warts. However, Coix seed extract is also an anti-inflammatory ingredient, so in that sense, I think this is a gel cream that firmly delivers moisture while calming skin that's leaning toward inflammation, plumping it up nicely. The texture looks like this—similar to the Kikumasamune product, but this one feels a bit more watery/dewy. This one also sinks in smoothly, making you want to apply it all over your body. Of course, the Hakutsuru product also doesn't have a sake scent—it's fragrance-free too, so in that sense it should also be good for sensitive skin. Each brand is really bringing out its own uniqueness, isn't it? The three products introduced today—Grace One, Kikumasamune's all-in-one gel, and Hakutsuru's gel cream—all have department-store-level moisturizing power and carefully selected ingredients. All-in-ones aren't just something you "reluctantly use" anymore—these are products you'd genuinely want to use, ones that truly make your skin feel plump, ones you'd specifically seek out by name.
