私さんま御殿以前から何回か出させてもらっているんですけれども、なんかもう本当にMCさんっていろんなMCさんいらっしゃるじゃないですか。本当にいろんな方とご一緒させてもらったんですけど、さんまさんってもう時間がすごくしっかりと自分の中で計算されてて、もうここの時間でしっかり、早く終わりたいとかじゃなくて、もうこの着で綺麗にオチがついて終わるっていうのを、もう伝統芸能のようにちゃんとできる方なんですよね。それがすごく素晴らしいなというふうに毎回、今回もすごく思いました。 ルルミルクコツコツ飲み続けたらお腹の調子が良くなりましたっていうサオリさん。なんかこの先週ぐらいに上がってたリンカさんのYouTubeでも、リンカさんがご紹介していただいて、実は今大人ミューズでリンカさんと一緒に対談をさせてもらったんですけど、その時にリンカさんが腸内環境をすごい整えたいって言って、乳酸菌のサプリを飲んでらっしゃったので、乳酸菌のサプリだと腸のエサが少ないからルルミルク良いですよみたいなお話をしたら、なんか飲んでくださってるみたいで、長友理先生にそう言われたってYouTubeの中でも名前を出していただいて、大変ありがたいなと思います。 ちなみにさんま御殿の収録は2週間前かな。1週間前とかじゃなくて2週間前です。はい。そうなんですよ。この時にもこんなに熱いとは思ってなかったんですけど、本当に熱かったですね。 【質問】初めまして。ラロシュポゼのピーリングはニキビや毛穴に効きますか? これかな?エファクラピールセラムですよね。これはBHA、サリチル酸が入っているので、しっかりとニキビがある人には、サリチル酸というのは皮脂に溶けやすいピーリング剤なんですね。なので、毛穴のところにニキビができている人っていうのは結構皮脂が多いので、そういった時に毛穴の奥までピーリングができるんですけれども、ニキビの治療薬ではないので、毛穴とかにはいいと思います。ただニキビができやすい人の毛穴には、サリチル酸、グリコール酸よりもサリチル酸の方がある程度いいので、これはいいと思います。はい。 そう、収録からオンエア結構早いですよね。なんか、そこがパッと旬の人を呼んで、旬のネタをやるっていうのがテレビの醍醐味ですかね。 【質問】ニキビ跡の色素沈着が始めてできました。どんな治療をしたらいいですか? もし、保健治療では跡は治せないので、美容医療になるんですが、それこそピーリングだと。軽いものでいうとピーリングだったりとか、あとはしっかりした治療でいきたいと。光治療、IPL治療とかがいいんじゃないかなと。 自分が映っているテレビを見ながら、YouTubeをやるのもすごい面白いですね。なんか不思議な感じ。自分でVTRとかは見るんですけど、庵野さんが映っているみたいな中学校の写真とかは出てこないから、私も見ながら、そうなんだって。 こればっかりはどういうものに、VB部が一番私はいいと思いますけれども、アドバテックレーザーも悪くはないですけど、基本はVB部が一番私の中ではいいかなと思います。薄いシミにはピコレーザーよりは薄いシミってなかなか聞きづらいんですよね、正直。 【質問】Tゾーンは油田で頬は乾燥して毛穴が開いて部分的に使える拭き取りピーリングをお勧めされていたんですが、先ほどのラロシュポゼや他にもお勧めは。 1枚構成の黄色いものだったりとか、あとはカルテHDの、それは全顔になるんですけれども、部分用じゃない全顔用の化粧水と乳液になるんですけれども、乾燥もしながら皮脂も多い人用のカルテHDさんのがあるので、それとかはいいと思います。 山崎さんが私となりだったので、その時私は白い、今日白着ますと言ったら山崎さんはピンクです。じゃあ被らないですね、みたいな感じなので、衣装って結構そういう風に、白同士だったら全然あれですけど、例えばお隣に黒とかね、白とか赤とか色があったらあんまり被らないように。そうそう、この時の山崎さんのノートで私チラッと横から見てたんですよ。すごかったわよ、このノート。やっぱり山崎さんの同級生だったらこのノート欲しいなと思ったくらいです。 沖縄の応援歌本当に好き。オリオンビールの歌とか聞きました?すごいですよね。私は大好きです。 【質問】あと首にできた脂肪腫はレーザーで取るのがいいですか? というか、首にできた脂肪腫はレーザーでしか取れないです。もちろん液体窒素とかでも取れますけど、液体窒素だと結構色素沈着になりやすいんですよ。だからできればCO2レーザーとかで取ったほうがいいと思います。 沖縄高校野球優勝おめでとうございます。ありがとうございます。 【質問】今、化粧水は何と何の2個使いですか?気になります。 BAと同じようなものなので、BAとSK-II。SK-IIはいつものやつなんですけど、2個使い。ちょっと新しいものを使いたいなという時には、実はエリクシールもすごくいいなと思ったんですけれども、多分もう情報回帰されていると思うんですけれども、d プログラムが新しくなるんですよ。 そのd プログラムの皮脂と、皮脂も気になるけど乾燥も気になるみたいな人用のものがあって、それをちょっと今使い始めたらやっぱりちょっとそれもいいなと思って、ちょっと最新的にはこっちを使ってみて、ちょっと新しく使っているのはd プロですね。 d プロのやつは多分10月だったと思うんですけど、これもちょっとYouTubeで深掘りをしようかなと思います。 ちなみに昨日BAさん、私プロモーションをつけてやる時には商品を出すことはできないんですが、昨日はBAの最新のテクノロジー、リミットレスセンサ細胞のお話をわざわざポーラの研究所に行かせていただいて、3人の研究員さんから詳しく話を聞けたので、それはそれで本当に素晴らしい体験になったなと思うし、それを聞いているからこそ絶対使いたいみたいに思って、今はこれとd プロだったり、これとSK-IIだったり、これとエリクシールだったり、2本目は結構変えたりするんですけど、こっちはもう絶対使っているという感じですね。 はい、さんま御殿出てます。さんま御殿も見ながらです。 【質問】アイクリームは今期はディオールとファス、どっちもいいんですよね。 ただディオールは、ファスは寝るときにつけたりするんですけど、これがディオールから出るアイケアのやつなんですけど、これ、マッサージツールみたいになっているし、冷たいし、メイクの上からもできるんですよ。だからこれを今私の中ではお直しの前に塗っている。 家ではファスのやつを塗って、両方使っているみたいな感じになっちゃっているんですけど、これめっちゃ気持ちいいですよ。本当に塗って。 これ塗った後に、ディセンシアのBBクリームで直して、エスプリークでパパッとお直しするみたいな感じが、私どうしても目の視野、喋った時にここに跡がつくんですよ。そこを綺麗にするにも結構いいかなと思いました。 これ9月もうすぐ発売で、目の周りの炎症を抑えていくという感じなんですけれども、 【質問】アルコール入ってます?というのはどれだろう。どれがアルコール入ってますか?ですか。 今9月2日に変更してもらいました。 なおさんアルコール入ってますか?というのは何のアレですかね。 目元ってやっぱりハリを出したい時にコラーゲンとエラスチンがすごい大事なんですけど、そのコラーゲンとエラスチンをしっかり結ぶためには実は銅が必要だったというところを見つけて、見つけてというかもともとそれは分かっていたので、その銅の吸収を良くするように入れているというものが今回のディオールのサイエンスなので、やっぱりこの目元のハリを しっかり出していくというような感じですね。 ちょっとひんやりするんですよ。だから冷たくて目もシャキッとするような感じなので、それもすごく良くて、ディオールは本当今回テクノロジーも良くて、今日実はつけているチークもディオールです。 この、もう結構いろんなところでバズり倒しているので、これね、バッてつけるとめっちゃピンクなんですよ。これのままふってつけるとすごいピンクなので、手につけてちょっとなじませてからポンポンポンとつけると結構青みピンクで可愛くてほわんってなるので、これすごいおすすめです。 今日のチークはディオールさんのバックステージのロージーグロウスティック001番ピンクを使っています。 で、アイシャドウも今日そのままパパッと塗りたいなと思ったので、シュウエムラです。これもキラキラ。これめっちゃキラキラでしょ。そう、結構キラキラのこれはクラッシュドジェムのアメジストレインのこういう感じ。もうすごいキランキランになる感じで使っています。 で、実はファンデーションはもともと今日日曜日で塗ってもらったというのもあるんですけど、直してもらうのにチャコットをちょっと塗ってます。この辺があれですけど、チャコット塗ってます。 で、粉で抑えているのはエトボスのミネラルリフレクティングスキンパウダーラスターライラック。ちなみにチャコットはこれクッションファンデです。チャコットって舞台メイクをやるところだから落ちにくいというか、そんな感じでやっているので。それでエトボスをしっかり塗ってという感じですかね。 で、リップはなんとセザンヌです。可愛くない?この色。セザンヌのラスティングステイリップカラーの01番です。すごい可愛い色だなと思って。いい感じになのでこれにしてます。 ちなみに多分全然わからないと思うんですけど、今日香りはゲランの新しいジャングルをイメージした9月1日発売の香りを身にまとっているんですけど、めちゃくちゃいい香りで。 オートル ブランというものをいつもは使っているんですね。それとシャリマーを合わせて使っているんですけど、ムスク オートル ブランのヘアミストが出たんですよ。だから昨日ちょっと仕事の合間に買いに行って。これはプレスの方からいただいたんですけど、すっごいこの色も香りもすっごくよくて。なんか今日ふとつけてみた。昨日買ったヘアミストを買ったからこれもいい香りですよって言って、シューって薄い紙にかけてくれて、それを持って帰ってきて落ちてきて、すっごいいい香りで、それで忘れられなくて。あ、そうだと思ってつけてみたらすっごい気持ちが良くて。明日からこれに変えようと。明日はクリニックなのでつけられないんですけど、いつものムスク オートル
