【角栓ケア】皮膚科医が驚くほど取れる角栓ケアを紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。皆さん角栓気になってませんか? 角栓に対するアプローチって、今までは酵素洗顔とか、角栓を落とすような洗顔とか、そういう洗い物系が多かったんですが 今年はですね、なんと2つのね、ブランドさんから拭き取りの角栓をケアする化粧水っていうものが出ています 考えが一新されるというか、すごくびっくりするので 角栓気になっているよっていう方はですね、ぜひぜひ最後までご覧ください まず一つ目ですね、こちらトワニーのスキンリペアです これ結構ね、大容量180mlになっています 洗顔後拭き取っていくっていうやり方なんですけれども これがちょっと面白くて、専用の同じコットンがありまして ふわふわした面とちょっと柄がついている面と両方あるんですね 拭き取り化粧水ってゴシゴシするのがやっぱり嫌じゃないですか なのでこの柔らかい方で化粧水をまんべんなく全体的に湿らせて、絡めとっていくっていうような感じになっていくらしいんですね このコットンが一緒になっているということで摩擦も軽減できるなっていうので これも素晴らしいと思ったんですが、このトワニーに入っているのはそれだけではございません トワニーって実はどこのブランドか皆さん知ってますか? カネボーグループのブランドなんですね カネボーって実はKAOグループの中の一つになります KAOといえば角栓融解技術ですよね トロメタミンっていうもともとpHを調整する成分の一つで いろんな化粧品に入ってたんですがそれが一定量入ることによって あといろんなものと合わさることによって角栓が融け落ちていくっていうことを 例えばビオレのジェル洗顔だったりとかエストのジェル洗顔だったり いろんなものに角栓融解技術っていうのが使われているんですが トワニー拭き取るっていうところがポイントになっています さっき言ったようにまずは最初に全体的に化粧水で濡らした時に トロメタミンが角栓の中に染み込んでいって そこで固まった皮脂をですね柔らかくトロッとさせると 固まっていったタンパク質も一緒にほわっと取れていくよっていうことなんですね 通常だったらトロメタミンを一緒に洗い流すっていうことが必要だったんですが 洗い流すっていうことではなくてトロメタミンがある程度肌の中にいるっていうことで 柔らかくし続けられる角栓自体が固まらないようにするっていうことで だったらやっぱり拭き取りだったり化粧水で入れられないかっていうのをですね 6年かかったそうです トロメタミン自体がやっぱりいっぱい入れすぎてもダメだし やっぱり少なすぎても角栓の効果にはならないし それの一番いい塩梅っていうのを見つけるのに苦労したっていう風に伺いました 顔で使うと黄色っぽいなんか私こんな汚れてたんだみたいな色がついたりするし 成分的にはエタノールっていう風に書いてあるんですよ エタノールを揮発するために入れているわけじゃなくて 成分を抽出する時に出てしまうエタノールらしくて スーッとした感覚っていうのは全然ないですね 本当に気持ちのいい化粧水で 保湿成分もしっかり入っているので 取った後に保湿をしてあげるような形になっています なので少しお姉さん世代の角栓をきれいにするっていうイメージなのかなと思いますし 乾燥肌の人っていうよりは たるみ毛穴だったりとかTゾーンだったり 角栓が気になる方っていうにはすごくいいのかなと思います 本当にね全然スーッとした感じもないし トロメタミンって洗った後ちょっとぬるっとするところあるんですよ でもそういったものも一切なくて すごく気持ちがいい化粧水で あと大容量なのでね それもすごくいいのかなという風に思います 続いてはこちら Nオーガニックのクリアピールセラム こちらはね拭き取り美容液と書いてありますけれども 洗顔後一番最初に使うっていう形になっています とろっとしたすごく厚みのある美容液になっています 厚みがあるので摩擦はねほとんど感じないですね ちょっと摩擦が気になる方も 特にこちらは厚みがすごくあるので 普通のコットンを使っても摩擦になるってことはないかなという風に思います 実はNオーガニック ね 厚膜っていうだけじゃなくて 世界で初めて角栓がどうやってできるかっていうのを 見つけたっていうところがすごいところなんですよ 先生角栓ってタンパク質と皮脂が固まってるっていうのは 毎回言ってるから何を今更って思うじゃないですか でもこのタンパク質っていうのが 今までは私たちの皮膚からできてますよ 皮膚もタンパク質だから不要な角質だったりっていうのが 皮脂と混ざってできているのが角栓ですよ っていう風に言われてたんですが Nオーガニックさんはそこから疑問を抱いていたらしいんですね 皮脂ってどうやって分泌されるかというとすごく面白くて 皮脂腺と呼ばれる脂の栓があります 脂が皮脂を出す時には細胞自体が弾けるんですよ 弾けて皮脂として出るんですが この弾けた跡って細胞のカスみたいなのがありますよね わかります? 実は私たちの体にはオートファジーといって いらないものを吸収してそれをリサイクルする機能が備わってるんですが ただのオートファジーでこの皮脂腺がパーンと弾けて 残った外側の皮みたいなものっていうのは オートファジーで回収されていくんですが 皮脂腺のオートファジーが低下しちゃっているとですね 皮脂が出た後にその余分なタンパク質のかけらが たくさん残っているっていうことを Nオーガニックさんが初めて見つけたんですよ なので角栓がいっぱい詰まっているところは 皮脂腺由来のタンパク質っていうのが結構あるっていうことを見つけたんですね じゃあいくら角栓のケアとかしていっても 皮脂腺から出てくる不要なタンパク質 かけらみたいなものがあったらいけないよねと だったら皮脂腺のオートファジーを正常化させることで 余分なタンパク質を回収してくれることがあれば 角栓の元になるものがなくなるんじゃないかっていうことを 壮大な研究をして見つけたのが 高濃度のトレハロースなんですよ トレハロースっていろんな化粧水の中にも入っていて 保湿成分なんですが 高濃度っていうのがポイントらしくて 特許とかを取ってらっしゃると思うので 通常だったらタンパク質を回収できるっていうことが 低下してるっていうことを見つけたのも素晴らしいんですけども そこをちゃんと補うものは何かっていうものまで見つけたっていうのは 本当に素晴らしいなと思います オートファジーを正常化させる高濃度のトレハロース以外にも やっぱり角質をきれいにするクエン酸だったりとか あとは抗酸化作用の高いビタミンC誘導体 あとはビタミンEの誘導体もしっかり入っているので 角栓を除去するし黒ずみも防止するしっていうような 皮脂テカタイプの角栓にはめちゃめちゃいいんじゃないかな というふうに思います 使い心地もスッとするようなエタノールも入っているので 皮脂が多いタイプの人 あとノンコメドジェニック処方にもなっているので ニキビができやすい皮脂テカ肌にはすごくいいかなと 皮脂テカの人っていうのは皮脂腺が多かったりとか 皮脂腺が活発だったりすると思うんですよね 皮脂テカの方はNオーガニックの拭き取り用液 いいんじゃないかなと思いますし 角栓の元になるタンパク質が供給されなくなるので 角栓自体を作りにくくするっていうことも 考えられるんじゃないかなというふうに思います まとめるとですね どちらにも素晴らしい技術が入っているんですけれども トワニーはどちらかというとお姉さん向きで Nオーガニックは皮脂テカ肌向きのものなのかなと思うんですが 今まで洗い流すものがメインだったんですが 保湿もしながら角栓自体をなくしていくっていう 画期的なアプローチができるのかなというふうに思うので 肌タイプ別だったりとか あとはテクスチャーだったりとか気になる方はですね ぜひぜひチェックしてみてください ということでいかがだったでしょうか 全然違う別々のブランドから 拭き取りの角栓除去っていうのが出るっていうのは すごく珍しいし どちらも独自の技術っていうのが入っているので 本当に今回も素晴らしい技術と研究だったなというふうに思います ということで 今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました 今日の内容良かったよと思う方はですね グッドボタンを押していただいたり 自分はこういうふうに角栓をケアしてますってことがあれば コメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう さようなら

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Are you concerned about blackheads and comedones? Blackhead care approaches have traditionally focused on enzyme cleansers or cleansing products designed to remove blackheads. However, this year, two brands have surprisingly launched cleansing toners for blackhead care through wiping. This is a completely new approach, so if you're concerned about blackheads, please watch until the end. First, let me introduce Twany's Skin Repair. This comes in a generous 180ml size. It's a wiping-type product used after cleansing, and it has an interesting design. It comes with a special cotton pad that has both a soft side and a textured side. We generally don't want to rub too hard with wiping toners, so you wet the entire face evenly with the soft side and gently remove impurities. Since it comes with a specialized cotton pad, friction is minimized. But that's not all about Twany's technology. Do you know which brand group Twany belongs to? It's part of the Kanebo Group, which is part of the KAO Group. KAO is famous for their comedo-dissolving technology. Trometamol is a pH-adjusting ingredient found in many cosmetics that, at the right concentration combined with other ingredients, causes blackheads to dissolve. This technology is used in various products like Biore gel cleansers and Est gel cleansers. The key point with Twany is the wiping approach. When you first wet your entire face with the toner, trometamol penetrates into the blackheads and softens the solidified sebum, allowing the hardened proteins to gently come away. Normally, you'd need to rinse away the trometamol, but by keeping trometamol in the skin, it continuously softens the blackheads and prevents them from hardening. This is why they developed a wiping toner instead of a rinse-off product, a process that took 6 years. Finding the perfect balance of trometamol concentration was challenging, as too much doesn't work well and too little doesn't provide the blackhead-dissolving effect. When used on the face, you might see a yellowish tint that makes you realize how dirty your skin was. Although ethanol is listed in the ingredients, it's not added for volatilization but is a byproduct of ingredient extraction. It doesn't provide that sharp alcohol sensation. It's genuinely a pleasant toner with solid moisturizing ingredients, so you'll want to moisturize after use. I think it's designed for mature skin looking to cleanse blackheads, and it's particularly good for those with sagging pores or oily T-zones rather than dry skin types. It truly doesn't have that sharp feeling, and while trometamol can feel slightly slippery after cleansing, this product avoids that entirely. It's a very pleasant toner, and the large size is another great advantage. Next is N Organic's Clear Peel Serum. This is a wiping serum used right after cleansing. It's a thick, viscous serum with substantial texture. Because of its thickness, you barely feel any friction. Even those with friction sensitivity won't experience discomfort with regular cotton pads due to its generous thickness. What's remarkable about N Organic isn't just the thick formula but that they're the world's first to discover how blackheads actually form. You might think, "The doctor always says blackheads are hardened sebum and protein, so what's new?" But N Organic questioned the conventional understanding. We always heard that blackheads form from unnecessary keratin from our skin mixing with sebum, since skin is also protein. However, N Organic discovered something different. Sebum is secreted in a fascinating way through sebaceous glands. When sebaceous cells release sebum, the cells themselves rupture. This rupture leaves cellular debris. Our bodies have autophagy, a function that absorbs unnecessary materials and recycles them. This debris from ruptured sebaceous glands is normally recycled through autophagy. However, when sebaceous gland autophagy declines, excess protein fragments from the sebum remain in large quantities. N Organic was the first to discover this, finding that areas with many blackheads contain significant amounts of protein derived from sebaceous glands. If we keep performing blackhead care but these unnecessary protein fragments from sebaceous glands keep being produced, nothing changes. So they conducted extensive research to ask: if we normalize sebaceous gland autophagy, couldn't we have these excess proteins recycled, eliminating the source of blackheads? What they discovered is high-concentration trehalose. Trehalose is a humectant found in many toners, but high concentration is the key. They likely have patents for this. It's remarkable that they identified that normal protein recycling capability is impaired, but it's even more impressive that they found what could supplement this function. Beyond high-concentration trehalose that normalizes autophagy, the formula includes citric acid to cleanse the stratum corneum, vitamin C derivatives with strong antioxidant properties, and vitamin E derivatives. So it removes blackheads, prevents dark spots, and I think it's incredibly effective for oily, sebum-prone skin. It contains ethanol for that refreshing feel, making it great for oily skin types. It's also non-comedogenic, so it's excellent for acne-prone oily skin. Oily skin tends to have more active sebaceous glands, and I think N Organic's wiping serum is perfect for that skin type. Since it prevents excess protein supply that becomes blackheads, it should make blackhead formation less likely. In summary, both products contain wonderful technology, but Twany is more geared toward mature skin while N Organic targets oily skin. Until now, rinse-off products were the main approach, but now we have groundbreaking products that moisturize while eliminating blackheads themselves.
