皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。 皆さんレチノール大好きですよね。レチノールってもう今じゃ結構当たり前の成分になってきて、私も何度もこのYouTubeで取り上げてきているんですね。レチノールっていうのはやっぱり肌のエイジングを止める成分として今では浸透してきていて、レチノールの化粧品、本当に巷にもたくさんあると思うんですけれども、2024年はですね、このレチノールだけじゃもうダメだよと。レチノールももちろん素晴らしいんですけれども、それに何をかけ合わせるかで、より肌に効果的っていうものが、今回2024年の下半期でたくさん見てるんで、今日はそういった製品をご紹介したいと思います。 レチノール元々使ってて大好きだよって人もそうですし、レチノールもっとパワーアップさせたいという方は、最後までご覧ください。 では早速、今年はさっき言ったみたいに、レチノールに何をかけていくかっていうのがすごくポイントなんですが、それが一番代表的なものがこちらです。ディオール カプチュール トータル レチ ショットになります。 そう、ディオールからレチノールの美容液が出たんですよ。結構びっくりじゃないですか。こんなん意外と出てるんだなあと思ってすごいびっくりしたんですけれども、これはレチノールがなんと0.1%入っています。0.1%ってそんな少ないの?と思うかもしれないんですけれども、レチノールって医療用で使う時、1%あったらめっちゃ顔が真っ赤になるので、だいたい0.25とかから始めていくんですね。なので化粧品で0.1%入ってるっていうのは、すごく攻めた処方になってるなと思いますし、レチノールって高濃度のものをどんと使うというよりは、0.1前後ぐらいを毎日使っていくっていうのが一番いいんじゃないかって言われてるんで、そういう意味ではかなり攻めたパーセンテージにもなってるんですが。 今回のディオール、0.1%入れてるっていうところもすごいんですけれども、何と組み合わせてるかっていうと、カプチュールっていうのはもともと基底膜っていうのにアプローチしてるシリーズで、基底膜の接着っていうところにすごくフォーカスを置いてるんですね。基底膜っていうのは表皮と真皮の間にある層で、そこから新しい細胞が表皮に生まれていくんですが、実はこの基底膜が表皮と真皮がしっかりと接着していないと細胞が生まれなかったりとか、あとはきちっとくっついていないことによって真皮にもネガティブな指令が行ってしまうということが分かっているので、これがしっかりくっついているということが大事なんですね。それをしているのがディオール独自の発酵ロンゴザっていうエキスになっています。 レチノールっていうのは表皮にも真皮にもどっちもアプローチするんですね。表皮ではレチノールがアプローチしていくとヒアルロン酸の生成を促してくれたりするし、真皮ではコラーゲンの生成を促すっていうふうに言われているので、より基底膜がくっつくことによって、その作用も相乗効果で高まっていくっていうことを今回見つけているので、もちろんレチノールだけでも素晴らしいんですけれども、発酵ロンゴザを入れることによって、より張り感だったりとかツヤ感っていうのを増していくんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 これは画期的、デパコスとしてもかなり攻めている処方だなというふうに思いますし、パッケージも素晴らしくて、レチノールっていうのは空気に触れると変性しやすいので、このパッケージもですね、ここにもともとこうちょっと止めるようなものがあって、それ開けてから使うんですけれども、1回こうやって手に出しても、この空気が中に戻らないような設定になっているので、中のレチノールが変性しにくいようになっています。 ちょっと固めの美容液で、やっぱりね、色がちょっと黄色っぽいですよね。伸ばしていくと結構スッと入っていってベタつきはあんまりないですね。レチノールの美容液なんですけれども、私は結構ピリピリ感とかはなく、しっかりと使えたかなという印象になっています。なので、よりツヤ感とか張り感を出したいという方は、かなりポイントになるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。あとディオールなので、すっごい香りが素晴らしいです。意外とレチノールの美容液で香りが良いというのは少ないイメージがあるので、そこもディオールさんらしいなというふうに思いました。 続いてはこちら、イニスフリーのレチノール PDRN アドバンスト セラムです。このイニスフリーさんというのは、アモーレパシフィックの中のブランドなんですね。アモーレパシフィックって実は独自のレチノールを持ってるんですよ。もちろんこれ純粋の普通のレチノールも入っているし、レチノールの誘導体も入っているし、アモーレパシフィックが開発したレチノールも入っているんです。それだけでもすごいんですけれども、もう一つのポイントはこのPDRNというものになります。 PDRNっていうのはポリデオキシリボヌクレオチドという成分で、何かっていうと、皆さん一回リジュラン注射とかサーモン注射って聞いたことありません?肌に注射をして、それで肌の張り感を出すっていうような美容医療で使われる製剤になるんですが、それの主成分なんですね。リジュランだったりサーモン注射の原料はシャケから取り出したDNAから培養してPDRNを作るので、サーモン注射というふうに言われるんですけれども、真皮のアンギオテンシンII受容体というものに作用して、血管の促進だったり抗炎症だったりっていうふうに言われているんですね。要は肌の修復系をアプローチしてくるっていうふうに言われているので、サーモン注射とかリジュラン注射をすると肌の艶感とか張り感とかっていうのがアップするし、それによって、こうたるんだ毛穴が引き締まるみたいなことも言われていて人気のものになるんですが。 今回そのPDRNを入れてるんですが、鮭のPDRNではなくて、同じようなものを実は緑茶を発酵させて作った成分が、鮭のPDRNと同じような作用があるっていうことから、レチノールとこのグリーンティーPDRNっていうものを掛け合わせてるっていう感じなんですね。レチノール自体も真皮表皮どちらにも効くんですけれども、緑茶由来のPDRNを入れることによって、さらに修復力を高めて張り感とか艶感を出していこうっていうのが、このイニスフリーさんになります。 イニスフリーさんって、アモーレパシフィック系でレチノールも独自のレチノールも持っていますし、緑茶自体もチェジュ島でご自身で栽培している緑茶があるんですよ。発酵技術っていうところも素晴らしいので、デパコスではなくお手軽に楽しめるので、素晴らしい美容液なんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 それ以外にも2024年はですね、面白いものが出ていて、それがこの2つなんですが、ラメールさんとシャネルさん、どちらもデパコスなんですが、どちらにもレチノールは入っていないんですが、独自の成分でレチノール様の働きをするというものを入れてるんですね。 このドゥ・ラ・メールさんはマリンレチっていうものを入れていて、海洋植物の抽出成分から、レチノールと同じように表皮と真皮に働きかけてハリ感をアップするような成分を入れているんですよ。このミラクル ブロスをかけることによって、ミラクル ブロス自体が抗炎症、プラスアルファでマリンレチを入れていることによって、割とレチノールと抗炎症のミラクル ブロスが掛け合わさっているようにハリ感を出すクリームっていうふうになってるんですね。これもレチノールと何かをかけるっていう考え方ではすごく似てるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 もう一つ、シャネルの独自の成分のアルファルファ濃縮エキスっていうものがあるんですね。これ自体がレチノールと同等の働きをするっていうことをシャネルさんが見つけていて、それをしっかり入っているのがこのクリームになります。レチノールは使いたいんだけど赤みとかが気になるみたいな人には、かなりいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 はい、ということで、いかがだったでしょうか。今年のトレンドとしては、レチノールに何を組み合わせていくかっていうこと、そしてもう一つ、レチノールの赤みとかは怖いから、レチノールと同じような成分を独自に見つけていくっていう、この二極化になっているなというふうに思いますので。 レチノールって本当に肌のエイジングには欠かせない成分なので、気になる方はですね、今日のご紹介したアイテム、ぜひぜひチェックしてみてください。 ということで、今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。今ですね、月額90円でメンバーシップを始めています。メンバーシップは毎週水曜日にメンバー限定のYouTubeライブをしています。当日見れないという方もですね、メンバー限定のアーカイブが残りますので、良かったらゲットプレゼントになりますが、メンバーシップ入っていただけると嬉しいです。 また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori (Yui Tomori). Everyone loves retinol, right? Retinol has become a pretty standard ingredient by now, and I've covered it many times on this YouTube channel. Retinol has really become established as an ingredient that stops skin aging, and I think there are truly a lot of retinol cosmetics out there in the world. But in 2024, retinol alone just isn't enough anymore. Of course retinol is wonderful, but what you combine it with is what makes it more effective for the skin—and I've seen a lot of such products in the latter half of 2024, so today I'd like to introduce those kinds of products. Whether you're someone who's used retinol from the start and loves it, or someone who wants to power up their retinol routine even more, please watch until the end. So right away, as I just mentioned, what matters this year is what you combine with retinol, and the most representative example of that is this: Dior Capture Total Retinol Shot. Yes, Dior released a retinol serum! Pretty surprising, right? I was really surprised thinking "oh, they actually released something like this." This one contains as much as 0.1% retinol. You might think 0.1% sounds like so little, but when retinol is used medically, having 1% would make your face turn bright red, so it's usually started around 0.25% or so. So having 0.1% in a cosmetic product is actually quite an aggressive formulation. Rather than using a high concentration all at once, it's said that using around 0.1% daily is actually the best approach for retinol, so in that sense, this is quite an aggressive percentage too. The fact that Dior included 0.1% is impressive on its own, but what's it combined with? Capture is originally a series that approaches the basement membrane, focusing heavily on the adhesion of the basement membrane. The basement membrane is the layer between the epidermis and the dermis, from which new cells are born into the epidermis. It's actually known that if this basement membrane isn't firmly adhered between the epidermis and dermis, cells won't be generated properly, and improper adhesion also sends negative signals to the dermis. So having this firmly adhered is important. What accomplishes this is Dior's proprietary ingredient, fermented Longoza extract. Retinol approaches both the epidermis and the dermis. In the epidermis, retinol is said to promote hyaluronic acid production, and in the dermis, it's said to promote collagen production. So by having the basement membrane adhere better, this effect is enhanced synergistically—that's what they discovered this time. Of course retinol alone is wonderful, but by adding fermented Longoza, I think it will further increase firmness and glow. This is groundbreaking—I think it's quite an aggressive formulation even for a department store cosmetic brand. The packaging is also wonderful. Since retinol easily degrades when exposed to air, this packaging has a stopper-like mechanism that you open before use, and it's designed so that even after dispensing product onto your hand, air doesn't flow back inside, making the retinol inside less prone to degradation. It's a somewhat firm serum, and yes, the color is a bit yellowish. When you spread it, it sinks in fairly smoothly without much stickiness. As a retinol serum, I felt it was something I could use solidly without much tingling sensation. So for those who want more glow or firmness, I think this could be quite a key product. Also, since it's Dior, the fragrance is amazing. I feel like retinol serums with a nice fragrance are rare, so that aspect felt very "Dior" to me. Next up is this: Innisfree's Retinol PDRN Advanced Serum. Innisfree is a brand under Amorepacific. Amorepacific actually has their own proprietary retinol. Of course this contains regular pure retinol, as well as retinol derivatives, and also retinol developed by Amorepacific themselves. That alone is impressive, but another key point is this thing called PDRN. PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide. What is it? Have you all heard of Rejuran injections or salmon injections? These are formulations used in aesthetic medicine where you inject into the skin to bring out firmness in the skin—PDRN is the main ingredient in that. The raw material for Rejuran or salmon injections is DNA extracted from salmon, cultured to create PDRN, which is why it's called a salmon injection. It's said to act on angiotensin II receptors in the dermis, promoting blood vessel [function] and having anti-inflammatory effects. Essentially, it's said to approach the skin's repair system, so with salmon injections or Rejuran injections, skin glow and firmness increase, and it's also said to tighten sagging pores—which is why it's popular. This time they've included that PDRN, but not salmon-derived PDRN—instead, an ingredient made by fermenting green tea has been found to have similar effects to salmon-derived PDRN, so they've combined retinol with this green tea PDRN. Retinol itself works on both the dermis and epidermis, but by adding green tea-derived PDRN, they're further enhancing repair capability to bring out firmness and glow—that's what this Innisfree product does. Innisfree, being part of Amorepacific, has their own proprietary retinol, and they also have their own green tea cultivated on Jeju Island. Their fermentation technology is also wonderful, so since this isn't a department store cosmetic but something you can enjoy easily and affordably, I think it's a wonderful serum. Beyond that, in 2024 there are also two interesting products—La Mer and Chanel. Both are department store brands, and neither contains retinol, but both include proprietary ingredients that work like retinol. De La Mer includes something called Marine Reti, an extract from marine plants that works on both the epidermis and dermis just like retinol, to increase firmness. By combining this with Miracle Broth—which itself is anti-inflammatory—plus adding Marine Reti, it becomes a cream that combines retinol-like and anti-inflammatory Miracle Broth effects to bring out firmness. I think this concept of combining retinol with something else is quite similar to what we discussed earlier. Another one is Chanel's proprietary ingredient called Alfalfa Concentrated Extract. Chanel discovered that this ingredient itself works equivalently to retinol, and this cream contains it thoroughly. For people who want to use retinol but are worried about redness, I think this could be quite good. So, how was that? I think this year's trend involves two things: what to combine with retinol, and—since some people are scared of redness from retinol—finding proprietary ingredients that work similarly to retinol. I feel like this represents a kind of polarization in trends.
