加敷先生のスタジオにあります というのもなんか 加敷先生のスタジオにも毎年 素敵なツリーがあったんですけど それは先生のところに 通われている介護施設の方だったりとか 病院にいつも譲られるっていうのを聞いて じゃあぜひ我が家のも毎年 もちろん同じものをずっと飾るっていうのもいいんですけど 子どもたちも楽しみかなと思って あとはそういう笑っていただける方で 介護施設の方とか養護施設の方とか 楽しんでいただける方がいるんだったら すごく素敵なことじゃないと思って なので去年のものもすごく素敵だったんですけれども 今年も新しくして 去年のものは加敷先生のところに行ってから そういう施設に行くっていう すごい素敵な サイクルが回っているような感じです もちろんクリスマスツリーもケイト・ローズさんに 今年もお願いして 去年もケイト・ローズさんにお願いして なので去年とケイト・ローズさんの店長さんに 加敷先生の素晴らしい 素敵なサイクルの話をしたら すごいいいですねっておっしゃってくれて 最初はまた去年のものがダメでした? みたいな感じだったんですけど 違うんですよこんな感じでっていう話をしたら それは素晴らしいですねって言って 毎年毎年コンセプトを変えて 素敵なものにしましょうねということで 去年は緑のものだったんですけど 今年はちょっと白とゴールドで 装飾をしているようなものになります またちょっと まだ実は綺麗に飾り付けがされてないので 少し透明みたいな感じなんですけれども また来週も違った角度から 見ていただければかなと思います バラも今日はケイト・ローズさんは バラ専門店なので 素敵なバラを今日はアレンジしてもらいました 今日はですね ブライダルメープルローズ 今日いい夫婦の日だからかしら ブライダルメープルローズと ナチュールっていう これがブライダルローズ メープルローズですね ナチュールっていう こっちのちょっと こっちの方か とあとオートクチュールっていう 白いバラと 3種類のバラをミックスして アレンジしております とても素敵なバラになってます すごい化粧品メーカーの宣伝が多すぎる 登録解除しました 金儲けしたいんだなと あからさまでイメージが悪いです ということなんですが 宣伝ではないんですよ 申し訳ないんですけど 宣伝だとプロモーションを含みますというものは もちろん宣伝というか 企業さんにプロモーション というふうに 言われているんですけれども そうじゃないやつは 私が個人的に 解説をしているものなので それを宣伝と 撮っていただけるんであれば じゃあもうちょっと 見ないでいただいてもいいかな と思っております フランスはどうでしたか ということ うわこれは ティファニーですね イヤリングというか これピアスです はい 秋冬の日焼け止め 私はまた引き続き ラロッシュポゼを使っておりますが そうですね ちょっと保湿を すごくしたいとか っていうんだったら カバーマークさんとかでも いいと思いますし 私はやっぱりトーンアップのローズが 私の肌をトーンアップさせてくれるので それが引き続き好きで もちろん トーンアップの方は フランスにも持って行ったんですけれども そうフランスには というか海外には トーンアップってないって知ってました 私初めて知ったんですけど というのも 特にフランスとかは 多民族というか いろんな 肌の色の方がいらっしゃるので トーンアップっていう考え方はなくて 色がない日焼け止めが 一番 売れてるんですって だからトーンアップってないんですって言われて あとは トーンアップじゃない 日本では売ってないような ラロッシュポゼの製品とか いっぱい買ってきました 以前動画で顔立つもおすすめされてましたが どの機種でされましたか 機種はそんなに関係ないかなと思います 私は 急に忘れちゃった ジェントルレースのやつを 使っていますけれども でも基本的には そんなにどれでもいいかなと思いますね ラロッシュポゼのターマルウォーターのスプレーを 持っていますが おすすめの使用方法 ターマルセンターに私 ラロッシュポゼ村に行って 湧き水を飲んできました ちゃんとターマルウォーターを ゲットしてきました ターマルウォーターの いろんなお話も聞いてきて これは動画にするつもりなんですけど 私ちょっと感動したのが ターマルセンターって 私の中で タラソシマじゃないけど エステの なんていうのかな どっちかっていうと 美容の施設なのかなと思ったら もちろんそういう施設もあるんですけれども 入っていくと 患者さんが普通に座っていらっしゃって 火傷の跡がある患者さんだったりとか ちょっとケロイドがある患者さん パッと見て そういう皮膚疾患があるなという患者さんが 普通に受診をされていて そこも見学させてもらったんですけど それをそういう方たちに向けて ちゃんとフランスでは 保険が効いて その方たちにターマルウォーターで 治療というかをしているんですね なのでやっぱりターマルウォーターというのは 鎮静とか あとは炎症を抑えるとか というものがあるので もちろん日本では 傷があるところに塗ってください という形には なかなか言えないんですけれども でもやっぱり肌が敏感になっているとか あとお化粧前 なので私も今までは ふーんってしか思ってなかったんですよ 正直 でもスプレーをしてから ラロッシュポゼのトーンアップを塗るようになってから なんとなく肌の調子がいいかな というふうに思っております シャンゼリゼ通りはね 行けなかった もうね 皆さん先週の今日を 覚えていらっしゃると思うんですけども 先週の今日を もう本当に3,40分だけ配信して その足で羽田に行って そこから15時間 飛行機に乗って 着いたら朝の7時 その日が雨ですごい混んでたんですよ だから シャルル・ド・ゴール空港に着いてから そこからホテルまで 通常だったら1時間ぐらいしかかからないのに 2時間ぐらいかかって そこでお着替えして そこからシンポジウム会場というか ラロッシュポゼのスキンケアライブという 本当に皮膚科の先生たちが集まる会場 大きな東京でいう国際フォーラムみたいな ところに行って そこでもずっと 6時ぐらいまでかな ずっとシンポジウムをして そこから インスタにも載せたんですけれども セーヌ川の クルージングではないんだけれども そこでカクテルパーティー カクテルパーティーというのは ひたすらシャンパンと フィンガーフードみたいなものを食べるんですけど でもそれをやって いろんな各国の先生たちと お話しさせてもらって 次の日は朝6時に ラロッシュポゼ村に行かなきゃいけないので 朝6時にホテルのロビー集合で という感じ そこから電車に乗って 乗り継いで2時間ぐらいして ラロッシュポゼ村に着いて 1日してまた戻ってきて 翌日に帰ったので ちょっとパリの市内をなかなか見る という感じにはなかったです フランスでは どこにも行けてないわけ だから前みたいに お買い物をする時間がなかったので ラロッシュポゼ村の ターマルセンターで 日本には売ってない アイテムを 買ってきました また改めて動画にしようかなと思うんですけれども ツズリサさんっていうフランス在住の 皆さんが 私のYouTubeを見ている素敵な フランス在住の方がいますよ というので教えていただいて それで実は お知り合いの ツズリサさんだったということが分かって それでインスタの フォローをお互いしてたりとか DMをやり合ったりとかしてたんですね たまたま日本に帰ってらっしゃる時に バッタリ 六本木でお会いさせてもらったりとか 本当バッタリね なのでフランスに来る時には ぜひ来てくださいみたいなことをおっしゃってたので 帰りの日が 翌日すぐ帰る日 予定だったんですけど 夜便で夜の9時くらいに出発だったので ちょっと時間があったので ツズリサさんと旦那様に お会いしてランチを食べたのが めちゃくちゃ美味しかった それはねちょっと 動画にしているので 番外編として見ていただければと思います はい ターマルとアベンヌは 何が違うのっていうのは イベントみたいな感謝の会があるんですよ 立食パーティーみたいな それに 行ってきたんですけど 私は美保さんと一緒に行って いろんな美容家さんたくさんお会いして お話ししたんですけど 私と友利新さんと美保さんで壇上に上がらせていただいて 1年間お世話になりましたって なんか1年間ね マキアで話題のいろんな特集をしてもらいましたみたいな感じで 一言みたいに言われたので その2人と並んだんですよ まあ公開初期よね 2人ともめちゃめちゃ綺麗なわけ なんかもう女性の私も見とれちゃって ぜひインスタのストーリーに載せているので いやもう本当にねなんだろうな 見とれちゃったよね だからでも私はさ2人とは違って 別にそのなんていうの 私は一応医者だからと思ったけど 一女性として考えるとさちょっとした公開初期だなと思ったけど やっぱりこうねもともと持ってる ポテンシャルが高い人は素晴らしいと思ったけれども でもだからといって自分を卑下するわけじゃなくて 私もあんなに中学校高校の時にニキビ肌でめちゃめちゃ太ってたのに こんなにそんな素敵なねお二人と並べるようになったなんて 頑張ったなっていうなんかよくわからないけど ちょっと一周回って自分頑張ったで昨日は終わりました はいなんだそれだよね いやあのもちろん綺麗に見えるのは照明だったりとか 高いカメラを使ってたりとかちょっとした技術なんですけれども でも私ぐらいには絶対みんな慣れるっていうようにしたい だってもともと私は肌が綺麗なわけじゃないから だからすごく魔法を使っているわけじゃないからさ なるべくフィルターとかそういうものはかけないように 生であった時に私の肌を見てこれぐらいには慣れるよねって思ってもらうように ちょっと努力はしています 両親が糖尿だったら娘の私には必ず遺伝しますかっていうのは必ずではないですね ただ血糖値が上がりやすい体質というのはあると思うのでなるべく 血糖値のあのスパイクが上がらないようにその糖質だけの 純粋なね糖質だけのあの単食だからパスタだけとかなんかそういうものだけとか っていうものはやめたほうがいいかなぁとは思います 大きなニキビの話 こんばんはニキビの薬を使い続けてビクともしないのでおかしいなぁと思って皮膚科の 先生に聞いてみたらそれはニキビじゃなくてイボで手術が必要と言われました いきなり手術をするのではなく経口の飲み薬で様子を見たいなぁと思って病院探して いるところです また薬は飲んでいなくてハトムギを食べています自分で図書館で調べたところ 尋常性疣贅ですよ 飲み薬は効きますか正直 飲み薬だけで尋常性疣贅が全部消えるということはまれです そんあのもちろんあの飲み薬ってお薬は尋常性疣贅に対して保険が認可されているんですけれどもそれだけでは正直なかなかなくならない なんか予防っていう感じの方がいいかなぁとは思いますで尋常性疣贅だったとしたら 結構なんかレーザーで取るのもあの拡がっちゃったりするので私はまぁ飲み薬に飲みながらちょっと様子を見て時期が来たら 取った方がいいんじゃないかなと思います 目の上のくぼみてどんな感じもないですかっていうのは なかなかね難しいんですよねだからやっぱりここは あのなくならないようにもともとやっぱりこうケアしておくのがいいですし 最近はプリスのちょっと皮膚の厚みを持たせるようなものを使ってたりします 映りましたかね はいごめんなさいちょっとあの 機材が途中で落ちてしまった つきましたごめんなさいごめんなさいカメラのスイッチが すいません ごめんなさい見えましたか あふっ ごめんなさい切れちゃいました すいませんすいません 薬用の美白美容液はカンパンにも効きますかってまぁトラネキサム酸が入っているので あの通常のものよりはあの効果はあるとは思います ただやっぱりトラネキサム酸の内服もやっぱり一緒にしていかなくちゃいけ ないのでさっきトラネキサム酸1500は飲みすぎですかって書いてあったんですが それはそのカンパンのがどれぐらいアクティブかなので あのなんだ予防として1500はちょっと多い気がしますね はい 瞼の上の話は瞼の上はやっぱり凹んじゃうとなかなか脂肪をここに入れ込むということ はできないんですよやっぱり眼球が近いから ヒアルロン酸入れるという先生もいらっしゃるんですけれども やっぱりちょっと眼球があって怖いなぁとは思うのでやっぱりそこにあの まあちょっとなんていうのかな例えばポテンシャだったりとか アイセラムとかそういったもので張り感を出していくというのが一番いいのかなと思います 未開封の状態のスキンケア商品は基本的には常温というか普通のあの中暑くなったり 寒くなったりしすぎなければ基本的には2年開封しなければ持つようにはできているはずです グラスのトーンアップの日焼け止め使ってみたいですぜひぜひ 今日のリップはこれは韓国で作ってもらった私に合うリップっていうものを作ってもらった んですよ トーンワークっていうあのものでなんか自分の肌色だったりどの色がいいですかとか 艶がいいですかとかっていろいろ選んでやるんですねそれこそアモーレパシフィックで作って もらうんですけど それで作ってもらった色です結構私の中ではヒットだなぁと思っています 美白ケアをサプリメントは重要ですか まああの美白っていうよりもやっぱり抗炎症というか あのまあその紫外線が当たった時にやっぱりその炎症を起こすというものを抑えるには ビタミン c だったりとかあとはビタミン a だったりとかそういったものは 飲んでおいた方が飲まないよりはいいかなと思います ニキビの後の赤みに効く美白美容液は何がいいでしょうか だったらビタミン c だと思いますなので私もここにちょっと傷があるので 海外であのニキビ後にいいですよっていうものを買いました これはエフェクラの DUO っていうやつを私も買ってきて これがいいよってサーマルセンターの人が言ってたのでこれをちょっと買ったんです けれども あれ あこれじゃないのあれ私どこにあ あのちょっと買ったものがあっちにあるか でもやっぱりビタミン c があのいいと思います 色素沈着にはあとはトラネキサム酸さんも 私はいいと思います あすごい香りがするこれ これ使ってみる そうですねリップはアモーレパシフィックでしか手に入らないのかもしれないなんかこう あの自分で色をやってもらうので 冬の美白ケアのおすすめはやっぱりしっかり保湿をしてあげることなんですよね やっぱりその保湿をしないで 美白をしてもやっぱりあの正直浸透もあんまり良くないし Some of you might have noticed that this year's Christmas tree is different from last year's. Actually, last year's Christmas tree is at the studio of Dr. Kashiki, whom I always visit. I heard that Dr. Kashiki's studio also has a beautiful tree every year, but it's always donated to care facilities and hospitals. Hearing that, I thought it would be wonderful for our tree to do the same every year. Of course, we could decorate the same tree every year, but I thought the children would enjoy it too, and if there are people at care facilities or social welfare facilities who could enjoy it, that would be really wonderful. So last year's tree was beautiful, but this year we got a new one, and the old one is now going to Dr. Kashiki's place and then to such facilities. It's like a really wonderful cycle is turning. Of course, we asked Kate Rose again for the Christmas tree this year. We also asked Kate Rose last year, so I told Kate Rose's store manager about Dr. Kashiki's wonderful cycle story, and she said that sounds amazing. This is the same as Japan, Lipika, which is more of a moisturizing body cream. Look, there's no cap here. The Japanese one has a bigger cap, right? But it's so eco-friendly with a really tiny cap. This is how France does it now, with such tiny plastic, trying to reduce plastic as much as possible. And it's paper. These are retinol series and vitamin C series not sold in Japan that I bought because my child scratched me and it left marks I wanted to remove. Thermal water I can't live without.
