皆さんこんにちは、ともになです。今日は2023年、まあ一番先に発売される美白美容液について深掘りしていこうと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 2023年の美白第一弾はこちらになります。1月16日発売のコスメデコルテ「ホワイトロジスト」です。このホワイトロジストもめちゃめちゃ有名というか、まあロングセラーですよね。今回もリニューアルになっています。これで確か7代目のリニューアルになります。 こちらのホワイトロジストの有効成分は麹酸になります。麹酸というのは、日本で発見されてもうすごい長い歴史がある成分なんですね。麹酸自体は100年ぐらい前に見つかっているんですが、美白の有効成分として研究がずっと続けられて、30年以上研究が続けられてきていて、すごく刺激も少ないし、あとは本当に美白の効果としても高いということで、本当にいろいろなメーカーさんが使っているんですが、麹酸っていうのはメラニンを作るときに、メラニンを作る元にあるチロシナーゼっていうものがあるんですが、そのチロシナーゼの活性を抑えることによってメラニンを作ることを防止するということになるんですね。なので直接シミを作るところ自体をブロックすることになるので、もうほんと高い美白効果というのは言われていますし、麹酸自体が活性酸素を除去する抗酸化作用も強いので、シミも抑えるし、その前になるような活性酸素の発生も抑えるということで、美白ということでもめちゃめちゃ優秀なものなんですよ。 なのでホワイトロジスト自体は麹酸がベースに入っています。でもリニューアルっていうことは、もちろんそれだけじゃないんです。この麹酸ベースに、すごい研究があって、その研究から発見された知見にアプローチしている秘伝のタレを入れてリニューアルしたのが、今回発売されるホワイトロジスト ネオジェネシスになります。 じゃあどういった知見かっていうと、シミのできるメカニズムをちょっと考えていただきたいんですが、さっき麹酸っていうのはメラニン色素を作る細胞であるメラノサイトがメラニンを作らなくするようにするよって言ったじゃないですか。それはもう麹酸でコンプリートしてるんですよ。でもシミっていうのはやっぱりそれだけじゃなくて、どうしてもその麹酸で抑えられても100%じゃないので、メラニンってある程度作られるわけじゃないですか。じゃあその作られたメラニンっていうのは皮膚の細胞に受け渡されるんですね。受け渡されたメラニン入りの細胞っていうのがずっと居座ることによってシミになるので、基本的にはこの皮膚の細胞というのはターンオーバーをしっかりするので、メラニン色素があったとしてもターンオーバーがきちんと正常化していれば、このきちんとメラニンが入った細胞も排出されるのでシミにはならないんですよ。 なんですがやっぱりシミってできちゃうじゃないですか。これって何なんだろう。やっぱりターンオーバーがそこだけ停滞してますよって言ったらそれだけなんだけれども、本当にそれだけなのかっていう原点にコーセーさんが立ち戻って、そこをしっかり研究したら、すごく面白いことがわかったんですね。 というのも皮膚の細胞っていうのは、今までターンオーバーっていうのは上だけにいくよ、だんだん成長して上に、だんだん成長して角質になってポロッと取れていくっていうのが今までだったんですが、実はシミになりやすい、シミができている場所っていうのは、その皮膚の細胞が上にターンオーバーするだけじゃなく、実は横にも増殖しているっていうことがわかったんです。 どういうことかっていうと、メラニン産生が過剰な肌っていうのは、この肌細胞自体が通常上にターンオーバーされて出ていくんですけれども、上だけじゃなくて横にこのメラニンが含んだ肌細胞がどんどん増殖していくんですよ。そうするとそこで横分裂してしまった肌細胞というのは、引き続きその横分裂しやすい細胞なんですね。でそうすると横にバーッと並ぶと、このメラニンを抱えたまま、皮膚には基底膜というところがあるんですが、そこにこうテトリスの残骸がバーッと並ぶみたいな感じで重層化っていうんですね。綺麗に上に並ぶんじゃなくて横に行くから渋滞しちゃって、ガチャガチャッと固まりみたいになっちゃう。そうすると基底膜から新しい細胞が生まれるのに、きちんとターンオーバーする細胞じゃなくて充積されちゃって、横に横に横にみたいな細胞、それもメラニンを含みやすい横にしか行かない細胞がわーっとできてしまうことによって、縦に行ってターンオーバーせずに、メラニンがいっぱい含んだ細胞が横に塊になってしまうっていうことを、今回コーセーさんは見つけたんですね。 これってすごいですよね。だから普通だったらメラニンを含んだ細胞が上に行けば勝手に出て行ってくれるんですけれども、メラニンが過剰にできてしまっているのは、上じゃなくて横に行くことによって、その横にしか行かないメラニンを含みやすい細胞がわーっとできてしまう。これによってシミのもとが濃くなるし、やっぱり上にターンオーバーされないということは、それが綺麗にターンオーバーして重なるんじゃなくて、その悪い細胞というのがどんどんメラニンを含みやすい細胞でどんどん行くので、肌の透明感も失われるし、シミが濃くなっていくっていうことを、今回コーセーさんが見つけたんですね。 なので今まで通り縦に行かせるように、横に行かせないようにするにはどうしたらいいかっていうところまで見つけたのが、コーセーさんの素晴らしいところ。今回のホワイトロジストの秘伝のタレはですね、ターンオーバーが乱れちゃう、それが今までだったら遅くなってしまうと思ってたのが、実はこの肌細胞が縦にじゃなくて横に分裂してしまうためだっていうことを見つけたので、この横に分裂する肌細胞を抑えるっていう成分を見つけたものが、今回の秘伝のタレになります。 それが夏白菊エキスとヒドロキシプロリンの複合体、Gイニシャライザーになります。このGイニシャライザーに入っている夏白菊エキスというのは、もともと抗酸化作用とかっていうものが言われている成分だったんですが、今回このヒドロキシプロリンとの複合体によって、縦に行くことは増やすんだけども、細胞分裂が横に行ってしまうということを抑えるということがわかったんですね。 ちなみにこの夏白菊エキスっていうのは、医薬部外品に初めて搭載される成分になっている新規成分になっています。もともと抗酸化作用だったり抗炎症作用があるので、まあシミにもいいんじゃないかっていうことがなんとなく言われてたものが、今回きちっとコーセーさんが調べることによって、さっき言った横に行くものを抑えるということになったので。 なので今までも麹酸でチロシナーゼの活性を抑えることによってシミのもとも抑えるということになってたね。それでも取りこぼしてしまったもの。そういったメラニンがターンオーバーしていくのが上に行くものもそうなんだけれども、きちっと出していくんだけれども、実は横に行ってることが原因だったっていうことを突き止めて、じゃあ横に行くのを抑えて、きちっと縦に排出してしまいましょうっていうことで、秘伝のタレを入れたっていうのが、今回の7代目のホワイトロジストになっています。 テクスチャーはそんなに大きく変わっていないです。もともとみずみずしいのが特徴なホワイトロジストなんですが、今回もこんな感じで結構みずみずしいテクスチャーです。肌に結構スーッと馴染んで、美容液なんですけどちょっとお化粧水みたいな感じも全体的にスーッと伸びていく感じです。全然ベタベタしないので、夏の暑い時期に皮脂が多く出る時でもいいのかなと。でもちろんしっかりと潤いはあるんですよ。ベタつきはしないんですけど潤いはあるので、乾燥肌の人もいいですし、やっぱり夏でベタつくのが嫌だっていう人にはすごくおすすめのテクスチャーかなと思います。 このホワイトロジスト、どういう方に使って欲しいかっていうと、麹酸自体がシミのもとをブロックしてくれるんですけれども、さっき言ったみたいに、そのターンオーバーをしっかりとしてくれる、だから横に行くものを抑えて縦に行かせるっていうことをしてくれるので、やっぱり肌全体にシミもそうですけど透明感を出したいっていう方にはとてもおすすめですし、やっぱりテクスチャーがさらっとしているので、ちょっとベタつくのが嫌だよっていう人、肌全体本当に透明感出したいっていう人にはぴったりの美容液かなというふうに思います。 いやーやっぱり有効成分かける秘伝のタレってすごいなぁと思います。今回もすごい知見から生まれた秘伝のタレと、プラスアルファの有効成分で、なんかもう今年の第1弾、これがね多分一番最初に発売される美白なんじゃないかなと思うので、これから先も1月後半から2月、3月とどんどん美白成分発売されるので、またまた深掘りしていきたいと思うんですけれども。 今回はリニューアルされたコスメデコルテのホワイトロジスト ネオジェネシスをご紹介しました。今年もたくさん美白美容液発売になるので、皆さん深掘り楽しみにしていてください。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomo with Aratana. Today I'll be doing a deep dive into what is probably the very first whitening serum to be released in 2023, so please watch until the end. The first whitening product of 2023 is this one: Cosme Decorte's "White Logist," releasing on January 16th. This White Logist is extremely famous, or rather, a long-selling product. This time it's being renewed again — I believe this makes it the 7th generation renewal. The active ingredient in this White Logist is kojic acid. Kojic acid is an ingredient that was discovered in Japan a very long time ago, actually about 100 years ago, but research on it as a whitening active ingredient has continued for over 30 years. It causes very little irritation and has a high whitening effect, which is why it's used by many manufacturers. Kojic acid works by suppressing the activity of tyrosinase, an enzyme that is the source of melanin production, thereby preventing melanin from being made. This means it directly blocks the very process that creates spots, which is why it's said to have such a high whitening effect. Kojic acid also has strong antioxidant properties that remove active oxygen, so it suppresses spots while also suppressing the generation of active oxygen that leads to them — making it an incredibly excellent ingredient for whitening. So White Logist is based on kojic acid. But a renewal means there's more to it than that. Based on this kojic acid foundation, there was significant research, and the "secret sauce" that approaches the insights discovered through that research has been added in this renewal — that's this new release, White Logist Neogenesis. So what exactly is this insight? I'd like you to think about the mechanism by which spots form. As I mentioned, kojic acid prevents melanocytes — the cells that produce melanin pigment — from making melanin. That part is already completed by kojic acid. But spots aren't just about that; even when suppressed by kojic acid, it's not 100% effective, so melanin still gets produced to some degree. That produced melanin is then passed on to skin cells. Spots form when these melanin-containing cells stay put for a long time. Normally, skin cells undergo proper turnover, so even if melanin pigment is present, as long as turnover is functioning normally, these melanin-containing cells get expelled and spots don't form. But spots do form, right? What's going on? You could just say turnover has stalled in that spot, but Kose went back to the fundamental question of whether that's really all there is to it, and through thorough research, found something very interesting. It turns out that until now, it was believed that skin cell turnover only moves upward — cells gradually grow, move upward, become keratin, and flake off. But it was discovered that in areas prone to spots, or where spots have already formed, the skin cells aren't just turning over upward — they're actually also proliferating sideways. What this means is: in skin with excessive melanin production, while skin cells normally turn over and exit upward, melanin-containing skin cells also proliferate sideways, not just upward. The cells that underwent this sideways division continue to be cells prone to further sideways division. When these line up sideways like this, still holding onto melanin, they pile up at what's called the basement membrane in the skin — like Tetris debris lined up in a jumble, which is called "stratification." Instead of neatly stacking upward, they go sideways and create congestion, forming a messy clump. As a result, even though new cells are born from the basement membrane, instead of properly turning over, they accumulate sideways, sideways, sideways — creating more and more melanin-prone cells that only go sideways. This means cells full of melanin end up clumping sideways instead of turning over vertically — this is what Kose discovered this time. This is really something, isn't it? Normally, if melanin-containing cells move upward, they naturally get expelled. But when melanin is produced excessively, it's because cells move sideways instead of upward, and melanin-prone cells that only go sideways proliferate rapidly. This makes the source of spots darker, and since they don't turn over upward properly — instead of stacking neatly through turnover, these problematic melanin-prone cells just keep multiplying sideways — both skin clarity is lost and spots become darker. This is what Kose discovered. So the wonderful thing about Kose is that they figured out how to make cells go vertical as before, and prevent them from going sideways. The "secret sauce" in this White Logist addresses what was previously thought to simply be "slowed turnover" — but they discovered it's actually because skin cells divide sideways instead of vertically. So they found an ingredient that suppresses this sideways cell division — that's the secret sauce in this release. That is a complex of Natsushirogiku (Feverfew) extract and hydroxyproline, called "G Initializer." The Natsushirogiku extract in this G Initializer was originally known for antioxidant properties, but this time, through its complex with hydroxyproline, it was found to increase vertical movement while suppressing sideways cell division. By the way, this Natsushirogiku extract is a new ingredient being used in quasi-drugs for the first time. It was already vaguely said to be good for spots due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, but this time, through Kose's thorough research, it was confirmed to suppress the sideways movement I mentioned earlier. So previously, kojic acid suppressed the source of spots by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, but there were still things that slipped through. They found that the reason melanin wasn't turning over properly upward — despite it supposedly being expelled properly — was actually because it was moving sideways. So by suppressing this sideways movement and ensuring proper vertical expulsion, they added this secret sauce — that's what makes up this 7th generation White Logist. The texture hasn't changed all that much. White Logist has always been characterized by its watery texture, and this time too, it has quite a watery texture. It blends smoothly into the skin — it's a serum, but it also has a lotion-like quality, spreading smoothly overall. It's not sticky at all, so it might be good even during hot summer months when there's a lot of sebum. But of course, it still provides solid moisture. It's not sticky, yet it's moisturizing, so it's good for people with dry skin too, and I think it's a texture I'd really recommend for people who dislike stickiness in summer. As for who should use this White Logist — kojic acid itself blocks the source of spots, but as I mentioned, it also properly regulates turnover, suppressing sideways movement and promoting vertical movement. So I highly recommend it for people who want to bring out overall skin clarity, not just address spots. And since the texture is light and smooth, it's perfect for people who dislike stickiness and really want to achieve overall skin clarity. Wow, active ingredients combined with a secret sauce really are amazing. This time too, it's a secret sauce born from incredible insights, plus additional active ingredients — this is probably the very first whitening product to be released this year, and going forward, more whitening ingredients will be released from late January through February and March, so I'd like to keep diving deep into these.
