ビニール肌っていうことはターンオーバーが逆に進みすぎているんですよね。例えば、レチノール使っているとか、そういうものだと思うので、1回保湿に変えた方がいいと思うので、例えば、カルテHDとか、あとは、ライスパワーナンバー11が入っているライスフォースとか、こういう本当にしっかり保湿をしてあげるっていうようなものに変えていくのはいいんじゃないかなと思います。カルテHDさんのは、ごめんなさい、私の中でエマルジョン、ローションの方しかないけど、こういう薬局で買えるもので、こういうものでしっかり潤してあげるっていう方がいいと思います。ごめんなさい、私は韓国コスメがあんまりよくわからないので、日本のコスメになっちゃいますけども、そっちの方がいいと思います。 まず一つ目は、その、正直、紫外線吸収剤を含まない日焼け止めで、金属アレルギーにも安全なファンデーション。ごめんなさい、わかりませんね。なぜかというと、やっぱり、ファンデーションの中には、ある程度金属が入ってたりとか、吸収剤を含まないものには、散乱剤が入って、散乱剤には、酸化チタンとか、そういった金属が入っていることが多いんですね。なので、ごめんなさい、私が知っている限り、その、金属アレルギーにも安全です、っていっているファンデーションを、ごめんなさい、知らないので、わかりませんね。 These are dahlias and carnations that are kind of like this, really a royal blue color. And rather than matching the YouTube Live, I have flowers brought in every Wednesday, so I thought it might get a bit chaotic, but with the Christmas tree. But today's flowers are so lovely, and you see here, there's some yellow too. I wonder if you can see it. There's yellow as an accent color too. It's so lovely, isn't it?
