みなさんこんにちは！友利新です。 今日は1月出会ってよかったものです！新発売のものを試してみたりしたんですが、年末年始が挟まったので、そんなに多く試したという感じではないんです。今回は少なめプラス、美容だけじゃないというか… うん、確かに！でっかいものがさっそくあるので。今日ね、持ってくるの忘れたものが2つもあって。 え、多い？ やる気がすんじゃん！ やる気というか、入れたつもりだったのよ！違うカバン持ってきちゃって。 先生って何でも言いますが、大体忘れるんですよ。 そう、すぐ忘れるものをね。 今日は1月でやったスキンケアから冷え性グッズまでご紹介したいと思います。 じゃあまずこれね、「ポカポカカイロコットンインナー」ってやつなんですよ。インナーとタイツもあるんですよね。 私といえばババシャツみたいな。 そうなんだ！ 熱く語れるっていうぐらいババシャツに関しては。ババシャツルックブックやります？ やれる！今まだ届いてないんだけれども。だから2月の買ってよかったものに、こじはるちゃんのバリック・ジョーラルの素敵なババシャツも出ていて。それは、洗いた服でもババシャツが着たい人のための、みたいな。だから私、洗いた服用のババシャツから本気のババシャツまで各種取り揃えておりますので。ババシャツって言ったら肌着ね。肌着のルックブックできると思います。 今回はこの発熱するやつ、化学繊維じゃないんですよ。これコットンなんです。だから痒くなりにくいっていう。綿100なんだけれども、特殊な綿素材だから、あったかくなるっていうもの。肌触りが綿だから柔らかいのよ。チクチクしないし、汗かいても吸ってくれるし、乾燥もさせないみたいな感じなのね。 そんなに驚かないと思ったんですが、ガチでもう3つぐらいストックして、タイツとこれと愛用してます。ちなみにうちの事務所でブームになって、みんな使ってるの。 なのでこれは、今まで色々ババシャツ試したんだけど、チクチクするのが嫌だなっていう方にはいいと思いますので、ぜひババシャツ愛好家の皆様、チェックしていただけるといいかなと思います。 はい、続いては、年末年始って暴飲暴食するじゃないですか。 はいそうですね。 あと旅行に行ったりとかしてむくむんですよ。むくみに最高の「メルリー」っていう、炭酸を高濃度で浴びるみたいなもの。以前もこれご紹介したことあると思うんですが、炭酸のものが付いていて、装着して…そうやると、すごい炭酸と化粧水が細かく浴びれるし。これの何がすごいかっていうと、炭酸自体もむくみを取る効果っていうのはあったので、美容効果もさることながら、むくみ取りスプレーみたいな感じで流行っているところもあったんですけど。密かに、炭酸だけじゃなくて、化粧水にもリンパの流れを良くする成分を入れて、シュッとなるよみたいな。 名前もシュッとっていう名前なの？ すごくネーミング最高じゃない？年末年始はさ、暴飲暴食するじゃない？だからこの「シュッと」使って、めっちゃ良かったなと思ったの。ビタミンCを入れたりとか、あと保湿成分とかを入れて、バリア機能を高めたりとか。どうしても炭酸パックできない時に、朝シューってかけると明るくなるからっていうイメージだったんだけど、「シュッと」はむくみをシュッとしてくれる。むくみって放っておくと老化の原因にもなったり、炎症物質が溜まっちゃうんですよ。お風呂とか炭酸パックしてもむくみ取れるんですけど、時間ないっていう人は「シュッと」はすごく良いんじゃないかなと思うし、私的には年末使っためっちゃ良かったなと思っております。 あとは年末年始、海外に行ってたんですよ。乾燥してたんで、美容液で保湿のものを使おうと思って、「モイスチャーサージ クリーム」っていうジェルクリームがあって。昔YouTubeで、熱が出てお風呂入れない時に、そのモイスチャーサージだけを塗って寝たら肌がもちもちしたみたいな投稿をしたことあると思うんですよ。話変わるんだけど、それを勝手にステマみたいに使ってる人がいて、あれはちょっとやめてほしいです。 先生のね。 私のYouTube勝手に写真を切り抜いて使うのはやめてください。先生もオススメしてた、ここから買えるよみたいなね。それをちょっとやってないんで。 話は戻しますが、それぐらい私はモイスチャーサージ好きなんですよ。72時間イオン勾配を利用して、ずっと水を各層に届ける美容液が今回出たんですね。だから海外行く時にこれ持って行ったら良かったので、特にインナードライの人に良いと思います。もとを取して買ったと。やっぱ油分を入れると痒みとか起こったりとか、逆にニキビになっちゃったりするので、お水を巡らせるみたいな感じなので、このモイスチャーサージは結構良かったかなと思います。 あとそれで言うと、私もう目からうろこなんだけど、「ケアセラ」？去年から出て、セラミドを何種類も入れてるんだけれども、先行乳液なんですよ。皮脂が多い人でも、その炎症を抑えるようなセラミドも入ってるってのは分かってたんですけど、必死でかにはちょっとって思ってたんですけど、年末フロリダに行っていて、めっちゃ乾燥したんですよ。もちろんモイスチャーサージを使っても良かったなと思ったんですけど、帰ってきてからいつものテンションになったら乾燥があるなって思って。炎症もあるし乾燥もあるから、それどっちも対策できるから、やってみようかなって思ったんですよ。グリチルリチン酸も入ってるし、発酵セラミドっていうものが6種類入ってるから、使ったらびっくり良かった。乾燥肌の人のものかと思いきや、インナードライの人にもめちゃめちゃ良いと思う。これ詳しくは解説しようかなって思うぐらい20分ぐらい語れると思うから、これはめちゃくちゃ良いと思います。 ありがとうございます。ロート恐るべし。 恐るべし。 もう1個あるんですよ。ツイッターで有名な「丸の内OLの憂鬱」さんっていうアカウントがあるんですけど、その方がすごい良いよって言っていて。探したら意外となかったんです、ドラッグストアに。でもたまたま見つけて、買ったらめっちゃ良かったって感じ。メンソレタムリップのナイトエッセンスみたいな、夜修復をしてくれるっていう感じで。そのガサガサでも、これ使ったらふっくらするよみたいに書いてあって。年末はフロリダに行ってたんで、ガサガサしたんですよ。でもいつも通りやってたんですけど、なんかちょっとなって思った時に、これを見つけたから年明け使ってみたんですよ。びっくり、ふっくらなる。ナイアシンアミドとレチノールが入っているのと、ボリュームアップヒアルロン酸。ロートといえばヒアルロン酸じゃない？ガサガサ立地は気になるみたいな人で、お手頃価格でっていう時には、どこにでも売ってるわけじゃないのよ。私2個ぐらいドラッグストア行って、年始たまたま行ったところであったみたいな感じだったから。丸の内OLの憂鬱さんが行ったからバズってなくなったのか、ちょっとあれですけど、かなり良かったです。自然なボリュームとふっくら感っていう人は、めちゃくちゃ良いんじゃないかなと思うので、夜たっぷり塗って寝るといいと思います。 ボリュームはなくさない方がいいよねと思って、こちらでございます。カプチュールのコラーゲンショット。去年、兄弟の先生だったり、スタンフォードの先生だったり、錚々たる皆さんとテクノロジーだったりを聞いていたので、これが発売になるのをすごい楽しみにしてたし、先に使ってくださいっていうのでいただいたんですよ。年末もずっと使ってたし、1月もずっと使ってるんだけど、やっぱりいいわ。首とかにも塗っちゃったりとかして、贅沢使い。だけどやっぱりすごくいい。詳しくはこのDiorの動画を見ていただければと思うんですけども、最新の肌研究から、コラーゲン1種類だけじゃなくて、数種類増やしていかなきゃいけないっていう、それをやってくれてるっていうようなアイテムになるので、今のトレンドにも合ってるなっていうところもあるし。さすがDiorの研究だなって思ってるので、かなりおすすめです。やっぱり目の下だったりとか特にね、乾燥してた割には目の下のダメージは少なかったなと思いますね。 あと持ってこようと思って持ってこなかったのが、今月の貢物でございます。 今月ですか？ 今月の貢物です。クリニックに来てくださった視聴者の方がいただいたので、すごい嬉しかったのが、ナポリタンでございます。 ナポリタン。めっちゃ可愛いでしょ？すごい可愛いんですよ。これは今月の貢物としていただいて、本当にありがとうございます。これを毎月やるといろんな方がいただいたりするので、全然くれって言ってるわけじゃないんで、みなさん大丈夫ですけど。でももらったら嬉しいです。 もう一つが、ちょっと前にメイク界隈でざわついたのが、ルイ・ヴィトンからアイシャドウとリップが出たんですよ。どれも素敵だったんだけど、目を引いたのがブラシセットだったんですよ。これ欲しいって思ってたんですけど、即売り切れてたんですよ。買いたいなと思ったら見つけまして購入したんですよ。それがこちらになります。 インスタには載せました。 物がないこと僕忘れてました。 そうなんですよ。塗ってるときの高揚感、旅行先に持っていけるであろう素晴らしさもいいんですけど、なんといっても置いとくだけで華やかな気分になる、ブランドマジックね。ありがたい。 ということでいかがだったでしょうか。1月2月3月と美白だったりUVだったりが、どんどん発売になってきてるので、私自身発表会で去年いただいたものも使わせてもらっているので、これはまた別でやらせていただきたいなと思うので、2月も3月も出会ってよかったもの、楽しみにしておいていただければかなと思います。 ということで今月、今月ありがとうございました。 野森くんも今日もありがとうございました。 ありがとうございました。

I tried some newly released products, but since the year-end and New Year holidays were in between, I didn't get to try as many things as usual. You're really motivated, huh! Well, it's not that I lack motivation—I thought I'd packed them! I brought the wrong bag. You always say things like that, but you forget most of the time. Yeah, things you forget quickly. Today I'd like to introduce everything from skincare I did in January to cold-sensitivity goods. So first, this one—it's called the "Poka Poka Kairo Cotton Inner." There's also an inner top and tights version. Speaking of me, it's like the "baba shirt" (old-fashioned thermal undershirt). Is that so! I can talk passionately about baba shirts to that extent. Should we do a baba shirt lookbook? We could! It hasn't arrived yet, but for February's "good finds," Kojiharu-chan's lovely baba shirt from Bariku Joraru is also coming out. It's for people who want to wear a baba shirt even under thin/light clothes. So I have everything from baba shirts for wearing under light clothes to serious baba shirts, all lined up. When you say baba shirt, that means underwear. I think we can make an underwear lookbook. This time it's this heat-generating one, and it's not synthetic fiber—it's cotton! So it's less likely to cause itching. It's 100% cotton, but a special cotton material that makes it warm. Since it's cotton, the texture is soft against the skin. It doesn't feel scratchy, absorbs sweat, and doesn't dry out your skin. I thought it wouldn't be that surprising, but I've genuinely stocked up on about three of them, and I wear this and the tights regularly. Actually, it's become a boom at our office too—everyone's using it. So for people who've tried various baba shirts before but didn't like the scratchy feeling, I think this is great. I hope all you baba shirt enthusiasts out there will check it out. Next, during the year-end and New Year holidays, people tend to overeat and drink, right? Yes, that's right. Also, from traveling, you get swollen. For that swelling, there's this amazing thing called "Meruri" that lets you bathe in high-concentration carbonation. I think I've introduced this before—it comes with a carbonated component, and you attach it... and doing that, you can get a fine mist of carbonation and lotion. What's amazing about this is that carbonation itself has an effect on reducing swelling, so besides the beauty benefits, it became popular as a kind of de-puffing spray. But secretly, they added not just carbonation but also ingredients to the lotion that improve lymphatic flow, so it gives you a "shutto" (quick refreshing) effect. Is the name literally "Shutto"? Isn't that an amazing name? During the year-end and New Year holidays, you overeat and drink, right? So using this "Shutto" was really great. It has vitamin C added, and moisturizing ingredients to strengthen the skin barrier. I used to think that when you can't do a carbonated pack, spraying it in the morning just brightens your skin, but "Shutto" actually de-puffs your face. If you leave swelling alone, it can cause aging and cause inflammatory substances to build up. Taking a bath or doing a carbonated pack helps reduce swelling, but for people who don't have time, I think "Shutto" is really great, and personally, using it at the end of the year was really good. Also, I went abroad during the year-end and New Year period. It was dry there, so I wanted to use a moisturizing serum, and there's this gel cream called "Moisture Surge Cream." I think I once posted on YouTube a long time ago that when I had a fever and couldn't take a bath, I just applied Moisture Surge and slept, and my skin became plump and moist. Changing the subject, but there's someone who's been using that as if it were a stealth marketing post, and I really want that to stop. About you, Sensei. Please stop cutting out my YouTube photos without permission and using them, saying things like "the doctor recommended this, buy it from here." I haven't done anything like that. Back to the topic—that's how much I love Moisture Surge. This time they released a serum that uses a 72-hour ion gradient to continuously deliver water to each skin layer. So it would have been great to bring this when going abroad, especially for people with inner-dry skin. I bought it to really get my money's worth. If you add oil, it can cause itching or even breakouts, so something that circulates water through the skin is better. I think this Moisture Surge was quite good. Also speaking of that, this was truly an eye-opener for me—"Care Cera"? It came out last year, and it contains several types of ceramide, but it's a pre-treatment emulsion (sentestu-nyueki). I knew it contained ceramide that helps calm inflammation even for people with oily skin, but I was a bit hesitant about it being necessary for me. But at the end of the year I went to Florida, and it got super dry. Of course, using Moisture Surge was good, but after coming back and returning to my normal routine, I noticed dryness. Since I had both inflammation and dryness, I thought I could address both issues with this, so I decided to try it. It contains glycyrrhizic acid, and six types of fermented ceramide, and when I used it, I was surprised—it was really good. I thought it was for dry skin types, but I think it's really great for inner-dry skin types too. I could talk about this in detail for like 20 minutes, so I think this is really amazing. Thank you. Rohto is fearsome. Fearsome indeed. There's one more. There's a famous Twitter account called "Marunouchi OL no Yuutsu" (The Melancholy of a Marunouchi Office Lady), and that person said it was really good. I looked for it, but surprisingly it wasn't available at drugstores. But I happened to find it, and when I bought it, it was really good. It's like Mentholatum Lip's Night Essence, which repairs at night. Even for chapped lips, it says using this will make them plump. At the end of the year I went to Florida, so my lips got chapped. I was doing my usual routine, but felt something was off, and that's when I found this, so I tried it after the new year. Surprisingly, it became plump. It contains niacinamide and retinol, plus volumizing hyaluronic acid. Speaking of Rohto, hyaluronic acid comes to mind, right? For people concerned about chapped lips who want an affordable option—it's not sold everywhere. I went to about two drugstores, and happened to find it at one I visited at the New Year. Maybe it sold out because the "Marunouchi OL no Yuutsu" account mentioned it and it went viral, I'm not sure, but it was really good. For people who want natural volume and plumpness, I think this is amazing, so I recommend applying it generously at night before sleeping. Thinking that you shouldn't lose volume, here's this one: the Capture Collagen Shot. Last year, I heard from renowned doctors, including a sibling doctor and a Stanford professor, about the technology behind it, so I was really looking forward to its release, and I was given the chance to use it early. I've been using it continuously since the end of the year through January, and it's really good. I even apply it on my neck—using it lavishly. But it really is great. For details, please watch this Dior video, but based on the latest skin research, instead of just one type of collagen, they needed to increase it to several types, and this item does exactly that, which also fits with the current trend. As expected from Dior's research—I really recommend it. Especially under the eyes—even though things were dry, the damage under my eyes was less than expected.
