皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は、マツモトキヨシで見つけたおすすめのシートパックについてご紹介したいと思います。 ところで皆さん、マツモトキヨシさんとココカラファインさんが一緒になったって知ってました？私は最近知ったんですけど、そこで見つけたオリジナルのシートマスクを5つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 皆さん、シートマスクってどういった時に使いますか？とにかく集中ケアでしたいんだと思うんですよね。私はシートマスクには2種類あると考えていて、まずは水分を入れ込むタイプ。角質層に水分がしっかりある時っていうのは顔色が明るくなるので、朝やるべきなんですが、例えば紫外線をすごく浴びたなぁとか、マスクで肌がすごく乾燥がひどいなぁとか、しっかりと美容液タイプのものを入れたいときっていうのは夜の方がいいのかなと思うんですね。なのでそういった観点で選んでいただければいいのかなと思うのと、美容成分をしっかりある程度入れたいという時にはシートマスクがおすすめなんじゃないかなと思っています。 そういう観点から選んだ1つ目はこちら。メラノCC ビタミンC誘導体配合 集中対策マスクです。メラノCCといえばビタミンCですよね。ピュアビタミンCだったりビタミンC誘導体だったり、ものによって違っていくんですけれども、もともとロート製薬さんは製薬会社なので、浸透技術などがとても優れている化粧品会社だなと思っています。このメラノCC ビタミンC誘導体配合 集中対策マスクに入っているのはビタミンC誘導体の方で、3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸というものになります。 これはどういったビタミンCかというと、ビタミンC誘導体の中でも、メラノサイトというメラニン色素を出す細胞があるんですが、最初に作った時のメラニン色素は真っ黒ではないんですね。ちょっとずつちょっとずつ黒くなっていくんですよ。このメラニン色素が黒くなっていくことを黒色化と呼ぶんですけど、この黒色化を抑えていくということになります。 そしてもう一つのビタミンが、酢酸トコフェロールというこれはビタミンEの誘導体になります。血行促進して肌荒れを防止するというものなんですね。肌荒れ防止で言うと、もう一つグリチルリチン酸2K（グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムとも言いますが）も配合されています。これも敏感肌や肌荒れ防止成分ということですね。 なのでこのシートマスクは「紫外線を浴びた時の肌に潤いを」って書いてあるんですよ。紫外線を浴びちゃった時にメラニンが黒くなる黒色化を防ぐような成分が入っていて、肌に炎症が加わっちゃうわけですよ。なのでその炎症を抑えるような成分も入っているということで、朝でも夜でもいいと思います。朝しっかりと成分を入れていけば予防にもいいんですけれども、紫外線を浴びた夜とかそういった時に使うっていうのもありなんじゃないかなと思って選びました。 続いてはこちら、ブランホワイト ホワイトニングマスクです。こちらのいいなと思ったところは、ホワイトニングマスクと書いてあって医薬部外品なんですね。こちらの美白有効成分はアルブチンになります。アルブチンというのは、紫外線が当たった時に「メラニンを作ってください」という指令が行くんですよ。それをブロックしてくれる成分の一つになります。過剰にメラニンを作るのを抑えてくれるものになるんですね。 もう一つ、ビタミンC誘導体も入っています。リン酸L-アスコルビルマグネシウムというものになります。これは水溶性のビタミンCで、どちらかというと速効性があるビタミンC誘導体になります。「紫外線を浴びてしまった肌に」とは書いてあるんですが、私だったら朝使いたいかなぁと思ってチョイスしてみました。 続いては2つ一緒にご紹介したいと思います。こちらになります。MKフェイシャルマスク 高保湿タイプと、ハリ弾力タイプになります。高保湿タイプって書いてあって、こっちがハリ弾力って書いてるんですけど、ぶっちゃけあんまり変わりがね、私が見た感じそんなに感じられないんですよ。どっちも高保湿かなと思います。 ちなみにこのメーカーさんが推している高保湿タイプというものには、スーパーヒアルロン酸・パワーヒアルロン酸というふうに書いてありますけれども、アセチルヒアルロン酸ナトリウムとヒアルロン酸ナトリウムって書いてあるんですね。ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムというのは分子が大きいので、幕を張ってくれるようになります。アセチルヒアルロン酸というのはちょっとだけ小さくなっているので、どちらかというと本当に角質層に水分を入れ込んで保湿をしてくれるというものですね。あとはセラミドNPというものが入っています。 美容成分のところには書いてないんですけれども、ビタミンCの誘導体もこちら入っています。リン酸L-アスコルビルマグネシウム、先ほどもお話しした、どちらかというと速効性があるようなものが入っています。美白とまでは書けないんですけど、ちょっと美白寄りの成分が入っている保湿メインのものかなと。 1枚で化粧水・美容液・乳液の3役効果って書いてあるので、多分これを1枚、シートマスクをして肌に残った美容液を手でなじませて、そのまま寝ていいですよっていう、スキンケアしなくても大丈夫というオールインワンタイプなので、面倒な夜とかに使ってもいいのかなと思います。 何が違うかというと、こっちは保湿成分としてヒアルロン酸が2種類入ってましたが、ハリ弾力成分としてベビーコラーゲンというのが入っているんですね。ベビーコラーゲンというのは加水分解アテロコラーゲンというようなものになります。コラーゲン自体も分子量がすごく大きいので、それを小さくしたものになります。分子量がとっても小さいので内側からプルンとするっていうことだと思うんですが、ぶっちゃけて言うとそこまでハリっていうよりはどちらかというと保湿かなと思うんですよ。もちろんヒアルロン酸よりはハリっていうことをこれで出したかったのかなと思うんですけれども、正直私としてはこの2つはそんなに大きく変わらないかなとぶっちゃけ思います。 こちらにもセラミドも入っているし、ハトムギ種子エキス、アロエベラ葉エキス、大豆種子エキスというのも入ってます。こちらにもビタミンC誘導体入ってるんですよね。これはリン酸L-アスコルビルマグネシウムでさっきと同じになります。 なのでコラーゲンが好きかヒアルロン酸が好きかの違いかな。このシートマスク1個で朝なのか夜なのか、1個で手軽にオールインワンタイプで使えるよという感じになります。私としてはどちらかというと朝、時間がないときにしっかりと角質層に水分を入れ込むことによって、日中のマスクでの乾燥だったりとか集中保湿っていう感じでできる、朝使うのが私自身はいいんじゃないかなと思うシートマスクでした。 続いてはこちら、されちのタイムプレミアムリンクルマスクです。これこそシワ改善って書いてあるので、私はこれこそハリとかシワ改善にいいなぁと思うんですけれども。 これは何が入ってるかというと、まずナイアシンアミドです。シワ改善でも皆さんご存知だと思うんですよね。シワ改善でしょ。あとレチノールCPXっていう、パルミチン酸レチノールと酵母エキスが配合された複合体になります。パルミチン酸レチノールというのは、レチノールの中でもじわじわとハリを出していくようなナイアシンアミドでシワ改善をして、パルミチン酸レチノールでしっかりとハリを出していく。 もう一つ、HAリフトベースって書いてあるんですが、どちらかというと保湿ですね。なので保湿もしてハリも出してシワ改善っていうので、マツモトキヨシPBのリンクルタイム美容液もすごい好きだったので、これこそ私はシワ改善だけでなくハリアップっていうシートマスクかなと思います。 これも1枚1枚タイプなので、まさに夜集中的に使いたいシートマスクだなぁと思って購入してみました。 まとめると、こちらはどちらかというと紫外線が当たった後かなぁと思います。こっちはどちらかというと朝使いたいかな。こっちはオールインワンの感じなので集中的な保湿対策で使ってもいいかなぁと思います。こっちはシワ改善なので夜の集中ケアで使っていただきたいかなと思いました。 いかがでしたでしょうか。プライベートブランドでも、すごい本当にしっかりとしたコンセプトで美容成分入れたものが、マツモトキヨシ、ココカラファインさんから出てらっしゃるので、本当にちょっと感動しました。皆さんもお近くのマツモトキヨシ、ココカラファインでぜひぜひ見つけてみてください。 今日も最後まで動画ご覧いただきありがとうございました。よかったねという方はグッドボタンだったりチャンネル登録お願いします。コメントもお待ちしておりますので、それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce recommended sheet masks I found at Matsumoto Kiyoshi. By the way, did you all know that Matsumoto Kiyoshi and Cocokara Fine merged? I only found out about this recently, so I'd like to introduce five original sheet masks I found there. Please watch until the end. When do you all use sheet masks? I think most people want to use them for intensive care. I think of sheet masks as falling into two types. First, there's the type that infuses moisture. When the stratum corneum has plenty of moisture, your complexion brightens, so you should do this in the morning. On the other hand, for times when you've been exposed to a lot of UV rays, or your skin is really dry from wearing a mask, or when you want to apply a serum-type product thoroughly, I think it's better to do that at night. So I think it's good to choose based on that perspective, and sheet masks are recommended when you want to incorporate a good amount of beauty ingredients. The first one I chose from that perspective is this: Melano CC Vitamin C Derivative Intensive Care Mask. When you think of Melano CC, you think of Vitamin C, right? Whether it's pure Vitamin C or a Vitamin C derivative varies by product, but since Rohto Pharmaceutical is originally a pharmaceutical company, I think they're a cosmetics company with excellent penetration technology. What's in this Melano CC Vitamin C Derivative Intensive Care Mask is a Vitamin C derivative called 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid. What kind of Vitamin C is this? Among Vitamin C derivatives, there are cells called melanocytes that produce melanin pigment. When melanin is first produced, it's not completely black - it gradually darkens bit by bit. This darkening process is called melanization, and this ingredient suppresses that melanization process. And the other vitamin is tocopherol acetate, which is a Vitamin E derivative. It promotes blood circulation and prevents skin roughness. Speaking of preventing skin roughness, another ingredient, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (also known as glycyrrhizic acid 2K), is also included. This is also an ingredient for sensitive skin and preventing skin irritation. So this sheet mask says it's for "moisture for skin exposed to UV rays." When skin is exposed to UV rays, ingredients that prevent the melanization that darkens melanin are included, and inflammation is added to the skin. So ingredients that suppress that inflammation are also included, meaning it can be used either morning or night. Using it thoroughly in the morning is good for prevention, but I chose it thinking it would also be good to use at night after UV exposure. Next up is this: Blanc White Whitening Mask. What I liked about this one is that it's labeled as a whitening mask and is a quasi-drug. The active whitening ingredient here is arbutin. Arbutin blocks the signal that tells cells to "produce melanin" when exposed to UV rays. It's one of the ingredients that suppresses excessive melanin production. Another ingredient is a Vitamin C derivative - magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. This is a water-soluble Vitamin C, and it's a Vitamin C derivative that tends to work relatively quickly. It says it's "for skin that has been exposed to UV rays," but I chose this thinking I'd want to use it in the morning. Next, I'd like to introduce two products together. These are: MK Facial Mask High Moisture Type and Firmness & Elasticity Type. It says High Moisture Type on one and Firmness & Elasticity on the other, but honestly, from what I can see, there isn't much difference. I think they're both highly moisturizing. By the way, what this manufacturer promotes as the High Moisture Type contains what's labeled as Super Hyaluronic Acid and Power Hyaluronic Acid, but the ingredients list shows sodium acetylated hyaluronate and sodium hyaluronate. Sodium hyaluronate has large molecules, so it forms a film on the skin. Acetylated hyaluronic acid has slightly smaller molecules, so it's more about truly infusing moisture into the stratum corneum for hydration. It also contains Ceramide NP. Although it's not listed in the beauty ingredients section, this also contains a Vitamin C derivative - magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, the same fast-acting ingredient I mentioned earlier. I wouldn't call it whitening exactly, but it does contain ingredients that lean toward whitening, in a primarily moisturizing product. It says one sheet provides the triple effect of toner, serum, and lotion, so I think the idea is that after using this sheet mask, you pat the remaining serum into your skin with your hands and then go to sleep - it's an all-in-one type that means you don't need to do any additional skincare, so it might be good to use on busy nights. What's different is that while this one contains two types of hyaluronic acid as moisturizing ingredients, the Firmness & Elasticity type contains something called Baby Collagen as a firming ingredient. Baby Collagen is something like hydrolyzed atelocollagen. Collagen itself has very large molecules, so this is a smaller version of it. Because the molecular weight is very small, it's supposed to give a plump feeling from within, but honestly, I'd say it leans more toward moisturizing than firmness. Of course, they probably wanted to bring out more firmness with this compared to hyaluronic acid, but honestly, I don't think these two are all that different. This one also contains ceramide, as well as Job's tears seed extract, aloe vera leaf extract, and soybean seed extract. This one also contains a Vitamin C derivative - magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, the same as before. So it's really a matter of whether you prefer collagen or hyaluronic acid. Either sheet mask can be used as an easy all-in-one product, morning or night. Personally, I think using it in the morning when you don't have time works well - it firmly infuses moisture into the stratum corneum, providing intensive hydration that can help with dryness from wearing masks during the day. Next is this: Sarechino Time Premium Wrinkle Mask. This one specifically says it improves wrinkles, so I think this is really good for firmness and wrinkle improvement. What's in this one? First, niacinamide. I think everyone knows this ingredient is great for wrinkle improvement. Also, something called Retinol CPX, which is a complex combining retinyl palmitate and yeast extract. Retinyl palmitate is a type of retinol that gradually brings out firmness, improving wrinkles with niacinamide while retinyl palmitate firmly brings out firmness. Another ingredient listed is HA Lift Base, which is more about moisturizing. So this provides moisture, firmness, and wrinkle improvement all together. I also really liked Matsumoto Kiyoshi's private brand Wrinkle Time serum, so I think this is a sheet mask that not only improves wrinkles but also boosts firmness. This one is also an individually wrapped single-sheet type, so I bought it thinking it would be perfect for intensive nighttime use. To summarize: this one (Melano CC) is more for after UV exposure. This one (Blanc White) is more for morning use. This one (MK Facial Mask) has an all-in-one feel, so it's good for intensive moisture care. And this one (Wrinkle Mask) is for wrinkle improvement, so I'd recommend using it for intensive nighttime care. How was that?
