透明感をアップさせる春夏用の美白クリームを2つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは！トモリ新田です。今日は夏におすすめの、透明感アップのクリームを2つご紹介したいと思います。 『夏にクリームなんて』と思わないでくださいね。今回ご紹介するのは夏用で、くすみや透明感アップに特化したクリームです。私自身、実は脂性肌でクリームが苦手なのですが、今日紹介するものはスーッと肌に溶けていき、しっかり膜を張ってくれるのにベタつきません。ですので、私のように脂性肌でクリームが苦手な方にも、乾燥肌だけどベタつくクリームは苦手という方にも、どちらにもぴったりだと思います。ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 今日ご紹介するのはこちらの2つです。 1つ目は「Nオーガニック ブライトホワイトリッチクリーム」、2つ目は「センサイ イルミネイティブクリーム」。この2つはテクスチャーだけでなく、成分もすごいんです。 【Nオーガニック ブライトホワイトリッチクリーム】 Nオーガニックは名前の通り、植物由来の成分を多く使用しているブランドです。以前は泡で出てくる酵素洗顔をご紹介しましたが、香りが良く精油を使った、お肌に優しい印象のブランドです。ただしこのブライトニング ホワイトクリームは、植物由来でありながらパワフルに効く美白成分を配合しているのが特徴です。 有効成分はアスコルビン酸2-グルコシド、つまりビタミンC誘導体です。ビタミンC誘導体は、できてしまったメラニンが黒くなるのを抑えたり、黒くなったメラニンを還元する働きが知られています。 実はNオーガニックには化粧水や美容液もあり、化粧水にはアルブチンが配合されています。アルブチンは、メラニンを作る指令が出たときにメラノサイト内で活性化するチロシナーゼの働きを抑える成分です。ラインで使うことで、チロシナーゼの活性を抑えつつ、できてしまった黒いメラニンにはビタミンC誘導体でアプローチするという、2方向からのケアが可能になります。このクリームにはアルブチンではなく、ビタミンC誘導体が配合されています。 さらに、Nオーガニック独自の成分として「サクラの葉抽出液」が配合されています。これは抗炎症作用がある成分で、炎症が起こると肥満細胞からヒスタミンという炎症物質が放出され、肌に炎症の指令を出しますが、サクラの葉エキスはこのヒスタミンの分泌を抑える働きがあります。これを「ヒスタミン遊離抑制」と言います。このサクラの葉エキスは、Nオーガニック ブライトのクレンジングにも化粧水にも美容液にも配合されているはずです。植物成分でありながら炎症を抑える働きがあるのは本当にすごいと思いました。 もう一つ、「ルイボスエキス」も配合されています。紫外線などの影響で肌は糖化するということが分かっており、糖化物質であるAGEが蓄積すると、肌のくすみの原因になります。ルイボスエキスはこのAGEを抑える働きがあります。ビタミンCでできてしまったメラニンを薄くするだけでなく、AGEを抑えたり、サクラの葉エキスで炎症を抑えたりすることで、全体的に透明感を引き出してくれます。 Nオーガニックさんは精油にもこだわっているので、癒される香りも魅力です。テクスチャーはみずみずしく、クリームなのに肌にスーッと伸びて、あまりベタつきません。朝使っても、夜たっぷり使ってもよい使用感です。香りも高級スパのようで、朝つけるとマスクをしていても気分が上がります。オーガニックや天然由来の成分が好きな方には特に注目していただきたいアイテムです。 【センサイ イルミネイティブクリーム】 こちらの有効成分はナイアシンアミドです。ナイアシンアミドは美白の有効成分で、メラノサイトが作ったメラニンを肌の細胞（ケラチノサイト）に渡す過程をブロックする働きがあります。メラニンが作られても肌細胞に渡らなければシミになりにくく、さらにターンオーバーを促進してメラニンの排出を助ける作用も知られています。 実はナイアシンアミドは水溶性の成分で、クリームや乳液に配合するのは技術的に難しいのです。肌にはもともと皮脂があるため、水溶性の成分はなじみにくい性質があります。高濃度で配合するには、乳液やクリームの形にする必要があります。センサイはカネボーグループのブランドで、カネボーは乳化技術に非常に長けています。だからこそ、水溶性のナイアシンアミドを高濃度でしっかり肌に届けるために、優れた乳化技術を活かしてクリームに仕上げたのだと思います。肌になじむ際のみずみずしさとスーッと溶けていく感じは、まさにカネボーの技術力だと感じます。 もう一つ、センサイには「コイシマルシルク」という独自成分が配合されています。この成分は、メラノサイトへの「メラニンを作れ」という指令をブロックする働きと、肌表面の糖化物質AGEを取り除く働きがあると言われています。今の美白ケアはメラニンを抑えるだけでなく、加齢とともに増える気ぐすみやグレーっぽいくすみにもアプローチする必要があります。今回ご紹介した2つのクリームは、どちらもAGEを抑える独自成分がしっかり配合されており、本当に優秀だと思います。 センサイのテクスチャーは、Nオーガニックに比べるとややこっくりとした質感です。ですが伸ばすと最初のこっくり感から一転、まるでお水がスーッと入っていくような不思議な使用感になります。取った瞬間はクリームなのに、肌にのせると乳液や化粧水に変わっていくような感覚です。センサイには化粧水や泡の美容液などいろいろありますが、どれも独特の懐かしく素敵な香りがして、私はどちらの香りも大好きです。 今日は夏におすすめのブライトニングクリームを2つご紹介しました。私自身、クリームが苦手だという意識がありましたが、今日紹介した2つはどちらも有効成分に加えて独自の成分がしっかり配合されており、テクスチャーもスッと浸透していくものでした。ベタつきが気になる方にも、乾燥が気になる方にも良いと思います。独特のテクスチャーと、どちらも本当に良い香りが魅力的でした。動画では香りをうまくお伝えできませんが、どちらも癒される香りですので、これからの季節、自分を癒しながらお肌の透明感を出していきたい方はぜひチェックしてみてください。 いかがでしたか？このチャンネルでは美容や健康について、また最新の化粧品の解説をしていますので、よろしければチャンネル登録をお願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone! This is Tomori Nitta. Today I'd like to introduce two creams that boost radiance and are perfect for summer. Please don't think 'a cream in summer? No thanks!' These are summer-friendly creams that also target dullness and boost radiance. I actually have oily skin myself and I'm not a big fan of creams, but the two I'm introducing today melt smoothly into the skin—they form a protective film without feeling sticky at all. So whether you have oily skin like me and dislike creams, or dry skin but don't like sticky creams, these should suit both types perfectly. Please watch until the end! The two products I'm introducing today are: N Organic Bright White Rich Cream, and Sensai Illuminative Cream. Both are impressive not just in texture, but in ingredients too. 【N Organic Bright White Rich Cream】 As the name suggests, N Organic uses many plant-derived ingredients. I previously introduced their foaming enzyme cleanser—the brand generally gives an impression of being gentle on skin, with pleasant scents using essential oils. However, this Brightening White Cream stands out because, while plant-derived, it contains powerfully effective whitening ingredients. The active ingredient is Ascorbyl Glucoside, a vitamin C derivative. Vitamin C derivatives are known to suppress the darkening of melanin that has already formed, and to help reduce/lighten melanin that has darkened. N Organic also has a lotion and serum in the same line. The lotion contains Arbutin, which suppresses the activity of tyrosinase—an enzyme activated in melanocytes when the signal to produce melanin is triggered. Using the full lineup together allows a two-pronged approach: suppressing tyrosinase activity while also addressing melanin that has already darkened via the vitamin C derivative. This particular cream contains the vitamin C derivative rather than arbutin. Additionally, N Organic's unique ingredient, Cherry Leaf Extract, is included. This has anti-inflammatory properties. When inflammation occurs, mast cells release histamine, an inflammatory substance that signals the skin to inflame. Cherry leaf extract suppresses this histamine release—a function known as 'histamine release inhibition.' This cherry leaf extract is included across the N Organic Bright line, from cleanser to lotion to serum. It's amazing that a plant-derived ingredient can have such an anti-inflammatory effect. Another key ingredient is Rooibos Extract. UV exposure and other factors are known to cause skin glycation, and the resulting glycation substance AGE can cause dullness in the skin. Rooibos extract works to suppress this AGE. So beyond lightening melanin that's already formed via vitamin C, the product also suppresses AGE and calms inflammation with cherry leaf extract—working together to bring out overall radiance. N Organic is also particular about their essential oils, giving a soothing fragrance. The texture is watery and fresh—despite being a cream, it spreads smoothly on the skin without much stickiness. It can be used in the morning or applied generously at night. The scent is also wonderful, like a luxury spa—applying it in the morning lifts your mood even while wearing a mask. If you like organic or natural ingredients, this is definitely worth checking out. 【Sensai Illuminative Cream】 The active ingredient here is Niacinamide. Niacinamide is a whitening active ingredient known for blocking the transfer of melanin from melanocytes to skin cells (keratinocytes). Even if melanin is produced, it's less likely to become a spot if it doesn't reach the skin cells. It's also known to promote skin turnover, helping to expel melanin. Niacinamide is actually a water-soluble ingredient, which makes it technically difficult to incorporate into creams or emulsions. Since skin naturally contains sebum, water-soluble ingredients don't blend in easily. To include it at a high concentration, it needs to be formulated into an emulsion or cream. Sensai is part of the Kanebo Group, and Kanebo is renowned for its emulsification technology. I believe this is exactly why they were able to deliver a high concentration of water-soluble niacinamide effectively into the skin—by leveraging their superior emulsification technique. That watery yet smoothly melting sensation when applied is truly a testament to Kanebo's technology. Sensai also contains a unique ingredient called Koishimaru Silk. This ingredient is said to block the signal to melanocytes to produce melanin, and also to remove AGE, the glycation substance on the skin's surface. Modern whitening care isn't just about suppressing melanin—as we age, we Japanese tend to develop a grayish, dull complexion, so addressing that is important too. Both creams featured today contain unique ingredients that target AGE, making them truly excellent products. As for texture, Sensai feels somewhat richer/thicker compared to N Organic. But once you spread it, that initial richness transforms into a strange, watery sensation that seems to sink right into the skin. It feels like a cream when you scoop it out, but it transforms into something like a lotion or emulsion once applied to skin. Sensai also has lotions and foaming serums, all with that same distinctive, nostalgic, wonderful scent—I personally love the fragrance of both products. Today I introduced two brightening creams recommended for summer. I used to think of myself as someone who disliked creams, but both of the products I introduced today not only contain active ingredients but also unique proprietary ingredients, and both have textures that absorb smoothly into the skin. They're great for those with oily/sticky skin concerns as well as those with dry skin concerns. The unique textures were wonderful, and both products had lovely fragrances.
