みなさん、こんにちは。友利新です。今日はですね、もう絶対にあっちゃいけないんですけれども、これはもう注意喚起をしたいなって思うネットニュースがあったのでご紹介したいと思うんですけれども、これどんなものかっていうと、消費者庁が注意喚起、化粧品の偽物が流通、鑑定の方法は、というようなものになります。 特にデパコスと呼ばれる、ちょっとお値段が高いようなものっていうものには偽物が出回っている可能性がありますよと。成分が少ないとかだったらまだしも、肌にそれを塗ってしまった時にかぶれたりとか、あとヒリヒリ感が出たりとか、健康被害も出ることがあるので、偽物には注意しましょう、というところなんですね。 普通にデパコス買いに行ってデパートで買ったのに、それが偽物っていうことはありません。安心してください。なのでコスメのブランドさんが出している通販サイトだったりとか、ブランドショップですね、アットコスメさんみたいなところだったり、化粧品のカウンターがあるようなところでちゃんと買う分には、そこで偽物が入っているっていうことは100%ないと思うんですけれども、じゃあどういったところで買っちゃダメなのっていうのがズバリ、フリマアプリです。 今私もびっくりしたんですけれども、この記事読んで。使いかけじゃないんですよ。自分が使いかけたから売るっていうのは、それもいかがなものかなとは思うんですよ。だって開封してるからそれもダメなんですけど、そうじゃなくて、あたかも本物ですよみたいな感じで出していたりするんですね。実はよーく見るとラベルがずれてたりとか、あとは比べてみると、開けてないのに量が少ないとか、色がちょっと変とか、そういったことがあるらしいんですね。 化粧品って私いつも言ってるんですけれども、お水だったりとかベースがあるじゃないですか。そこに数パーセントやっぱり美容成分を入れてるんですよ。数パーセントだから化粧品がダメとか、うんうん、じゃなくて、数パーセントの美容成分っていうものが研究開発するのにすごくお金がかかったりとか、この美容成分自体が高かったりとかするので、それで化粧品の値段が決まってくるんですけれども、めちゃくちゃ粗悪な成分だったり、香りだけつけて成分が全く入ってないとかしたら、水だけじゃないですか。だから原価ってめちゃくちゃ安くできるんですよね。それをあたかも本物のデパコスみたいなケースに入れちゃってるだけで、あとは適当に書いてあるだけっていうものだったら分かんないじゃないですか。何も入ってないだけだったらまだしも、粗悪な成分だったら炎症が起こったりということもあるんですね。 なので、一見安くていいなって思うものに飛びついてしまったら、健康被害を起こしてしまったりとか、本当に意味のないものを塗ってしまっているっていうことになるので、一番悪いのはそういった偽物を作ってる人たちだと思うし、それを売ってる人たちだと思うんですけれども、フリマサイトで売ってるものっていうのは、もしかしたらね、本物もあるかもしれないですよ。100%とは言わないんですけれども、限りなく偽物が入ってる可能性が高いなっていう目で見ていただければいいかなというふうに思います。 なのでやっぱり正規のショップで買った方が、おまけがついてたりとか、ラグジュアリーブランドだったらポーチがついてきたりとか、そういうお得なものもあるので、なるべくそういったところで買った方が、自分自身も安心だし、ブランドさん側も自分の本当のものを提供できるっていうので、それで有意義なんじゃないかなと思います。 あと、さっきちょっと言いましたけども、開封しているものは衛生上良くないですか。それもちょっと買うのはなんかどうかなというふうに思いますので。フリマアプリね、私もたまに利用しますよ。買えなかったものがあったりとか、探したものが見つかったりとか、すごく便利なツールなので使うことがあるんですけれども、でもそういったこともあるよっていうことはちょっと頭において、化粧品を買う際には注意するようにしてみてください。 はい、いかがだったでしょうか。今日はまたいつもとは違う感じで注意喚起なんですけど、私、化粧品大好きなんですよ。例えば偽物買って、このブランド全然ダメじゃんとか思ってほしくないんですよ。だって本当に、さっきも言った化粧品の成分っていうものが、研究開発ってすごい年月をかけているのに、偽物で騙されてるんじゃないかと思われたら、すごく困るので。それって本当、研究開発している人を侮辱しているところにもなると思うので、騙されるだけじゃなくて、そういう人たちの思いもね、踏みにじっていると思うので、皆さん本当に気をつけてくださいというところでした。 ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら、バイバイ。

Today, I'd like to share something that should absolutely never happen—there was a piece of internet news that I really want to bring to your attention as a warning. What kind of news is it? It's about the Consumer Affairs Agency issuing a warning: "Counterfeit cosmetics are in circulation—how can you identify them?" Especially for items known as "depa-cosme" (department store cosmetics), which tend to be a bit pricier, there's a possibility that counterfeits are circulating. Even if it's just a matter of fewer ingredients, that would be one thing, but when you actually apply these products to your skin, you might experience irritation or a stinging sensation, and there can even be health damage. So we need to be careful about counterfeits. If you simply go buy department store cosmetics at an actual department store, there's no way it would be counterfeit—please rest assured about that. So if you buy properly from official online shops run by cosmetic brands, brand stores, places like @cosme, or cosmetics counters, I believe there's a 100% chance it won't be counterfeit. So then, where exactly should you avoid buying from? The answer is flea market apps. Honestly, even I was surprised when I read this article. It's not about "partially used" items. I mean, selling something because you started using it is already questionable in itself—since it's been opened, that's an issue too. But that's not what I'm talking about here. What I mean is that some sellers present items as if they were genuine products. Apparently, if you look closely, you can find things like labels being misaligned, or when you compare it, even though it hasn't been opened, the amount inside is less than it should be, or the color looks a bit off. As I always say, cosmetics are basically made of water or a base, right? And into that, a few percent of beauty ingredients are added. Just because it's only a few percent doesn't mean the cosmetic is bad—rather, developing that few percent of beauty ingredients requires a huge amount of research and development costs, and the ingredients themselves can be expensive. That's what determines the price of cosmetics. But if it's an extremely low-quality ingredient, or if it's just scented with no real active ingredients at all, then essentially it's just water. That means the production cost can be made incredibly cheap. And then they just put that into a case that looks like a genuine department store cosmetic, write whatever they want on it, and you'd never know from a glance. If it's just an empty product, that's one thing, but if it contains low-quality ingredients, it could actually cause inflammation. So, if you jump at something because it looks cheap and appealing on the surface, you might end up causing health damage to yourself, or applying something that's completely meaningless. The worst offenders here are, of course, the people making these counterfeits, as well as those selling them. But as for what's sold on flea market sites, it's possible some of it is genuine—I won't say it's 100% counterfeit—but I think it's safer to assume there's an extremely high chance that fake items are mixed in. So, I think it's better to buy from official shops after all. Sometimes you get free gifts, or with luxury brands, you might get a pouch included, so there are these kinds of perks too. Buying from those places as much as possible gives you peace of mind, and it also allows the brand to properly provide their genuine products—so I think that's meaningful for everyone involved. Also, as I mentioned earlier, items that have already been opened aren't great from a hygiene standpoint either, so I think buying those is questionable as well. I do use flea market apps myself sometimes—they're a great tool for finding things you couldn't get elsewhere or things you've been searching for, so I do use them occasionally. But please keep in mind that these kinds of risks exist, and be careful when purchasing cosmetics. So, what did you think? For example, I really don't want people to end up buying counterfeits and thinking "this brand is terrible," when in reality it was fake all along. As I mentioned, the ingredients in cosmetics take an enormous amount of time and research to develop, and if people get deceived by counterfeits and end up misjudging the brand, that would be truly troubling. I think that's genuinely an insult to the people who work on research and development. So it's not just about being deceived—it also tramples on the effort and dedication of those people.
