すり鉢！つまり！タイプ別毛穴ケア

皆さんこんにちは、ともまり新田です。今日はみんなが気になっている毛穴についてお話しします。毛穴改善の美容液についてご紹介しようと思います。 前回も毛穴のタイプ別にフォーカスして美容液をご説明しましたが、今回はタイプ別というよりも「夏の毛穴」にフォーカスします。夏はやはり毛穴が開きやすく詰まりやすい。また、すり鉢毛穴にもなりやすいんですよ。インナードライでキメが乱れると毛穴も目立ってきます。こういった悩みの原因と対策についてお話ししていきたいと思います。 まず夏は紫外線が強くなります。日焼け止めがない時代、皮膚は紫外線からどう身を守るかというと、角質をあえて厚くするんです。角質には天然の日焼け止め効果があるため、夏は角質が厚くなりやすい。そうすると、皮脂分泌が過剰な方はその角質が邪魔をして詰まり毛穴になりやすくなります。 夏に角質ケアをするのが怖いという方もいらっしゃると思いますが、夏こそしっかり角質ケアをするべきなんです。ただ、角質ケアの成分にはさまざまなものがあり、肌が弱い方にはピリピリ感があるものや、逆に弱すぎて効果が実感しにくいものもあります。今日ご紹介するのは、その中間で、ドクターにもファンが多いこちら——**ナビジョン ファーストピーリング**です。 もともとナビジョンはドクターズコスメとしてクリニックで扱われていましたが、最近リニューアルして一般向けに通信販売でも購入できるようになりました。このファーストピーリングは1パッケージに5個入りの個包装タイプです。 ユニークなのは、ピーリング剤なのにジェル状であること。一般的なピーリング剤は液体が多く、塗っているうちに垂れてしまい、目元などに付いて赤みが出ることがあります。このナビジョンは家庭で安全にピーリングができるよう、独自の製法でジェル化されています。液体をジェル化するのは実は技術的にも難しく、その点も大きなポイントです。 化粧品のピーリング剤は成分濃度が3.6%以下と定められていますが、このファーストピーリングはおそらく上限に近い濃度で配合されているため、塗るとやや刺激を感じることがあります。 また、このナビジョン ファーストピーリングには表皮のATP産生、つまり細胞のエネルギー産生を促す成分や、真皮線維芽細胞を活性化させる成分も配合されています。単なるピーリングにとどまらず、表皮の代謝を促進するとともに、コラーゲンの増殖を活発にする効果も期待できます。つまり、肌の生まれ変わりを促しながら、肌にハリを与えてくれるピーリング剤です。角質が厚くゴワついていたり、詰まり毛穴が気になる方には特に効果が期待できます。 続いてご紹介するのは、**エリクシール 塗ってそのまま寝るマスク**です。以前、すり鉢毛穴についてお話ししたことがありましたね。すり鉢毛穴とは、皮脂中の不飽和脂肪酸が多い方に起こりやすく、この不飽和脂肪酸が毛穴周囲に炎症を引き起こし、皮膚が削られることですり鉢状になってしまうというものです。 この問題を抑える成分として注目したいのが**グリシルグリシン**です。グリシルグリシンはもともと資生堂独自の技術で、以前のナビジョンシリーズにも配合されていましたが、リニューアルにより該当の美容液がなくなってしまいました。 グリシルグリシンがどのように作用するかというと、不飽和脂肪酸はプラスの電気を持つカルシウムイオンの流入口（チャネル）のスイッチをオンにします。このスイッチが入ると炎症性シグナルが発生し、毛穴周囲に炎症が起きてしまいます。グリシルグリシンはこの炎症シグナルの発生を抑制する、いわば逆の働きをしてくれます。すり鉢毛穴を徐々に改善する効果は研究でも認められており、気になる方は資生堂のホームページからグリシルグリシンの研究データをご覧ください。 エリクシールの「塗ってそのまま寝るマスク」には、このグリシルグリシンが成分表の比較的前方に記載されており、十分な量が配合されていると考えられます。また、低油性処方のため、皮脂がベタつきやすく毛穴が目立つ方にも向いています。夜塗って寝るだけで、朝起きたときに肌がもちっとふっくらした感触になりますので、皮脂は多いのにインナードライも気になるという方や、すり鉢毛穴を改善したい方におすすめです。 （なお、以前のナビジョンにはグリシルグリシン配合のGGエッセンスがあり、毛穴にピンポイントで使えた商品でした。もし資生堂の方がご覧でしたら、ぜひ復活させていただけると嬉しいです！） 最後にご紹介するのは、**麹水生プレミアム パーフェクトエッセンス**です。こちらは洗顔後のスペシャルケアとして使うジェルタイプの美容液です。 これまでのナビジョンやエリクシールとの大きな違いは、**麹発酵エキス**が配合されていること。この麹発酵エキスは保湿効果が非常に高く、天然保湿因子と同様の働きをします。マスク着用中は自分の呼吸で肌が蒸れ、ふやけた状態になることで天然保湿因子がどんどん蒸発し、バリア機能が低下します。麹エキスはこうした状態に対応できる高い保湿力を持っています。 また、ビタミンC誘導体、アーティチョークエキス、ハマメリスエキスといった毛穴を引き締める成分も配合されています。マスクによる乾燥や肌荒れで毛穴が目立っている方に特に効果が期待できる美容液です。 同じ「毛穴の悩み」でも、夏に特に気になる毛穴の種類はそれぞれ異なります。今年は特にマスク着用の影響で、角質が厚くなる詰まり毛穴、皮脂過剰によるすり鉢毛穴、インナードライによるバリア機能低下で目立つ毛穴など、さまざまなタイプが混在しています。自分がどのタイプなのかを見極めて、それぞれに合った美容液を選んでみてください。 いかがでしたか？このチャンネルでは美容や健康について分かりやすくお伝えしています。よかったらチャンネル登録をお願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Tomamari Nitta. Today I want to talk about something everyone is curious about — pores. Specifically, I'll be introducing serums designed to improve the appearance of pores. In a previous video, I focused on pore care by type, but today I'd like to zero in on summer pores. In summer, pores tend to open up, get clogged, and even take on a "mortar-shaped" (crater-like) appearance. On top of that, inner dryness (dehydration beneath an oily surface) can disrupt skin texture and make pores more noticeable. I'll explain the causes of these issues and how to address them. First, UV rays intensify in summer. Before sunscreen existed, the skin protected itself from UV damage by deliberately thickening the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of skin). This layer acts as a natural sunscreen, so it naturally becomes thicker in summer. For those with excess sebum production, this thickened layer can block pores and lead to clogged pores. Some people are hesitant to do exfoliation in summer, but summer is actually when you should be most diligent about it. That said, exfoliating ingredients vary widely — some cause stinging for sensitive skin, while others are too mild to be effective. Today I'm introducing something right in the middle, a product loved by many doctors: **NAVISION First Peeling**. Navision was originally a doctor's cosmetics brand sold exclusively at clinics, but following a recent rebrand, it's now available to the general public online. The First Peeling comes in a box of 5 individually wrapped packets. What makes it unique is that it's a gel-based peeling product. Most peeling products are liquid and tend to drip, spreading to areas like the eyes and causing redness. Navision has gel-ified their formula using a proprietary method so you can safely do peeling at home — which sounds simple, but converting an effective liquid formula into a gel is actually quite a technical challenge. In Japan, cosmetic peeling products are regulated to contain no more than 3.6% active acid, and this product is likely formulated close to that upper limit, so you may feel a slight tingling sensation upon application. Beyond exfoliation, the Navision First Peeling contains ingredients that promote epidermal ATP production (cellular energy production) and ingredients that activate dermal fibroblasts. Rather than simply removing dead skin, it promotes skin cell turnover and stimulates collagen production, resulting in smoother, firmer-looking skin. If you have a thickened, rough skin texture and clogged pores, this product is worth trying. Next up is the **ELIXIR Sleeping Mask (Overnight Mask)**. I previously talked about "mortar-shaped pores" (crater pores). As a quick recap: people with prominent pores tend to have elevated levels of unsaturated fatty acids in their sebum. These unsaturated fatty acids cause inflammation around the pores, which erodes the surrounding skin and creates a sunken, crater-like appearance. The key ingredient to address this is **glycyl-glycine (GG)**, a dipeptide developed exclusively by Shiseido. It was previously included in a Navision product, but that particular product was discontinued after the rebrand. Here's how glycyl-glycine works: unsaturated fatty acids activate calcium ion channels (which carry a positive charge), triggering inflammatory signaling that causes inflammation around pores. Glycyl-glycine works to suppress this inflammatory signal. Research has confirmed its effectiveness in gradually improving mortar-shaped pores. You can find more details on Shiseido's official website. The Elixir Sleeping Mask contains glycyl-glycine listed relatively early in the ingredient list, suggesting it's present in a meaningful concentration. It's also formulated with a low-oil base, making it suitable for those with oily, pore-prone skin. Simply apply it at night before bed, and wake up to plumper, more hydrated skin. It's especially recommended for those who experience both excess sebum and inner dryness, as well as those concerned about mortar-shaped pores. (A personal note: Navision used to carry a GG Essence that could be applied directly to individual pores, and I'd love for Shiseido to bring it back someday!) The third product I'd like to introduce is the **Kojisui Premium Perfect Essence**. This is a gel-type serum used as a special treatment step after cleansing. What sets this apart from Navision and Elixir is its **fermented rice koji extract**, which delivers exceptional moisturizing power similar to the skin's own natural moisturizing factor (NMF). When wearing a mask all day, your breath creates a moist, stuffy environment that actually causes NMF to evaporate, weakening the skin barrier. The koji extract helps compensate for this loss. The formula also includes Vitamin C derivatives, artichoke extract, and witch hazel extract — all known for their pore-tightening effects. This serum is particularly suited for those whose pores have become more prominent due to mask-related dryness and skin barrier disruption. Even within the category of "pore concerns," the type of pores that become more noticeable in summer varies from person to person. This year especially, with continued mask usage, many people are dealing with multiple types simultaneously: clogged pores from thickened skin, mortar-shaped pores from excess sebum and inflammation, and enlarged pores from inner dryness and a compromised skin barrier.
