皮膚科医が７月に出会ってよかった美容アイテム１３選を紹介します

みなさんこんにちは、とも皮膚新田です。今日は7月に買って、そして使ってよかったものをご紹介したいと思います。 これを撮影しているということは、もう7月も終わりですね。本当に毎月毎月思いますが、あっという間です。7月は6月末から上旬にかけてお仕事や学会で海外に行かせてもらったり、後半は宮古島に帰ったりと、結構東京にいませんでした。そのため今月使ったものや買ったものは、7月に勉強したことで「これはやっぱりいいんだな」と思ったものや、ベスコスの収録でいろいろ話した際に「これいいな」と思ったものが中心になっています。新製品というよりは振り返りのような内容になっていますが、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 【1. SK-II フェイシャルトリートメントエッセンス】 SK-IIの超定番化粧水です。今更どうした、と思われるかもしれませんが、7月の国際皮膚科学会で九州大学の辻先生の発表を聞き、ピテラの最新研究を知りました。ピテラは肌の炎症を抑えるサイトカインIL-37を促進するという研究発表でした。炎症を抑えるサイトカインは2、3種類しかないのですが、ピテラがそれを促進すると聞くと、俄然使いたくなりませんか？もともと好きで使っていましたが、いろいろな化粧品を試さなければならないため、定番のものを使うのを忘れがちでした。最新の研究成果を知ってから改めて使い始めると、効いている感じがするのは私だけでしょうか。1ヶ月使ってもそんなに減らないので、バシャバシャ使っても大丈夫です。難点は重くて持ち運びが少し心配なことくらいで、炎症を抑えてくれていると思いながら使っている、とても良い一本です。 【2. ゲラン アベイユロイヤル アドバンスト RRセラム】 去年発売されたものですが、勉強不足で見逃していました。ゲランの商品開発に携わる植物博士のボンテ博士へのインタビューや、フランスの大学教授の研究発表を聞き、ゲランがラグジュアリーブランドというだけでなく研究に力を入れていることを知って使い始めました。もともと蜂蜜由来の保湿系だと思っていましたが、角層を柔らかくするPHAやHAも配合されており、私のような敏感肌にも合っています。シンポジウムで興味深かったのは、様々な蜂蜜をDNAレベルで解析し、アミノ酸やポリフェノールなどの成分、そしてどの糖度の蜂蜜がどんな肌効果（エラスチン産生促進、線維芽細胞の増殖、抗炎症など）を持つかを解析している点です。HAやPHAで角質を柔らかくし、そこに秘伝のタレのような蜂蜜成分を浸透させるイメージです。ベタつきそうな印象でしたが、意外とそうでもなく、艶と張りが出ます。アイクリームは以前から使っていましたが、思ったよりベタつかず、皮脂肌の私にもぴったりで驚きました。 【3. 水橋保寿堂製薬 ビューティークリアパウダーウォッシュ（限定ラムネの香り）】 個包装タイプの、酵素洗顔の元祖ともいえる商品です。パッケージ違いで、限定のラムネの香りが出ていたので沖縄に行く前に購入しました。沖縄では皮脂も多く毛穴も開きがちなので、いつも酵素洗顔を持って行きます。子供たちと一緒なので荷物を減らしたいのと、個包装で持ち運びやすいこと、そしてゴワつく肌をすっきりさせてくれることが理由です。フランスやシンガポールへ行った時はまた違う洗顔料を使っていたので、それはまた別の機会にご紹介します。 【4. アビブ 弱酸性シートマスク】 韓国コスメのアビブは、パッケージも洗練されていて、肌のpH値を整えることに着目したブランドです。肌は弱酸性の方が常在菌のバランスやバリア機能が整うと言われていますが、洗顔などでアルカリ性に傾きがちなので、それをシートマスクで弱酸性に戻すという商品です。パッケージに描かれているテマリカタヒバ（別名：復活草）という植物のエキスが入っており、乾燥した環境でも水分を与えると復活する性質から、肌の水分量アップに役立つとされています。保湿とpH調整の両方が叶い、個包装で持ち運びやすいのも旅行向きで良かったです。 【5. ハッチ ボディオイル】 こちらは新発売ではありませんが、シンガポールからの帰りに寄った大阪のホテルスパで使用し、肌がつやつやになり、香りも好みだったため、翌日梅田の阪急で購入しました。新発売でなくても良いものは良いと改めて実感しました。むくみの軽減や肌の張り感アップに効果があり、夏場に肌を出す機会が多い時期だけでなく、冬も継続して使いたいオイルです。 【6. ユアン エアリーフォームスクラブ】 いただきもので、クリームタイプなのに泡立つという新感覚のスクラブです。スクラブでゴシゴシしながら泡も立つので、汚れも隅々まで落ちて、肘やお尻などのざらつきもつるつるになります。薔薇の良い香りで、保湿成分も配合されているため洗い上がりの触り心地が抜群です。ボディソープとスクラブの両方の機能を持つアイテムとしておすすめです。 【7. シャネル ル ブラン ブライトニング コンパクト】 以前、石井美保さんと2023年上半期ベスコスの動画を撮った際、美保さんが大絶賛していたアイテムです。もともとB20という標準色を持っていましたが、実際に色を見た方がいいと勧められ、伊勢丹で一番白いBD01を購入しました。テカリを飛ばすことでほうれい線が目立たなくなる効果があり、粉っぽくならないのが魅力です。パウダーファンデーションはあまり使ってこなかったのですが、これは本当に良いと思い、色違いを買い足しました。 【8. 資生堂（繊細） CPクリームファンデーション】 CF-13とCF-11の2色を購入しました。CF-11が自分の肌色にぴったりですが、CF-13のピンクみを混ぜて使っています。イベントでメイクを担当してくれた鈴木さんもこのファンデーションの良さに驚いていました。スパで汗をかいた後も艶やかさが持続していて、非常に驚きました。色番号を忘れてしまい、後日鈴木さんに確認して伊勢丹で購入しました。 【9. クレ・ド・ポー ボーテ オンブル クルール クアドリ 05番 コーラルリーフ】 4色パレットで色選びに迷いましたが、ピンクベージュの王道である05番を選びました。発色はもちろん、大人の瞼の乾燥やくすみをカバーする艶感が素晴らしいアイテムです。保湿成分スキンイルミネーターMXが配合されており、グリッターではない繊細な光の反射で透明感を出しながら陰影をつけられます。 【10. ゲラン オンブル ジェ 258番】 クレドと似ていると思われるかもしれませんが、実際に違いがあります。ゲランはよりマットな仕上がりで色味がしっかり出ます。クレドがツヤ感と透明感重視なのに対し、質感が異なります。 【11. ゲラン リップ（サテン08番／ベルベット159番）】 同時期に発売されたリップも購入しました。ケースを開けるとミラーがついていて、見ながら塗れるのが便利です。質感はサテンとベルベットの2種類。サテンの08番は万能なピンクベージュで、誰がつけても好印象な清潔感のある色です。ベルベットの159番は秋らしいベージュで、重ねづけしてもとても可愛い仕上がりになります。 ということで、7月に使って良かった・買って良かったものをご紹介しました。今月は新発売品というより、以前からあるものを改めて勉強し直して良さを再発見したものや、人にすすめられて購入したものが中心でした。少しでも参考になれば嬉しいです。皆さんが最近使って良かったものがあれば、ぜひコメント欄で教えてください。次回購入の参考にさせていただきます。 ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomo Hifu Nitta. Today I'd like to introduce the items I bought and loved using in July. Since I'm filming this, July is already coming to an end. Every month really does fly by. In late June and early July, I traveled abroad for work and conferences, and in the latter half of the month I went back to Miyakojima, so I wasn't in Tokyo much. Because of that, the items I used or bought this month are mostly things I rediscovered through what I learned in July, or things I heard were great during discussions for the Best Cosmetics awards. So this month's list is less about new releases and more about revisiting old favorites—please enjoy till the end! 【1. SK-II Facial Treatment Essence】 This is SK-II's ultra-classic lotion. You might think, "why now?" but at the International Dermatology Congress in July, I heard a presentation by Professor Tsuji from Kyushu University on the latest Pitera research. It turns out Pitera promotes IL-37, a cytokine that suppresses skin inflammation—one of only two or three anti-inflammatory cytokines that exist. Hearing that made me want to use it again immediately! I've always loved it, but since I have to try so many products, I tend to forget about staples like this. After learning about the latest research, using it again really feels like it's working—maybe that's just me? Also, it doesn't run out even after a month of generous use, so you can really slather it on. The only downside is that the bottle is heavy to carry, so I wrapped it carefully when traveling to Okinawa. Aside from that, it's a wonderful essence that not only boosts barrier function and active ingredient content but also helps calm inflammation, especially useful with all this UV exposure. 【2. Guerlain Abeille Royale Advanced Youth Watery Oil (RR Serum)】 This was released last year, but I hadn't studied it enough until now. After interviewing Dr. Bontè, a plant scientist involved in Guerlain's product development, and hearing research presentations from French university professors, I realized Guerlain isn't just a luxury brand—they do serious research. That inspired me to start using this. I originally thought it was just a hydrating honey-based product, but it also contains PHA and HA to soften the stratum corneum, making it suitable even for my sensitive skin. What fascinated me at the symposium was how they analyze various honeys at the DNA level—amino acids, polyphenols, and other components—to determine which honey (by sugar content) promotes effects like elastin production, fibroblast proliferation, or anti-inflammatory action. So the PHA and HA soften the skin, and then the "secret honey sauce" penetrates deeply. Despite expecting it to feel sticky, it's surprisingly not, giving a glowing, firm texture. I've been using the eye cream from this line for a while, and it's less sticky than expected—perfect even for my combination skin. A pleasant surprise! 【3. Suisai Beauty Clear Powder Wash (Limited Ramune Scent)】 This individually packaged enzyme wash is practically the original of its kind. I found this limited ramune-scented version before heading to Okinawa and picked it up. Okinawa tends to bring out more oil and open pores, so I always bring an enzyme wash there. Since I'm traveling with my kids, I want to minimize my own luggage, and these small, individually wrapped packets are perfect for that—they also do a great job clearing away rough texture. I used different cleansers for France and Singapore, which I'll cover in another video about what I brought on those trips. 【4. Abib Weak Acid Sheet Mask】 Abib is a Korean skincare brand with beautifully refined packaging that focuses on balancing the skin's pH. Skin is healthier when it's slightly acidic, helping maintain a good microbiome balance and barrier function, but cleansing tends to shift skin toward alkaline. This sheet mask helps bring it back to that ideal acidic state. Interestingly, the packaging features an illustration of a plant called Selaginella tamariscina (also known as the "resurrection plant"), known for reviving with water even after drying out in barren land. Its extract is said to boost skin hydration. Combining hydration with pH balancing makes this a great choice, and the individually wrapped sheets are perfect for travel—ideal for hydrating during flights or in dry hotel rooms. 【5. Haeckels Body Oil】 This isn't a new release, but I rediscovered it at a hotel spa in Osaka after flying back from Singapore. My skin felt firmer, and I loved the scent, so I bought it the next day at Hankyu in Umeda. It reminded me that good products remain good, even if they're not new. It helps with reducing puffiness and boosting skin firmness—perfect for summer when you show more skin, but honestly a great oil to use year-round. 【6. Yuan Airy Foam Scrub】 This was a gift, and it surprised me—it's a cream-type scrub that actually foams up as you scrub! You get both exfoliation and cleansing foam in one, leaving rough areas like elbows and hips super smooth. It has a lovely rose scent and moisturizing ingredients, making it feel amazing on the skin. A fun, innovative twist combining body wash and scrub in one product. 【7. Chanel Le Blanc Brightening Compact】 I featured this before in a video with Ishii Miho about the Best Cosmetics of the first half of 2023, where she raved about it. I originally had shade B20, but after being told to check the shades in person, I went to Isetan and picked up BD01, the lightest shade. It helps reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds by softening shine, almost like erasing shadows with light. As Miho mentioned, it doesn't look powdery at all—very easy to use, even for someone like me who doesn't typically reach for powder foundations. I'm really glad I bought another shade of this one. 【8. Shiseido (Senjo) CP Cream Foundation】 I bought two shades, CF-13 and CF-11. CF-11 matches my skin tone perfectly, but I mix in a bit of CF-13 for a pinkish touch. My makeup artist, Suzuki-san, was also amazed by how good this foundation is. Even after sweating at a spa, my skin still looked radiant afterward—so impressive! I forgot the shade numbers at first and had to ask Suzuki-san later, then picked them up at Isetan. 【9. Cle de Peau Beaute Ombres Couleurs Quatre No.05 Coral Reef】 Choosing from this four-color palette was tough, but I went with the classic pink-beige, No.05. Beyond the beautiful pigmentation, this palette provides amazing shine that's especially great for adult eyelids that tend to get dry or dull. It contains the moisturizing ingredient Skin Illuminating Complex MX (also used in their skincare line), giving a subtle glow rather than harsh glitter, while adding dimension with a natural, sheer finish. 【10. Guerlain Ombres G No.258】 You might wonder how this differs from the Cle de Peau palette—I asked myself the same thing, but I just couldn't resist buying it when I saw it! This one has a matter finish with richer color payoff, while Cle de Peau focuses more on shine and translucency—similar concept, different texture. 【11. Guerlain Lipsticks (Satin No.08 / Velvet No.159)】 These lipsticks launched alongside the eyeshadow and are adorable. The case even has a built-in mirror, which is such a handy feature for application. There are two finishes: satin and velvet. I chose Satin No.08, a versatile pink-beige that suits everyone and gives off a clean, likable vibe. I also got Velvet No.159, a beautiful autumn-toned beige that looks lovely layered with the satin shade too. That wraps up my favorite items from July! This month's list leaned more toward products I had already known but rediscovered through further research, or things recommended to me that turned out to be fantastic. I hope this was helpful!
