はい。友利先生こんばんは。3月5日に5人目。あ社長と同じ誕生日じゃないですか。3月5日5人目出産の妊婦です。大丈夫かなぁ。いい大物になると思いますよ。先日顔にできた稗粒腫が気になり、近場の皮膚科を受診しました。そこでディフェリンゲルを処方されたのですがこれは、手持ちのビタミンCの美容液やドクター系ABCDリペアセル・ブの変容は可能ですか。皮膚科の先生は「何でも大丈夫」と言ってましたが友利生徒ご意見を聞きたいです。ディフェリンゲルと一緒にしてもいいですけれども、もしちょっと妊娠中でお顔がちょっと敏感になってたらディフェリンがちょっとあの、ビタミンC、ディフェリンてちょっと皮膚をなんとターンオーバーを早めてくれるのでちょっと沁みちゃう可能性はゼロじゃないですけども基本的にはあの問題ないと思います。 はい。私ねコンタクト入れてないんですよ。裸眼なんですよ。はい。なのでコンタクトの色は裸眼です。ラロッシュのシカプラストリペアクリーム買ったのですが白くムラになっている。えっとねこれですよね。ラロッシュのシカリペア。これ一瞬を出した時に私もあの唇を噛みすぎてなのであの今ずっとラロッシュをここに塗ってるんですけれども一瞬出すと白っぽくあの、なると思うんですけど結構伸びるんですよ。だこれで顔全体いける感じだからなんだろうなあんまり出しすぎないっていう感じの方がいいと思います。で白っぽく残るっていうか、まぁちょっとでもそんなに白く残らないと思うんですよね。だからあのかなり伸びるので今の顔あの感じで全体的にいけるような感じですね。なので全然ベタつきも本当にないので私はここ皮むけがちょっとあるところに結構塗ってます。 今日のリップは今日はなんかちょっと黄色だからなんかピンクっぽくしたいなぁと思ってチークをあのクリニークのバレリーナホップ。もうこれ多分定番だと思うんですけどクリニークのやつをつけてでリップをどうしようかなと思ったときに私ちょっとほらアレじゃないですか。やっぱりちょっとモードな感じ。モードじゃない、ちょっとおしゃれな人を意識しているのでプラダビューティーに行ってきたんですね。でプラダが大好き。表参道スキンクリニックの裏にポップアップやってて行ってきたのでプラダビューティーを買いました。でそれのリップカラーのP155っていう色を買ったのでそれとなんかこのバレリーナホップがちょうどいい感じで合うなぁと思ったのでリップとチークはえっと、リップがプラダビューティーのP155でバレリーナホップ。チークがバレリーナホップになります。何ですか社長。どうしたんですか。何ですか。何ですか。何ですかちょっと。絶対嘘。もう帰ってください。何なんですか邪魔しに来ないでください。 マリーベリーさんいうあのスーパーチャットありがとうございます。今日は特にナチュラルな美しさが際立っていますありがとうございます。教えていただきたいのですがヒカキューのヒアルロン酸やヒアルロン酸の化粧品アイゾンブースターやヒアルショットなどは目元の表層部に入ってチンダル現象になってしまう可能性はないと言い切れるんでしょうか。あそれはないですね。あのヒアルロン酸の分子量が全く違うので特にヒカキューのヒアルロン酸っていうのは分子量がほとんどまあ水みたいしたらですけれどもあの、むしろが本当に比較的小さいのですぐに吸収されます。であと化粧品に入っているものもそのボリュームを形成するというあのヒアルロン酸じゃないのでそれはあのチンダル現象には絶対にならないです。まあもしかしたらヒカキューのものを結構入れすぎちゃう。例えばあの、なんていうのかな大量があるんですよでそれをちょっと多めに入れちゃうと引くのが例えば1週間に1日2日で日晴れは低いんですけどそれが1週間ぐらい続くことは稀にあります。その時にはちょっとチンダルっぽく見えることはあるんですけどあの必ず吸収されるのでヒカキューのものは全然大丈夫です。 あ、デューのタンタンなんちゃらクリームを買いました。ついでに買ったデューのリップ。あのリップは膜を貼ってくれて口のふっくら見せるっていうやつなのであれは私も結構好きですね。 プラダビューティーの常設店がどこになるか多分表参道になると思うんですけどね。ちょっと私もまだねわかんない。 社長さんにも旦那さんにも「塩太陽の先生が好きです」。塩じゃないんですけどね。いい感じにやってられますけども。 先生のおすすめのハイドロ機能。ハイドロ機能だったらエピスデームが一番私の中では安心かなぁと思います。 コスメデコルテの4色のパウダーは買いました。よいしょはい。ありますでも私はどっちかっていうとこの4色よりもOC02番だったかなあのちょっと、なんていうんだろう、マットに仕上がるやつの方が結構好きかな。 いつも動画を見ています。混合肌で鼻に黒ずみ毛穴があります。おすすめの化粧品を教えてください。まずは取った方がいいと思うのであの、まあ酵素洗顔だったりとかそういったもので今期だったらファスのクレンジングジェルがあるんですけどそれがあのちょっと黒ずみをとってくれるようなものだったり。あと、ファスはあの黒米の発酵液が入っているのでその黒米の発酵液プラスあのピーリング作業があるもので黒ずみとプラスアルファの保湿をしてくれるんですね。でもう一つあの8松木さんのPBのウーマンメソッドトリプルAが新しくリニューアルします。それが結構あのまそれはちょっと深掘りしようと思うんですけどクレンジングを使うのがいいかなと。でクレンジングでしっかりあの取った後にやっぱり毛穴を取るような崩壊するようなものがいいのでソフィーナIPの黒いあのジェルがあるんですけどそれをあの使うといいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 はい。ポーラの新しい日焼け止め。私どこに置いたっけな。あのライトセレクターですよね。ライトセレクターも結構あの私の中ではヒットというか。今までのライトセレクターにプラスアルファもっと赤い光をしっかりとあの吸収するようになったのとその新しい。あそもそも、あの出すような美容液が入っているのでテクスチャーとしてはそんなに大きく変わるわけではないんですけれどもすごく張り感が高くなるような感じかなと思います。 はい。飲む日焼け止めは効果ありますかというのは結構毎年それはあの、あれなんですけど日焼け止め塗って飲めばいいと思う。それだけで日焼け止め日焼けが止まるわけじゃないのでね。 帰りさんスーパーチャットありがとうございますいつもはい動画拝見しています。先生ポテンツァがもレチノールやハイドロ機能などの化粧品を使われていますが何件かのクリニックでシルファメポテンツァを受けましたが前後1ヶ月はレチノールやハイドロ機能使用禁止と言われました。私はあの3日間あのその日1日はスキンケアしないんですよ。当ててで次の日1日が24時間はしないでそっから別普通にやってますただ私ハイドロ機能は使っていないのでハイドロ機能はわかんないですけどレチノールって言っても私の場合はパルミチン酸レチノール形式も使っていないのでそこは別に全然大丈夫ですね。あとそうゆりさんスーパーチャットありがとうございます。 あ、ヒーライトを始めて初めてしようと思うんですが効果あります？あ、今日やった。今日、あの、私シロノクリニックだったんですけど、今日ね本当に雨がすごい降っててなんかキャンセルが結構あったんですよ。時間が余ったのであの、ヒーライトを今日しました。あったかくて気持ちよかったですね。なんか別に劇的ビフォーアフターがあるわけじゃないんですけれども、やっぱりLEDさっきのライトセレクターじゃないですけども、肌にいい光っていうのがやっぱりわかっていて、それがやっぱりコラーゲンのあの修復だったりとかっていうのを促してくれるっていうのもだいぶ昔からわかっているので、それだけを選択したものを本当にここにLEDがバーって並んで10分ぐらい当たってるんですね。でそうするとあったかくなるんですよね。別に汗が出るというよりはなんか本当にホテル感じでなんか終わったらがポッと顔が赤くなる、明るいというか本当にね血流が良くなったのはお風呂上がりみたいな感じになります。だからすぐに張りが出るとかではないんですけどね。 先生、湯船どのぐらい時間入ってますか？30分ぐらいかな。は入っていると思います。だから今日はピカピカだろ。いやそういうわけでもなく、ヒーライト当てたからすぐにどうこうっていうわけじゃなく、あれも多分継続は力なりみたいな感じだと思うんですよね。なのではい。 敏感肌の荒さです。紫外線吸収剤塗っても刺激にならない体質なら使用しても全然問題ないです。全く問題ないです。 頬の赤みがひどいです。良いスキンケアメイク方法を教えてください。頬の赤みが何でできているかなんですよ。例えばニキビ跡の色素沈着で赤いんだったらビタミンCとかを使ったほうがいいと思うんですけれども、本当に毛細血管が浮いているような感じであればアゼライン酸とかの方がいいと思うので、どっちの赤みかによりますかね。 YAGレーザーは速攻性ありますかって、YAGレーザーの中にもいろいろ種類があるんですけれども、例えばジェネシスみたいなものだと結構張りが出ることはありますね。なので、ただ速攻性を何を持って速攻性というと、例えば中でシミがポッと取れるとか毛穴がギュッと引き締まるというのはなんかちょっと張り感っていう感じですかね。だから、私はそのジェネシスとかは撮影の2日前に当てるのが一番ベストだと思っていて、翌日でもなく翌々日に張りが出るのがなんかジェネシスなので、大事な撮影の2日前にはジェネシス当てたい人です。 アクアレーベルのリニューアルは深掘りしてなかったでしたっけ？あそこオールインワンはしてるけど化粧水はしてないか。化粧水のアクアレーベルのリニューアルってした方が良さそうだったらやろうかなと思うんですけども、どうですかね。あの赤がなくなって黄色と白だけになってしまってグリシルグリシンが入っているものがなくなっちゃうので、ちょっとそれは悲しいなぁと思うんですが、あのどちらにしてもあのやっぱり資生堂のUMSKが入っているのとシカが入ってあとはディアミノ酸が入っているし、こっちはナイアシンアミド、パルミチン酸レチノール、ディアミノ酸なので、どうしてもグリシルグリシンを入れたかったらこっちにあのエリクシールのお休みパックをつければグリシルグリシンも入っているので、そっちでいいかなと思うので、その辺をもし深掘り必要だったらやりますけども、必要かなぁ、どうでしか落ちるかなぁ、大丈夫か。 グリセリンフリーについてどう思いますか？これは結構賛否あると思うんですけれども、昔あの化粧品会社さんは、オイル会社さんが、グリセリンあの、ニキビ菌のどれが一番どの保湿成分が一番ニキビ菌を増やすかっていう実験の中で、グリセリンが一番増えたんですよ。まあもちろんそうなんですよね。だってあの、まあ皮脂を脂肪酸となんか、まぐ、グリセリンみたいなものになんか、まあまあ、なんていうのかな、分解して、ニキビ菌って増えるか、まあグリセリンは好きなことは好きだと思うんですけれども、あのそれを化粧品で入れたからといってすぐニキビの元になるとは私は思っていないですね。ただ、やっぱりあまり好きじゃないという方もいらっしゃるので、あの、まあだったらこう避けてもいいかなと思う。私はグリセリン自体はすごく水溶性で本当に汎用性のあるすごく保湿力も高い安全性も高いものなので、私はそんなに悪いものじゃないなぁとは思っています。 シミ缶パンを何とかしたいの、何が一番？それはもレーザーですね。あの化粧品はすべてやっぱり予防だったり治療ではないので、化粧品でシミとか缶パンが全部なくなるということはないので、やっぱり美容医療してあの、レーザーとかあとはトーニングとかと一緒に使う美白の化粧品を使うというのがいいと思います。
