皮膚科医の友利新が選ぶ2022年上半期のベストコスメを発表します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は2022年上半期の友利新的ベストコスメを発表したいと思います。前回皆さんに一緒にベースメイクを決めてくださいという動画を撮ってから、いろんな雑誌の審査員としていろいろ書いてきたんですけど、今大体の雑誌さんがベストコスメを出していると思います。なので私的にも友利新的ベストコスメを皆さんにしっかりご紹介していきたいなと思っております。今年も各ブランドの素晴らしいコスメが出たと思いますので、まずは洗顔クレンジングというカテゴリーであげていこうと思います。もちろんここにあげているものがすべてではなくて、どのものも良かったんですけど、その中でも使用感もそうですけれども、テクノロジーだったりとか成分だったりというのが今年の旬のものだなと思ったものであげていこうと思います。では早速洗顔からいこうと思います。洗顔のベストコスメはこちら、エストのクラリファイングジェルウォッシュです。使い切っているという感じなんですが、このエストのクラリファイングジェルウォッシュは深掘りもしたと思うんですけれども、これ自体隠れ角栓を除去してくれるというものになります。隠れ角栓があるとこれが酸化してしまって、それが顔全体のくすみにつながってしまうということをエストさんが研究の結果わかって、もちろん角栓除去技術というものプラス、これにはビタミンEがしっかり入っていて、ビタミンEというのは抗酸化作用がありますから、皮脂が酸化してしまったとしても角栓があることで酸化してしまう、肌のくすみをなくしてくれるというものになるんですよ。もちろん処方の技術もそうですし考え方もそうなんですが、使ってみた感じが正直ね、私は泡立たない洗顔ってなんか摩擦になるような気がしてあんまり好きじゃなかったんですけれども、このエストさんのやつはジェル状になっていて、しっかりと肌に密着することであんまり摩擦ということがほとんどないし、あとはやっぱりこういった額だったりとか、あとはこの小鼻の周りとか、あとはこの頬のあたりのなんとなくくすんでいるんじゃないかという感じがパッと明るくなるようなイメージがあって、使い切るぐらい大好きなものだったので、こちら洗顔部門ではすぐにこれだなというふうに思ったので、洗顔の私のベストコスメはエストのクラリファイングジェルウォッシュです。続いてはクレンジングです。クレンジングはこちら、スリーのエミングソフトクレンジングジェルです。このスリーはエミングラインって言って、今年の3月だったかなに発売されたラインになります。クレンジングだけじゃなくて化粧水だったりとか乳液だったりとか全種類あったんですが、その中でも私はこのジェルクレンジングがとっても大好きでした。もともとこのエミングシリーズというのは女性のホルモンバランスというものに注目をしていて、これには若山希秋さんのダマスクローズのエキスとかが入っているんですね。このダマスクローズのエキスがですね、皮脂分泌が活発になるというのを抑えてくれたりということもありますし、なんといってもこの皮脂を分解する能力というものが高いパッションフルーツエキスとかが入っているものになるんですね。こういう成分的にもそうなんですけれども、香りもすごく良くて、洗いながらすごく癒される感じがするんですよ。今まで私クレンジングオイルがすごく好きだったんですけれども、お肌にのせて気になるところくるくるってするとふわっとメイクが浮かんでくる感じですし、こういった毛穴とかが気になるところはくるくるってしなくても、なじませるだけで結構ふわっとメイクとなじむし、使い続けると癖になるクレンジングだなというふうに感じがあったので、今回2022年上半期のベストコスメのクレンジングはこのスリーのエミングソフトクレンジングジェルにしました。続いて化粧水です。化粧水はね本当正直迷いました。一緒に悩んでくださいという動画でも化粧水から一緒に悩んでくださいみたいな感じだったと思うんですよ。正直クレンジングと洗顔はパッと頭の中でエストとスリーが浮かんだんですけれども、化粧水美容液乳液そしてクリームはもう本当にたくさんいいものがあって、すっごくすっごくすっごく迷ったんですけれども、やっぱりテクノロジーとか新しい最先端の発見とかというとここかなと思ってこちらにしました。ポーラBAローション イマースです。だいたいね3分の1ぐらい黒いから見えないけどもう使い切っています。深掘りでもしたと思うんですけれども、酸化した汗が毛穴に入ることで毛穴が開いてしまう。要は汗で毛穴が開くというのをBAさんが発見して、じゃあそれどうしたらいいのよということで、酸化汗を抑えるようなヒマラヤ雪の下だったり、それによってコラーゲンとかエラスチンが壊れていくのを防ぐツルレイシ果実エキスだったり、そしてそのね成分がしっかりと毛穴の奥まで行かせるような浸透技術を入れていたりとか、まずその汗が毛穴に関連しているというのを見つけるだけでもすごいなと思ったんですが、それを抑制とか防止とかするような独自の成分を入れるだけじゃなくて、毛穴の中に浸透する技術ですね。毛穴って皮脂があるからなかなか化粧水みたいなのって浸透しづらいんですよ正直。なんですけれども化粧水としてちゃんと毛穴の奥まで浸透できる技術も入れてきているという、ちゃんと研究をしてそこで成分を見つけて浸透までさせるというこの3段階が揃っているし、あとは使い心地なんですけれども朝晩私は使ってるんですが、朝の使用感が人によってはちょっとスッとするって思うかもしれないんですけど、しっかり浸透してベタつきもしないし、ベタつかないからじゃあ潤いはしないかというとちゃんと内側からも潤いがあるんですよ。なんですけど嫌なベタつきでもないというかサラッとしたような仕上がりなんだけど、1日中しっかりともちもち感は続くし、やっぱり使っていると毛穴は目立たなくなってきたんじゃないかなというふうに思うので、やっぱりテクノロジー的にも今年はこのBAローション イマースが化粧水の中ではいいんじゃないかなと思ってこちらを挙げさせてもらいました。続いては乳液です。乳液で選んだのはディオールプレステージホワイトリンクル エマルジョン ルミエルです。このディオールの乳液は深掘りもしたと思うんですけれども、これにはディオール独自のナイアシンアミドが入っています。肌荒れ防止も美白も皺も全部認可をとってるというものが実はなかなかないということと、秘伝のタレであるローズエキスですね。これって炎症を抑えたりとかそれによって透明感をアップさせるということになるんですけども、そういった秘伝のタレプラスナイアシンアミドってすごくポピュラーなんですけれども、そのポピュラーな成分をすごくブラッシュアップして、ディオール独自のナイアシンアミドというふうにして入れていくというのが、やっぱり他にはないなというふうに思ったんですね。私結構乳液だけで済ますということも多いんですよ。夏場は乳液だけで済ますこと多いんですけども、乾燥がまだある時期でもこれだけで本当に肌が柔らかく仕上がるし、なんとなく透明感とかアップするしなんか肌荒れもしにくいしというような感じ。あとなんといっても香りがすっごいいい香りなんですよね。やっぱりバラのディオールらしい香りというのが、スキンケアの時にも自分を癒してくれる、ザ・デパコスみたいな感じだったので、正直値段はちょっとお高いんですけれども、でもなんか自分を上げてくれるデパコスのベストコスメというイメージだったとしたら、やっぱりディオールかなと思ってこちら選びました。続いて2022年上半期のベストコスメ美容液編はこちら、ランコムレネルジェHCFトリプルセラムです。これもね深掘りをしたと思うんですけれども、これも実は3つの美容液が1つになって出てくるというのが、それも面白いんですよね。こうやって3つにボコボコボコってなってるから、1本なんですけど3つの成分がしっかり入ってるというのがすごくいいなというふうに思いました。3つの成分、1つ目はビタミンC。ビタミンCといったら美肌のオールマイティーなエース的な存在ですよね。それともう1つはナイアシンアミド。ここでもやっぱりしっかりナイアシンアミドが入っています。3つ目がフェルラ酸になってます。フェルラ酸というのはなんだそれみたいな感じですけど、抗酸化作用があるんですが肌のバリア機能の要というか、バリア機能を司るためには肌のね、肌の成分でセラミドというものがあるんですけど、この殻みたいなものを固くしてくれる。だからバリア機能の細胞の1つ1つをしっかり強固なものにしてくれるというものをアップさせるということもあるので、肌荒れも防止しながら美白の効果もありながら、ハリの効果もあるというようなトリプルなものを入れているということ。ビタミンCとナイアシンアミドって親水性といって水に溶けやすい成分なので、別に一緒にしてもいいという感じなんですけども、pHを変えることでより肌に浸透がするということで、通常だったら一緒に入れているところも多いんですけれども、それはあえて分けて浸透しやすいように、肌に乗せた時にしっかりとフレッシュにできるようにということで分けているということ。フェルラ酸は水にあまり相性が良くなくて壊れやすい成分だからこそ、フェルラ酸だけにしてきちっとフェルラ酸を肌に乗せた時に一番フレッシュな状態でというこの成分のそれぞれの特性と成分が一番いいベストな状態で肌に出せるというそういった構造ができるのもザ・デパコスというような感じだったので、やっぱりこのランコムが一番私の中で今年はすごい美容液だなと思ったので、こちらも選んでみました。最後はクリームです。クリームもすっごい悩んだんですけどやっぱりこれかなと思って、シセイドウイルミネイティブクリームです。このシセイドウにもナイアシンアミドが入っているんですが、さっきナイアシンアミドってお水に溶けやすい成分だよって言ったんですけれども、これはクリームの中に入っていて、それも全成分を見ると前の方に書いてあるので、ナイアシンアミド結構高濃度で入っていると思います。なんですがそれを入れられる技術というのはやっぱり、シセイドウの乳化の技術なんじゃないかなと思いますし、ベタつきはしないんですけれどもちゃんと潤してくれる、肌をふっくら見せてくれるということと、お水みたいって言ったらクリームなのにって思うかもしれないんですけど、スッと入っていくだけどしっかり膜は張ってくれるんですよね。だからドライな肌でも嫌じゃないクリームだし、プラスすっごい乾燥肌の人でもちょっと量を多めに塗るということで、ちゃんと水分を入れながら膜も張っていく、ナイアシンアミドが高濃度で入っていると思うので、透明感だったりとか張り感とかを出してくれる、めちゃくちゃ優秀だなと思ったんですよね。だからクリームって私は毎日つけるというわけじゃないんですけど、やっぱりあっているという時には手が伸びちゃうことが多かったので、やっぱり2022年の上半期一番使ったって思うクリームはこちらだったので、シセイドウのこちらのクリームを選んでみました。いかがでしたか？2022年の上半期のベストコスメ。やっぱりすごいものばっかりですよね。ザ・デパコスみたいなものベストコスメを選んでみたので、次回はプチプラでも先生やってくださいよというご意見たくさんあったので、プチプラ編でベストコスメ皆さんにお送りしていこうかなと思いますので、そちらの動画も楽しみに待っていてください。では皆さんまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomorishina. Today I want to announce my best cosmetics for the first half of 2022. After I shot a video asking you all to decide on base makeup together, I wrote various reviews as a judge for several magazines. Now I think most magazines have released their best cosmetics. So I also want to introduce my best cosmetics for the first half of 2022 to everyone. I think each brand has released wonderful cosmetics this year, so let me start with the cleansing and facial wash category. Of course, what I'm featuring here isn't everything, and all of them were good, but among them, I'm selecting those that I think are the latest trend this year in terms of not only usage feel, but also technology and ingredients. So let me start with facial wash. My best cosmetics for facial wash is Est's Clarifying Gel Wash. I've used it up, and as I've discussed in detail before, this product removes hidden comedones. When hidden comedones exist, they become oxidized, which leads to dullness across the entire face. Est discovered this through research, and of course they have a pore purifying technology. Plus, this contains vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties. So even if sebum becomes oxidized, it prevents the dullness caused by the presence of pores. Of course, the formulation technology and concept are great, but honestly, I didn't really like non-foaming cleansers because they seemed to cause friction. However, this Est product has a gel texture that adheres well to the skin, so there's almost no friction. Also, areas like the forehead, around the nose, and the cheeks that seemed dull suddenly brighten, so I loved it enough to use it all up. That's why I immediately thought this should be my choice for the facial wash category. So my best cosmetics for facial wash is Est's Clarifying Gel Wash. Next is cleansing. My choice for cleansing is Three's Emming Soft Cleansing Gel. Three has a line called the Emming line, which was released this March. There were all types from cleansing to toner and emulsion, but I really loved this gel cleansing among them. Originally, the Emming series focuses on women's hormone balance, and it contains Damascus rose extract and such. This Damascus rose extract helps suppress active sebum secretion, and it also contains passion fruit extract which has high ability to break down sebum. In terms of ingredients, it smells really good, and you feel very soothed while washing. I used to really love cleansing oil, when you apply it to your skin and gently massage areas of concern, makeup floats up, but with this, you don't need to massage pores that are concerning; just emulsifying it is enough for makeup to blend nicely. It's a cleansing product that becomes addictive with continued use, so for cleansing in the first half of 2022, I chose Three's Emming Soft Cleansing Gel. Next is toner. Honestly, I really struggled with choosing a toner. In the video where I asked you to struggle with me, it seemed like I was asking about toner too. Honestly, for cleansing and facial wash, Est and Three came to mind immediately, but for toner, serum, emulsion, and cream, there were so many good products that I really, really struggled. But when I think about technology and cutting-edge discoveries, I chose this one. Pola BA Lotion Imerse. You can't really see it because about one-third is black, but I've already used it up. As I discussed in detail before, oxidized sweat entering pores causes them to open. In other words, BA discovered that sweat opens pores, and so the question became how to prevent that. They use ingredients like Himalayan snow plant extract to suppress oxidized sweat, and Bitter melon fruit extract to prevent collagen and elastin from breaking down. Then they incorporated penetration technology to ensure these ingredients reach deep into the pores. I thought it was amazing just to discover that sweat is related to pores, but it's not just about adding unique ingredients to suppress or prevent it—they also incorporated technology to penetrate into pores. Honestly, it's hard for toner to penetrate deeply into pores because they contain sebum. But they've incorporated technology that allows toner to properly penetrate to the depths of pores. Having conducted proper research, found ingredients, and made them penetrate—these three stages are all aligned. As for feel, I use it morning and night, and while some might find the morning feel a bit refreshing, it penetrates well without stickiness. You might think if it's not sticky, then it doesn't moisturize, but actually there's proper moisture from the inside. It's not unpleasantly sticky but has a smooth finish, and the dewy feeling lasts all day. I think my pores have become less noticeable with use, so I think technologically, BA Lotion Imerse is a great choice among toners this year. Next is emulsion. For emulsion, I chose Dior Prestige White Wrinkle Emulsion Lumière. As I've detailed before, this Dior emulsion contains Dior's original niacinamide. It's actually rare to have something with approvals for preventing skin irritation, brightening, and reducing wrinkles all at once. Plus, their secret ingredient is rose extract, which suppresses inflammation and boosts radiance. With this secret ingredient plus niacinamide—which is very popular—they've really upgraded this common ingredient and incorporated it as Dior's original niacinamide, which I thought is something no other brand has. I often finish off with just emulsion. In summer, I often use just emulsion, but even in seasons with remaining dryness, just this alone leaves my skin so soft, somehow boosts radiance, and prevents skin irritation. And on top of that, it has an amazing fragrance. The rose scent characteristic of Dior really soothes you during skincare—it's like the epitome of prestige cosmetics. Honestly, the price is a bit high, but if we're talking about prestige cosmetics that really lift your mood, I think Dior is the way to go, so I chose this. Next is my best cosmetics for serums in the first half of 2022. It's Lancôme Renergie HCF Triple Serum. As I've discussed in detail before, this is actually three serums in one, which is interesting. It comes out in these three bumps, so it's one bottle but contains three distinct ingredients in solid amounts, which I thought was really good. The three ingredients: First is vitamin C, which is the all-rounder ace for beautiful skin. Second is niacinamide. Niacinamide is included here too. Third is ferulic acid. You might ask what ferulic acid is, but it has antioxidant properties and is essential for skin barrier function. To maintain barrier function, skin has a component called ceramide, which ferulic acid helps solidify. So it strengthens each cell of the barrier function, preventing skin irritation while providing whitening effects and firmness—it's a triple action ingredient. Vitamin C and niacinamide are hydrophilic, meaning they dissolve easily in water, so you might think you could include them together, but by changing the pH, they penetrate skin better. Many products include them together, but this one deliberately separates them for easier penetration and to ensure they're fresh when applied to skin. Ferulic acid isn't very compatible with water and is a fragile ingredient, so by using ferulic acid alone, it ensures ferulic acid is in its freshest state when applied to skin. Having each ingredient's characteristics deliver in optimal condition to skin—this kind of structure is truly prestige cosmetics, so I think Lancôme has released an amazing serum this year. That's why I chose this one. Finally, cream. I really struggled with cream too, but I thought this was it: Shiseido Elixir Iluminating Cream. This Shiseido cream also contains niacinamide, but remember I said niacinamide dissolves easily in water? This is in a cream, and looking at the full ingredient list, it's listed near the top, so I think niacinamide is in quite high concentration. But the technology to include it is probably Shiseido's emulsification technology. It's not sticky but properly moisturizes and plumps the skin. You might think 'like water' is strange for a cream, but it absorbs quickly while still creating a protective layer. So it's a cream that even dry skin doesn't dislike, and for very dry skin people, applying a bit more still properly hydrates while creating a barrier. Since niacinamide is in high concentration, it provides radiance and firmness—it's really excellent. Honestly, I don't use cream every day, but when I need it, I find myself reaching for this often. So the cream I used most in the first half of 2022 was this one, which is why I chose this Shiseido cream. How was that? The best cosmetics for the first half of 2022.
