みなさんこんにちは!友利新です。今日はですね、もうとにかく成分、そして処方がすごいと思っているコスメブランドを3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください! このね、YouTube動画っていうのは結構コスメの処方だったりとか成分に注目していろいろね お話しすることが多いんですが、そんないろいろ成分を見ている私でも、これは本当に久しぶりにすごいものが出てきたなって 思っているものを今日はご紹介したいんですが、そしてプラスアルファ、今日のやつは全部ね、通販で買えるの。だから最初私、通販で買えるすごいものだなぁみたいに集めてたら、成分もいいじゃん!みたいな感じだったので、代名をどうしようかなって考えたんですけれども、すごい成分が入っているんですけれども、手軽に通販で買えるっていうものになりますので、なかなかね時間がなくて探しに行くの大変だよ!なんていう人はですね、ぜひ最後までご覧いただけると嬉しいなと思います。 では早速一つ目はこちら、ロート製薬ダーマセプトシリーズです。このグリーンと紫がクリーム、ゴールドのものが美容液になっています。これは全部ラインで使うというよりは、お悩み別にアイテムを使い分けるというものになります。 なので、化粧水とか洗顔とかはご自身の使っていただいて、お悩みでどちらのクリームを使うのか、そしてどの美容液を使うのかっていうのを分けるんですよね。このダーマセプトシリーズっていうのはロート製薬が開発しているものなんですけれども、最近ってクリニック限定、クリニックでしか買えない化粧品ってたくさんありますよね。 それって何かっていうと、市販するには刺激が強かったりとか、使い方をちょっと考えないと逆に肌に悪影響だよっていうものが入っていることが多いので、必ず医師の診断・診察のもとに買ってくださいねっていうのが医療限定品。 だけれども正直、クリニックにそれだけで行くのは大変だし、皆さんにお忙しいこともあるから、医療限定品と同じくらいなんだけれども、使い方が間違えないような設計を組んでいるっていうコンセプトになっています。 なので成分としてはかなり高機能なんですけれども、お電話で相談ができたりもするらしいので、そういったものだったりとか、あと使い方を必ずこれを使った後にこれを使いましょうみたいなやり方で副反応を抑えているっていう感じですね。 それがね、私一番すごいなと思ったのがこちら。ダーマセプトRXHQセラムというクリームになっています。 これのどこがすごいかというと、皆さん一度は聞いたことあると思うんですけれども、美白成分であるハイドロキノンが高濃度入っているんですね。 ハイドロキノンというと、私たち医師も色素沈着だったり、シミの治療の時にだいたい4%から5%ぐらいの濃度のハイドロキノンを処方して使ってもらいます。 確か2001年までは医療機関でじゃないと買えないものになっていました。 ただ、それ以降はですね、化粧品にも配合できるようにはなっていたんですけれども、この私たちが使う4%から5%というのがミソでしてね、やっぱりこの4%から5%の高濃度入っていないと、なかなかピタッとシミに効くというのはなかなか難しい。 ただ、この4%から5%の高濃度のハイドロキノンって赤みが出やすかったりとか、刺激感を受けやすいということがあったんですね。 あともう一つ怖いのが、使い続けると逆に色素沈着といってシミがもっと濃くなったりとかっていうことが起こってしまう可能性があるんですよ。 なので、この高濃度のハイドロキノンっていうのは、大体3ヶ月くらい使ったら1回やめるとか、今このシミがどういうふうに薄くなっているのかを判断してから使うというところがポイントでした。 なので、結構海外のハイドロキノン買っちゃって、シミが薄くなると思って塗ってたんだけど、どんどんどんどんシミが濃くなる。 これじゃ足りないのかなと思って、またハイドロキノン塗ってまた濃くなるっていう方、何人か私見たことがあるので、良い成分ではあるんだけれども、効くからこそちゃんと扱わなきゃいけないものになるんですね。 なので、このロート製薬のダーマセプトRXHQセラムはですね、ぶっちゃけ何パーセント入っているかっていうのは書いてはないんですが、この使い方がすごくポイントで、こちらはですね、3ヶ月使ったら必ず開けてくださいっていうふうに書いてあるんですよ。 3ヶ月使ったらこちらのもう1個のダーマセプトRXVCセラムっていうものに変えてくださいっていうことをきちっと最初から言って購入してもらうっていう形になってるんですよ。 私はこれって本当に素晴らしいなと思っていて、正直使い続けていいですよっていうハイドロキノンって多分1パーセントから2パーセントぐらいの低濃度だからこそガツンとは効かないんだけれども、副作用も出にくいっていうもの。 しっかり効果を出したいっていうパーセンテージを入れているとしたら、きちっと3ヶ月でやめて別のものを提示しなきゃいけないっていうふうに思ってたんですけども、それをこのダーマセプトシリーズはちゃんとやってくれてるなと思います。 なので3ヶ月でやめてくださいって書いてるってことは、多分まあ最低でも4パーセント前後ぐらいは入ってるんじゃないかなと思うんですね。 なのでシミの治療をやっぱり医療機関ではなかなかちょっと時間がなくていけないっていう方はこういうふうに使ってもいいのかなと思います。 そしてもう一つ、やっぱりハイドロキノンって不安定な成分なんですよ。本当に美白効果は高いんですけれど不安定なんですね。 なので私たちが結構処方するときって冷蔵保存してくださいみたいな感じでお出しするんですね。 でもこれ冷蔵保存しなくてもいいじゃないですか。 通常だったらハイドロキノンって水溶性なんですよね、確か。 なんですがこれはクリームになっていて、しっかりとこの不安定なハイドロキノンを安定化してクリームにするっていうのは、確かいろいろ見ていると多分ポリマー剤が結構入っているのでその特殊なポリマーの処方組みをして安定させていると思うんですよね。 多分それはロートさんの技術だと思うのでそこも素晴らしいなと思っています。 もう一つすごいなと思ったのが、ハイドロキノンだけじゃなくてですね、ここにはデルタ型のビタミンEというものが入っているんですね。 ビタミンEっていうと抗酸化っていうイメージなんですが、年齢がいたお肌で紫外線のダメージを受けている細胞っていうのはシミを作ってくれっていう指令をたくさん出してしまうと。 それを抑えるにはこのデルタ型のビタミンEがいいんだよっていう研究発表が出てるんですよ。 もちろんハイドロキノンほどではないんですけれども、ハイドロキノンにデルタ型のビタミンEを入れることでよりさらにシミに効果が出る。 だからハイドロキノンは今あるシミを取り去るっていう感じ。 デルタ型のビタミンEは老化した細胞で傷ついた細胞がずっと刺激を発していて、お隣のメラニンとかにも刺激を与えているっていう、そういった刺激を抑えるっていうことなので ダブルの方向性でシミにアプローチできるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 なのでちゃんと3ヶ月使ったら次はこのビタミンCに変えるっていうこのプロトコールも素晴らしいなというふうに思います。 もっとすごいなと思ったのがダーマセプトRXAZAセラムなんですね。 これは何が入っているかというとAZAセラムでアゼライン酸が入っています。 アゼライン酸聞いたことある人と聞いたことない人がいると思うんですが、どういった成分かというと皮脂の分泌抑制になります。 海外ではニキビ治療でもこのアゼライン酸が処方されるぐらいなんですね。 でも日本ではアゼライン酸が解禁にはなっていないのでニキビ治療で皮脂を抑制するっていうことってレチノールとかがあるんですが、レチノールってちょっと刺激が強かったりもするので使えない方もいるんですが アゼライン酸って皮脂を抑制するのとニキビの手前のポツポツっていう皮脂の詰まり、そういったものもよくしてくれるんですよ。 なのでニキビができやすい人だったりとかニキビ悩んでいる人にはぜひぜひ、あとは私みたいに油田肌みたいな人で毛穴が気になってそこからニキビになりやすいところにしっかり塗っていくっていう感じなんですね。 なのでもちろんお顔全体塗るっていうよりは小鼻とか顎とかっていう風になると思います。 なのでこちらもですね、今までだったらやっぱりクリニックに行って買わなきゃいけなかったようなアゼライン酸もですね、こうやって通販で買えるって本当に素晴らしいなと思います。 通常のニキビのアイテムにはちょっと満足がいかなかったよって、あとはニキビ治療もしながらどういったコスメ使ったらいいかわからないっていう人にもすごくおすすめのアイテムなんじゃないかなという風に思います。 なのでまとめるとこのダーマセプトRXっていうのは、シミが気になる人、そしてニキビが気になる人っていう感じでタイプ別に美容液だったりクリームを出していて、 なので全部トータルで買えるというよりはお悩みにワンアイテムを加えてあげるっていうような考え方なので、 お悩みってクリニックで解決っていうことがもちろんなんですが、それのサポートになるブランドなんじゃないかなと思うのでよかったらチェックしてみてください。 続いてはこちら。有心種造ライスです。 こちらがライスリペアインナーモイスチャーエッセンスナンバー11。 で、こちらがですね、ライスクリアセラムナンバー6になります。 ライスパワーナンバー11っていうのは、顆粒層に働きかけて顆粒層から細胞が生まれ変わるのを促してくれるんですね。 そうすると何かっていうと、顆粒層から細胞が生まれてどんどん成長するにあたって、その細胞っていうのは細胞間脂質だったりとかセラミドを作って成長していくので、 根本的に肌のうるおい、乾燥感を良くするよっていうのがこのライスパワーナンバー11なんですね。 こっちのナンバー6っていうのは皮脂腺に働きかけて分泌が過剰な方には皮脂を抑制するっていうものになります。 もちろんライスパワーナンバー11もナンバー6もですね、入っている製品ってあるんですけれども、実はこれ美容液っていうのがポイントで、お化粧水とかは結構あるんですけれども、 美容液タイプになっていて濃縮じゃないんですけれども、しっかりと濃度が高いっていうのが、このライスを作っているのが有心酒造さんで、ライスパワーを開発したのはこの有心酒造さんなんですよ。 そういったところがしっかりとナンバー11、ナンバー6っていう成分を、濃度高く配合しているっていう感じなので、一番濃く入っているんじゃないかなと。 美容液タイプですし、一番これがしっかりと入っているんじゃないかなと私勝手に思っていますので、私の使い方としては、本当に私は油田肌なので、 ここにナンバー6、その他のところにはナンバー11っていう感じで、使い分けていてすごく良かったので、他に真似できない成分だなと思うので、私はライスパワーのシリーズすごく好きなので、試したことない方はぜひチェックしてみてください。 最後がこちら。ボーダーコスメVCフェイシャルローションとマルチクリームAです。 この化粧水はかなり色ぐすみを意識した成分が入っているなというふうに思っているのと、このクリームはですね、2種類のあまり入っていないレチノール誘導体が入っているので、皆さんにご紹介したいなと思っています。 このVCフェイシャルローションは、おなじみのナイアシンアミドとビタミンC誘導体なので、一見、何だ先生、いろんなところにあるのと一緒じゃないですかっていうふうに思う方も多いと思うんですが、その辺に関しては基本的には同じだと思います。 ナイアシンアミドとビタミンC誘導体。ビタミンC誘導体に関しては、水溶性のビタミンC誘導体のアスコルビルグルコシドというものが入っています。 ビタミンC誘導体というのは抗酸化力が高いので、どちらかというと酸化して茶色っぽくなるような錆付きみたいなものを抑えるものだし、ナイアシンアミドだと黒ぐすみに効きますよね。 もう一つこちらに入っているのが、黄ぐすみ。私たち日本人というのは黄色くくすみやすいというところがあるので、その原因で何かというとやっぱり糖化なんですよね。 この糖化を抑えてくれるような成分が、西洋オオバコ種子エキスというものが入っています。 この西洋オオバコ種子エキスというのが、表皮の糖化を抑えるという風に言われている成分なんですね。 糖化でちょっと黄色っぽくなってくるのを抑えてくれるという可能性が高いなと思います。 なので茶色、黒、黄色というものに対応する成分が入っているなという風に思います。 そしてもう一つこのクリームなんですが、これは2種類のレチノール誘導体が入っています。 レチノイン酸トコフェリルというものと、ひまわり種子脂肪酸レチノールというものになります。 トコフェロールとはビタミンEなので、レチノールとビタミンEをダブルで組み合わせているようなレチノール誘導体になるので、 レチノールのハリだったりとかハリ感プラストコフェロールビタミンEの抗酸化力が入っているという感じなんですね。 なので紫外線のダメージだったり、ハリ感だけじゃなくてくすみ予防だったり、 抗酸化なので茶色っぽくなるのを抑えてくれたりということ。 もう一つこのひまわり種子脂肪酸レチノールなんですけど、ちょっとね私も初めて聞いたんですが、 これがちょっと面白くて、レチノール誘導体なんですけどもかなり低刺激性なんですよね。 プラスアルファ、もちろんピュアレチノールじゃないので、シワ改善までは言えないとは思うんですが、 肌の水分量を上げることによって、小じわだったりの改善が期待できるということもあるので、 やっぱり2種類のレチノール誘導体を入れること、やっぱりトコフェロールとひまわり脂肪酸が入っているので、 浸透のスピードがちょっと違うんだと思うんですよね。 なのでレチノイン酸トコフェロールで紫外線が当たっているときに、その抗酸化力を出していて、 あとひまわり種子脂肪酸レチノールが先に浸透するので、神経のダメージを守ってくれるという、 2種類の誘導体が入っていることで、ちょっと浸透が違うということが、 同じレチノールでも違うアプローチをしてくれるんじゃないかなと思うので、 Hello everyone! I'm Arata Tomori. Today, I'd like to introduce 3 cosmetic brands that I think have amazing ingredients and formulations, so please watch until the end! I often talk about cosmetic formulations and ingredients in my YouTube videos. Among all the ingredients I've examined, I recently came across something truly impressive that I wanted to share. And best of all, everything I'm introducing today can be purchased online. I initially collected items that could be purchased online, and then I realized the ingredients were also great! I was wondering what to call this concept, but they're products with excellent ingredients that you can conveniently buy online. For those of you who are busy and don't have time to search in stores, I'd be happy if you'd watch until the end. Let's start with the first one: Rohto Pharmaceuticals' Dermacepte series. The green and purple ones are creams, and the gold one is a serum. Rather than using the entire line, you use different items based on your skin concerns. So you'll use your own toner and cleanser, but choose which cream and serum to use based on your specific concerns. The Dermacepte series is developed by Rohto Pharmaceuticals. Recently, there are many cosmetics available only at clinics. The reason is that they may be too strong to sell at retail or could have negative effects if not used properly, so they're marked as medical products that require a doctor's diagnosis. However, since visiting a clinic just for that is inconvenient, the concept is to offer products with similarly high-performance ingredients to medical products but designed so they can't be used incorrectly. So the ingredients are quite high-function, and you can even consult by phone. They also reduce side effects by establishing a proper usage order. What I found most impressive was the Dermacepte RX HQ Serum cream. What makes it special is that it contains hydroquinone, a whitening ingredient, at high concentration. Hydroquinone is something that us dermatologists typically prescribe at 4-5% concentration for treating hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Until 2001, it was only available through medical institutions. After that, it became possible to include in cosmetics, but that 4-5% concentration is key. You need that high concentration to really see results on dark spots. However, this high concentration of hydroquinone tends to cause redness and irritation. There's also a scary risk that with continued use, it can actually make dark spots worse due to hyperpigmentation. For this reason, high-concentration hydroquinone typically should be used for about 3 months and then discontinued, and you should assess how the dark spots are improving before continuing. I've seen people buy hydroquinone from overseas, hoping to lighten spots, but instead the spots get darker. Thinking it's not strong enough, they keep applying it and it keeps getting darker. So it's an effective ingredient, but precisely because it works, you must handle it carefully. What's amazing about Rohto's Dermacepte RX HQ Serum is, while the exact percentage isn't listed, the usage instructions are key. It clearly states "stop after 3 months of use." And it instructs you to switch to another product, Dermacepte RX VC Serum. This is set up so you're told from the beginning to purchase in this sequence. I think this is truly wonderful. Honestly, hydroquinone products that say it's okay to use continuously probably contain only 1-2% concentration, so they're not very potent but have fewer side effects. If a percentage is high enough to show real results, you absolutely must stop after 3 months and switch to something else. The Dermacepte series does this properly. The fact that it says to stop after 3 months suggests there's at least around 4% or more. So if you can't get to a clinic due to time constraints for dark spot treatment, this might be a good option. Another thing is that hydroquinone is an unstable ingredient despite being highly effective for whitening. So when we prescribe it, we usually tell patients to store it in the refrigerator. But this doesn't require refrigeration. Normally, hydroquinone is water-soluble. However, this cream version properly stabilizes the unstable hydroquinone, which suggests it contains quite a bit of polymer agents with special polymer formulation. I think that's Rohto's technology, and that's impressive. Another thing I thought was great is that besides hydroquinone, it contains delta-type vitamin E. When we think of vitamin E, we think of antioxidant properties, but aged skin damaged by UV exposure sends strong signals to create dark spots. Research shows delta-type vitamin E helps suppress this. While not as strong as hydroquinone, adding delta-type vitamin E to hydroquinone increases its dark spot effectiveness. Hydroquinone eliminates existing dark spots, while delta-type vitamin E suppresses the signaling from aging and damaged cells that stimulates melanin production. This double-action approach to dark spots is great. So the protocol of switching to vitamin C after 3 months is also excellent. Even more impressive is Dermacepte RX AZA Serum. It contains azelaic acid. Some of you may have heard of azelaic acid, others may not. It's an ingredient that inhibits sebum secretion. Azelaic acid is prescribed for acne treatment even overseas. However, azelaic acid hasn't been approved in Japan. For acne treatment sebum control in Japan, there's retinol, but retinol can be irritating so some people can't use it. Azelaic acid suppresses sebum and also improves those small bumps before acne forms from sebum clogging. So it's recommended for people prone to acne or dealing with acne, and also for oily-skinned people like me who are concerned about pores that easily develop acne. You'd apply it concentratedly to problem areas like the nose and chin rather than the whole face. It's really wonderful that azelaic acid, which previously required a clinic visit to purchase, is now available online. For those unsatisfied with regular acne products or unsure what cosmetics to use while treating acne, this is highly recommended. To summarize, the Dermacepte RX series addresses different concerns with different serums and creams by type. Rather than buying everything as a complete set, you add one item for your specific concern. While clinic treatment is of course important, I think this brand serves as a good support system. Please check it out! Next is this one: Yuishin Shuzo Rice. This is Rice Repair Inner Moisture Essence Number 11, and this is Rice Clear Serum Number 6. Rice Power Number 11 works on the granular layer to promote cell regeneration. As cells are born from the granular layer and grow, they create intercellular lipids and ceramides, which fundamentally improves skin moisture and reduces dryness. This is what Rice Power Number 11 does. Number 6 works on sebaceous glands to suppress sebum secretion in people with excess oil production. Both Rice Power Number 11 and Number 6 are found in various products, but what's key here is that these are serums. While there are many toners containing these, these are serum-type with higher concentration. Since Yuishin Shuzo makes Rice and developed Rice Power, they properly formulate these at high concentrations. I think these might be the most concentrated versions available. As a serum, I believe these are thoroughly formulated. Personally, since I have oily skin, I use Number 6 on oily areas and Number 11 elsewhere, and it works great. It's an ingredient no one else can replicate, and I really love the Rice Power series, so if you haven't tried it, please check it out. Finally, this: Bode Cosmetics VC Facial Lotion and Multi Cream A. This toner contains ingredients that really address discoloration concerns, and this cream contains 2 types of retinol derivatives that aren't often included, so I wanted to introduce it. The VC Facial Lotion contains familiar niacinamide and vitamin C derivative. At first glance, you might think, "Isn't this the same as what's everywhere?" Basically it is the same. Niacinamide and vitamin C derivative. The vitamin C derivative is ascorbyl glucoside, a water-soluble form. Vitamin C derivatives have high antioxidant power, so they suppress the brownish oxidation or "rust-like" discoloration. Niacinamide addresses dark discoloration. Another ingredient here targets yellow dullness. Japanese people tend to develop yellow discoloration easily, which is caused by glycation. This product contains Plantago asiatica seed extract, which is said to suppress glycation of the epidermis. It likely helps prevent the yellow discoloration that comes from glycation. So it addresses brown, dark, and yellow discoloration. About this cream: it contains 2 types of retinol derivatives. Retinyl tocopherol and sunflower seed linoleic acid retinol. Tocopherol is vitamin E, so this combines retinol and vitamin E as a retinol derivative. It has retinol's radiance and firmness plus vitamin E's antioxidant power. So it addresses UV damage, firmness, dullness prevention, and oxidative discoloration. The other ingredient, sunflower seed linoleic acid retinol, was new to me. Interestingly, it's a retinol derivative that's quite gentle. Of course, since it's not pure retinol, I can't claim it improves wrinkles, but by raising skin water content, it can improve fine lines. Having 2 retinol derivatives with different penetration speeds creates a more effective approach. Retinyl tocopherol provides antioxidant power against UV exposure, while sunflower seed linoleic acid retinol penetrates differently to protect against damage. With 2 derivatives with different penetration, they approach skin concerns differently, making this a truly impressive cream. How was that?
