皆さんこんばんは、友利新です。すいません、ちょっと10分遅れの配信になってしまいましたが、皆さん待機してくれてる方が多くてすいません。ちょっと10分遅れのYouTubeライブ始まりました。今日もすごく暑いですね。皆さん水分補給とか大丈夫ですか？ 私はもうちょっとウォーターボトルの中に自分の、さっきまではお茶を入れてたんですけど、あまりにも暑くて今お水を入れてます。このウォーターボトルは去年かなに買った関根翔子くんのサイトで買ったやつで、今関根翔子くんスターバックスのタンブラーを作ってコラボしてるんですよ。スターバックスに行かないときはこのウォーターボトルで寝てます。 すいません、ちょっと10分遅れですけれども、今日はちょっとまた先週に引き続き毎週水曜日、白野クリニックで診察の日なんですけど、新しいレーザーが元々あって、そのイントマレーザーっていうんですけど、それの新しいやり方をちょっと白野で取り入れようということで、モデルというか私がやりたいって言ってやってもらったので、さっきまではすっぴんでレーザーを当ててもらったので、そこから1からお化粧してたら間に合わなくて、今日はちょっとメイクが何か適当というか、そんな感じですね。 何か目の中に何かが入っている気がします。はい、小さく聞こえるかな。大丈夫かな。今日は涼しくて長袖着てました。ラロッシュポゼのシカプラストクリームに助けられています。確かに私も本当だったら今日はYouTubeライブじゃなかったら、今日レーザー当てたのでシカプラストだけで寝たいなという感じなんですけど、ちょっとメイクをしたので、でも今日はお家に帰って落としたらシカプラストだけ塗って寝ようかなというぐらいな感じです。 でも今日のレーザーはイントマレーザーで、どちらかというと熱をじわじわ脂肪層に活かせるようなレーザーなので、口の中内側からやるんですよ。粘膜から脂肪層に、だから上からじゃなくて中から当てて脂肪を小さくするというものなので、それを今日やってもらいました。なので、ちょっとだけ口角というかここが上がってたら嬉しいな。どうかな。 顎のラインすっきりかな。明日初インモード気をつけて。気をつけてって、私先週インモードのデモ機を白野で入ったので、そこでやったんですよ。そしたら結構ここが内出血しちゃって。まあもともとインモードって吸引をしながらRFをやるものなので、内出血するとは知ってたんですけど、結構しちゃったので、すごくすっきりはするんですけれども、本当に内出血するものだと思ってた方がいいと思います。 毛穴の開き対策でオバジ C25を使っていますが、他にもおすすめありますか？例えば、毛穴の開きがもともと皮脂が多いタイプの人だったら、ピーリング系は入れておいた方がいいと思うんですよね。拭き取りだったりとか、今年だったらワンバイコーセのものだったり、あとちょっと敏感度の方だったらラロッシュポゼのピーリングのものだったりとか。そういったものを1回ピーリングのものを使って、そこからビタミンCだったりとか、あとちょっと高濃度のナイアシンアミドを入れるといいので、高濃度のものだとアヌアでしたっけ、韓国のものか。あと最近ではオーディナリーっていうブランドが日本に上陸して、10%のナイアシンアミドの美容液があるので、その辺とかがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 昨日ネットで先生のプロテインを3袋買いました。ありがとうございます。シカプラスト最高ですって嬉しいな。3人の推し込め1個も偶然ながら頭文字がHです。マキアのハムも拝見しました。本当に素敵な3人ありがとうございます。マキアの企画なんですけれども、美保さんと小地はるちゃんといつもやっているものになります。 はい、リップは今日はサンローランのラブシャイン リップスティックの122番。これ結構私お気に入りです。 はい、そう。あ、今日クラリスさんお花すごく、蕾がダイナミックって。気をつけていただいてありがとうございます。気がついてくれてありがとうございます。 今日ね、私これ高田さんにもめちゃくちゃこれ好みですって言ったんですけど、このバラテアトロっていうバラなんですよ。真ん中が緑でグラデーションでピンクになってるんですけれども、何かすごくレアな品種らしいんですね。で、花の中に葉っぱがあるような感じに、何かでまた蕾がこの花の中から葉っぱとか新しい蕾が出る現象を完成化っていうらしいんです。そういうバラです。すごい何か、私は結構この緑とピンクのグラデーションがすごく好きで、なので、これも見たらめちゃめちゃこれ好きって思って、なかなか見たことがないバラだったので、さすがやっぱりケイトローズさんってバラ専門のお店なので。 あとね、ちょっとあっち向いちゃったんだけど、すっごいこのゆりが大きいの。だからたぶん明日以降ぶわーって咲いて、このテアトロと一緒になるとめちゃくちゃ綺麗なんじゃないかなと思って、明日もめちゃめちゃ楽しみ。あとは、ちょっとブルーベリーとテアトロっていう、すごい珍しいテアトロですねっていう珍しいバラ。可愛いよね。何か真ん中がこのね、本当に緑で、そっから淡いピンクでわーってなって、でここがゆりで、でこの葉っぱと、あとラセナの葉っぱになります。めちゃくちゃ本当にすごいですよね。 あ、そう、マリリンさんの水をかけても大丈夫っていうやつです。それです、それです。はい。そうなんですよ、見ました。皆さん、あのマリリンさんのやつ、本当に水をかけても崩れないっていうやつで、私もあのいただいたんですけれども、送ってきていただいて、マリリンちゃんに、あのやっぱりどうしても毎日、あの毎日ってクリニックでマスクをするので、マスクしてるとこの辺崩れちゃうんですよね。 なので、マスクしてる時に、あのマリリンちゃんがプロデュースしてるビムっていうところのパウダーをはたくと、もちろん絶対崩れないわけじゃないんですけれども、崩れにくいし、このなんて小鼻の周りのこの浮き感っていうんですかね、それがなくなるような感じがするので、ちょっとマスクとかまだね、しなきゃいけない状況下の方は、マリリンちゃんのビムっていう、あのブランドのところを見ていただけるといいと思います。 夏場でも顔全体があのカサカサします。額までカサカサ。おすすめの化粧水？それだったとしたらアルージェっていう、製薬工業さんから出しているものがいいのかなと思うのと、あとライスパワーNo.11を作っている雪の修造から出ているアトピスマイルっていうところのクリームがめちゃくちゃいいと思います。はい。 アレキサンドライトレーザーのレーザーフェイシャルってどのぐらいの頻度でやればいいですか？まあ1ヶ月から2ヶ月に一遍ぐらいかな。 クリニックの脱毛の範囲は？クリニックの範囲？目周りなど？普通に顔って顔じゃない？顔だと思うんですけどどうなんだろう。 セーラムシールドをネッククリームとして使うのは全然アリだと思います。 ファスのクレンジングオイル使い切りました。あとねー、私は結構好きだけどこれこれ本当の正直な意見、ファスのクレンジングオイルも好きだけどすごく特化していいかって言われたら、他のクレンジングオイル、例えばシューとかも同じぐらいいいから、でもやっぱりファスのクレンジングの一番いいなと思ったのは、ジェルクレンジング、ジェルが良かったから。うん、悪くはないよ、すごく。はい。 今日ボトックス打ちました。フォトフェイシャルは何日後から？全然明日からやって大丈夫です。多分同じ日にやるとやっぱ熱にボトックスって弱いから、多少あるんですよ。だから心配だったら1週間ぐらい、72時間であのボトックスって効果が出るので、効果が出た後だったら大丈夫ですよ。 顔の赤み、Vビームとルメッカ？Vビームでしょうね。ルメッカはどちらかというと赤みっていうよりは、シミなので、もしシミも赤みもって言うんだったら、エクセルVの方がいいと思います。Vビームは本当に赤み。ルメッカはあの、シミですね。 ヤグレーザーめっちゃ効果ありましたけど、他の医療脱毛機より？そうですね。ヤグレーザーの脱毛はめちゃめちゃ痛いと思います。 朝はクレンジングはいらないです。クレンジングというのはメイクを落とすものなので、朝はクレンジングはいらないですね。 顔脱毛コースはミキンが入ってなかった。えーそんなことある？うちのクリニック全然そんなのないような気がするんだけどなぁ。 目のケア。目のケアというか、目薬は結構よく差すかな。最近はこのロートのリセ、これなんかちょっとわかる？薄いの。なんかポーチに入れててもかさばらないし、なんか入れやすいの。一個一個がピョンピョンって落ちていきにくいというか、こまめにやります。 今日のファンデーションは本当にさっきレーザー当てて急いでお化粧したので、クレドのクッションファンデです。 春菜さんスーパーチャット、ありがとうございます。仕事柄マスクしないといけないのですが、オイルブロックタイプの化粧下地を使っても、鼻周りだけファンデが崩れてしまいます。これはもう本当にしょうがないのかなって思っているので、多分これはもう皮脂が出なくなるってことはあり得ないんですよ。だからオイルブロックの化粧下地を使っていても鼻周りだけファンデが崩れるってことはこれしょうがないのかなと思います。なので崩れても綺麗なファンデーションを塗るのが一番かなぁとは思うし、あと逆にこの皮脂崩れた皮脂で肌がその酸化しないようにするのがいいのかなと思うので、例えばあのそこだけパウダーファンデーションにするとかであの、あとは下地を本当にすごい強力のあのプリマビスタの黒のやつがあると思うんですけどそれにするか、とか。でも多分どれにしても鼻だけは当たり前ですけどお鼻って顔の中で一番皮脂が多いところなので、そこがマスクはあとずっと鼻のところを押さえているわけじゃないですか。そこが皮脂が出なくなるっていうのは結構正直難しいと思います。どれ使っても。 あこのね、美生のやつは、あの、えっと黒目を赤くならん。充血を取らないシリーズです。充血が一瞬でなくなるのは、妄想結果を収縮させていくんですね。だからあんまりやりすぎちゃうとまたパッと、なんていうんですかね、開きやすくなっちゃうから、あんまりそこではないものを使っています。 ドクター系のレチノールは美容医療施術後は使用しない方がいいですか？全然大丈夫です。むしろあのドクター系を作った亀山先生が作られたあの青山皮膚科はそのドクター系のあのレチノールのと同じようなものを導入するっていう施術もあるぐらいなので、全然いいと私は思います。 メンバーシップ登録できました、ありがとうございます。 7月に1週間休みがあるので、乾燥とシミが少し気になるので、レーザー当てようかと思っています。ピコトーニングにしようかと思ってますが、あの1回ではピコトーニングでもあの普通のレーザーでもこう取れないですなので、やっぱり何回かやらなきゃいけないので、1週間お休みがあるからとかっていうよりは、やっぱり回数を重ねていった方がいいと思います。ねでもただピコとお顔がどれぐらいシミがあるかがちょっとわかんないんですけれども、ピコトーニングでやっぱりかさぶたになってそれが嫌だっていう方だったら、いいかなとは思いますが、1回でっていうのはないですね。 プリマビスタの黒の下地とパウダーは本当に崩れない。油取りすぎるぐらいっていう、桃猫さんからのコメントがありますね。 ノーリスIPL、前回全顔5回8万8000円は全然ぼったくられてないとは、むしろ安い方じゃない。 唇荒れやすい人ってグロスとかの下に何を塗ればいいでしょう？ええええええ。よねー、ライスの、あのリップグロスがあるんですよ。ライスパワーNo.11が入ったそれか、あとは、ラネージュのリップ。リップグロス。リップ。なんていうの。ナイトリップのやつ。これ、ラネージュのこれなんて言うんだっけ。リップスリーピングマスクがいいと思います。 4月発売の金棒の新色リップ、お試しさせてもらいましたけれども、なんか結構万人に良いと思います。あとは、オフィシャルとここは定期的に受けた方が、私は全然を定期的に受けた方がいいと思います。 スターバックスとして、甘い飲み物がね、好きじゃないんですよ。なんかお茶かお水か、味がついていると言ってもコーヒーとか紅茶ぐらいで、お砂糖が入っているものがダメなんですよ。だから甘いスタバのなんとか、フラペチーノでしたっけ、とかは、あのね、あら飲まない飲まないですね。 エイダさんスーパーチャット、ありがとうございます。開き毛穴に対してベルベットスキンと、ピコフラクショナル、この2つだけだとどちらがいいと思いますか？これも人のその肌によります。なるなぜかと看板があるかとか、あと皮脂が多いとか、あのそういうのにもよってあるので、一つだけ言うとしたら、看板があるんだったらベルベットスキンはやめた方がいいと思います。 ジェントルマックスプロは特別痛い。私は痛いとは思わないの。目の下のクマぷっくりした感じはやっぱり脱脂とか、あとはまあウルサーマとかになっちゃうと思うのであの、マッサージとかね、あのされてどうのこうのみたいな感じでね言ってる方もいらっしゃって、もしかしたら1000人に1人ぐらいは良くなるのかもしれないんですけれども、あの正直医学的に考えて、マッサージをしてその目の下のたるみがなくなるってことはあり得ないんですよ。たるみにくくなることはあるかもしれないけど、今あるものがピンとなるってことは医学的に考えてですよ。でも医学も100%じゃないから、もしかしたらなってる方がいらっしゃるのかもしれないですけれども、医学的にはほぼほぼないと思っていただければいいと思うので、どうしてもだったら、あのまあお手だったりあと、これ以上をあの、これ以上させないという意味だったら、まあマッサージとかもいいと思うんですが、あんま擦らない方がいいと思います。はい。 私はどちらかというとスカート派かなぁ。でも最近パンツにも目覚めて、あの形がいいパンツだったら素敵に着れるってことがわかったので。 先生の卵型のフェイスラインはどのような施術をしていますか？ウルセラとサーマクールを半年に一遍は必ずやります。白でね必ずやるのとあとはあの、フェイスライン、あとは、3ヶ月に1回、まあ1ヶ月に1回とかやりたいところなんですが、3ヶ月に1回ぐらい。重すぎでダイヤモンドチップをするが、私の引き締めのが一番なのかなぁ。でも、フェイスラインはいいのかもしれない。私ここがすごい気になってんですよ。このポニョが、本当はここを上げたい。でもここを上げると、私の場合、ほっぺたが大きすぎて、ここが上がってわかります。目が、ちっちゃくなる。ここはほっぺ。ここが上がっているんですよ。そしたら目がこうなる。でも笑った時の目はここが好きなんだけど、笑った時の法令線はここが深いから、本当は笑った時これぐらいになりたいんだけど、それで上がると、目が押しつぶされるという、この負のループに今ハマってるところです。でみんなにここになく、ヒアルロン酸さんとか入れてますかって言われるんですけど、言ったみたいに、私はここをちょっと少なくしたいんですよ。どっちかっていうと、ここが笑うと、ここ押されるでしょ。ほらここを見て、笑うと押されちゃうじゃないですか。これが嫌なんですよ。だから本当はこうしたい。これぐらいだけどここが十分に入って余っちゃう。しょうがない。これは私の体的な。はい。 目の周りの皮粒子は皮膚科でとってもらえます。
