【進化した名品日焼け止め】皮膚科医友利新が感動した"最強リニューアルUV"で日焼け撃退‼️

みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、2024年にリニューアルして素晴らしくなった日焼け止めを4つご紹介したいと思います。前回よりもパワーアップしたっていうものも結構多くなってるんですね。日焼け止めまだ買いそびれてるんだよなーっていう方は是非最後までご覧ください。 最初にですね、薬用石澤研究所 ブライトニング デイケアアドバンスからご説明していきたいと思います。石澤研究所といえば通常のエッセンス、ジェル、UVなども今回は出てるんですが、こっちを解説してほしいっていうことが多かったので今日はこのブライトニング デイケアアドバンス。これ日中用の美白乳液って書いてあるんですが、SPFも50プラス、PA4プラスになっているので立派とした日焼け止めなんですけれども、コンセプトが本当にスキンケア感覚かなというふうに思います。日焼け止めでもあり、下地でもあるっていう感じになります。 なんでかなっていうふうに思うと、配合している成分によるんですね。時間が経つと顔がくすんできたっていうような経験ってないですか？透明感がどんどん低下するっていうのを止めていくコンセプトの日焼け止め乳液になっています。透明感が低下するのは何でかっていうと紫外線の影響になります。シミを作りなさいって指令だけじゃなくて、例えば赤くムラができたりとか、モザイク状に拡散したりとか肌に影響するんですね。あとは皮脂が過剰に出るわけです。紫外線当たって暑いなってなると、皮脂が過剰に出るとやっぱり肌に炎症が起こってしまって、それが透明感を落としてしまう原因になってしまいます。 なので今回は紫外線が当たるっていうダメージと皮脂によっての炎症のダブルを止めていこうっていうような考え方になっています。これに入っているのはグリチルレチン酸ステアリルっていうものになります。甘草由来の抗炎症作用がある成分で、グリチルレチン酸っていうのは有名じゃないですか。兄弟みたいなものなんですが、ステアリル化の方が炎症止めるのは強いって言われてるんですね。ただレチノール誘導体っていうのは油溶性のものにしか溶けないので、テクスチャーが良いものに入れられなかったんですが、2年前ですね、石澤研究所の化粧水がリニューアルされた時に、サラサラの化粧水に入れられるような技術を開発者が開発したんですね。 プラスアルファ、今まではグリチルレチン酸ステアリルっていうのは抗炎症っていう有効性だけだったんですけれども、厚生労働省がそれを美白の有効成分として承認下ろしました。なのでまず1つ目はベタベタしない油分じゃないものにも入れられるようになったことと、抗炎症だけじゃなくて美白の有効成分ということも入れています。じゃあなんで抗炎症作用があるものが美白になったかっていうと、炎症が起こった時にはプロスタグランジンっていうものが出ます。グリチルレチン酸はこのプロスタグランジンっていうものを抑えるんですね。プロスタグランジンっていうものが分泌されるとメラノサイトが活性化してしまうってことがあるので、プロスタグランジンを抑えてバリア機能を上げていくものだったんですが、美白っていうところも取ったっていうあたりになります。 もう一つポイントなのがサンゴソウエキスという成分になります。塩分の強い環境でも育つっていうところでパワフルな植物なんですけど、何をしてくれるかっていうと表皮の細胞の外皮膜であるコーニファイドエンベロープっていうところがあるんですね。これを強くしてくれる効果が期待できるんです。コーニファイドエンベロープが弱くなってくると細胞の形がいびつになるんですよ。隙間が開くことによって炎症物質が入りやすくなるし、紫外線だったりのダメージを受けやすくなるんですよ。 だからこそコーニファイドエンベロープが成熟することがバリア機能をしっかり整えるっていうところになるので、グリチルレチン酸ステアリルで炎症を起こさないようにするんですけれども、サンゴソウエキスでバリア機能を強固にする。炎症をダブルで抑えていこうっていうようなものになってきます。だからこそ日中の透明感が低下していかないし、炎症が起こらないっていうことはシミにもなりにくいっていうところになっています。 成分だけじゃなくて紫外線をしっかりと防御していて、紫外線のA波の中でも真皮の奥の方に行ってしまって、老化を進めてしまうというロングUVAをカットするっていう機能もついています。テクスチャーなんですけれども、レチノール誘導体が入っているのでベタッとした感じかなと思ったんですが、伸ばしていくとお水のような後肌感というか、ベタベタ感がないんですよね。お水の膜が張ってるような感じ。本当にレチノール誘導体入ってるんだろうかっていうぐらい。石澤研究所の化粧水がリニューアルした時にレチノール誘導体を高圧で小さくしてお水にも入れられるようにしたっていうところが大きいんだと思うんですよね。 みずみずしいんだけど、レチノール誘導体もしっかり入っていて、溶液効果もありながら日中の炎症を抑えて、透明感が低下しないようにしていくものになっています。シミ対策もそうなんですけれども、夕方にかけて顔がどよーんとなりやすいっていう方にはいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いては、こちら。ドクターシーラボのUVデイエッセンスCです。ドクターシーラボといえば毛穴対策で有名ですよね。どうしても日焼け止めって毛穴に詰まるんじゃないかみたいなイメージがあったんですが、これは日焼けを止めながら毛穴すらもアプローチしてくれる毛穴にも皮膚にも優しいUVになっています。 何回も言っているように、ドクターシーラボっていうのは毛穴悩みに特化したブランドなので、紫外線によって毛穴が目立つ、そういったものを進化形のビタミンで抑えていこうよっていうようなUVなんですね。紫外線っていうのはシミとかシワの原因だけじゃなくて、実は開き毛穴の原因にもなったりします。どういうことかっていうと紫外線によって皮脂が酸化して過酸化脂質っていうものに変わってしまうと、毛穴の周りの炎症を起こしてしまうんですね。毛穴の周りの角層が厚くなってしまうことによって角栓が酸化してしまって黒ずんでしまうので、開き毛穴だったり黒ずみ毛穴っていうものが起こってきてしまうんですよね。 あとはUVAによって真皮のコラーゲンとかエラスチンがダメージが当たると、たるみ毛穴にもなります。UVの膜でしっかりと抑えるっていうことは当たり前なんですが、たるみ毛穴、開き毛穴、黒ずみ毛穴にアプローチする4種のビタミンCを入れています。まずたるみ毛穴に関しては真皮まで浸透するようなAPPSという親油性のビタミンC誘導体を入れています。コラーゲンの生成がサポートしてくれるので、化粧水とかにもいろいろ入っているようなものなんですが、それを日焼け止めにも入れています。 あとはミリスチル酸グリセリルアスコルビルというビタミンC誘導体だったりとか、酸化ラウリルグリセリルアスコルビン酸という成分だったり、刺激が少なくて保湿もあるようなビタミンCを入れているんですね。各層のみずみずしさはそのままにしながら、肌の炎症を抑えたりとかくすみ感は抑えるというところにもなっているので、開き毛穴だったり黒ずみ毛穴だったりとかたるみ毛穴にアプローチするようなビタミンCだけど、みずみずしさは保つという絶妙なビタミンC誘導体の組み合わせだなというふうに思います。 あとはもう一つビタミンCと相性の良いグルタチオンも入れているんですね。酸化してしまったのをまた還元してくれるので、1日ずっとビタミンCが働いてくれるというところにもなっています。もちろんグルタチオン自体も抗酸化作用があるので、くすみ感にもアプローチしてくれる成分ですよね。 あと、毛穴が気になる人はニキビだったり毛穴の詰まりが気になる人が多いと思うので、ノンコメドジェニック処方といって毛穴に詰まりにくいものに作ってますよっていうテストもしてくれているのもすごく嬉しいですよね。真っ白じゃなくてピンクみが入っているんですけれども、トーンアップっていうよりは水を纏っているようなイメージになってめちゃくちゃみずみずしくなるんですよね。ベタつきもないし、やっぱり毛穴が気になる男性の方のファンも多いらしくて、リニューアルしてさらに頼もしくなったUVかなというふうに思います。 続いては、紀州のUVスプレー。スプレー状なんですけれども、アルコールフリーなので顔にかけても大丈夫なものになってます。紫外線吸収剤フリーでノンケミカル処方なんですよ。紫外線散乱剤しか入っていないのにスプレータイプっていうのが素晴らしいんですよ。面白いのがノンケミカルなのに白くならないんですよね。ノンケミカルって白浮きしやすいんですけれども、白浮きしないっていうところが本当にすごいなというふうに思います。 保湿力も高めるので、日中保湿をしたいっていうミストスプレープラスの底にUVが入っているっていう感覚で使えるものになります。SPFは50ではなくて30だし、PAは2プラスなので、これ一つでカバーできるって言ったらそういうわけじゃ正直ないと思うんですけれども、日焼け止めを塗っていて顔に吹くっていうのはメイクも崩れないし、UVの膜が張るっていうのはとってもいいんじゃないかなと思います。ポーチにも入れられるぐらいの大きさになるので、使い勝手がいいアイテムなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 そして最後がビオレのUVアクアリッチ エアリーホールドクリームです。去年もYouTubeで熱く語ったんですが、松屋銀座限定だったんですよね。それが全国展開に今回になったっていうものになります。クリームなのに塗るとお水を感じるんですよ。厚まくもないしベタベタ感もないって言って、去年爆発的に大ヒットしたんですね。限定販売だから買えなかったっていう人のためにもう1回これがなんで素晴らしいのかをお話ししたいと思います。 そもそも日焼け止めっていうのは紫外線吸収剤と散乱剤というものがあるんですが、どちらも油にしか溶けないんですね。なので油の層にいっぱい吸収剤とか散乱剤を入れて溶かすっていうようなやり方をするんですよ。なのでお水の中に油が浮いている状態なんですが、どうしても油っぽくなっちゃうっていうところになります。 でも花王さんはカプセルのジェルの膜の中にそれを全部入れちゃったんです。カプセルの膜をこのお水の中に溶かしている状態なんですね。だからクリームなんだけれどもお水のような新感覚の日焼け止めになっています。でもさっき言ったみたいにカプセルの中にしっかりと吸収剤も散乱剤も入れているので焼けづらいっていうところもあるんです。 あともう一つすごいのが高吸水性ポリマーっていうもので乾燥したらポリマーからお水が出ていくし、ジメジメしたら水分は出してくれるから湿度を管理してくれるっていうところになるんですよ。みずみずしくもあり焼けにくい上にエアコンみたいな機能もついていて気持ちのいい新感覚っていう花王さんの技術がしっかりぎゅっと入ったクリームになります。全国発売になっているのでぜひ一度使っていただきたいなというふうに思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。2024年進化した日焼け止めを4つご紹介しました。今年はたくさんの日焼け止めが出ているので私も紹介するのが楽しいですし、ただ選ぶのはちょっと難しいかなと思うんですけれどもやっぱりテクスチャーだったりとか形状だったりとか、どういう風な肌になりたいかっていうところで選んでいただければかなというふうに思います。今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori. Today, I'd like to introduce 4 sunscreens that were refreshed in 2024 and have become wonderful. Many of them have been upgraded from the previous versions. If you haven't gotten around to buying sunscreen yet, please watch until the end. First, let me explain about Sekizawa Kenkyujo Brightening Day Care Advanced. Sekizawa Kenkyujo offers various products like essences, gels, and UVs, but since many of you asked me to explain this one, today I'll focus on this Brightening Day Care Advanced. It says it's a whitening emulsion for daytime use, and with SPF 50+ and PA 4+, it's a proper sunscreen. However, I think the concept is really more of a skincare feel. It's both a sunscreen and a primer. Why is that? It comes down to the ingredients it contains. Don't you sometimes experience your face becoming dull as time goes by? This brightening day care product aims to stop the decline in transparency. The loss of transparency is due to UV rays. UV doesn't just cause spots, but can also create red blotches or mosaic-like patterns on the skin. Additionally, excess sebum is produced. When hit by UV rays and feeling hot, excess sebum leads to skin inflammation, which causes loss of transparency. So this time, the approach is to stop both the damage from UV exposure and inflammation caused by sebum. What's in this product is Glycyrrhizin Stearyl. It's an ingredient derived from licorice with anti-inflammatory properties. Glycyrrhizin itself is well-known. It's like a sister compound, but the stearyl form is said to be stronger at reducing inflammation. However, retinoid derivatives couldn't be dissolved in textured products because they're only oil-soluble. But two years ago, when Sekizawa Kenkyujo's toner was reformulated, the developers created technology to put it in light, watery toners. As an additional point, while Glycyrrhizin Stearyl previously only had anti-inflammatory properties, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare approved it as a whitening active ingredient. So first, it became possible to include it in non-greasy, oil-free formulations. Second, it now has whitening benefits in addition to anti-inflammatory effects. So why does an anti-inflammatory ingredient have whitening effects? When inflammation occurs, something called prostaglandin is released. Glycyrrhizin suppresses this prostaglandin. When prostaglandins are secreted, melanocytes become activated. By suppressing prostaglandin and improving barrier function, it also provides whitening benefits. Another key ingredient is Sangoraso Extract. It's a powerful plant that grows even in salty environments. What it does is strengthen the cornified envelope, which is the outer membrane of epidermal cells. When the cornified envelope weakens, cells become misshapen. When gaps open, inflammatory substances enter more easily, making the skin more susceptible to UV damage. That's why a mature cornified envelope establishes proper barrier function. While Glycyrrhizin Stearyl prevents inflammation, Sangoraso Extract reinforces the barrier function. Together, they work to suppress inflammation. This is why there's no decline in daytime transparency, no inflammation occurs, and you're less likely to develop spots. Beyond the ingredients, it properly protects against UV rays and has the function of blocking Long UVA, which penetrates deep into the dermis and advances skin aging. Regarding texture, I thought it might feel sticky because it contains retinoids, but when you spread it, it feels like water without any sticky feeling. It's like a water film has been applied. You'd wonder if retinoids are really in there. When Sekizawa Kenkyujo reformulated their toner, they compressed retinoids under high pressure to make them small enough to fit into water-based formulas, which is probably the key here. It's refreshing yet contains retinoids properly. With moisturizing effects, it suppresses daytime inflammation and prevents loss of transparency. It's good not just for spot prevention but also for people whose faces tend to become dull toward evening. Next is Dr. Ci:Labo's UV Day Essence C. Dr. Ci:Labo is famous for pore care. There's an image that sunscreen might clog pores, but this blocks sun damage while also addressing pores, making it a pore and skin-friendly UV. As I've said many times, Dr. Ci:Labo specializes in pore concerns, so this UV uses advanced vitamin forms to suppress pore prominence caused by UV rays. UV doesn't just cause spots and wrinkles—it's actually a cause of enlarged pores. How does this happen? When UV oxidizes sebum, it becomes lipid peroxide, causing inflammation around pores. When the stratum corneum around pores thickens, comedones oxidize and darken, resulting in enlarged pores and blackhead pores. Also, when UVA damages dermal collagen and elastin, it causes sagging pores. Using a UV barrier is obvious, but we've included 4 types of vitamin C that address sagging pores, enlarged pores, and blackhead pores. For sagging pores, we've included APPS, a lipid-soluble vitamin C derivative that penetrates the dermis, which supports collagen synthesis—something commonly found in toners but also in this sunscreen. We've also included Myristyl Glyceryl Ascorbyl, a vitamin C derivative, and Oxidized Lauryl Glyceryl Ascorbic Acid. These are gentler vitamins C with moisturizing benefits. While maintaining moisture in the stratum corneum, they suppress skin inflammation and dullness. The combination of vitamin C derivatives is exquisite—addressing enlarged pores, blackhead pores, and sagging pores while maintaining refreshing hydration. We've also included Glutathione, which works well with vitamin C. It reduces oxidized substances back, so vitamin C works throughout the day. Glutathione itself has antioxidant properties, addressing dullness. Also, people concerned with pores often worry about acne and clogged pores, so it's wonderful that they tested it with non-comedogenic formula, meaning it doesn't clog pores. While it has a pink tint rather than pure white, it feels more like touching water than providing tone-up, making it incredibly refreshing. With no stickiness and apparently popular with men concerned about pores, the reformulated version is even more reliable. Next is Kishu's UV Spray. It's spray-form but alcohol-free, so it's safe to use on the face. It's UV absorber-free with a non-chemical formula—it contains only UV filters and being a spray type is wonderful. What's interesting is that despite being non-chemical, it doesn't leave white cast. Non-chemical products tend to white-cast easily, but not having that white cast is truly amazing. With high moisturizing power, it's like using a moisturizing mist spray with UV added at the base—that's how it feels to use. The SPF is 30, not 50, and PA is 2+, so honestly, I can't say it covers everything alone. But spraying it over sunscreen on the face doesn't disrupt makeup, and having that UV layer is great. It's small enough to fit in a pouch, making it very convenient. Finally, there's Biore's UV Aqua Rich Airy Hold Cream. I spoke passionately about it on YouTube last year, but it was a Matsuzakaya limited release. This time it's become available nationwide. Even though it's a cream, when you apply it, you feel water. With no thickness or stickiness, it was a huge hit last year. For those who couldn't buy it because it was limited, I'd like to explain once more why this is so wonderful. Basically, sunscreens contain UV absorbers and scattering agents, and both only dissolve in oils. So they put lots of absorbers and scatterers in an oil layer and dissolve them that way, resulting in an oily feel with oil floating in water. But Kao put it all inside capsules. It's like the capsule membrane is dissolved in water. So even though it's a cream, it's a completely new sensation—water-like sunscreen. But as I mentioned, since the capsule properly contains both absorbers and scatterers, it doesn't burn easily. Also amazing is the super-absorbent polymer—when it dries, water releases from the polymer, and when it's humid, it releases moisture, managing humidity like an air conditioner. It's refreshing, doesn't burn easily, and has that air-conditioner-like function with a pleasant new sensation—Kao's technology is tightly packed in this cream.
