皆さんこんにちは。内科・皮膚科医の友利新です。前回シートマスクについてお話しさせていただきました。その中で「おすすめのシートマスクはありますか？」というご意見が多かったので、今回はドラッグストアで買えるシートマスクについてお話ししようと思います。 皆さん、前回の動画を覚えていますか？シートマスクをするときは夜ではなく朝の方がいいですよ、そして長時間使用はやめてください、お風呂の中で汗をかきながら使うと効果が半減してしまうことがありますし、ニキビで炎症が激しい方は刺激になることがありますからやめてください、ということでしたよね。皆さん、しっかりとその点は注意してみてください。 ドラッグストアに行ったらシートマスクがたくさん売っていましたが、今回は成分についていろいろお話しする前に、まず一つ注意点です。シートマスクを選ぶ際には、美白したい、エイジングケアしたい、乾燥肌対策したいなど、いろいろな目的があると思いますが、大前提として、シートマスクは一つ一つ個包装になっているものを選ぶようにしてください。個包装になっていないと、毎回手を入れて大容量のものから取り出すことになり、手の雑菌がパックの中で繁殖してしまう可能性があります。もしどうしてもそういうものを使う場合は、すぐに使い切ることをおすすめしますが、確実な方法として、一枚一枚個包装になっているものを選ぶようにしてください。 では早速、ドラッグストアでおすすめのシートマスクをご紹介していきます。 【1つ目：ルルルンプラス ベーターホワイト】 まず一つ目はこちらです。「ルルルンプラス ベーターホワイト」というシートマスクです。私のクリニックの近くに杉薬局さんがあり、これは杉薬局限定と書いてあるので、もしかしたら杉薬局さんにしか置いていないものかもしれません。 これを見てびっくりしたのが「ベーターホワイト」という成分です。成分名でいうと「オリゴペプチド-68」というものになります。このオリゴペプチド-68は、肌の成長因子に似た働きをする成分です。肌の成長因子には、例えば皮膚のターンオーバーを促すEGF、コラーゲンやエラスチンを増やすFGF、皮膚の再生を促すIGF、抗炎症作用があるTGFβなどがあり、これらは私たちの肌の中に存在しています。それを模倣した擬似的な成長因子を作って化粧品に配合しているのですが、このベーターホワイトは、その中でも抗炎症作用やコラーゲン・エラスチンを増やす作用があるTGFβという成長因子を真似て作ったペプチドです。 「ベーターホワイト」という名前から美白のイメージがありますが、このベーターホワイト自体は、紫外線による炎症からメラニン生成の指令を抑えるという働きがあり、美白効果も期待できます。ただ、どちらかというとツヤや内側からのハリを出すという意味合いが強いかと思います。 また、この製品には角質層の奥まで浸透しやすい油溶性ビタミンC誘導体「テトラヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビル」も配合されています。この油溶性ビタミンC誘導体は、水溶性に比べて即効性はやや低いものの、角質への浸透性が高く、ゆっくりじわじわと効いていきます。また、水溶性ビタミンCでありがちなピリピリ感も少なく、比較的刺激が少ないのが特徴です。 抗炎症作用のある成長因子TGFβを模倣したペプチドが配合されているので、やや敏感肌だけれど美白もしたいという方におすすめです。ハリやたるみケアにもある程度効果が期待できますので、ぜひ使ってみてください。 【2つ目：ミノン アミノモイスト うるうる美白ミルクマスク】 続いてはこちらです。「ミノン アミノモイスト うるうる美白ミルクマスク」です。ミノンといえば敏感肌・乾燥肌の方向けというイメージが強いと思いますが、まさにその通りで、無香料・無着色・アルコールフリーなので、刺激になりにくい設計になっています。 ミノンの最大のポイントはアミノ酸です。肌が持っている天然保湿成分（NMF）の50%以上がアミノ酸で構成されており、この天然保湿成分が低下しているのが乾燥肌の方の特徴です。ミノンはそのアミノ酸を補うことを目的とした製品です。 さらに、水溶性ビタミンC誘導体の「L-アスコルビン酸グルコシド」も配合されています。美白マスクという名称はこの成分によるものです。L-アスコルビン酸グルコシドは、持続型の水溶性ビタミンC誘導体と言われており、角質に入ると安定的にじっくり効いていく特徴があります。他の水溶性ビタミンC誘導体に比べて刺激も少ないため、敏感肌の方でも安心して使えます。 また、抗炎症作用のある「グリチルリチン酸ジカリウム」も配合されており、メラニン生成を二重にブロックする効果が期待できます。美白というよりも、敏感肌の方にしっかりと保湿成分を届けるという意味でおすすめのシートマスクです。 シートの素材も刺激が少ない繊維を使用しており、密着感にも優れています。敏感肌の方はいろいろなものが刺激になりやすいので、そういった意味でも安心して使えるシートマスクです。 【3つ目：トランシーノ薬用ホワイトニングフェイシャルマスクEX】 続いてはこちらです。「トランシーノ薬用ホワイトニングフェイシャルマスクEX」です。トランシーノといえば肝斑（かんぱん）のイメージが強いと思いますが、それは正しく、肝斑に効くトラネキサム酸がこの製品の主要有効成分です。 トラネキサム酸はもともと抗炎症作用があり、医療の場では止血剤としても使われています。ただ、このマスクは肝斑の方だけに向いているわけではありません。トラネキサム酸には、肌に炎症がある場合にメラニン生成を促す指令を抑える作用があります。紫外線が当たったときと同じような炎症反応は、肌荒れを起こしているときにも起こります。つまり、肌荒れによる炎症も日焼けと同様にメラニン生成の指令につながるため、トラネキサム酸でそれをブロックできるのです。さらに「グリチルリチン酸ジカリウム」も配合されており、メラニン生成をダブルでブロックする効果が期待できます。 シートには水分をたっぷり溜め込める厚みのある素材が使われており、美容成分を肌にしっかり届ける「タンク＆リリース機能」という処方が採用されています。これにより、他のシートマスクに比べて浸透力がさらに高まる設計になっています。製薬会社が作った化粧品ならではのこだわりが感じられます。 このマスクは日焼けしやすい方や肌に炎症を起こしやすい方に特におすすめです。うっかり日焼けしてしまった翌朝のケアにも最適ですので、紫外線が強くなるこれからの季節に備えて持っておくといいかもしれません。 いかがでしたか？ドラッグストアにはシートマスクが一面に並んでいてワクワクするほどたくさんの商品がありますが、成分で選んでみると、ご自身に合ったものが見つかりやすくなります。 毎日使っているという方もいらっしゃいますが、1週間に1〜2回のスペシャルケアで十分です。使いすぎると角質層がふやけてしまう可能性もありますので、長時間の使用や毎日の使用は避け、週に1〜2回のペースで取り入れてみてください。 このチャンネルでは美容・健康についてわかりやすく解説しています。よかったらチャンネル登録してみてください。では、また次回の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

So today, I'd like to introduce some sheet masks available at drugstores. Do you remember the key points from my last video? It's better to use sheet masks in the morning rather than at night. Avoid leaving them on for too long. Using them while sweating in the bath can reduce their effectiveness by half. And if you have severe acne inflammation, sheet masks can be irritating, so please avoid them. Keep these points in mind. I visited a drugstore and found a huge selection of sheet masks. Before I dive into the ingredients, here's one important note: always choose sheet masks that are individually packaged. If a product is not individually packaged and you repeatedly dip your hand into a large container, bacteria from your hands can multiply inside the pack. If you must use a large-container type, use it up quickly. But the safest option is always individually packaged masks. Now let's get into my recommended drugstore sheet masks! 【#1: LULULUN Plus BetaWhite】 The first one is the "LULULUN Plus BetaWhite" sheet mask. There's a Sugi Pharmacy near my clinic, and this product appears to be a Sugi Pharmacy exclusive, so it may only be available there. What caught my attention was the ingredient called "BetaWhite," whose scientific name is Oligopeptide-68. This ingredient mimics the function of the skin's growth factors. Growth factors in our skin include EGF (which promotes skin cell turnover), FGF (which boosts collagen and elastin), IGF (which supports skin regeneration), and TGFβ (which has anti-inflammatory properties). Cosmetics use synthetic versions of these growth factors, and BetaWhite is a peptide designed to mimic TGFβ, known for its anti-inflammatory effects and ability to increase collagen and elastin. Despite the "White" in the name suggesting a whitening effect, BetaWhite's primary role is more about suppressing the signals triggered by UV-induced inflammation that lead to melanin production. It's better described as a brightening and firming ingredient rather than a strict whitening agent. This mask also contains a highly penetrating oil-soluble vitamin C derivative called Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate (VCIP). Compared to water-soluble vitamin C, it has a slower onset but penetrates deeper into the stratum corneum and works gradually and steadily. It also causes less tingling than water-soluble forms. Because it contains a peptide mimicking TGFβ's anti-inflammatory properties, this mask is a great choice for those with slightly sensitive skin who still want brightening and anti-aging benefits. 【#2: MINON Amino Moist Whitening Milk Mask】 Next is the "MINON Amino Moist Whitening Milk Mask." MINON is well-known for being gentle on sensitive and dry skin. This product is fragrance-free, colorant-free, and alcohol-free, making it less likely to cause irritation. The star ingredient of MINON is amino acids. Over 50% of the skin's Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) in the stratum corneum is made up of amino acids. Since dry skin is often characterized by a reduction in NMF, MINON products are designed to replenish those amino acids. The mask also contains L-Ascorbic Acid Glucoside, a water-soluble vitamin C derivative, which gives it its whitening claim. This particular derivative is considered a sustained-release form of water-soluble vitamin C — it penetrates the stratum corneum and works gradually and steadily. It's also less irritating than other water-soluble vitamin C derivatives, making it suitable for sensitive skin. Additionally, it contains Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, an anti-inflammatory ingredient, which adds a second line of defense against melanin production. Overall, this mask is less about dramatic whitening and more about delivering rich moisturizing ingredients to sensitive, dry skin. The sheet material itself is made from low-irritation fibers with excellent adhesion — another thoughtful detail for those with easily irritated skin. 【#3: Transino Medicated Whitening Facial Mask EX】 Finally, we have the "Transino Medicated Whitening Facial Mask EX." Transino is often associated with melasma (liver spots), and for good reason — its key active ingredient is Tranexamic Acid, which is effective against melasma. Transexamic acid originally has anti-inflammatory properties and is used medically as a hemostatic agent. However, this mask isn't just for people with melasma. Tranexamic acid works by suppressing the signals that trigger melanin production when the skin is inflamed — the same signals triggered by UV exposure also occur during skin roughness and inflammation. So even if you don't have melasma, the anti-inflammatory action can help prevent inflammation-induced pigmentation. Combined with Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, also included in this mask, you get a double-blocking effect against melanin production. The sheet is made from a thick material that can hold a large amount of serum and delivers it into the skin through a "Tank & Release" system, offering better penetration compared to standard sheet masks. This attention to detail in the sheet material reflects the product's pharmaceutical company origins, just like MINON. This mask is especially recommended for people who are prone to sunburn or skin inflammation. It's an ideal post-sun care option — if you accidentally got too much sun, applying this mask the next morning could make a real difference. As UV rays get stronger with the changing seasons, it's worth keeping a few on hand. So, what did you think?
