【老化対策クレンジング】エイジングケアまでできちゃうスゴいクレンジングを３つ紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、エイジングケアもできるクレンジングを3つご紹介したいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。クレンジングって正直に皆さんが洗うものだからまぁちょっと手軽なものでいいし、プチプラのものでもいいよって思っている方も多いと思うんですがもちろんプチプラでも本当にとってもね肌にも優しいしクレンジングできるものもたくさんあるんですけれども、今季出てきているクレンジングの中にはクレンジングだからもちろんお化粧落とすっていうところもポイントなんですけれども、メイクをしっかり落としながら肌のエイジングケアもしっかりできるよっていうような、クレンジングが結構出てきてるんですよ。なので今日はその中のうちの3つをご紹介していきたいなと思うんですがもうズバリ本当に、クレンジングを超えたエイジングケアクレンジングっていう感じなので、最後までご覧ください。今日ね3つご紹介するの先に話ししようかなと思うんですがそれが、こちらになります。すいませんちょっと私がもう使っちゃってるんですがファスのザクリアクレンジングジェル、シュウウエムラのブラッククレンジングオイル、ドクターシーラボのVC100ホットピール毛穴クレンジングになります。 まず皆さん大好きこのシュウウエムラからお話ししていきたいと思うんですが、シュウウエムラのクレンジングって本当にいっぱいあってロングセラーのアルティメイトとかもあると思うんですけど、今回はその処方ではなく全然新しい、クレンジングだと思っていただければいいと思います。アルティメイトの場合はトウモロコシ油だったり、エステル系の油分をしっかり良いバランスで配合していることによってちゃんと、肌にも優しくメイクもしっかり落とせるというシュウウエムラ自体がもともとシュウウエムラさんというメイクアップアーティストが開発しているブランドになるので、メイクをちゃんと乗せるためにはちゃんとクレンジングができなきゃダメだよねっていうことで開発されているのがアルティメイト、なので本当にメイクもしっかり落としながら肌にも優しいっていうのがアルティメイトなんですが、今回はさっき言ったみたいにエイジングケアもできるような、クレンジングになっておりますというのもまあベースはですね、パルミチン酸エチルヘキシルというアルティメイトの中でも入っている、エステル系の油がメインになっているクレンジングオイルになります。 であとそこにですねこれ黒いじゃないですか実はこれ出しても黒いんですよ。その黒さは何かというとビンチョタンが入っているんですね。でビンチョタン自体もその毛穴の吸着、皮脂の吸着ということで毛穴をしっかり落としていくよということになるんですがもう一つ、AHAっていうものとLHAという2つの酸が入っています。AHAっていうのはアルファヒドロキシ酸といってまあ皆さんよくご存知なのはフルーツ酸だったり乳酸だったりグリコール酸だったりピーリング系のものになるんですね。これはpHが大体3ぐらいなのでちょっと刺激になることもあるんですが多分これは、すごく少量なのでターンオーバーを促すような感じになっています。 なのでAHAは多分皆さんでよく知っていると思うんですが、ポイントはもう一つ入っているLHAというものになります。LHAっていうのは実はロレアルグループが開発した酸になるんですけれども、酸なんですけども脂肪性の酸、油に溶けやすい酸なんですね。だいたいpHが5.5ぐらいなのでお肌にもそんなにピリピリ感とかがない酸になります。一つ目もロレアルグループなのでだからこれが入ってきてるんじゃないかなと思うんですが、LHAっていうのが実はエイジングケアにはとっても大切なものになってきます。 まずLHAっていうのは油に溶けやすいのでこういうオイル系のものに入れるにはピッタリなんですね。しっかりとこのオイル系に入っていると低い濃度で角質を除去してくれる効果があります。角質がある程度取れることによって皮膚のターンオーバーが促されるっていうのは皆さんも多分ご存知だと思います。これって脂溶性なのであんまり深くいかないので、角層の本当に表面の油があるところだけの角層をしっかりとってくれるということなので、酸が抵抗をしっかりと奥まで入っちゃうと乾燥の原因にもなるんですが、これはですね脂溶性なので角層の表面部分だけなんですね。 そこも肌に刺激感がないポイントかなと思います。表面の角層だけに働きかけるわけじゃなくてこれが少量ですね、表皮の細胞の再生を促してコラーゲンの発現をプラスにしてくれるっていうデータもあるんですね。このLHAっていうのは色素沈着を改善したりとか、あとはシワの改善ということも報告されている、酸になるんですよ。すごくないですか。 表皮のヒアルロン酸がアップすることによってシワが少し改善されたりとか、ターンオーバーが促されることで、余分なメラニンとかが出ていって色素沈着の改善ということだと思うんですが、これは本当にエイジングケアにもぴったりだし、あとは毛穴っていう意味でも脂溶性なので毛穴の中でもしっかりいってニキビの予防にもなるので、毛穴をケアしたい人もそうですけれども、ハリ感とかツヤ感を出したいっていう、エイジングケアの方にもすごくぴったりなクレンジングだなということがわかります。 続いてがこのファスのザクリアクレンジングジェルなんですが、これもですねすごく面白いものになります。ファスってもともと黒豆を発酵させた発酵エキスを入れることで化粧水とかも本当にね、なんか透明感だったりとかを出すような感じなんですが、これにももちろん黒豆の発酵エキスが入っています。黒豆の発酵エキス自体も透明感を出してくれたりとかエイジングケアをするんですが、もう一つで面白いものが入っているのが京都産のハチミツの発酵エキスなんですね。 このハチミツの発酵エキスに何が入っているかっていうと、グルコン酸というものが入っています。グルコン酸っていうのは何と似ているかというとPHAという酸が多く含まれているんですね。聞いたことあると思うんですがPHAっていうのはグルコノラクトンと言って、ちょっと前に流行った水ピーリングっていうもので酸なんですけれども、分子量がすごい大きいので、肌にとどまって表面だけピーリングするだけじゃなくて、水分をしっかりと維持できるピーリング、だからピーリングなんだけれども乾燥感がなくてどちらかと艶感、水を滴るようなピーリングができるということで、韓国の美容医療とかですごく流行ったのがこのPHAなんですね。 PHAっていうのは化学的に作ることができるんですが今回この京都のハチミツを発酵したエキスの中で出てきたのがこのグルコン酸と言ってPHAに入っているものなんですが、天然のものだからこそなんかいろんな成分とかも一緒に入っているので、化学式だけで単独でするPHAよりもさらに水分だったりとか、維持する能力が高いイメージがあるんですよね。 これでクレンジングをするたびになんかねツヤ感だったりとかハリ感が出てくるような、もともと黒豆の発酵エキスにもアミノ酸だったりとか糖分だったりとか、肌に透明感をプラスするようなものもしっかり入っているので、洗うたびに角質ケアとかもできるプラス黒豆の発酵エキスが肌にプラスになっていくので、洗っているんだけれどもツヤ感とハリ感も出てくるようなクレンジングかなというふうに思います。一つの単一成分じゃなくて複合成分だからこそいろんな肌にスイッチが押せるんじゃないかなと思うので、洗いのクレンジングだけれどもパワフルなクレンジングだなというふうに思います。 最後がこちら、ドクターシーラボのホットピール毛穴クレンジングジェルになります。これはねリニューアルになっています。もともとこのVC100のホットクレンジングというものがあるんですが、今回はより毛穴に特化したクレンジングジェルになっています。ホットクレンジングって書いてあるので主成分というのはグリセリンが結構入っているんですね。グリセリンって結構濃度入っていると水と混ざることによって温かみが出るんですよ。なのでグリセリンが主成分に入っています。 それだけじゃなくてこれにはですねすごい面白いなと思ったのが、APPSですね。シーラボといえばAPPSじゃないですか。それが今までの2倍入っています。もう一つは吸着型のヒアルロン酸が入っているんですね。これが入っていることによって通常だったら、APPSもクレンジングだからたくさん入ってたとしても洗い流されるじゃないですか。でも吸着型のヒアルロン酸がこの濃度入っていることによって、APPSもちろん洗い流されるとは思うんですが、肌に残る確率もすごく大きくなるんじゃないかなと思います。 なのでAPPSっていうのは浸透が結構奥まで行くので、例えば真皮だとかのコラーゲンの生成を促したりもしてくれるので、そういう意味ではこれもハリ感に関係するようになるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。プラスアルファナイアシンアミドも入っていて、これも一緒に肌に残る確率も高いと思います。ナイアシンアミドは表皮のヒアルロン酸をアップしていったりとか、APPSは真皮の方まで浸透していってコラーゲンとかエラスチンを増やしてくれるので、やっぱり洗いながらエイジングケアができるものじゃないかなというふうに思います。 これにもですねPHAが入っているんですね。PHAさっき言ったみたいに分子量が大きいので、肌に留まってくれて水分量を上げてくれるんですよ。さっき言ったヒアルロン酸も肌の水分量を上げてくれるし、PHAも角質ケアもしながら水分量アップさせるっていうものになるので、クレンジングなんだけれども毛穴の奥までしっかり洗うんだけれども、乾燥することもなくしっかりと美容成分を入れることによって、肌にもしっかり入れていくっていうような、まさにやっぱりこちらもエイジングケアをしながらクレンジングもできるっていう、素晴らしいクレンジングなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 冒頭でも言ったようにクレンジングで洗い流しちゃうから、プチプラでもいいかなと思っている方も多いと思うんですが、プチプラじゃない製品にはこういうふうにエイジングケアができるような成分が、どんどん入ってきたりとかもしているので、クレンジング変えてみたいなっていう方は、これから先やっぱりちょっとね気温も上がってきて、毛穴ケアとか角質ケアとかもしたいなっていう方は、わざわざ化粧水とか他の導入美容液とかでピーリングケアするよりも、クレンジングだと毎日できるので、なんかそのひと手間が省けるんじゃないかなと思うので、今日ご紹介したアイテムどちらもね、本当に素晴らしいアイテムだなと思うので、ぜひチェックしてみてください。 ということで今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。今日の内容良かったよという方はですね、グッドボタンを押していただいたり、こういったものも取り上げてほしいというリクエストがありましたら、コメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Atoshiya Tomi. Today I would like to introduce 3 cleansers that can also provide anti-aging care, so please watch until the end. Many people think of cleansing as just washing, so they think a simple, affordable product is fine. Of course, there are many affordable cleansers that are gentle on the skin and work well, but among the cleansers that have come out this season, there are some that not only remove makeup effectively but also provide solid anti-aging care while cleansing. So today I'd like to introduce 3 of these products, which are truly cleansers that go beyond cleansing—they're anti-aging care cleansers—so please watch until the end. Let me introduce the three products first: Fus's The Clear Cleansing Gel, Shu Uemura's Black Cleansing Oil, and Dr. Ci:Labo's VC100 Hot Peel Pore Cleansing. Let me start with this Shu Uemura product that everyone loves. Shu Uemura has many cleansing products, and there are long-sellers like Ultimate, but this time I'd like you to think of this as a completely new formula. With the Ultimate, corn oil and ester-based oils are balanced well to gently cleanse while removing makeup effectively. Since Shu Uemura, the makeup artist who developed the brand, created it, they believe that proper cleansing is essential for proper makeup application. That's why Ultimate was developed to effectively remove makeup while being gentle on the skin. However, this time, as I mentioned, it's a cleanser that also provides anti-aging care. The base is ethylhexyl palmitate, an ester-based oil also found in Ultimate, making this primarily an oil cleanser. And you can see it's black, right? In fact, it comes out black. That blackness comes from binchōtan (white charcoal), which absorbs pores and sebum to deeply cleanse pores. But there's another key feature: it contains two acids, AHA and LHA. AHA is alpha hydroxy acid, and as many of you may know, this includes fruit acids, lactic acid, and glycolic acid—peeling-type ingredients. With a pH of around 3, it can be slightly irritating, but this product likely contains a very small amount to promote skin turnover. While many of you know about AHA, the key point is the other ingredient, LHA. LHA is actually an acid developed by the L'Oréal Group. It's a lipophilic acid that dissolves easily in oils. With a pH around 5.5, it's not irritating to the skin. Since the first product is also from the L'Oréal Group, I think that's why it's included here. LHA is actually very important for anti-aging care. First, because LHA is oil-soluble, it's perfect for oil-based products like this. When properly formulated into oil, it can remove dead skin cells at low concentrations. You probably know that when dead skin cells are removed to some degree, skin turnover is promoted. Because it's lipophilic, it doesn't penetrate deeply, so it only removes dead skin cells from the very surface of the stratum corneum. If the acid penetrated deeply, it could cause dryness, but because it's lipophilic, it only works on the surface of the stratum corneum. This is also a point where there's no skin irritation. It doesn't just work on the surface layer of dead skin cells—there's data showing that in small amounts, it promotes cell regeneration in the epidermis and increases collagen expression. LHA also improves pigmentation and has been reported to improve wrinkles. Isn't that amazing? As epidermal hyaluronic acid increases, wrinkles can improve somewhat, and as turnover is promoted, excess melanin is expelled, improving pigmentation. This is truly perfect for anti-aging care, and because it's lipophilic, it works deep within pores, preventing acne as well. So whether you want to care for pores or add firmness and radiance—anti-aging care—this cleanser is perfectly suited. Next is Fus's The Clear Cleansing Gel, which is also very interesting. Fus originally added fermented black bean extract to products like toners to bring out clarity, and of course, this also contains fermented black bean extract. The fermented black bean extract itself brings out clarity and provides anti-aging care, but another interesting ingredient is fermented honey extract from Kyoto. What's in this fermented honey extract is gluconic acid. Gluconic acid is similar to PHA, which contains a lot of this acid. You may have heard of it—PHA, or gluconolactone, is an acid used in the water peeling trend from a while back. However, because the molecular size is very large, it doesn't just stay on the surface and peel—it maintains moisture, so even though it's peeling, there's no dryness. Instead, it creates a radiant, water-dripping peeling effect, which became very popular in Korean aesthetic medicine. While PHA can be made synthetically, the gluconic acid that appeared in this fermented Kyoto honey extract is what's found in PHA. But because it's natural, it contains various other components alongside it, so it seems to have even greater ability to maintain moisture than synthetically made PHA alone. When you cleanse with this, you get radiance and firmness. The fermented black bean extract also naturally contains amino acids and sugars that add clarity to the skin, so with each wash, you're doing exfoliating care while the black bean extract benefits your skin. So even though you're cleansing, you're also getting radiance and firmness. Rather than a single ingredient, because it's a complex of multiple ingredients, it can switch on various benefits in the skin. So even though it's a gentle cleanser, it's a powerful one. Lastly, there's Dr. Ci:Labo's Hot Peel Pore Cleansing Gel. This is a renewal. There was previously the VC100 Hot Cleansing, but this time it's a cleansing gel more specifically targeting pores. It says "hot cleansing," so the main ingredient is quite a bit of glycerin. When glycerin is at a high concentration, it creates warmth when mixed with water. So glycerin is in the main ingredients. But beyond that, what I found really interesting is APPS. Ci:Labo is all about APPS, right? It's included at double the amount from before. Another ingredient is adsorptive hyaluronic acid. Normally, even if APPS is heavily included in a cleanser, it gets washed away, right? But with this concentration of adsorptive hyaluronic acid, while APPS will likely still wash away, the probability of some remaining on the skin becomes much higher. Since APPS has fairly deep penetration, for example, it can promote collagen synthesis in the dermis, so in that sense, it should also relate to skin firmness. Plus, it also contains niacinamide, which also has a high probability of remaining on the skin with the adsorptive hyaluronic acid. Niacinamide increases epidermal hyaluronic acid, while APPS penetrates into the dermis to increase collagen and elastin, so it's really a product that can provide anti-aging care while cleansing. This also contains PHA. As I mentioned earlier, because the molecular size is large, it stays on the skin and increases moisture. Hyaluronic acid also increases skin moisture, and PHA provides exfoliation care while boosting moisture, so even though it's a cleanser that deeply cleanses pores, there's no dryness. By infusing beauty ingredients, you're really delivering them into your skin. This is truly a wonderful cleanser that can provide anti-aging care while cleansing. As I mentioned at the beginning, many people think cleansing is just washing away, so they might as well use affordable products. But non-affordable products now have anti-aging care ingredients increasingly added to them. If you're thinking of changing your cleanser, as the weather warms up and you want pore care and exfoliation, rather than using separate toners or serums for peeling care, you can do it daily with a cleanser, so you can save that extra step.
