【ガチで肌にいい】乾燥肌におすすめのクリームを紹介 / 美容効果＋保湿ができる守りクリーム

みなさん、こんにちは。友利新です。だんだん寒くなってきましたね。今年はずっと暑かったので、なんか冬が来ないのかなと思ったら、なんか急に秋がなくなって冬が来たみたいな感じで、乾燥を感じている方もいらっしゃるんじゃないかなと思います。今日はですね、隠れた名品というか、意外とこれいいよっていうクリームを3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 「先生がクリーム？」って思った方もいらっしゃると思うんですよ。脂性肌でクリーム苦手だったりするんですけれども、最近のクリームって油で膜を貼るとか、こってりみたいなものではなくて、お水をこう感じさせるようなクリームが多かったりとか、通常だったら美容液で栄養を与えたりとか、美容液で美容効果を出すっていうものも今までの主流だったと思うんですが、最近のクリームはそのクリームで美容効果をしっかり出していきたいっていうところもたくさんあるので、今日はそんな、美容効果もありつつベタつかずに保湿もできる、意外とバズってないっていうものをちょっとご紹介していきたいなと思います。 まず最初がこちら、ラネージュのウォーターバンククリームになります。これで3種類あるんですよ。乾燥肌、まあ普通肌で、脂性肌みたいな感じで。で、私の中ではこの脂性肌のものがめちゃくちゃいいなぁと思ったので、今日はちょっとこちらの脂性肌用をメインにお話ししたいなと思うんですけれども。このウォーターバンクシリーズっていうのは、ブルーヒアルロン酸と言って、ラネージュっていうのはアモーレパシフィック系のブランドさんなので、アモーレパシフィック独自のブルーヒアルロン酸というものが入って。 ブルーヒアルロン酸ってどんなものかっていうと、フコイダンっていう海藻あるじゃないですか。あれの発酵する過程で生まれてくるのがこのブルーヒアルロン酸で、通常のヒアルロン酸というと分子量がすごく大きいので、肌の表面にペタッと膜を貼るような感じなんですけれども、ブルーヒアルロン酸というのは分子量がすごく細かいと。なのでしっかりと肌の方に浸透していくっていう感じ。なので表面の潤いだけじゃなくて、特に表皮の層ですね、角層から下、顆粒層、有棘層っていうちょっと層があるんですけれども、そこにしっかりと働きかけて、細胞と細胞がしっかりと密着するっていうのを高めていく。なので肌のバリア機能をしっかり整えていって、内側から水分が蒸発していかないようにするっていうようなことをするのがこのブルーヒアルロン酸になります。 全部でテクスチャーが違うんですよ。これが一番乾燥肌用で、これバームっぽい感じになっています。これが通常版というか、ハリとかをもっと足したいよっていう。テトラヘキサペプチドっていうのが入っていて、ハリ感を出すようなペプチドが入ってるんですけど、一番なんかクリームっぽいもの。ただ私が一番好きなのはジェル状になっているものなんですね。これ脂性肌用のクリームになっているんですが、クリームっていうよりはジェルクリームみたいな感じなので、本当に一番ウォーターバンクっていうお水をしっかり入れる。だけれどもちゃんと乾燥も防いでくれる。さっき言ったブルーヒアルロン酸がしっかり浸透してバリア機能を整えてくれている。だけれどベタベタしないっていうような感じで。脂性肌なんだけれどもお水は入れたい、だけれどもベタベタはしたくない、だけどお水入れたいみたいな。そういう人にはねめちゃくちゃいいと思います。なのでこれからの時期、ニキビとか毛穴とか皮脂とか気になるんだけど、お水の膜を貼りたいという人にはピッタリかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、パーフェクトワンリフティングジェルになります。これね、私ずっと気になってたんですよ。各週の火曜日に昼帯っていう情報番組にコメンテーターとして出てるんですが、その昼帯中に結構CMするんですよね。こんなこと言ったら失礼ですけども、よくあるオールインワン的なものなのかなぁと思ってたんですけれども、すごくオールインワンの中で売れてるっていうのを聞いて深掘りしてみたいなと思ったんですね。 意外な独自成分が入ってちょっとびっくりしたんですよね。その独自成分っていうのがプロテクトコラーゲンと呼ばれている、この新日本製薬さんが特許申請中の成分らしいんですよ。それにもちょっとびっくりしたんですが、どういうものかっていうと、私たちの肌、特に角質っていうのはラメラ構造をとってますね。これにはリン脂質っていうものが関係しています。角質にすごく親和性が高いんですね。それにコラーゲンを組み合わせたものになります。コラーゲンっていうのは正直分子量が大きいので浸透していかないんですけれども、リン脂質とこのコラーゲンを組み合わせることによって、角層のところにですね、しっかりと膜を張るような感じでしっかり浸透していくんですね。そうすることによってバリア機能を高めていくっていう働きがあります。角層が乱れたところに親和性が高いのでスッと浸透していって、そこにコラーゲンがくっついているので、しっかりと角層の方に浸透していくことによって、角層のバリア機能が整うわけじゃないですか。そうすると内側の水分が出ていかないようになる。それによって角層の水分量が保たれるっていうような感じなんですね。 あとは処方にはナイアシンアミドと大豆の芽のエキスが入っているんですが、ポリアミンっていうものが多く入っている大豆の芽のエキスなんじゃないかなと思います。このポリアミンっていうのが真皮の線維芽細胞を刺激して、コラーゲンだったりヒアルロン酸の生成を上げるっていうような成分になっているんですね。角層の水分量をしっかりと維持しつつ真皮の密度もしっかりっていう、まあ元々の考え方にすごいぴったりなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 オールインワンなんですけれども結構クリームっぽいテクスチャーでぬめっとするかなと思ったんですけど、塗ると確かに表面に水の膜みたいなものが貼るなっていう感じ。だけれどもベタベタはあんましないんですよね。このテクスチャーがすごく気持ちがいいなっていうのと、独自のプロテクトコラーゲンのおかげなのか、角層がちゃんと守られている感じで、お水っていうふうには歌ってないんですけれども、内側の水分をちゃんと維持してくれるような感じなんですよね。 今のトレンドって油で膜を貼るっていうんじゃなくて、お水をなんか感じさせるクリームっていうのが一つのトレンドなのかなと思っていて、そのトレンドにすごく合っているオールインワンなんでしょうけど、私はクリームとして使ってもいいんじゃないかなと思うので、本当に意外な一品でした。 続いてはこちら、リサージ スキンチェンジクリームになります。リサージっていうと、コラーゲン研究で私も大好きなこのスキンメンテナイザーの化粧水が有名だと思うんですね。コラーゲンの生成を促すスパークっていう物質があるんですが、それを増やすっていう独自技術が入っていて、化粧水なのにハリを出していくっていうのと、このコラーゲンが、一番最初のスキンメンテナイザーの時には1型だけだったんですけれども、リサージ スキンメンテナイザーのDXになった時に、4型とか5型とか7型とか、基底膜に関係があるコラーゲンの生成を促すっていうことが分かって、より基底膜ケアだったりとか、よりコラーゲンによってこのハリ感を出していくっていうようなものが入ったんですね。それで2022年だったと思うんですけど、ベスコスに選ばれたりとか、すごく本当に私も大好きな化粧水なんですが、その同じコラーゲンケアができるクリームとして今年できたのが、このスキンチェンジクリームになっています。 クリームだからベトっとしてるイメージじゃないですか。でもねこれ本当に不思議なテクスチャーなんですよ。クリームというよりはこれもねジェルクリームのようなみずみずしいテクスチャーになってるんですね。リサージっていうのは花王グループになってます。花王といえばラメラ構造を作るプロなんですよ。だからクリームなんですけど、これ塗った時に瞬時にラメラ構造をしっかりと肌の表面で作ってくれるんですね。なので水と油、水と油っていうような感じに潤いをキープするような膜を貼ってくれます。膜を貼るんですけれども、それが全くベタつかないんですよね。油分を感じさせるようなクリームなのかなと思ったんですけど、どちらかというと本当お水を蓄えるようなクリームになってるんですよ。 エイジングケアもしたいけれども、油分で膜をっていうよりはお水の膜を貼りたい。だけどお水だけだとやっぱり心もとないので、しっかりとラメラ構造をこの塗っただけで取りたいみたいな感じの人にはすごくぴったりですし、なんといってもさっき言ったリサージのコラーゲン研究ですね、スパークを刺激する独自の成分も入っているので、ハリ感出したいっていう方にはいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 はい、いかがだったでしょうか。油で膜を貼るっていうよりも、お水を抱えるようなクリームっていうのが世の中的にも求められているのかなと。みずみずしいようなスルッとした肌っていうのが、皆さん求めているので、それに対応してエイジングケアのクリームでさえも、しっかりとこの水を感じるようなものになってきてるんじゃないかなと思うので、乾燥肌の人はもともとクリーム大好きだと思うんですけれども、普通肌だったりとか、私みたいに脂性肌の人でも、今はこういうふうにエイジングもしながら水を抱えるようなクリームたくさん出ているので、しっかりと見ていただけるといいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 ということで、今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。今日の内容良かったよという方はですね、コメント欄に書いていただいたり、あと「先生、意外にこれもですね、お使いすると面白いと思いますよ」みたいなものがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

It was hot all year this year, so I wondered if winter would ever come, but then autumn suddenly disappeared and winter arrived, so I think some of you might be feeling the dryness in the air. Today, I'd like to introduce three creams that are kind of hidden gems—products that are surprisingly good but not widely known—so please watch until the end. Some of you might be thinking, "A doctor recommending creams?" I have oily skin, so I used to be not so fond of creams. But recent creams don't just form an oily film or feel heavy and rich—many of them are designed to give a watery feeling instead. Traditionally, serums were used to provide nourishment and beauty effects, but nowadays there are many creams designed to deliver beauty effects through the cream itself. So today, I want to introduce some creams that provide beauty benefits while moisturizing without feeling sticky—products that are surprisingly not that popular yet. First up is LANEIGE's Water Bank Cream. There are three types: for dry skin, normal skin, and oily skin. I personally found the oily skin type to be amazing, so today I'll mainly talk about the oily skin version. This Water Bank series contains something called Blue Hyaluronic Acid. Since LANEIGE is a brand under Amorepacific, this is Amorepacific's own unique Blue Hyaluronic Acid ingredient. What exactly is Blue Hyaluronic Acid? It's derived from the fermentation process of a seaweed called fucoidan. Regular hyaluronic acid has a large molecular weight, so it tends to just sit on the surface of the skin like a film. But Blue Hyaluronic Acid has a much smaller molecular size, so it penetrates deeply into the skin. This means it doesn't just moisturize the surface—it works especially on the epidermis layers, from the stratum corneum down through the granular layer and spinous layer, strengthening the adhesion between cells. This helps to properly build up the skin's barrier function, preventing moisture from evaporating from within. That's what this Blue Hyaluronic Acid does. All three versions have different textures. This one is for dry skin and has more of a balm-like texture. This is the standard version—for those who want more firmness—it contains a tetrahexapeptide that helps boost firmness, and it has the most cream-like texture. But my personal favorite is the gel type. This is the oily skin version, and it feels more like a gel-cream rather than a regular cream. It truly embodies the concept of a "water bank," delivering water thoroughly while still preventing dryness. As I mentioned, the Blue Hyaluronic Acid penetrates deeply and strengthens the barrier function, yet it doesn't feel sticky at all. For people who have oily skin but still want hydration without stickiness—this is perfect. So if you're the type who's worried about acne, pores, or excess sebum but still wants that watery hydration film, this one is ideal for the upcoming season. Next is the Perfect One Lifting Gel. I had been curious about this one for a while. I appear as a commentator on a weekday info show called "Hirutai" every Tuesday, and this product is advertised quite often during that time slot. I'll admit, I originally assumed it was just another typical all-in-one gel, but when I heard it was selling remarkably well among all-in-one products, I decided to dig deeper. I was surprised to find a unique proprietary ingredient in it—something called "Protect Collagen," a patent-pending ingredient developed by Shin Nihon Seiyaku (New Japan Pharmaceutical). That itself was surprising. Let me explain what it is: our skin, particularly the stratum corneum, has a lamellar structure, which involves phospholipids. These have a strong affinity for the stratum corneum. This ingredient combines that phospholipid with collagen. Normally, collagen has a large molecular weight and can't penetrate the skin, but by combining it with phospholipids, it can properly form a film and penetrate into the stratum corneum, which in turn strengthens the skin's barrier function. Since it has high affinity for areas where the stratum corneum is disrupted, it penetrates smoothly, and because collagen is attached, it also gets absorbed well—helping to restore the barrier function of the stratum corneum. As a result, moisture is retained better within the stratum corneum. Also, the formula contains niacinamide and soybean sprout extract, which I believe is rich in polyamines. These polyamines stimulate the dermal fibroblasts, boosting the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. So it maintains the moisture level in the stratum corneum while also enhancing the density of the dermis—perfectly aligned with the product's original concept. Even though it's an all-in-one product, I expected it to have a heavier, sticky cream-like texture, but when applied, it does create a watery film on the skin's surface, yet doesn't feel sticky at all. I love this texture, and thanks to the unique Protect Collagen ingredient, the stratum corneum feels properly protected. Although it's not marketed as a "water" product, it truly feels like it maintains internal moisture well. The current trend seems to lean toward creams that create a watery sensation rather than an oily film, and this all-in-one product fits that trend very well. I think it could even work well as a regular cream in your routine. It was truly an unexpectedly great find. Next is LISSAGE's Skin Change Cream. When you hear "LISSAGE," you probably think of their famous Skin Mentainizer lotion, known for its collagen research—which I personally love. It contains a proprietary technology that boosts a substance called "SPARC," which promotes collagen production—so even though it's a toner, it actually helps improve skin firmness. Initially, the original Skin Mentainizer only targeted Type I collagen, but when it was upgraded to the DX version, it was found to also promote Type IV, V, and VII collagens, which are related to the basement membrane. This allowed for improved basement membrane care and greater firmness through collagen support. I believe it was selected for the Best Cosme Awards around 2022—it's truly a lotion I love. This year, they released a cream offering the same kind of collagen care, and that's this Skin Change Cream. You'd expect a cream to feel heavy and sticky, right? But this one has a surprisingly unique texture—it feels more like a gel-cream, watery and light rather than a typical cream. LISSAGE is part of the Kao Group, and Kao is truly a master at creating lamellar structures. So even though it's a cream, the moment you apply it, it instantly forms a lamellar structure on the surface of your skin. This creates a water-and-oil balanced film that locks in moisture. It forms a film, yet it's not sticky at all. I expected it to feel oily, but it actually feels more like it's holding in water rather than oil. For those who want anti-aging care but prefer a watery film over an oily one—but still want the security of a lamellar structure just from applying it—this is a perfect fit. And of course, thanks to LISSAGE's signature collagen research involving SPARC stimulation, this is a great option for anyone wanting to boost skin firmness. So, how did you find today's video?
