みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、もうこの美容液、本当に革命的だなっていうような美容液をご紹介したいと思います。通常、春夏の美容液っていうと美白っていうのがパッて頭に浮かぶと思うんですね。ところが、2025年もちろん美白の美容液もね、素晴らしいの出るんですけれども、2025年、なぜか美白だけじゃなくて、特にハリケア、ハリとかたるみケアとかって数年を通してやりたいっていう気持ちが多くなってきたのか、今年はですね、やっぱりこのハリケアの美容液っていうのも春夏にたくさん出てきてるんですね。その中でもこれも別格っていう美容液を今日はご紹介したいと思いますので、ハリケア、たるみケアとか気になるっていう方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。では早速そのもう革命的な美容液何かっていうと、こちら。1月に発売になったディオールカプチュールのルセラムになります。ディオールのカプチュールっていうと2024年も発売になって、それもですね、本当に素晴らしい美容液で、これも深掘りした動画があるのでよかったら見ていただきたいんですが、要はこのカプチュールってどういう研究をしてきたかっていうと、線維芽細胞を研究してきたんですね。線維芽細胞がある場所っていうのは基底膜ですよね。この基底膜の研究によって線維芽細胞、そして表皮と真皮がしっかりと基底膜でくっつくことによって、真皮のコラーゲンのアップっていうことが言われていて、今までもですね、基底膜ケアっていうもののパイオニアでもあって、去年ですね、2024年もヒットして、カプチュールシリーズからハイアルショットだったりレッジショットだったりとか、本当にいろんなシリーズも出てきているんですけれども、今回のパワーアップしたルセラムっていうののメインは細胞の呼吸数になります。当たり前なんですけど、細胞の呼吸数が低下したら酸素の濃度っていうのが低下するっていうのは皆さんわかりますよね。酸素の濃度が低下したらなんで肌の細胞に悪いかっていうとですね、肌だけじゃないんですけど、私たちの細胞っていうのは酸素を取り込むことでですね、細胞の中のミトコンドリアっていう場所でATPと呼ばれるエネルギーを作り出すんですね。だから酸素がしっかりあることによってATPをしっかり作ることで、細胞の中のエネルギーが充満するっていうことになります。エネルギーがあると、例えば表皮細胞だったら、表皮の幹細胞にもエネルギーがあると新しい細胞ができやすくなりますし、表皮の細胞もですね、新しく生まれたらちゃんとターンオーバーで成長していくんですね。このターンオーバーがちゃんとしていると、例えばメラニンが作られている細胞でメラニンを受け渡されたとしてもちゃんと排出できるし、ターンオーバーが正常化するっていうことは、ターンオーバーをしながら細胞間脂質だったりとかセラミドだったり、表皮の潤いを作るようなものをちゃんと作れるっていうところになるので、肌の潤いも担保できますよね。真皮だと、真皮の繊維が細胞っていうのは、コラーゲンとかエラスチンとかを作る細胞なので、そこにエネルギーがあるときちっとこのコラーゲンとかエラスチンが作れるっていうところになります。ちなみに、1本のコラーゲンを作るために、このATPがどれくらい必要だと思います？1本じゃ肌の弾力とかはなかなか担保できないんですが、なんとこのコラーゲン1本の繊維を作るために、ATPは12,600以上必要というふうに言われています。なので、私たちの肌をしっかりと張り感を出すためには、どれくらいのATPが必要かって、多分もう気が遠くなるぐらいのATPが必要なんですが、そのためには酸素というのが細胞に取り込まれなくてはいけないということになります。ただ残念なことに、私たち大人になるとミトコンドリアの突然変異が起こりやすくなるということがディオールの研究でわかっています。あともう一つ、細胞の呼吸数というのも年齢とともに遅くなって酸素の取り込みも低下しちゃうということがわかっているんですね。なので、歳をいくとATPが作れなくなってしまうということがわかっています。あと怖いのはこれだけじゃないんですね。今回私もこの研究を聞いてすごくびっくりしたんですけども、ちなみにその研究はですね、ディオールのサイエンスの発表会みたいなものが多くあったんですね。ディオールサイエンスの詳しいお話はこちらの動画を見ていただければ嬉しいです。お話を戻すとですね、もっと怖いことがエネルギー産生が低下した線維芽細胞というのはちょっと質の悪い線維芽細胞になってしまう。ちょっと停止しているような状態になってしまうらしいんですね。質の悪い線維芽細胞から老化細胞が作られて、この老化細胞がまた近くの線維芽細胞を老化させた線維芽細胞にしていくらしいんですよ。ただ私たちの体の中にはこの質の悪い線維芽細胞を排除するような細胞というのもいて、それが免疫細胞であるNK細胞ですね。ナチュラルキラー細胞、これは質の悪い線維芽細胞が作った老化細胞を排除してくれるというところもあるので、NK細胞がいるとそういった質が悪い線維芽細胞ができても大丈夫なんですが、酸素濃度が低下してしまうとこのNK細胞の働きが低下してしまって、質の悪い線維芽細胞からできる老化細胞を排除できなくなるということがこのディオールのサイエンスでわかりました。酸素濃度が低下してしまってNK細胞の機能があまりうまくいかないと、やっぱり質の悪い線維芽細胞が溜まっていっちゃう。質の悪いコラーゲンとかしかできなくなってしまうので、肌の弾力とか張り感というのが低下してしまうんですよ。怖くないですか？それだけやっぱり肌の酸素濃度というのはすごく大事なんですけれども、皆さんね活性酸素って聞いたことあると思います。私たち人間というのは酸素を吸うことでエネルギーも作るんですけれども、この酸素がありすぎちゃうと活性酸素というのを産んで、これがまた肌の老化の原因になるので、酸素というのは多すぎても活性酸素を作っちゃうし、少なすぎちゃうと肌のエネルギーが少なくなっちゃったり、NK細胞の働きが低下してしまって質の悪い細胞を除去することができない。なのでこのバランスがとっても大事。年齢によってもこの呼吸数だったりとか必要な酸素量が変わってくるし、大人になってくるとこの酸素を取り込む力だったりも低下してしまうということなので、その人に合わせた最適な酸素の濃度というのが必要になってくるんですよ。なのでむやみやたらに増やしたりとかしてもダメなんですね。そこでディオールさんが目をつけたのが酸素の運び屋であるミオグロビンというものになります。このミオグロビンというものが、細胞の中の酸素の濃度を一番良い状態にするんですね。なので酸素をいっぱい入れるんじゃなくて、運び屋さんをしっかりと活性化することで、必要な量だけ細胞に活かせるようにするということになります。これすごくないですか？肌を傷つけることなく肌の呼吸数、酸素濃度を知るというところの技術があるからこそ、このミオグロビンがちゃんと安定することで酸素濃度というのがわかるということも素晴らしいなと思いました。今回このカプチュールのセラムに入っているものは、このミオグロビンを活性化させる成分になっています。これがOXCトリートメントというものになるんですね。これが入ることによってさっきから言っているように、多すぎてもダメ、少なすぎてもダメな細胞の酸素の量を一定に保つ。それによってしっかりとATPを作ることによって、表皮の幹細胞も生まれ変わりがしっかりできるし、線維芽細胞が質の良いコラーゲンを作れる。あとは今まで通り、この基底膜のケアというものもリリーエキスというものが入ることによって接着もしっかりする。そうするとまた表皮と真皮のコミュニケーションも高くなってきて、さらに肌全体の張り感がアップするというところになっています。酸素濃度もそうですけれども、このNK細胞、要は免疫細胞が質の悪くなった線維芽細胞を除去するとか、そういったところまで研究がするって本当にすごいなと思います。ちなみにこのいい成分っていうのも肌にしっかりと浸透しなくちゃいけないわけじゃないですか。実はカプチュールっていうのが世界で初めてリポソームっていうものを化粧品に入れたブランドなんですね。そのリポソーム単体だけだと基本的には表皮にいくんですけれども、今回はいい線維芽細胞がある真皮まで生かせなくちゃいけないので、リポソームだけではなくてそこにですね、もう一つ成分を入れてダブルベクターみたいな感じにしてるんですね。そしてもう一つサーファクチンっていうもので、今度はOXCトリートメントを真皮の方に生かせる。表皮だけじゃなくて真皮までしっかりと常にこの成分が行き渡るようになってる。それもゆっくりゆっくりいくので、最大8時間はしっかりとこのOXCトリートメントっていうのが肌全体に行き渡るっていうことになっています。なので常にATPを作らせやすい環境下にいて、肌の生まれ変わりだったりとかコラーゲンの産生が最適な状態で起こるよっていうことなんですよ。これってめちゃめちゃすごいことだなと思います。ハリ感とかツヤ感とかいうとどうしてもその細胞だけにフォーカスをするんですけれども、全体的にクローズアップさせるっていうことは本当に素晴らしいですし、成分だけではなくて行ってほしい場所にきちっとターゲティングが置いていているような導入の技術っていうのも素晴らしいなと思います。テクスチャーも面白くて柔らかいようなテクスチャーかなと思うんですけれども、さらっと伸びてですね、塗ったみたいな。前のカプチュールっていうのはちょっとポリマーっぽいところもあったんですが、今回はそんなポリマー感ゼロです。塗ったすぐはなんかちょっと軽い感じかなとは思うんですが、塗って終わるとベタベタ感はないのに肌自体がすっごく柔らかくなったような感じになります。ベタつきがないのでやっぱり首とかまで塗りたくなるんですよね。肌が柔らかくなるのでしっかり入っていった感じはするんですよ。だけど表面がなんかつるっとなって、それだけでなんか肌がハリ感が出たような感じにはなってきます。すっごく不思議なテクスチャー。ベタベタ感はないので私みたいに脂性肌の人もそうですし、表面のベタつきはないけど内側のふっくら感というか保湿感はしっかりあるので、乾燥肌の人も物足りないというところはないかなとは思います。1月に発売になっているのでまず寒い時期ですけれども、表面がさらっとしているので、夏になってちょっと皮脂が出るようになっても使いやすいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。もうね、カプチュールは年々進化している。本当に早々たる先生たちのお話があったんですけど、それを聞いているだけでも老化っていうのをディオールさんはもう止めていくだけじゃなくて巻き戻していく。リバースエイジングの研究が本当に進んでいるんだなということがすごく感動しましたし、これからさきもどんどんねそこらが大きくなっていくって思うんですが、2025年の段階では全てが入っていると言っても過言ではないのがこのディオールのカプチュールセラムかなと思います。もちろん春夏って美白っていうね気持ちが高まるんですけれども、それと同じようにやっぱり張り感があるとですね元気なイメージになってきますし、美白もそうですけど張りとたるみケアっていうのはもう1年通してやっていった方がいいと思うので、気になる方はぜひチェックしていただけるといいかなと思います。このチャンネルですねこんな感じで素晴らしい化粧品の技術だったりとか解説っていうのをしているのでよかったらチャンネル登録していただけると嬉しいです。前作のディオールのカプチュールのものだったりとかディオールのサイエンスについてはこちらの動画が上がっていますのでよかったらこちらも参考にしてみてください。インスタグラマーだったりTikTokもやっているのでそちらもフォローして Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today, I'd like to introduce you to what I believe is a truly revolutionary beauty serum. Typically, when we think of spring and summer beauty serums, the first thing that comes to mind is whitening. However, in 2025, while there are certainly amazing whitening serums being released, I've noticed that people are increasingly interested not just in whitening, but also in firmness and anti-sagging care throughout the year. This year, we're seeing many firmness care serums released for spring and summer as well. I'd like to introduce one that stands out from the rest, so if you're interested in firmness and anti-sagging care, please watch until the end. Without further ado, this truly revolutionary serum is the Dior Capture Le Serum, which was released in January. Dior's Capture line was also released in 2024, and it's a truly wonderful serum. There's a detailed video about it, so please check that out if you'd like. Essentially, the Capture line has been researching fibroblasts. Fibroblasts are located in the basement membrane. Through research on the basement membrane, fibroblasts and the epidermis and dermis are firmly attached to the basement membrane, which promotes the production of collagen in the dermis. The Capture line has been a pioneer in basement membrane care, and in 2024, various series like the Hyaluron Shot and Ridge Shot were released. However, the main focus of this upgraded serum is cellular respiration. As you probably know, when cellular respiration decreases, oxygen concentration decreases. When oxygen concentration drops, skin cells are negatively affected. Our cells create energy called ATP in the mitochondria by taking in oxygen. When we have sufficient oxygen, we can produce ATP effectively, which fills cells with energy. With energy, epidermal stem cells can produce new cells more easily, and newly formed epidermal cells undergo proper turnover and growth. Proper turnover allows us to expel melanin even when transferred to melanin-producing cells, and when turnover normalizes, cells can produce intercellular lipids and ceramides that maintain skin moisture, ensuring skin hydration. In the dermis, fibroblasts produce collagen and elastin, so when they have energy, they can properly produce collagen and elastin. By the way, how much ATP do you think is needed to produce a single collagen fiber? One fiber alone won't ensure skin elasticity, but it's said that over 12,600 ATP molecules are needed to produce just one collagen fiber. So, to give our skin proper firmness, we need an enormous amount of ATP. For that to happen, oxygen must be taken into cells. Unfortunately, as we age, mitochondrial mutations become more likely, as discovered by Dior's research. Additionally, cellular respiration slows with age, and oxygen uptake decreases. This means that as we age, ATP production decreases. And there's something even more frightening. When I heard about this research, I was truly amazed. This research comes from Dior Science presentations. For more details on Dior Science, please check out this video. Getting back to the point, what's truly scary is that fibroblasts with low energy production become poor quality fibroblasts that somewhat stall. Poor quality fibroblasts create senescent cells, which in turn cause nearby fibroblasts to also become poor quality fibroblasts. However, our body has immune cells called NK cells, or natural killer cells, that eliminate poor quality fibroblasts and senescent cells they create. When we have NK cells, even if poor quality fibroblasts form, we're okay. But when oxygen concentration decreases, NK cell function decreases, making it impossible to eliminate senescent cells created by poor quality fibroblasts. This is what Dior Science discovered. When oxygen concentration drops and NK cell function weakens, poor quality fibroblasts accumulate. Only poor quality collagen is produced, so skin elasticity and firmness decrease. Isn't that scary? That's why skin oxygen concentration is so important. You've probably heard of free radicals or reactive oxygen species. While we humans produce energy by breathing oxygen, too much oxygen creates reactive oxygen species, which causes skin aging. So oxygen is problematic both when there's too much, creating reactive oxygen species, and when there's too little, reducing skin energy and lowering NK cell function, preventing the removal of poor quality cells. Therefore, this balance is very important. This required oxygen amount changes with age, and as we age, our ability to take in oxygen decreases. So we need an optimal oxygen concentration tailored to each individual. We can't just increase it arbitrarily. That's when Dior focused on myoglobin, the oxygen carrier. Myoglobin adjusts oxygen concentration in cells to the optimal level. Rather than flooding cells with oxygen, by properly activating the carrier, we can provide only the necessary amount to cells. Isn't that amazing? Because there's technology to maintain skin respiration and oxygen concentration without damaging skin, ensuring myoglobin is properly stabilized and oxygen levels can be controlled is truly wonderful. What's included in this Capture serum is a component that activates myoglobin. This is called OXC Treatment. By including this, as I've been saying, we maintain a constant oxygen level in cells—not too much, not too little. By properly producing ATP this way, epidermal stem cells can be thoroughly renewed, and fibroblasts can produce high-quality collagen. Additionally, as before, by including lily extract for basement membrane care, adhesion is strengthened. This enhances communication between the epidermis and dermis, further boosting overall skin firmness. Research on oxygen concentration and how immune cells like NK cells eliminate poor quality fibroblasts is truly amazing. Now, these beneficial ingredients must properly penetrate the skin. Actually, Capture was the first brand in the world to incorporate liposomes into cosmetics. While liposomes alone basically reach the epidermis, since we need to deliver them to the dermis where fibroblasts exist, they've created a double vector system with an additional component. Then, using a component called surfactin, the OXC Treatment is delivered to the dermis. The ingredients are consistently delivered to both the epidermis and dermis. Because it's delivered slowly over time, this OXC Treatment is distributed throughout the skin for up to 8 hours. This means skin is constantly in an environment conducive to ATP production, allowing skin renewal and collagen production to occur optimally. This is truly incredible. When we talk about firmness and radiance, we tend to focus only on cells, but addressing it comprehensively is truly wonderful. I also think the delivery technology that precisely targets where ingredients should go is remarkable. The texture is interesting too—it's quite soft. It spreads smoothly without feeling like you're applying a product. The previous Capture had somewhat of a polymeric feel, but this has zero polymer sensation. Immediately after application, it feels light, but once applied and set, there's no stickiness, yet the skin becomes incredibly soft. Because there's no greasiness, even oily skin types like me find it easy to use, including on the neck. As the skin becomes softer, it feels well-absorbed. Yet the surface becomes smooth, and the skin immediately appears to have more firmness. It's a really mysterious texture. Since there's no greasiness, not only does it work for oily skin types, but since there's no surface stickiness while maintaining inner fullness and hydration, dry skin types won't feel it's insufficient. Since it launched in January during cold weather, but the surface is smooth, I think it will be easy to use even in summer when sebum production increases. So, what did you think? Capture evolves year after year. Even just hearing from truly distinguished researchers was moving, and I realized that Dior isn't just stopping aging, but reversing it.
