ん　皆さんこんにちは友利新です。私は今どこに来てるでしょうか。わかんないと思うんですけど、今日は韓国に来ています。今回はお仕事というか、クリニックの研修旅行に来ています。なのでまあクリニックの皆さんと来てるんですけれども、韓国の美容皮膚科の実態とか、あとはまあね、ビューティー業界をちょっと見ていきたいなあと思っております。今回はちょっとVログ的な感じになると思うんですけれども、クリニックに見学に行ったりとか、その合間でお買い物したり、美味しいご飯を食べたりとか、韓国のビューティー業界をですね、ちょっと視察していこうと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。では行ってまいります。 ホテルから出てちょっと明洞のあたりをうろうろしようかなと思っております。ハンジャンケジャンが美味しいお店があるということだったので、これから食べてみようと思いますが、寒いですね。123度か、いろんなものが売ってますね。こんな感じです。きました。ここらしいですね。じゃあ行きましょうかね。美味しそう。美味しそうです。 外は大雨になっておりますので、ちょっとオープニングがこれなくてですね、中で撮らせていただいているんですけれども、こちらはですね、そういうなクリニックさんということで、ここ一等全部美容クリニックなんですよ。結構ここも日本人の方も多いですし、あと何といってもレーザーの種類がものすごく多くてですね、それをいろいろ駆使して肌管理をされているということなので、院長先生とお話をさせてもらうために、わざわざ私東京から来ましたので、行ってみようと思います。アニハセヨー。どうもー。 じゃあすごい背が高いですね。クリニックお休みということなので、ちょっとね、どなたもいらっしゃらないんですけど、特別に見させていただくということでよろしくお願いします。これ何階ですか。5階全部クリニック。ちょっと見てもいいですか。はい。SNSには多分絶対載せられないのでモザイクですけど、ちょっと今私感動しております。私がハマっている例のあれのあれがあれでございます。はい。ここも全部モザイクになると思うんですけど、錚々たる半龍スター等がいらっしゃっている場所になっておりますね。天井もめっちゃ高い。ほら見てわかるかな。すごいおしゃれ。一見ホテルのロビーみたいな感じになっているので、上にあの先生いらっしゃるということなので、早速上に上がっていきたいと思います。じゃあよろしくお願いします。 地下から全部このユナ先生のクリニックですが、ユナ先生はお兄さんと一緒にされてるんですよね。ここ2階ですね。すごい広い。ここでいろいろカウンセリングとかするんですね。この機械は何ですか。3Dお顔の凹凸とかそういったものを測るっていう機械ですね。注射した後に写真だけじゃなくて、ちゃんと3Dを見てどういう風に変化したか、というのを見るってことなんですよね。結構細かく分かれていて、だから患者さんがいっぱい来たら、それぞれやれるように多分なってるんだなあと思いますね。また上に上がっていきたいと思います。 4階に着きました。すごいいっぱい機械がある。見てこんなのありません。フェスティバル。始めまして。こちらがソン・ユナ先生ですよ。よろしくお願いします。お休みだっていうのに、わざわざ来ていただいて、本当にありがとうございました。韓国に皆さんね、レーザーしに行ったりとか、肌管理しに行ったりしていることが多いので、その辺について聞いたりとか、クリニックでされていることがちょっと聞かせていただきたいのでよろしくお願いします。先生が本当に肌が綺麗なのですごい。だから向こうにすっごいいっぱいいろいろ機械があるので、ちょっと私に何やったりか、もちょっと聞こうと思います。早速お願いします。 レーザー室。えー、見てください。わー。ここに患者さんが座るんですよね。はい。患者さんがここに座って、施術をしている。患者さんや私がここに座ってレーザーを施術しています。レーザーはウルセラレーザーから、ジュロムや体力減少レーザー、アップレーザー、全てがあるくらいレーザーは最新式の最高級レーザーとして配備されています。 日本でもカスタマイズ治療といって、機械だったりとかを組み合わせたり、スキンブースターっていう美肌の注射をしたりとか、っていうのを組み合わせるんですが、こちらのクリニックもそういうことをされてるってことですよね。それぞれの人が顔型が違って、ボディラインが違うので、原因に合った治療をしなければ、最高の効果を得ることができません。先ほども言いましたが、実際に私たちが顔の輪郭を採取することは、脂肪だけが流れるのではなく、皮膚のコラーゲンが崩れ、筋肉が崩れることが同時に起こるので、その人の皮膚の状態に合わせて、K注射、チューンレーザー、フォトナレーザー、エオジェット、ジュベルクなどのコラーゲンブースターを、合わせて治療をしています。 先生のクリニック私も通いたいです。本当に近くにあったら。韓国の方って気軽に、こういう美容クリニックに来ますよね。大体何歳くらいから始める人が多いんですか。実は私たちがアイドルが多く来ます。アイドルは実は10代にもたくさん来ます。10代にもたくさん来ます。でも大部分の普通のお客さんは、大学を卒業してからも、たくさん来ています。そして普通のお客さんの中で、韓国で有名な女優の女の子さんですが、彼女は実は中学校1年生のとき、母が嬰児の皮膚治療と、肌治療のために、持ってきてくれました。ですから、ほぼ中学校生のときから、皮膚の管理は受けてくれます。そしてアイドルは、10代にもたくさん、管理をしてくれます。 これが一緒に入って、コンビネーションして、より良い治療があるし、コンビネーションして、ダメな治療があるので、いつも自分自身が、どんな治療を受けたのか、正しく知っていて、それを医療人に、ヒストリーを言って、最新の治療も重要で、今私が何を受けているのか、知っていて、後の3ヶ月以内に、私がどんな治療を受けているのか、医療人に話すと、これがコンビネーションになっても、安全に入ることができる。自分が自分で、どんな治療なのか、正しく知らないと、コンビネーションすることは、できない治療も、あるかもしれません。 I can't say, but truly, from my idols to people like this, they come, so I'm amazed. In Japan too, we do customized treatments where we combine machines and inject skin boosters for beautiful skin, and you do the same thing here, right? Each person has a different face shape and body line, so we can't get the best results unless we provide treatment suited to the cause. As I mentioned before, when we actually contour the face, it's not just fat that flows away—the collagen in the skin breaks down and the muscles break down simultaneously. Of course I'm sure all doctors are professional, but if the treatments are all different, the treatments lose consistency, which worries me a bit. What do you think about that, doctor? If these come together and combine, there's better treatment, and if they combine badly, there's bad treatment, so always you yourself need to know exactly what treatment you received and tell that history to medical professionals. The latest treatment is also important, you need to know what you're receiving now, and if within the next 3 months you tell a medical professional what treatment you're getting, even if it becomes a combination, it can be entered safely. If you don't properly know yourself what kind of treatment it is, there might be treatments that can't be combined. Combining is your own freedom. And we each have schedules at our own hospitals, but I think you need to properly know yourself what you're receiving. And like our hospital, it's best to combine and do all treatments at hospitals that can and live together. I see. Really, I think combinations are better done by one doctor watching that person's skin condition, and of course there are schedules involved, so be careful about that a bit. All sorts of things can happen like what worked well or downtime, so if it's okay, entrust yourself to one doctor, and if needed, I could do it too, kind of feeling would be good, I think.
